Stepping out a pub, the black and purple haired man paused on the curb raising his gaze toward the hue-less sky. It was a dreary day, but at least it wasn't snowing like it seemed to always be doing in these parts.
Part of him wondered why he had accepted this mission in the first place. It had proven to be the most dry, boring assignment he had ever undertaken. His mark had proven to be little more than your run of the mill thug with inordinately higher degrees of potential power than the average man.
For a supposed beserking Saiya-jin, the b*****d had been out right demure, save for the average fighting competition he seemed to undertake whenever funds became low. He himself would have joined them, but the challenge just wasn't present. Fighting humans proved to do little to feed one's fighting spirit. They were generally much to fragile to take even a single punch. On occasion one would prove to be an anomaly, but those were far and between. The average was some meat head who felt he was invincible. Some of the fools would inject themselves with chemical stimulants and viciously attack anything that moved. As rowdy as they were even in that state, a knockout blow would suffice.
Wandering blindly through an intersection, he was brought back to the present by the impatient honking of a horn. Blinking at the Hummer he had nearly been struck by, he proceeded to present the driver with his index finger. Sticking his head out the side of the over sized vehicle its passenger glared.
"Damn drunk, looking where you f**king going! Some of us working folks actually have places to be."
Not even glancing up at the man, two tone haired man walked on.
"Tell someone who cares..."
Mumbling under his breath the driver rolled up his window.
"I should hit your dumbass. No one would even blame me. Freaking tourist"
In the next moment, a moment that would be etched the SUV drivers mind for all his days occurred. Atop the window as it attempted to roll up, the purple haired man proceeded to easily be pushing against motor it beginning to smoke from the force. With a light squeeze the glass shattered raining shards about the lap of its owner.
"Try me.... A little bump from your rolling erectile dysfunction poster board might prove that not everything on this worthless rock isn't a slow piece of s**t like you."
Shaking like a leaf the hummer driver sunk back into the seat of his vehicle. Grinning the two tone haired man smiled a fanged grin, as an unearthly yellow glow exuded from behind his blue contacts casting a dull green glow on the man he was assailing.
"Head on home..."
Turning from the driver, the strange man wandered towards a near by alley. This little distraction proved to lighten his spirits. Behind the squeal of screeching tires on asphalt could be heard.
"Not so dreary after all..."

((Lurking now, I suspect it will take some time to get out of the city and actually make his way out to a forest. But just hanging around the Orion itself all the time is boring.))

((In fact, here comes some now!))
The elevator hummed softly to life in the center of the silent main room, lowering down a single passanger to it. The doors opened with a hiss, and out stepped Jade, dressed in training finery. She had on a black tanktop, the bottom hem tucked neatly into a pair of supple black leather pants, ending midway down her calf. Her heavy boots covered the rest of her legs, zippering up on the sides.
Tonight though, she had Seinorei sheathed across her back again, the sacred blade shifting silently with each step the girl took. Her tail hung elegantly down over her butt, swaying back and forth. Jade walked over to the bar, and stepped behind it to the fridge, dropping down and pulling out a bottle of water.
She hoped that perhaps tonight she'd be left in peace to train. Father had told her that she shouldn't let her fear of Taliman control her so much. Letting him intimidate her so meant that she still had a lot to learn. Kirra told her to just suck it up.
Jade twisted off the top of the bottle and took a small sip, before walking out from behind the bar, and heading for the hall.

Wrapped feet pounded into the ground as he dashed through the forest. A blur to even the trained eye. With a new speed due to his old heritage that he was never able to tap into before, he traveled at much greater speeds than he could even dreamed of before. Then again, he couldn't remember anything from before just a few months ago. He stopped his legs from moving and shifted the weight to his heels, which dug into the dirt and fallen leaves. The leaves caused his body to skid several feet before coming to a complete stop. A stone path. He bared his fangs as he picked up many different scents that had long since traveled that path. A low growl was held in his throat, as he had not come into contact with any outsiders. He normally sent his pack out when investigating something, but this was his ordeal. Nobody else picked up something familiar. His nose had picked up several scents that were familiar to him, but he had no idea who they belonged to or where they were. So he'd set out to find what was tugging at his nose and other sense, which he didn't even know what exactly it picked up. But both had led him to Canada. He fixed his attitude. If he was going to see what was here, he couldn't be hostile. Then again, what if he was picking up a past enemy? He'd stay alert. He stepped cautiously onto the path of small stones and walked along it. He looked back and forth into the trees and kept, scanning for any signs of life other than the birds. He didn't see anything, and he certainly didn't smell anything. Except for the trail. The trail was mingled with many different scents that all seemed to lead to one point. He closed his eyes.
It was almost as if a scene was being projected on the inside of his eyelids. It moved forward onto the trail in front of him in a fast motion, leading to a tower. The tower drew closer and he finally saw to doors reading 'Club Orion'. Opening his eyes, he eyed the dark path ahead of him. What a wonderful little trick. It was almost like sending a mental scout to scan the area. None of his pack had it. He knew he was different from them, but anybody could tell that. Maybe that's why he was chosen to be the leader of the pack. Because they all knew that he had the ability to take care of them all and lead them in the right direction. He followed the path slowly, look up at the canopy as he walked, trying to see past them into the sky. Not much luck. He would catch a glimpse of a small twinkle every so often, but that was it. He shivered lightly at the cold air and goosebumps rose on his skin. He hated the cold. And he wasn't dressed too well for this weather. With a tan straight leg baggy set of deer skin pants and a sleeveless vest made of the same material and only slight wraps around his feet and hands, nothing was keeping him too warm other than his pants.
As the path was soon met by two other paths of the same structure, the smell of outsiders was growing closer. A mile later, a lightly lit up complex could be seen in the horizon. Destination found. He picked up the pace. He knew something should be familiar about this place, but not a single thing jumped out at him. But the scent was enough. He trekked on, taking in every bit of scenery: The trees, the fallen leaves, the dirt under them, the birds chirping and fluttering, small insects flying ahead of him, and even the patterns he could make out in the stone path he walked on. His long silver hair flowed behind him in the wind and his bangs were swept from below his nose to the left side of his face. He shivered once more.
His silver fluffy tail swayed behind him, which, had anybody seen, would show his curiosity in the the way in moved. Those who knew about animal's behavior, anyway. His face, no longer being hidden by his hair, was firm, and gave off a look that would let anybody know that t behind his skin was somebody who'd had their share of battles and was no pushover. The Pack Leader was finally able to fully see the structure with his own eyes and not his 'scout'. He drew in a long breath through his nose and let it out of his mouth, watching the vapor slowly dissappear in the cold air. Who lived here? Who made this place? Why was the scent familiar? Would the people know him? And if they did, would the greet him with open arms or attack him?
He had no idea what he was like in the past. He didn't know if he was a nice person, a mean person. Did he help people? Or did he help himself? Did he save the helpless? Or take advantage of them? Who was his family? Sure, his pack was his family, but his biological family...He didn't even know what they looked like. He only knew his name. Soneko. His amber eyes dropped to the ground and he continued walking. He was now only twenty yards from the complex and he could now make out the words scrawled on the doors. He stopped for a moment. He needed to be prepared for anything. Another long breath in and out through his nose and he began walking again. He stepped to the door. Given the size of this place, it was nobody's house, so he doubted he would get in trouble for just walking in. Then again, many humans went onto his mountains and invaded the Pack's privacy when the mountains weren't really set in stone (no pun intended) to be their home. The circumstances were different here, though. A building of this size, for humans, normally meant that it was open to anybody. Plus, how could they blame him for walking in? With how freakishly cold it is outside, and no other place to go, they would have to be retarded for thinking somebody would pass up shelter. He planted his palm on the door and pushed forward, the door swinging open with ease. He stepped into the tower, immediately feeling slightly warmer. He stepped in about a foot and allowed his tail to ease the door shut behind him.
The huge room was well lit. That was the first thing Soneko noticed. He squinted lightly, trying to let his eyes adjust more slowly instead of a sudden intake of light compared to the somewhat dark nature outside. He looked to his left, then his right. He found a few benches and a large--Pipe?--going through the middle of the room. When he looked to his right, he also noticed what seemed to be a bar. And he smelled somebody in that general area. Maybe they knew something about him. Maybe they knew nothing. Only one way to find out. He moved swiftly towards the bar, and found a young lady with a sword on her back walking away. He'd better stay on guard.
"Excuse me..."
That was all he could manage to say. He couldn't very well just blurt everything out at once.
'Oh, yeah, I lost my memory but something made me find this place and I was wondering if we may have met before and if we did I was hoping you'd be able to help me remember something.'
He'd sound like a babbling idiot.

Her boots thumped loudly against the wooden floor as she made her way down the hall and into the arena beyond, to focused on her training to hear the new voice behind her. Uncharacteristic for Jade. A few steps across the mats outside the ring, up the stairs, and about twenty feet inside of the tiles. Still keeping the blade sheathed across her back, Jade sat down on the tiles, letting out a slow, even breath.
She placed the bottle of water to her right side, stretching her legs out in front of her flat. Then she spread them apart, about a yard apart from foot to foot. Then the young woman leaned forwards, placing her torso between her outstretched legs and trying to press it as close to the tile as possible.
Best to stretch before beginning.

If you've ever been in one of those moods that made it likely for you to kill one of your own kin, you'd know not to say a word to Keno, who had decided to take a nice spot up in the stands and was enjoying the silence of the place until someone's unfamiliar voice uneasily jolted him back to reality. Peering out of his left eye he spotted the Saiya-girl stretching, armed with the Seinorei, a tool he rarely saw in use by anyone, although only two people ever really used it. A very exclusive club they were, he thought to himself grimly as he adjusted his headband to free up his right eye, which joined its brother in its emotionless gaze upon the ring.
The girl trained hard day in and day out. She never really went anywhere without a guardian, something he had never really been aware of before. Because of her, he probably had more allies behind him than he had intended to ask for. At the same time, she was the most protected individual within these walls. He'd go so far as to call her the princess of Orion, if one truly wanted to assemble a system to stratify the club's populace.
Folding his arms, he took a deep breath and became suddenly about still as stone. You'd be hard pressed to hear his heart beat no matter how sensitive your ears were and his lungs didn't budge as they traditionally would when a living being breathed. He wasn't trying to keep his presence unknown, but he was stiff enough to warn even the most curious and naive not to bother him unless they wanted to walk away with a bruise on their pride among other things.
