A fight was what they needed, and a fight was what they got. The Sableye didn't put up much of a fight but it would been unlikely to do so when it was 4 against 1. Daphnes did feel kind of bad for the bedazzled Pokemon, but at the same time... a enemy was an enemy. Darkrai however, was beyond that, and as such they had to press onward in order to end that fiend's madness. Once more the Bagon found himself pulled into Mogwai's arms, but this time the bear hoisted him to his shoulders instead. This was a far better vantage point to be sure. Though as the bear weaved through the crystals and commotion before them, it proved to be a bumpy one. When at last they found themselves at the top of the stairs, Daphnes hopped off Mogwai's shoulders only to find himself knee-deep in muck. "What in the Blaziken!?" Daphnes huffed, managing to pull himself onto slightly less soggy earth. One look around told him all he needed to know. They were in swamp land now. The luminecent moss that had crawled its way out of the cave lost it's light in the bog they now stood in. With little light and nary a direction to go.

The sight of Radium likely looked something like a squirell standing over it's horde of nuts and seeds, the mouse had collected what could of only been over 20 candies as Piper approached. The mouse looked up, her nose twitching and tiny sparks continued to flicker at her cheeks. "Butit'sjustlayinghere." Radium replied, scurrying over to the dragon. "Doyouthinkmaybeit'spoisoned?" That seemed a ridiculous thought though. Soon enough the others started to ascend the staircase and join them Vivace saying something about the candy not effecting her. "Yourrighti'msuuuuuperhypedrightnow." The mouse replied, head swiveling around to around the area. Noticing some mud nearby, the mouse quickly scampered over to the muck and reached a paw in gently. It didn't feel hot... hopefully there wasn't anything nasty hiding under it either.
Bringing up her paw, Radium went to work patting the mud over her cheeks, with a nice solid foundation she managed to find herself calming down a bit. Normally ground-type anything would of hurt her and she really didn't like the feeling of mud in her fur, but in a situation like this she had to suck it up and get dirty. Before she turned back to return to the group however, something in the muck caught her attention. It was kinda dulled, but she was certain she saw more than one colour glinting in what little light illuminated from the fire on her stick. Reaching forward, the mouse manged to just brush the shard, only for it to dim and crack as soon as she touched it.... though slowly but surely Radium watched as her fur started to change colours!

With the pathway lit, Samson made nice quick bounds, and felt the rust of old age break away. "Now this is more like it," he said. As the path continued, Samson started to piece together what this tunnel was supposed to represent. By the look of the wiring and the hodgepodge of sporadically-placed supports, this might have been Darkrai's attempt at making some sort of abandoned mine shaft. Very clever, to say the least; it would fill anyone with a weak will with the feeling of dread and hopelessness. Luckily, Samson and Daemon were not such Pokemon.
As they got further down the way, a waft of a new scent came over the Arcanine. "There's something up ahead, Mr. Daemon," Samson warned. "Get ready."

What a strange place… Mystery Dungeon Who are you people? Radium, Dotty, Ai, Vivace
☆ ☆【With the Sableye who had tried to antagonize them now thoroughly defeated, Piper found herself feeling proud and confident at how well they had all worked together as a team. The way to the next floor was now open for them to proceed onwards, and it was probably for the best that they make haste before they might end up having to fend off more of the gem ghosts. Looking over the battlefield, the Noivern couldn’t help but notice how the Sableye seemed to be peeling off one by one to fight against the Pokemon that were passing through whether they were in large groups or even individual ones… Strange… naturally one would think that optimally the Sableye would’ve tried to swarm the other Pokemon if they had wanted to try and drive them away from their territory. It was very similar to the Drifloon they had faced off against on the first floor, the way they took on Pokemon one by one rather than having the entire horde just converge on everyone… Still, there was hardly any time to think on that right now, they needed to leave and move on, not to mention it seemed that Radium had gotten a bit of a supercharge high from the residual energy of Dotty’s Thunder and was already taking off for the exit.
Not wanting to let her go off too far on her own, Piper immediately took off after her as she called for the others to follow. Thankfully, Radium hadn’t gotten too far as the Noivern found her hoarding a bunch of Rare Candies near the top of the stairs like a child with all of their Halloween candy in a great big pile, trying to pick up as many as she could while still holding onto her torch but only managing to fit about five in her arms. Equally nervous and relieved at the sight, Piper picked up a small pile of the candies and tucked them away into her mane for safekeeping as she advised the Pichu to hold off on eating them until she had calmed down a little at the very least. Radium seemed a little confused, saying that it was just laying around and asking if she thought it might be poisoned. ”Oh n-no no no! I d-didn’t mean that!” Piper quickly insisted, shaking her head rapidly, ”I mean, I d-don’t think at l-least a little candy is b-bad for you, but I d-don’t really think you n-need that much of it.” She squinted slightly as she looked at the tiny mountain of Rare Candies, glancing over as Ai and the rest of the group came up the stairs to join them. A thoughtful look crossed the Noivern’s face as Vivace suggested that perhaps Radium wouldn’t really be affected by the sugar, what with this being a dream world. ”M-Maybe…?” she said with uncertainty, idly combing her claws through her uneven mane while taking care not to disturb the stuff stored inside, ”We s-still don’t really know m-much about how this w-world works, though… A-Aside from how d-different combat seems t-to be, at least…” She recalled that herself and Dotty had had a few theories to test out how this strange dream world worked, though they had yet to get the opportunity to really try out anything…
Her thoughts didn’t linger for long as Radium spoke up, saying that Vivace was right and remarking about how ‘super hyped’ she was as she ran over towards what looked like a pile of mud nearby. ”Perhaps it’s b-best to be a l-little more c-careful with th-that Thunder attack next t-time around, Dotty,” Piper offered with a small smile towards the Duosion, at least so that it would be a little easier to help keep the Pichu under control and keep her from just zipping too far ahead. It was then that the Noivern chanced a glance around at the new terrain that surrounded them, already feeling uneasy as the smell of earth and decay hit her nose. The low-hanging branches heavy with vines and moss and the moist, muddy ground immediately gave the impression that this was some kind of swampland. The fact that she couldn’t even see the sky above due to the density of trees and branches only served to exacerbate her nerves, seemed that flying around here would be at best limited and at worst impossible. ”I d-don’t like the looks of th-this already…” she murmured, carefully probing at the sodden ground to try and find a more stable area to traverse before moving forward. She glanced over as Radium began digging around in the muck, seemingly finding something buried underneath all the grime that seemed somewhat shiny and glimmered in multiple different colors as it caught the light from her torch. Upon touching it, the thing suddenly dulled completely and cracked, and a surprising change came over the Pichu as the yellow of her fur gradually grew paler and paler until she was ghost white in color. ”Goodness… R-Ray, what’s h-happened to you?” she asked, somewhat concerned but more so intrigued as she eyed the now white electric mouse, ”A-Although… White actually does l-look quite n-nice on you.” It seemed Radium changed color after she had touched… whatever that thing was that she had found. Piper wondered if there were other things like that scattered about around here, though she’d prefer to refrain from just randomly digging around in the mud if it could be helped.】☆ ☆

A new place… Mystery Dungeon Mogwai spies a new friend! Daphnes, Chickpea, Dune
☆ ☆【Even though the Sableye was a far tougher foe to bring down compared to the Drifloon on the previous floor, between their now party of four it hardly stood even a ghost of a chance. As the fiend tried to cut around Mogwai to get at their Dunsparce companion, it was rewarded with getting almost completely buried under a flurry of large rocks. Even as it managed to extract itself from the pile, it was quickly downed for good as Daphnes delivered a wicked finisher by chomping down on it and tossing it away from them into a nearby hole in the cave wall. The Bewear’s ears perked up eagerly at Chickpea’s excited shout of how awesome they’d been, just like real knight. Yes! Absolutely like real knights! As much as the bear wanted to revel in their victory alongside their grass dino companion, Daphnes immediately brought them back around as he declared that they take their leave as quickly as possible. Mogwai was more than happy to have that covered as he hoisted his Bagon partner and Chickpea onto his shoulders and carefully took Dune into his arms. He knew in the back of his mind that he really should have asked first before just picking them all up like that, but they needed to beat a hasty retreat and he could cover far more ground than all of them combined. It didn’t seem that Daphnes really minded his new vantage point, though, and Chickpea was happily laughing as the Bewear carried himself and his whole team across the crystal laden battlefield and towards where the Bagon had inferred the stairs might be. It was a bit of a bumpy ride as the bear navigated his way around all of the gemstones and the battles still going on all around them, though thankfully it hardly took long to see where exactly they had to go and they reached the top of the stairs only seconds after. Taking a few moments to catch his breath after running what had felt like ten miles, Mogwai gently placed Dune back on the ground and lowered himself down enough to let Daphnes and Chickpea down from his shoulders.
The moment he did, however, his nose was immediately assaulted with the overwhelming scent of damp earth. It seemed this new area they had found themselves in was some kind of bog, the way ahead of them was overrun with trees that were crowded almost too tightly together, their interweaving branches laden with vines and moss blocking out any sight of the sky and making the area around them very dark, almost like the cave they’d just come from. And as Daphnes jumped down from his perch on the Bewear’s shoulders, the very earth almost seemed to nearly swallow him up as he sank knee-deep into the muddy ground below. Ears standing up in alarm, Mogwai moved to help pull the Bagon out from the mire and onto more stable ground, though it seemed the little Dragon-type had that already covered. There was very little in the way of light here… though the Bewear still noticed some of that luminous moss they had encountered in the cave still growing out a bit of a ways from where they’d come. ”Chiiiiickpeeeeeaaaa stiiiiill haaaaaave liiiiiight?” the bear inquired as he glanced towards the Chikorita curiously. He remembered Chickpea had been carrying around one of those glowing mushrooms as a makeshift torch when he and Dune had met up with the two knights, hopefully the little one had kept ahold of it and didn’t end up accidentally dropping it on their way out of the crystal cave. Seeing as they didn’t really have anyone who could use Fire-type moves in their group and some light would make it easier to navigate this new marshy land, they’d have to find other means of making do with what they had. If all else failed, Mogwai could probably try breaking off one of those branches from the trees around them and sticking a sizable chunk of the leftover radiant moss on it to craft a makeshift torch for them, or he could grab some of the stuff to give to Daphnes to put on his own stick...
Turning his attention towards the way ahead, the Bewear frowned upon noticing that rather than one singular straightforward path, there actually seemed to be multiple different ones branching off from where they stood that all seemed to be leading forward. ”Hmmmm… Looooots chooooiiiiceeees…” he murmured, rubbing a paw against his muzzle in thought, ”Wheeeere thiiiiink weeeee gooooo?” Since it seemed all of the different paths still led forward into the swampland in one way or another, did it even really matter which one they chose to take? Still, it probably was best to not just choose all willy-nilly, that was an easy way to get lost around here if anything… So it was probably best to leave the decision up to the group as a whole before they’d proceed any further. There was no telling what would be waiting for them up ahead, or what dangers could be hiding among the trees or underneath the murk and muck of this place.】☆ ☆

How did I come here? Mystery Dungeon Another lost soul? Xiao Lan, Beltigre, Shade, and Daiki
☆ ☆【For all the blows that they were landing on the Sableye as the rest of Team Fluff jumped in to help protect Xiao Lan after Fianna’s first attack, she huffed as the gem-eyed ghost was still managing to stand its ground as it tried to make a grab at the little Noibat as she struck it with a bite and latched onto its arm. Still… in spite of being much tougher than the Drifloon on the previous floor had been, it seemed like the ghosts here were more focused on blocking them off and protecting their crystal hoard than on actually trying to attack them. They definitely seemed to be acting in a way that would probably be quite reminiscent of their real world counterparts, quite a bit different compared to the Drifloon from before… Still, even if these ghosts weren’t somehow related to Darkrai in some way, then what exactly were they? Not that there was much time to really think on it as the Sableye curiously eyed Xiao Lan’s new armor as it inquired if it was food, grinning devilishly as it moved in to try and bite back at the little bat. With a shout of warning at the Noibat and a wicked uppercut with a Thunder Punch, the Braixen easily finished off as she sent it flying into the wall nearby, smashing some of the crystals loose from a bunch of clusters with the impact it made. Utterly defeated, the Sableye crumpled into a heap on the ground before ultimately being consumed by a burst of dark fire until nothing but a pile of soot remained.
Fianna sucked in a deep breath, letting herself ease up and relax a bit more now that the heat of the moment was over. Still, there was the matter of the crystal still in Xiao Lan’s possession, the very thing that had started the fight in the first place. The Braixen was more than relieved that she had calmed herself down before addressing the issue, she would’ve greatly preferred to have avoided outright snapping at the child if it could be helped. Still, she wasn’t about to let that kind of reckless behavior go unaddressed and unpunished, that was one of the main things when it came to good parenting after all. Bad behavior had to be disciplined, and good behavior reinforced… In true disappointed parent fashion, Fianna gave the little Noibat a stern lecture about being more careful and paying more attention to warnings, that situation could have turned bad quite easily if the group hadn’t been able to come to Xiao Lan’s aid in time before the Sableye got to her. They had gotten lucky this time that these guardians hadn’t made much of an attempt to fight back either… but from here on out it was sure to get increasingly difficult as they went through more floors and got gradually closer to Darkrai. They couldn’t afford to be careless from here onwards… Xiao Lan needed to understand that so she wouldn’t be recklessly throwing herself into potential danger again, especially if the tougher guardians would possibly start having more of a proclivity to actually retaliate against them.
The Braixen huffed softly and nodded in agreement as Shade chipped in as well, advising the Noibat in its own way that she shouldn’t take things that didn’t belong to her. Even so, as the fire fox looked at the little bat again her stern demeanor began softening a little as she sighed and shrugged. For all the trouble they’d gone through just over the damn thing she was still willing to give Xiao Lan the choice to keep the crystal she’d picked up if she wanted it, though slipped in a gentle yet firm warning that she not pick up anything else while they tried to make their way out of here. It was for the better that they not risk pissing off more Sableye, even though most of them seemed to be ignoring the group while others were breaking off to engage more groups of Pokemon that were making their way through.
In the meantime, however, they needed to focus on getting out of here and moving onwards, and the exit to this cave was surely on the other side of that colossal crystal in the center. Fianna nodded in agreement as Daiki finally spoke up after taking some time to recover from the fight, the group making their way across the room and around the base of the great crystal towards where the stairs surely lay. The Braixen caught sight of what seemed like hundreds, maybe even thousands of Sableye creeping across the surface of the enormous gem out of her periphery, grimacing at the sheer number of them as their team passed underneath. Arceus… it was probably for the best that they only had to fight the one to move on, they would’ve been easily overwhelmed if this whole entire army of ghosts had aggro’d onto them. Her attention was drawn back towards the way ahead as Daiki pointed out the exit to them, and sure enough the Braixen could see the start of stone stairs similar to the ones from before situated just inside a wide tunnel between a pair of large crystals. ”Onwards then,” the fox said with a nod as she followed him over towards it, making sure Shade and Xiao Lan stayed close by. With everyone gathered at the base of the stairs, Fianna gestured for them to come as they began climbing up to the next floor.
As they made their way up the stairs, the Braixen adjusted her pace until she fell in step next to Daiki, her tail gently brushing against him to let him know she was there. ”Hey…” she spoke up, her voice gentle and soft as she turned her gaze up towards the taller Zoroark, ”How are you feeling?” It seemed like Daiki had still been struggling quite a bit in combat, he had actually appeared to be a bit more tired this time around even though he had only attacked once before the Sableye was defeated. Fianna really didn’t want him to push himself more than he needed to, he could possibly drive himself to the point of passing out from exhaustion otherwise… With that in mind, it only made her all the more concerned for what could happen when their team would come to face off against whatever waited for them ahead that was possibly much tougher than those Sableye, and how Daiki might fare against them…
As they passed the very last step, however, Fianna wasn’t paying much attention to the path ahead of them because her focus was mostly on Daiki. At least until her foot suddenly caught on a loose rock caused her to stumble and trip. ”Ack!” she yelped as she fell forward, just barely saving herself from landing face first as she steadied herself with her free hand and held her flaming stick high up above her in the other. ”What the… The ground…” she frowned upon realizing how moist the earth was underneath, an expression of surprise and disgust crossing her face as she saw her arm was almost buried up to the elbow in muck. Gross… Swearing softly under her breath, she stood back up, flinging the mud still stuck to her fur with a grimace. ”What the heck is all of this…?” she muttered, holding her flaming branch up to take in the sights of this new biome they had stumbled into. So they’d gone from foggy forest to a crystal cave, and now to… what looked like a swamp of some kind. The area was packed densely with trees that sported an abundance of moss, creeping vines, and damp leaves hanging from their branches, so tightly interwoven together that hardly even a speck of sky could be seen upon glancing upwards. The air was heavy with moisture and rich with the smells of dank earth and decay, and the ground was nearly nothing but mud as far as the eye could see. With how humid it was here, it was a wonder that her branch was managing to still stay lit in spite of all the moisture in the air… though they would definitely need the light since this place was almost as dark as the cave they’d just come from.
”This already looks pretty bad… Everyone stay close and proceed carefully,” she said, narrowing her eyes as she guided her flame about to check and make sure nothing was stalking among the dense foliage around them, ”Given that we just found Sableye in a crystal cave, I don’t think I wanna know what lives in a place like this…” Of course, they’d surely find out eventually when they would reach wherever the next guardian was… And given that all of the guardians they’d come across thus far were Ghost-types in some way, Fianna was about 99.9% sure that whatever they’d find next would follow along with that same theme as well. What kind of ghost Pokemon lived in a swamp of all places, though…?】☆ ☆

Shade's gaze narrowed, not in irritation, so much as analysis. The chengshen was starting to have a hard time determining what exactly these guardians were. There were so many, it was hard to believe they were possibly real pokemon, like those brought here were. Yet, they acted individually, and with.... possessive, personality-like qualities. Perhaps it was a trick, or maybe there was something else going on here. Either way, on the off chance it meant what it said about food, it did need to be brought down. For Xiao Lan's sake, and so they could progress forward. Thankfully, Fianna had that recovered, and Shade took a moment to sit, and close their eyes, taking a deep breath.
Standing back up, the chengshen looked to Xiao Lan, eyes still glowing faintly. "You should not take things that do not belong to you," they advised quietly, before turning to continue towards the next level. Shade didn't exactly agree with Fianna's ruling, and though her scolding on listening was well placed, the end result of letting the little noibat keep the gem was something Shade wouldn't comment on. It was probably better to scout ahead, and see what lay before them.
Unfortunately, that was... less than pleasant. Somewhat separate from the group, but still listening, Shade moved ahead, looking about the dank swamp they had entered. Their nose crinkled some and for a brief moment, their ears went back, before they adjusted, and shook off the displeasure. Cherish would have a field day here... With a glance back to the others, Shade kept quiet; there were a few pokemon that could be guessed at here, and honestly, they weren't sure what would be worse.

Dune huffed, a little out of breath from getting so worked up even though he hadn't actually gotten up and close this time. "Y-yeah, shouldn't have- have messed w-with us!" Dune flapped his wings once, hopping into the air to cheer.
Dune hoped that Sirs Mogwai and Daphnes thought he and Chickpea did a good job. Oh, here was Mogwai now! Dune craned his neck to look up. Wow, what was Mogwai gonna say!? "U-uhm!" Okay apparently he wasn't going to say anything? He just picked everyone up and- "Wh-woah!" Mogwai was fast! It might've been scary, but Mogwai was so strong and gentle, Dune felt perfectly safe. This was fun!
"I th-think we're safe now," Dune chirped happily as he wriggled carefully to the ground. "Ugh. I l-liked the cave better..." He could feel his belly getting all slimy. Dune could appreciate some comfy mud, but there was a time and a place for it! He considered asking Mogwai to carry him, but that felt- well, he didn't quite want to do that. He thought about flying, but if they had to fight again he didn't want to be too tired for it.
Ai smirked as she inspected a rare candy of her own. "I suppose you might have a point," she mused, at Vivace's question about the sugar and how they were in the dream world. Who knew if these were even actually rare candies? Better... to not eat weird stuff until they were somewhere safer (or, you know, not at all). "I suspect Radium might have the 'lightningrod' ability. It draws in energy- Dotty's electric attack might have caused ...this." Piper probably had the right idea with being careful. Ai...made a mental note to be careful about using zap cannon.
Still, as difficult as it was to keep track of Radium like this... the little pichu was rather adorable. And white now, apparently. "I agree, it does look nice on you. But... perhaps be careful about touching and eating strange things?" It was difficult to keep stern when she wanted to laugh. Yes, everything about this place was dangerous, but it was difficult to not enjoy herself with these four.

The second his feet touched down onto the soggy, moist murk, Chickpea immediately regretted stepping down from off of Sir Mogwai's shoulders. He kept from letting it show on his face, however, and instead distracted himself from the feeling of cold mud by looking around the new terrain; it.. didn't help much, if anything it only made him more conscious of the situation he was in. But! As an adventurer/knight, he wasn't going to complain! Folks like him found themselves in unpleasant situations all the time, and that didn't stop them from forging onward!
And he was going to do just that!
With a sharp nod to the Bewear's question, Chickpea proudly bore his luminescent mushroom, a dim light in a foggy and damp environment, and high enough in the air for the entire team to see. "I think I'm going to hold onto it, as a good luck charm!" he explained, though it went without saying that he'd also use it as a light source, as meager as it was. "It's helped Dune and I find you guys, plus take out that cave pokemon too!" And now... it was going to lead them down the right path!
Maybe.
Chickpea certainly acted as if it would, confidently staring down the multiple trails before them before boldly striding forward and, at random, taking the second trail from the far left. He didn't have any reason to choose it over the others, he just had a... hunch, backed up by his lucky mushroom! "Let's go this way, guys!"

Vivace wasn't going to lie, it took a few seconds after Radium spoke before she could comprehend exactly what it was she saying; so it took her even longer to actually respond. "Maybe you should sit down for a few minutes," she suggested, but by then the Pichu had already darted off to begin... dirtying her fur with mud. She didn't understand any of this, but thankfully Ai was there to explain part of it: Radium was so hyper because of an ability called... Lightning Rod, so she'd absorbed too much energy from Dotty's electric attack.
Okay, that made sense. The mud thing still left her baffled, but not as much as Radium's fur suddenly changing colors. Still though, just because she didn't fully grasp the situation didn't mean she couldn't applaud the change; Radium did look pretty. "I bet you could pop out at people and make them think you're a ghost!" she cheerfully, and semi-seriously, jested.

With the defeat of the sableye, the other cave dwellers decided to leave the rest of the group alone. Other groups were targeted, but Luna and her allies were safe for the time being. When Allure warned the group that their 'train' was leaving, the eevee scrambled aboard the larger pokemon as best as she could. At least when curled up on Allure's back Luna could safely set down Argo's flute without fear of it rolling around.
It was probably for the best Luna was riding on Allure's back, as once the group reached the next floor a putrid stench filled the air. The eevee's nose was scrunched as she noted the sticky mud on the ground. At least this floor had more light than the cave, light filtering down to the marsh through the leaves of clustered, twisted trees. Yes, staying high and mostly dry was much better than trying to march through mud with the consistency of thick glue.
For the most part, the eevee was content to just look around and enjoy the ride. Then she noticed something odd on the ground. Something small, round, and wrapped in a pretty blue wrapper. It looked like... "Candy!?" Luna chirruped with a wagging tail as she bolted upright. Sure enough, it looked like several pieces of candy wrapped in a rainbow of colors were just sitting in the marsh. Not all grouped together in a pile, but a piece here, one further along, another further still... A trail, more than anything. It took every bit of willpower the pokemon had to not chase off after every piece and simply content herself with the few she could get when one happened to be close to Allure. Considering that meant getting ones that were stuck on leaves and branches rather than on the ground, that wasn't very many.

Dotty's eyes widened as Radium suddenly tackled the sableye just as she released her thunder attack. "Radium NO!" Dotty screamed, terrified that she had hurt the pichu. Sure, an electric attack wouldn't do much damage against an electric type, but thunder was still quite a powerful move, and the pichu was just so small...
What Dotty didn't realize was that Radium's ability attracted and absorbed electrical attacks, converting it into energy, so when the pichu stood up all jittery after absorbing some of her attack, Dotty was relieved but very confused as the pichu spoke far too fast and then found some candy. "Uh... A-are you... O-okay???" She asked carefully, chasing down the pichu with the rest of her team.
She had to agree with Piper about saving the candy, lest the pichu go into some kind of sugary coma after how energized she already was. "I would think not, Vivace, but clearly my thunder attack is affecting her, so either this isn't the dream world, or there are some sort of real world effects even in the dream." She suggested when Vivace seemed to have suspicions about whether the candy would actually affect the pichu or not.
Ai explained her suspicions about Radium's reaction to the electricity and Piper suggested that Dotty be careful about using thunder in the future. "Y-yeah... S-sorry, I didn't realize she had the lightning rod ability..." Dotty wilted a little in guilt.
At least Radium seemed mostly fine, and thankfully, the pichu was able to see the sense in not stimulating her energy levels any more than they already were. She did, however, begin to dig through the mud and pat it on herself for some reason. Perhaps in an attempt to diffuse the electrical energy in herself? When she began to change color however, Dotty's alarm quickly grew. "O-oh noooo...! What's happening now?! DID I MUTATE HER???" Dotty asked Ai in a panic, clinging tightly to Radium. Perhaps she was overreacting, just a little, only adding to the hilarity with her dramatics.

Gail leaned back some to make room for Ammy as she finished off the Sableye, and smiled as the pokemon began melting away with a groan. Her tail swayed a bit as well, before she looked over to the lupup, chest puffing out as she straightened in pride. "Hehe! We really surely do~!" she giggled, bounding over and lightly bumping noses with Ammy, before turning, and trotting towards the stairs. "C'mon, let's see what's ahead!" she urged, though she paused a moment as she reached the top of the stairs, and looked around. This place... stank. And it wasn't great to look at, either. "Hey Ammy, think we oughta try and leave a message for the boys?" she asked, tail lightly swaying as she looked over to her companion.

Cling gave a final iron tail to the pokemon, and the sableye faded. The klow sighed, slumping a moment. There wasn't a lot of time to recover, though-- there were still other shadowy forms around, and he quickly slithered up, at least moving towards the stairs, before slouching again. He just... needed to take a second. He'd never battled before! And it was... really quite thrilling. And as soon as he caught his breath, he'd try and reconnect with Dice, and see if maybe, this time, he could keep up.
