You can start with Rinnengan, actually, you just have to be a pure blooded Rinnengan user. You know? No implants, no sorcery, no edo tensai but an ACTUAL Rinnengan user.
And any implants must be gained in RP, if that is not specified then I shall rectify that.
It's not really a problem to anyone else.
And Hyuuga I didn't have a problem until you waded into this guild and started insulting not just my won hard work but the hard work of my friends.

Sorry Jinei, with the power of the Terumi clan, we need them to be indetified and there really aren't any people in Cannon whom don't know what clan their from; they just refuse to use their name. The Kekkei Genkai itself pretty much tells the person for them.

With Suna being deader than a week old road kill. Would or could it be arranged for me to get a transfer to a more active village. ?

Do it, I'd appreciate the spot being opened to allow me to roleplay as a jounin since I'm not sure if I'd like to be chunin lol Edit: Nvm you're a genin. However I'll train you if a jounin spot isn't taken. I assume from the inactivity that some jounins are needed or chunins so if I have the spot I'll train you and we'll do some stuff to make Suna active smile
