((In regards to your PM, however, I can do little to help on the history beyond the few pointers I mentioned. As for abilities, I might list technical skills and weapons training as well as racial traits and expand upon the two abilities you listed in the PM to detail more of what is possible. Though to the brain thing, I might suggest a limiter on that somehow. Simply the fact that a brain is more complex and thus takes longer is rather lackluster if you can download someone's brain into your own. XD
