Solarinn had reached the mortal realms. He knew that to go as a Dragon into the mortal realms would be dangerous. People could hurt him. Using the Glamour spell that had been placed on him by Poseidon whenever they had buisness in the mortal realm, Solarinn-Parrot flew around the Town that he had found himself in. However, the combined effect of the Wing-injury and over-exertion on the journey, he landed in a tree and fell asleep.

"So, kids," Ares said as he saw them all file out of the library.

"I take it that you are all finally ready to find out who you really are. I mean, afterall, we can all only make-believe for so long," he said pulling out his book from his bike.

He turned around and let them all see the cover of the book. "Its the Book of War," he said answering their silent questions. "I've had it in my possession for eons already. It is an item of divine importance and belongs solely to the God of War," he said as his eyes rested upon Athena for just a moment.

"Somewhere along the line, each of you, as well as myself lost our divinity and are now living mortal lives here on Earth. I can only imagine it happened when the Norse came and visited us, but that's of little importance."

He sighed as he stepped back a moment. "Apparently, each of you lost a part of your memories of our former life as well. Now I am no expert, but since I did not lose my memory, I can only imagine that it is because I had a divine item in my possession, pertaining to my craft. If that is the case of course, then gathering items of divinity pertaining to each one of your crafts should, in essence, give back not only your memories, but our abilities as well."

As much as he hated to admit it, he did need their help. He could only imagine that if Athena did have all her memories she would be perfectly content to rub it in his face that he needed their help. Thankfully at least, she still did not retain all her memories. With that fact in mind, he almost didn't mind asking Athena the next question.

...Almost...

"You, dear sister, are the Goddess of Wisdom. Tell me you see at least some wisdom in these words do you not? What say you? It is said that not all the gods kept every item of divinity on Olympus, but in some places on Earth as well," he finished calmly.

There, he had said it. He laid it all out on the line. Either they would hold to their mortal roots and think him insane and leave him to work on some other plan, or they would feel their spark of divinity inside, and work towards the goal of retaking Olympus from the Norse. Either way, they now were all at a crossroads.

Sophie wasn't all that surprised. She had already pieced some of the parts together through her research, which they all would have known if they had listened to her lecture. She nodded at the biker, Ares, God of War. Athena, Greek Goddess of Wisdom, Strategy, Crafts. She liked it.

Aly shrugged her shoulders. " Sounds sane enough to me. So where would we start looking for these items of divine crafts?" She turned her attention to Sophie knowing she would be the best bet as the girl was a walking dictionary. She then glanced at Alan waiting for his reaction. If he didn't want to do it then she probably wouldn't out much effort into it. Aly was a bit more interested in filing away the fact that Ares didn't want to ask for help.

Alan nodded, that plan sounded as good as any and it made about as much sense as being a Greek God turned mortal teen did, which he had come to grips with surprisingly fast; which was probably because he sometimes wondered how it could be that music came so easily to him and how people he barely knew were charmed for no particular reason.
"I think we should do it sis, I mean there's really nothing to lose anyway."

Aly nodded her head. He was right. " I agree it really does make sense. If that's true then the first thing I would want to look for were the legendary bows Artemis and Apollo had. I'm sure Sophie has something legendary of Athena's that she would like above anything else. What about you Alan?"

"I figure the item most relating to Apollo would be his lyre. Athena's could be a good deal of items," Alan said hoping they wouldn't be searching each owl in the city.
Alan just thought for a second, "How many gods do you think are stuck like this?"

Aly shrugged her shoulders. " I think it's safe to say that the 12 High Gods and Goddesses are the ones that got turned. I somehow doubt the Norse gods if they're the one one's who did this could have turned all the gods and goddesses mortal. There's a good chance they didn't even pay attention to all the minor gods and goddesses running around Olympus. Not to mention all the junk we've more than likely collected over the centuries." She told her twin brother with a wicked grin.

Hmmm...an item, an item. What item would bring back my memories? Sophie wondered. "Maybe...oh, I've got it! My book! My first sketchbook of architecture and general notes! I'm sure Athena had one."

Alis poofed back up to Olympus, just to check if Athena was there. She wasn't. She sent another e-mail to Loki from her computer and grabbed a few books off of Athena's shelf. Alis had always wanted to read through her aunt's early notebooks. She teleported back to her apartment in the modern world and began flipping through the pages eagerly. "Not a single spelling mistake," she murmured with approval.

Loki didn't get the reply. He was visiting the realm of Muspellsheimr where he sought an audience with Surtr the ruler of the fiery land. He'd already got Niflheim's backing through his daughter Hel, and sought to use his powers of Rhetoric on the Fiery Demon.
After a long debate with the Fiery King, Loki was triumphant with his superior logic, but failed to note the grieved king's sore reaction to Loki's plan to rid the God-realms of the Olympians. Loki had even overlooked the fact that the Fire Demon had his two sons in the employ of the Blacksmith God, Hephaestus.
Grinning somewhat madly, Loki planned his revenge on the deposed Greek Gods.

((Would it be alright to roleplay Surtr as well as the others?))

((I suppose.))

Alan thought for a second about the artifacts they'd have to find, "Where should we start?"

"Well, we're obviously not going to Mount Olympus," Sophie said. "But where else would our divine items be besides Mount Olympus...maybe Alis has something...wait, who's Alis? Ugh, I hate not knowing these things." She turned to Ares. "You don't by any chance happen to know who Alis is, and why she might have some of our divine items?"

"What would you suggest that we do, Lord Loki?" asked Surtr, sat on his throne made mostly of melded lava rocks that emitted a deep red glow that lit up the throne-room in a swathe of red light. Surtr did not agree with the plan of Loki's to destroy the Olympians. His heart disagreeing with the Loki's plan, he suggested several alterations- the Olympians were not to be harmed outright- that would give Loki a chance to vent his fury on them later in a controlled setting rather than in the chaotic realm of Midgard and Surtr's Minions would answer to Surtr alone.

Loki was displeased by Surtr's choice, but he saw a flaw in Surtr's reasoning that he could use to his benefit.
"Lord Surtr! According to our customs, any dealing done between two persons requires an oath." He watched Surtr's response- Yes. Fool. Nod all you like. "Since a Oath via mead would be most unwise..." Loki referred to the fact that Surtr was made chiefly of fire element. "I suggest an oath via magic."

Surtr did not see where Loki was leading the conversation. "A Oath via Magic would be one of the best choices..."

"Do you know of anyother choice, Surtr?" Loki said bluntly, dropping his pretence of respect in a rather Oedipus vs Tireisias arguement starter.

"A Oath via Magic will suffice. Do you have the sufficient runes?" Surtr said sharply. He did not want a blood-feud with the Asgardians- it was enough that he had seen the effects that Loki had when he'd killed Otter, son of Hreidmar.

"I have the runes. Let us begin."

Aly shrugged her shoulders. " I'm not sure but the name Alis is familiar and it makes me annoyed and slightly scared. I have a feeling that whomever this Alis is should never be allowed to touch a bow."
