Laura took a seat not far from the building, she decided she wanted to take a look around but ended up getting a bit lost. Going through her pants she grabbed a small devices and hooked it up to her ear and pressed a button. it began to ring. A few moments later she heard a pause and then an exhausted, "Hello?" "Terrance, hi! sorry to wake you," -not- " but I'm at the huge house-thingy and want to be picked up."
There was a ruffle of sheets. "Why should I?"
"Because the residence here may be the key to what you are looking for."
"Vampires?" There was a pause. "I'll be there." The cell made a click and she placed it back into her pockets. She might get more then she hoped for if he came.

"Well, I've tested my blood." He said as he began to season the steak only slightly and tossed it on the pan. "It's actually alot like human blood just deprived of all oxygen. Our blood kills all the oxygen and so, that's why we need to drink human blood to carry oxygen throughout us. And we need to restore that supply otherwise it feels like we're suffaccating to death." He looked at her apologetically. "Sorry for the science lecture."

Shaylene shook her head, I don't mind. I've always wondered why your kind has to drink blood. She ahd tried to drink blood once when she was younger, just to see if it had something to do with the taste, and needless to say Shaylene was sickend by it, though she rather enjoyed biting the person. Red blinked when she realized ehr attention and thoughts had wanderedand she smiled sheepishly.

V thanked the heavens he had his back to her as he hid the smile that creeped acrossed his lips at her thoughts. He slipped the steak onto a plate and set it in front of her. "Not exactly gourmet, but it should taste okay and fill you up for a while."

"Yes I grabbed your little science pouch, now don't talk to me while I'm driving!"

"And i you. But if this works out, I may welcome you as family."
"As if I'd wa-" the line was dead. Laura could only hope he'd get severely and painfully dismembered once he got there.

Shaylene looked at the steak speculatingly and then cut of a small peice and chewed it thoughtfully. Well, it'll stay down. She told him, eating another bit. Actually, it is really good. Can you eat normal food? Or all liquid diet?

Does food taste bad, or have no taste? She asked cutting the steak into bite sized peices as they talked.

V stole a little piece off her plate and popped it in his mouth. He chewed carefully, considering and shrugged as he swallowed. "Tastes fine to me." He laughed.

I overheard his request and grinned to myself. "Seems like that's an awful nice bike. You must know alot about 'em." I said walking over to the man, smiling slightly.

Bane arched a brow. He could smell lamia, all over her. He hoped she wasn't one of those that started pulling dog jokes out of their a**. "Yeah, I do."

I sniffed the air and smelt werewolf, and smiled slightly. " Don't know too much, but I know a good bike when I see it, and to me cars and motercycles are one of the last un-corrupted beauties in this world." I said grinning up at him.

He threw his head back and laughed uproarously. "That very well may be." He said after a moment.
Eddie came up with a bike in hand. Bane almost fell in love with it at first sight. He saw it a few quirks, but it only sealed the deal as far as Bane was concerned. "You're heaven sent. How much?"
Eddie rambled off a price and Bane winced. "Eh. It's worth it, for this beauty." He said.
