The canyon to the north of Iwagakure is both deep and wide. It stretches from one mountain to the another, and runs nearly a quarter of a mile deep.
Made out of hard granite, it is a decent place for shinobi to train. The granite has some nice resistance, and at the bottom of the chasm, a large river cuts through. The river is one of the main sources of water in Iwagakure, running down the mountain and through the giant crack.

To extract poison from the animals here you first need milking equipment: a jar and a thin piece of membrane.

Kishou paused when he reached the canyon. His training had been a little lax for the past few days so he figured he might as well catch up on it. He cricked his neck and knuckles. He took a deep breath and let it out. He then rapidly used a few hand symbols. "Iwa buunshin no jutsu!" Suddenly, four copies of himself appeared. They lined up. "All righty. Let's see if I've still got it." With that, he punched one of the copies, which, despite the fact that it felt hard as a brick, crumbled apart. He paused and shook the pain off his hand. Their density seemed pretty good. Of course, he hadn't been able to take care of their being unable to take more than one hit, but it was tough for buunshins to take any more than that without letting out a lot more chakra than should be used in a normal situation.
After the one crumbled, the others got into battle positions and smirked at Kishou. He smirked back and nodded to them. All three began barraging him with punches and kicks, some of which were dodged, but most of them were blocked by Kishou's arms, which were suddenly covered in stone. The attacks stopped and Kishou stood straight up, making the stone recede from his hands. "All right, fellas. Stationary defense time." He planted his feet on the ground and nodded to them again. They resumed the attacks, but this time, Kishou blocked them by making whatever part of his body was about to be hit covered by stone. After a little while of this, the clones stopped again and Kishou dispelled them. He walked over to one of the larger rocks nearby and took a quick break.

Kishou trained a little longer and decided he'd head over to the 'ol ninja academy. This place was good for training, but too quiet for his liking.

Reck walked into the canyon with a deep look on his face. "How do I get her to notice me? My skills are lacking and my grades are horriable." He stops then picks up a rock and holds it in his hand. "I wont give up!! I'll get her to notice me if its the last thing I do!! I'll just have to become so strong that she has to notice me!!" He crushes the rock in his hand and begins to train by breaking rocks and running around with boulders on his back. "Cant....give....up......"

After hours of strenious training he finally breaks down and lies on the ground breathing heavily. "I think...that will...be...enough for...now." Reck scoots over to the stream to get a drink of water then looks into the water at his reflection and sits there staring at it. "No, Im not that weak anymore. Im stronger now." He struggles to his feet and walks out of the canyon a little shaken.

Reck walks over to a group of large boulders and streches. "I havent been here in a while. This is gonna be fun." He puts his headphones on and bobs to the beat of the music. He charges at a boulder and kicks it then flies backwards and punches another one. "Time to go now." Reck stands on his hands and spins rapidly kicking the rock multiple times then pushes himself into the air and flips. "Gotta...keep the beat." He lands infront of another rock and throws a fury of punches while keeping a steady beat. He then flips over it and kicks the back of it and waves around aimlessly. "I like this beat...yah..." He stumbles into the center of the field and moves from left to right punching and kicking stones then spins in the air and drives his foot right through one breaking it in half. "Opps, darn. Guess I got a little to into it. Maybe I better just do some light work." Reck then dances over to a clearing still listening to his music and drops on his hands and feet in a push-up position. "Alright now, 1...2...3..4..5...6.." He continued to count along to his push-ups and still maintain the beat of his music for 30 min. until he started to feel light headed then slowed down. "503...504...505...huff, huff...50...6....huff." He dropped on the ground exhausted from maintaing such a rapid beat for so long. "O...k....I think...that thats...enough for...today..." Reck gets to his feet slowly and walks out of the canyon.

Ark walked into the canyon and looked at the scenary. '"Wow'' he said ''The river looks really pretty.......NO TIME FOR THAT! I got to begin training!'' Ark looked around for anything to train with. ''Wait, I know what I can do'' said Ark. He pulled out his trusty Kunai. ''Ill practice my dodgeing skills and ill see if I can hit anything back''. So Ark laid flat on the ground. ''If I dodge it too early than I cant get the Kunai quick enough, too slow and it will just hit me''. Ark threw the Kunai high in the air. The Kunai came down with a high speed. ''Alright.....NOW!'' Ark did a side rool but it was a little too late. The Kunai scratched his left arm a little bit. ''Ok lets try this again. If I can dodge it 20 times out of 30 im doing push-ups'' So Ark continued his ''dodge or hit'' training.

Keiko walked into the canyon. Time for some jutsu training! Keiko had always love doing jutsus learning them was the same way. Let's work on the clone jutsu for now...even though I mastered it, it would be good parctice. She took a deep breath and got ready she started signing and wispered to herself. "Bushin no jutsu" ....

...smoke cleared and 2 clones of herself stood in front of her. Well looks like I'm getting good at this jutsu... Keiko tried put her right hand though one clone but the clone grabed it and twisted it. Wow, my clones are stronger than they were before! The clone let go and then disappeared into smoke. The next clone was a little harder. It was putting up a fight. Well now I know that I have stronger clones. The clone tried to punch her in the face but lucky Keiko ducked and puched the clone in the stomach. It truned into a smoke ball and disappeared. That was fun!

After a couple hours Ark finally got 22 out of 30. He even hit a couple rocks and other objects in the process then Ark looked over. He didnt even notice that Keiko walked into the canyon. ''Hey Keiko! whats up?'' asked Ark as he went over to get a drink a water from the river. Then a idea sparked in his head ''Hey Keiko could you teach me Bushin no Jutsu? if you can I would really appritiate it!''

Keiko heard someone, she turned around and saw Ark by the river. She walked over to Ark, she got a drink of water and smiled. "Sure I could teach you Bushin no Jutsu. "
Keiko got up and got ready. "All you really do is relax and sign the right signs like this." Keiko signed the right signs for Bushin no Jutsu. "Then you say Bushin no Jutsu." Now I'll do it and see I make a clone...Keiko signed and said Bushin no Jutsu...

...Smoke cleared the way and 1 clone of herself. "This is how you make a clone. To make it disapeared just fight them, they aren't the smartist ninja on the planet so it will be easy to make them go poof!" Keiko put her hand on the shoulder of her clone and it disappeared. "See..."
((All you do is do a Post Action, under PA go to Roll Dice. 20 sided dice and only 1 of them. Then submit. Anything over 15 you completed it and anything under you failed.))

Ark nodded and did the hand seals he knew of the Bushin no Jutsu. He stood straight and tried to focus his chakra. He then said ''Bushin no Jutsu!''...
....''uhhh.....yeah....I dont think that worked....'' Ark said with a dissopionted look on his face. ''I think I need to do some Chakra focusing techniques'' Ark thought of what he could do. ''What to do...what to do'' Ark looked at his surroundings...''AH!'' Ark said ''I think I got a idea!'' Ark grabbed his trustly Kunai and laid down. He put the circle-handle part on his forehead and made a hand seal. ''If I can control my chakra well, the Kunai will still stay standing! if I dont..it will just keep falling over'' So Ark began to train. The Kunai wobbled on occasions and fell over a couple of times but Ark kept trying.
