(that was curious, turning back into a pumpkin I guess ^^)
"You see he doesn't mind," Cyrith replied self righteously as his brother shook his head.
"Just the same it may be best that we follow him," Ric sighed then turned towards the green haired elf, although it was possibly that it was simply black and looked green from the floor, "Shall you be joining us?"

[you could say that.lol^^] Niro jumped at the sound of Ric's voice. He finished up what he was doing and turn around. "Umm, yes. Yes I will. By the way, your highness, I apologize for my outburst earlier. I...I just got so frustrated. Normally I'm not like that."

"Do not worry, there are more important matters to attend to. Hopefully, the good captain..."
"Kitty," Cyrith coughed, successfully interrupting his brother.
A quick glare at his shameless youngest brother and Ric continued, "As I was saying, hopefully Captain Grant shall find something in the Royal Archives." With that said, the man began his descent down the staircase.

Niro tried to keep a straight face with the Kitty remark, but failed misserably. That nickname will never get old. He turn fallowed Ric down the staircase. "I'm sure he will. Oh, I forgot to introduce myself. I'm Niro." [ugh, I can't think of anything. >_<]

The elf's introductory was far to informal towards someone of Ric's stature, but now was not the time to lecture, in a week or two when he was king however, such remarks would no longer be tolerable, if only to keep appearances. "I would introduce myself, but I am certain you already know my name."

"Yeah, your the eldest son, Prince Ric Gladaron...and he must be your brother Prince Zireno." Niro pointed to the young man across the room. "I've already met Prince Cyrith earlier today." [gtg for the night. See you guys tomorrow]

"Which reminds me," Cyrith smirked, "You lied to me, you said the Princess was..." Cy stared at his brother for a moment then walked to the squire, whispering in his ear, "Well endowed. By my accounts she seemed barely above average."

((will need help here on the royal chambers)) Grant finally made it to the kings room with his men. Barging he yelled. "Two at the windows and four at the door the rest of you surround the king. Protect the king with your lives.!!!" went to the king's bedside and knelt.

[I'll describe the room for you after this post.] In a low voice, Niro replied, "Lied? Your highness, I would never lied to you. She really dose look... that way to me. Though, the girls back where I came from weren't the prettiest flowers in the garden....actually they were more like weeds. But that's besides the point. The point is that you have higher taste then I do. I'm sorry if my information was misleading, I'll do better next time."

"You had better or next time..." a slightly teasing tone was in Cyrith's voice as he whispered.
"Cyrith are you making idle threats again?" Ric lectured, matching his brother's tone.
"Me, no, never. Why whatever would make you think that? Come on, let's go bother... I mean find Zireno."

[Yes people, this will be the queen. Larger image here] In the silent of night, the queen was kneeled beside her king. They were talking about the banquet and the new guest they had invited to their castle. Until all the lights in the room suddenly went out. Vandraya sat up and was about to check on their sons. But not wanting to leave her husband by himself, she remains by his side. Surely the other knights will come. Within the darkness, she looked the richly, over decorated room. The Stone pillars and walls surround the room, as the marble floor was sleek and smooth. The windows had stained glass that told of old folktales long forgotten. The fireplace was out along with the other candles in the castle. Though, the ambers in the wood were still glowing. This meant that the flames were being prevented from rise. This must be some sort of magic. As Grant busted through the door, she let out a sigh of reliefe. "Thank the heavens your here, Captain. Please tell me, what is going on downstairs. Are my sons ok?"

"Your majesty." Grant said standing to his feet. "Your sons are well though i am unable to get to them in the great hall. it seems the doors have been sealed by unworldly forces. Though my men are with them so there is no need to worry yourself. " Grant said. "Is everything ok in here your majesty?" In the pit of his stomach Grant was turely worried. Any force that could keep him from getting to the royal family was surely one to find the source of and, if need be, eliminate.

"Alright, up ahead is a guarded door and we need to get through it for the good loot."
Sylvan reached to her left side and drew a broad sword in one quick motion. The sword was at least her height if it was measured side by side with her and how she managed to carry it wasn't due to strength, but rather magic. Grog didn't use weapons; he preferred to deal in fist diplomacy when it came to fighting, though he didn't like fighting to begin with. Sylvan was the first to confront the Knights that guarded the door to the King's chambers. She kept her broad sword behind her back as she spoke, trying not to be too intimidating.
"All of you, get out of the way or me and my friend here will kill you."
Grog simply smacked his forehead on how stupid Sylvan was being right now; they wouldn't take the commands of a child, especially since the guards were Knights and sworn to protect the King's life. Sylvan and Grog did possess fighting abilities; they themselves couldn't take on too many opponents at once, so Sylvan wanted to try to convince them to step aside by acting like she was tough though the little girl appearance made that impossible. Grog could seem intimidating since he was pretty big for the age he looked: at least twice as tall as Sylvan and three times her weight. Grog was like that since his mother was constantly trying to get him to eat healthy, though she took it over board.
((OOC: I assume you have RP rights to the Knights, Falkot, so you can choose their actions and what not.))
