((I didn't do anything, he'd just gotten cocky. We were supposed to have a job waiting for us up in Ocala in a few weeks. I've known this guy my entire life, and he's my best friend's uncle. So I asked him if I would be able to work with them when they went to Ocala. He let me work with them on their farm down here to see how good of a worker I was.
After lunch, he tells us that the Ocala job was given to some other guy. My boss had figured that he'd get the job no matter what and ended up buying a truck he can hardly afford, which kinda sucks. But, anyway, he said that he only needed me for the Ocala job, and since we weren't going up there, there was really no point in him keeping me.

Not that I can't muster up the gold, but because I'd be broke afterwards. Especially seeing as I want multiple pics, and I want full-body or 3/4 body pics. And most people want refs. for OC art, of which I have VERY little. I lost some from a long time ago, damnit.
I've actually been art-searching on Gaia for years. Once, I won an auction for a bunch of character art, from a kick-a** artist. Soon after, they dissappeared from Gaia, and haven't been on since. I hadn't even given the gold o.o;.
Don't let it get to you though, Xaith. I'm always doing more things than I can do. It's a bad habit. Sometimes.

Red: I'm doing pretty well. Trying to figure out what I should blow my gold on. Now that I'm gonna start donating to Gaia instead of using my gold for the monthly items, I really don't need to save.

You might be inspired later to edit your avatar or buy some awesome art or whatever else and be sitting on a nice little pixel mountain of abundance.<~>
