Special Ability: Energy Slice

The Weapon Master Ninja Class is able to utilize a similar technique to the Samurai's Ki Strike, called the [Energy Slice]. Instead of channeling the attack through their bodies however, the attack is channeled through their weapon of choice, or any weapon they get their hands on. Channeling their chakra through their blades, they can project an energy attack through their blades which carries the properties of any element they control. Weapon Masters can control this chakra channeling ability to such a degree that they can channel other people's elements through their weapons, or, if they can attain them, place specifically made tags on their weapons to absorb an element and utilize that element's Energy Slice.

The reason this class fits my RPC so well is that while he was a kid growing up his dad made him train everyday with a sword. Then after what happened he continued on training with a sword to make his dad proud.

Attributes: Speed, Agility, and Toughness
Primary Attribute: Agility
Benefit: Gain a +1 rank to evasion, and enables them to more easily dodge techniques, effectively making them more reactive and quicker to respond to an attack then even the typical Chuunin. Projectiles thrown by an agility ninja very rarely miss, and therefore must be in some way deflected rather then dodged. Agility ninja also cannot be knocked off their feet and can balance quite naturally on even the thinnest of wires without requiring the use of chakra.
Combat Ability: Once per combat, a ninja with this attribute is able to invoke an 'Evade', whereby, even in the most impossible situation, they are able to find a way out of an attack or grapple hold, maneuvering their body nimbly in such a way to take almost no damage from an incoming attack and either completely avoid it, or maneuver around it to their advantage. (Cannot 'Evade' an attack from an opponent 3 ranks of speed higher then your own.)
Secondary Attribute: Speed
Benefit: Speed Ninja receive a +1 rank bonus to their speed, but can even outperform those above their rank by a fair amount. As a Genin, they would be faster in their movements then even the average Chuunin, requiring somewhat of Sp. Jounin to keep up with or catch up to them. Their speed makes their movements blindingly fast, but it does not increase their reaction speed, and therefore does not increase their ability to evade incoming attacks. Higher level ninja with this attribute have been described as simply disappearing only to re-appear closer without showing any sign of movement in between. However, not just movement speed is enhanced, but attack speed and tactile manipulation as well. With such an increase to the movement speed of their arms and hands, the deadliness of their strikes is enhanced, making such attacks difficult to keep up with as their movements seem like only a blur.

Specialties:

Offensive: Offensive Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, and Kenjutsu all act as if they were +1 rank stronger, but have a 1.5x increased chakra/stamina cost [rounded up] as well. In addition, all techniques require 1 extra post to learn.)

Combo: Whereas the average shinobi can only perform a single Nin-/Gen-/Tai-/Ken-jutsu in a post, Combo Specialists can perform 2 such jutsu in any combination they wish. In addition to this, when jutsu are performed back to back, one immediately after the other, both attacks always occur. The first attack can be blocked, dodged, or parried, but it cannot be negated or diverted in such a way that the second attack no longer occurs. The second attack always occurs after the first, making the Combo Specialist's opponent forced to deal with both attacks.

Physical Description:Akira generally isn't to flashy in looks. He mostly wears a simple pair of khaki cargo pants with a plain colored shirt. The color of the shirt may change from day to day. He also wears a pair of brown sneakers. His skin color is close to the color of a pecan. There is a long scar extending from the top of his left clavicle to the lower, right area of the abdomen. The scar can only be seen if he is without his shirt, though. On certain days he can be seen wearing a white bandanna covering the top of his head, as well as his forehead.

Personality: At first glance, Akira may seem a bit intimidating and very serious. But once you get to know Akira, you'll see that he is actually very boisterous and playful. Being an only child, he likes to claim people he likes as a brother or sister and will refer to them as such which can be misleading. Once someone has been claimed as a brother or sister to him, he will also treat them as though they were truly a part of his family. Akira loves no one more than his family. Although, there is one thing that rivals his love for his family. Strawberries. Akira loves strawberries and would do just about anything for a mouthful of strawberries. He often has a pink tint around his mouth because he is very messy when eating strawberries.

Behavior: When Akira is alone, if you were to put him under surveillance, you would find Akira acting quite strange. He may amuse himself with noises he can make or a funny walk and other things. When Akira is thinking he is also often pacing. When Akira is around people, he may be easily distracted with lots of people, but in a one-on-one conversation Akira can focus for the most part. When Akira is in combat, outwardly he taunts his opponent with childish behavior and jokes. But on the inside Akira is plotting the downfall of his opponent. Akira aims to kill in battle.

[Stealth] Stealth enables an Assassin Class Ninja to wrap themselves in a cloak of chakra which makes them become invisible to all those around them. This can be done at any time of the day and there is no limitation on how long a character can stay in Stealth. In keeping with the concept, all Assassins are capable of muting their footsteps and minimizing the sounds they make when they move. Only someone with well attuned senses would be able to detect their approach. When running, their footsteps are not muted, but still make only a quiet pitter-patter noise against the ground.

[Craft Poison] These ninja have the ability to submit custom Poisons in the [Custom Technology] thread. These ninja are immune to the poisons they create.

- Assassins can create up to 3 'Public' Poisons, which any other assassin can obtain in some way or another, and which ordinary ninja can access the antidotes for within their villages.

- Additionally, an Assassin can create 1 'Private' Poison, which only they have access to, and which only they have the antidote for. (Only Medical Class ninja can develop antidotes for these poisons, and it takes 10 posts to create ONE vial of Antidote, which cannot be mass produced.)

Akira has always been playing tricks and spying on people. Akira used his stealthiness and "poison crafting" (they weren't really poisons that he made but they were quite disgusting to his classmates) against people he didn't like. He would gather information on the subject then use it against them i.e. Josh still wets the bed. Akira spied on Josh until he found this out then told Josh's girlfriend this information. Josh is no longer as cool as all the girls thought he was. Also, Josh no longer has a girlfriend. And probably never will again in his childhood. The kinds of "poison" Akira would make were nothing more than pungent foods mixed together or things he burned that made a strange colored smoke or a bad smell. Akira has now honed his stealth and poison craft skills to gain useful information such as battle plans or a way to incapacitate his opponent.

Jounin) for one post or perform an additional action for that round, enabling them to string together combo maneuvers. (Normally, most shinobi would only be able to use one jutsu per combat post.)

Akira hates being hurt, and as a sneaky little boy, he sometimes got hurt by those who caught him snooping. So he developed his reflexes so that he might be able to lessen whatever pain he may be about to take by completely evading it. He also increased his speed so that in case he was outnumbered or simply could not win he could run away and regroup or give out what information he had obtained before his enemies could beat him into not telling their secrets.


Specialties: Tactical Support, Chakra Control

Chakra Control: All Nin-/Gen-/Tai-/Ken-jutsu techniques are reduced in cost as if they were one rank lower (for Chakra only) at Genin, and at Special Jounin and above, they cost one rank lower (for Chakra only) minus an additional 1 chakra point. Use of chakra control techniques such as Wall/Water walking cost nothing. Also, ninjutsu 2 ranks below the user and below do not require hand seals to perform.

Tactical Support: All techniques, Taijutsu/Ninjutsu/Genjutsu/Bloodline etc... require 3 fewer posts to learn. In combat, they are particularly adept at evading incoming attacks (+1 to Evade) and they can easily identify the tactics and abilities being used by their opponents in combat (allowing them to identify tactical maneuvers and the breadth and power of the jutsu an enemy is signing). Teammates under a tactical support specialist's leadership gain +1 rank bonus to Evasion and Speed, and can combo more effectively, allowing their allies perform two jutsu per post... so long as they have had the plan laid out to them directly.

Physical Description: Altrius mainly wears a typical black outfit with gold trimmings along the collar and sleeve cuffs. His outfits are mainly made out of fine cotton to elegant silks and flowing robes. Over his shoulders and around his neck is a fur lining of his cloak. The fur is black from a black bear, showing that he sports his status as a hunter to some while to others it's his own fashion senses.

Altrius is, at first glance, a relatively unassuming individual. He is of average height, standing at five feet, ten inches tall. His body mass is one hundred forty-two pounds, giving him a relatively structured build. He is muscular and athletic, with muscles that are well trained but do not bulge unnecessarily. He has a particularly well crafted torso, with solid muscles and an etched abdomen. This set of muscles has to do with his training, which affords him with a certain amount of strength without requiring a great deal of musculature.

His skin is of a pale tint, white as snow. He has a patch of lighter scar tissue, still relatively fresh, on his left shoulder, stretching from the base of his neck, across the table of his shoulder, to the top of his bicep.

He has a face that is made up of smooth angles. This gives him a hawkish, attractive appearance. He has a sharper chin and a thin, wry mouth. His eyes are vibrant and bright, with a deep blue color that has elements of different shades of blue in them. His nose is small but sharp, lending to his overall look of smooth angles. His hair is cut short, hanging just above his ears and over his eyes. It is a bright golden yellow color and is generally ruffled and a little unkempt.

Personality: [Ambitious] - Altrius is very ambitious. He is not content to be a bit player in the game of the universe. He has a goal in mind for the world, one he is willing to do anything to see fulfilled: equalization. As a tactician, he wants to see what would become of the world if the balance is tipped. In order to fulfill his lust for knowledge, he is willing to manipulate, lie, and murder in order to change the status qo and set off a change of events that never before seen in the world of shinobi.

[Zen] – Altrius has a very calm, fateful demeanor to him. He believes in the procession of fate, and that everything occurs as it does in the proper order of fate. This is not to say, however, that he believes that events are locked into stone. He has full belief in the ability that everyone has to change their own destiny. His belief is that fate is kind to the determined, and will change for them. At the end of every battle, no matter the result, he is content that fate had guided him there for a purpose. Even if he loses, he still believes fate is as it should be, and that all he can do is learn from his mistakes.


Behavior: Altrius is amoral. He has a disturbing lack of personal morals. He has few convictions and generally he does not believe in an overall morality in the world. He thinks that right and wrong are constructions based on the circumstances, and that every person will do what they believe is right, regardless of whether or not their view of right and wrong is shared by others. He knows that there is no morality that everyone subscribes to, and that everyone, including himself, is just out to do the best they can for themselves and the people that are close to them

[Loyal] – Altrius is a particularly loyal individual. He is a quiet, soft-spoken invidual who doesn't often extend himself to others. When he does make a personal bond, however, the loyalty extended through it is almost unshakable. It's hard to find a fiercer friend then him. Altrius will do whatever it takes to protect the people around him that he cares about, irregardless of the consequences of those actions. He treasures his bonds above all else and is truly hurt when those bonds are broken.

[Sly Mind] – As Altrius is ambitious, he is deceptive by nature from his history of having a hard past. He finds it hard to trust people, but treasures the ones he holds dear closely. He can be described as a "False Friend" as well, for he tends to lie and deceive those he hates. By following the principal of "Keep your friends close, and your enemies closer" Altrius follows his own role to ensure his survival in the Shinobi world.

Stealth has the ability to make a "cloak" of chakra around a user to render themselves invisible to those around the assassin. It's the most valuable skill a sneaky person has to have the ability to get the drop on his enemy.

Craft Poison allows an assassin to create a secret weapon to use at their disposal to take out enemies without so much as touching them. However it depends and varies on the preference of the Shinobi on what kind of poison they craft.

Tweak: Dropping the only Element for an additional Taijutsu Style


Altrius is sly and deceptive by nature. He trains his body to utlize a "hit first, ask later" type of tactic. He doesn't like to get his hands dirty, so he uses a type of battle that effects the human body called Poison. Like Kimimaru, Altrius uses agility and his bone manipulation to cause devastation to his opponents once he is discovered and cannot rely on his stealth abilities.


Attributes:

Primary Attribute: Speed

Benefit: Speed Ninja receive a +1 rank bonus to their speed, but can even outperform those above their rank by a fair amount. As a Genin, they would be faster in their movements then even the average Chuunin, requiring somewhat of Sp. Jounin to keep up with or catch up to them. Their speed makes their movements blindingly fast, but it does not increase their reaction speed, and therefore does not increase their ability to evade incoming attacks. Higher level ninja with this attribute have been described as simply disappearing only to re-appear closer without showing any sign of movement in between.

However, not just movement speed is enhanced, but attack speed and tactile manipulation as well. With such an increase to the movement speed of their arms and hands, the deadliness of their strikes is enhanced, making such attacks difficult to keep up with as their movements seem like only a blur.

Combat Ability: Once per combat, a ninja with this attribute can utilize a 'Burst' technique, which enables them either to increase their speed by an additional rank (Putting a Genin's speed above that of a Sp. Jounin) for one post or perform an additional action for that round, enabling them to string together combo maneuvers. (Normally, most shinobi would only be able to use one jutsu per combat post.)

Secondary Attribute: Cunning

Benefit: +1/2 rank to all Genjutsu (making all of their Genjutsu more difficult and convincing then normal). Able to think quickly to dodge/counter incoming attacks, and able to more easily detect traps set by an enemy. Their traps are also more effective then others, increasing their chances of working. Cunning ninja are also affected less by the manipulative effects of those with the 'Sexy Attribute'... though they would still be rather attracted to them.

Tertiary Attribute: Agility

→ Being an assassin and someone with a frail body, Altrius needs to be agile and quick enough to able to dodge attacks and react to quick and intense combat scenarios.

Altrius is unable to utilize an element for Ninjutsu. He uses more of a fast approach to his opponents by training his body for terms of speed. He has a quick processing mind to help him react to sudden changes in a fight and a knowledge of crafting poisons through herbs and other chemicals (Class benefit). Like some would suggest, The teen is an effective taijutsu user through his bone usage and speed capabilities that allows him to string attacks into one combo.


Specialties:

Tactical Support: All techniques, Taijutsu/Ninjutsu/Genjutsu/Bloodline etc... require 3 fewer posts to learn. In combat, they are particularly adept at evading incoming attacks (+1 to Evade) and they can easily identify the tactics and abilities being used by their opponents in combat (allowing them to identify tactical maneuvers and the breadth and power of the jutsu an enemy is signing). Teammates under a tactical support specialist's leadership gain +1 rank bonus to Evasion and Speed, and can combo more effectively, allowing their allies perform two jutsu per post... so long as they have had the plan laid out to them directly.

Sensor: Ninja who specialize in sensing other people's chakras are generally rare and prized commodities within the ninja world. With the ability to detect other ninja with a sixth 'Chakra Sense', Sensors can help their teams avoid ambushes, track down enemies, or examine the battlefield for unique dangers. Being able to detect foreign chakra presences, their relative strengths and abilities, and even identify people solely by their chakra signatures, Sensors are intuitively aware of everything going on around them, making them priceless assets to their teammates and a liability to their enemies.
