I suppose lol. Well kinda modelling after myself but 'hardheaded', 'good Mannerisms' and 'loyal' would be the strongest attributes. But gets all red in the face and gushy when flirting (lol). Kinda built her to be a expected country girl with the freckles, green eyes, and blood red hair.( I would kill to have red hair.<3) Keeping in mind I am not very good in sparing/fighting I made her Genjutsu user so ill just be playing on words rather than all the fancy stuff.

I was looking through the Biju forum and was super sad to see one must hunt down Gobi(5 tailed). So a question would have to find it and then seal it if I wished to obtain it?
Question #2: Could it be possible for one to make a clan that uses/creates Yugeton [ Steam Release ] with the blend of Fire/Water/Wind ?

Steam is just fire and water, and there is a cannon clan for it if i remember right, as for the other element you could train it by the guild rules because you get 5 total. I hope that answers your question, though a mod could make a more detailed ruling then a simple member like myself.

1. Gobi is running wild yes. Sorry about that.
2. Yugeton is water and fire only. There is a Cannon clan I do believe but it can also be used through the same armour Han wears.
