He snorted lightly, taking note of what she did and didn't do with one of her wings. "I am Eclipse.... what is wrong with your wing..?" his voice was indifferent, but he mostly was asking because he had more then enough 'company' for the day and wanted to rest.
Kai sighed as he splashed a little water on his face, then wiped it with his sleeve as he got up and walked back to where Eclipse was, pausing when he saw a new white dragon in there. "...did I come back at a bad time?"

Lura looked over at the newcomer in curiosity before looking back at Eclipse.
Hello Eclipse, I am very glad to meet you.
She bubbled with excitement and wiggled a little bit where she lay.
Unfortunately, I misjudged the distance between the trees and my wing wrapped around the trunk, hence my interesting entrance into your home.
She explained and turned her head to examine said wing.
Seems the joint took a nasty whack. But enough about this, who might you be?
She addressed Kai and reached her nose out in his direction to see him better.

Judging from how she talked to them Kai figured this dragon was alright to get close to so she walked over to her, "My name's Kai.." he said with a somewhat distracted tone as he looked at her wing.
Now that Kai saw Lura was injured he'd throw a fit if Eclipse forced to her leave..which left him little choice if he wanted to get a good night's sleep later.. He didn't like that the fool was getting so close to a still mostly unknown dragon, but he remained silent.

Lura blinked as her eyes focused on Kai and she gave him a draconic smile.
Hello Kai. I'm Lura. She introduced herself and stretched forward carefully with a front claw as if to shake his hand.
please, nevermind my wing. I think you are worrying your friend.
Lura looked at Eclipse, being wary not to agitate him further.

Kai glanced back at Eclipse and shrugged, "Eh, that old guy's just tired.. he's had alot of company today, more then he's used to or he'd be a bit nicer."
Eclipse narrowed his eyes at Kai "Seven hundred and eighty is not old for our kind..."

Both of the humans steadied themselves as the great green dragon took off. Both of them were silent, though the two acted differently. Max grew more and more excited the higher they climbed, and while they were waiting for Ci'nala to lead the way, all the lad could think about was what Achiu's partner might look like, and what their den might be like. Yuran looked down at the ground as it rapidly moved away from them, and then remembered again why he prefered boats and trains for his transportation, but it still was a pleasant feeling to have the wind stroke through his clothes, and at least it was decent out.

Lura chuckled, a deep rumble in her throat. She adjusted her position so she was laying on her side and tucked her legs in.
Indeed, it's not. I'm only 735 myself. How young are you kai?
She inquired and positioned her neck so she could look at him directly.

Silia cocked her head at Tryst'n's words. "A... friend?" In the back of her mind, she had a feeling that he meant Achiu, but he'd been gone for so long, she didn't dare to get her hopes up.
Achiu closed his eyes briefly with a smile. "And I'll be happy to see her as well." It was a bit of an understatement, but he didn't have the words to express his feelings. Besides, his new friends would probably get their fill of gush emotions once they reached the cave.
After a while, he turned to look back over his shoulder at his two riders. He smiled at the two of them. "How you holding on, boys?" (Achiu's 845. ANY human's a kid to him.)
(FYI, Just Before An Eclipse, AKA Melira, has left. Just figured to let y'all know.)

Myia perked up whens he heard voices in the distance. "Oh thank the gods." She quickened her pace and was happy to see other people. She smiled as she walked past people, but then something made her stop. Her head turns toward and man and a child sitting on the ground. 'He has a weapon? Why? Why here?' She looked around and then back at the child. 'She seems said. What is this man saying?' She stood back and watch like the rest of the people that were on the beach.

Kai tilted his head "Uh, 21...an adult in human years, but probably still a kid for dragons, right?" he grinned.
Eclipse settled back into his mostly curled up position again, "Personally anything younger then 100 is a child to me.."

Lura replied in her normal light hearted tone.And for humans, anything over 50 is considered old. A pity really, some of you humans are quite pleasant.
She again changed the position of her head and neck before finally growling.
Blast it. Hold on for just a second.
Rising to her feet, Lura began to shimmer and change from her dragon state to that of her human form. When she completed the shift she smiled at them.There, now I can see you much better!
She walked over so she stood closer to Kai and within sight of Eclipse.
So tell me, it's odd to find a dragon and human staying together. What prompted you two to stick together?

"Humans amuse me...and Kai would likely have died if I didn't take care of him.." Eclipse said with amused tone.
Kai looked at Lura when she changed from dragon to human, then sent a brief glare at Eclipse, "Yeah, yeah..I'm the one most likely to kill myself taking a walk..everyone get's that already..." he looked back at Lura and scratched the back of his neck, "..what'd you mean see us better, something wrong with your eyes?"

Some ways away from the beach now, several humans all wielding weapons shouted and hollered in excitement. Science had been working on new weapons specially designed to penetrate the tough scales of dragons.
Others held long spear like weapons with savage looking barbs at the end, designed to tear the wing membranes and damage the wing arms.
There was also a group of people in lab coats, yet they brandished what seemed to be the sword equivalent of a scalpel.

Lura smiled weakly at Kai's comment.
My father decided I wasn't worth keeping so he attacked me. My eyesight was the price I payed for survival. But it's alright, I can cope with it just fine.
She explained and her smile grew, though seemed strained.
But I'm glad you decided to look after him. Not many dragons would.
Just then, Lura remembered her entire reason for diving into the trees. she gasped.
Oh! i just remembered! There was another group of humans heading to the island!

"Ah, sorry..." Kai looked down, then back at her when she said more people were coming. "There's already steady stream of people coming here, why's another group that interesting?"
"I have my reasons for what I do with humans...and like the boy says, they come by boat often, it's not that strange." Eclipse said as he shifted his gaze outside.
