Wesley feels a slight burning sensation upon contact with Seinorei, the flat side of the sword hindeirng his attack. That is to be expected though, and there is only minimal damage done. The burn may leave a mark, but the demon has plenty others. Before moving into his next attack, Tali sees further movement in the monkey's tail. To counter that, he simply catches the base of the hilt with his palm, squeezing firmly and pushing down. This forces the tip of the blade into the tile below, letting him tilt the blade out of his way. The burning continues, generating wisps of smoke underneath his flesh, but the Emperor doesn't intend to hold on very long at all.

As he grips Seinorei's hilt, he pushes himself up onto his right foot, using the girl's grip on his arm and his hold on her sword as leverage. Sapphire eye concentrated on his opponent's face, Taliman only stands as far as he needs to bring his left leg forward. Instead of planting his foot though, he kicks it straight up and to the Saiya-jin's abdomen.

Unfortunately for Jade, her tail, while wrapped securly around Seinorei, didn't have the strength to push back again Taliman pressing down. The scent of his burning flesh irritated her nose.

His foot was coming for her stomach, and the girl had a choice. If she tried to dodge it, she'd have to not only let go of Taliman's arm to gain enough distance, but also release Seinorei from the wrap of her tail. The kick landed hard, knocking the breath from Jade and making her double over slighlty. But she didn't go down completely, still holding his right arm with both of hers.

Jade stood up again slightly, and released his wrist from her right hand. Her left still on his upper arm, she aimed to pull him in closer and quickly. Jade right arm folded, her fist next to her face, elbow aimed out so that as she pulled the demon in closer, his face would hopefully smash into her elbow.

Well she was getting better as the fight progressed, but he couldn't tell if she had improved prior to this or if she was just desperate. Tali had pretty much disarmed her completely and still posed a threat with his own monstrous blade. Of course there was no room for complaint. If the child could actually fight well when her life was in danger, then what training she had wasn't all put to waste now was it?

His body by this point was rather stiff, but did he notice? Not really. Kinda came with sitting beside yourself...or above yourself...within yourself...whatever the hell he was doing. His eyes were all that moved, glowing like hot ambers constantly being pushed and pulled, nearer and further some invisible flame as they darted slightly between the fox and the Saiya-jin.

What would happen if she actually lost? Tali could, and very well may choose to take her down and finish her. No, that didn't seem too likely. Such a blow would likely send Deity into Fierce form again, if that was possible. Keno personally was not one for taking chances, and Tali likely wasn't welcoming a demon he himself couldn't take down. If he was though, what should Keno do about it? He'd have to worry about that if and when that moment came. No point in getting distracted from his cause...
