[Kurona] Toning down seems perfect. We really do need to show other people that 1919 isnt bad at all. I really do hate it when they insult us infront && behind our pixel backs. Defending is fine, but defending without all the shouting and stuff seems much more necessary :]
If possible, we should also try and keep the big-mouthed 1919 advertiser keep their mouth shut. Yeah.
The problem is, we love 1919. We'll always see the good in what's ours, and we'll always be blind to the bad until it falcon kicks us in the a**.
We need balance. A very easy plan to enforce, a very simple plan to mess up.

Buttcake The Twisted Truth This all sounds well and good, but when put to a candle it just fails. The reason why we have closed ourselves off is because of douchebags that have taken advantage of it and exploited our home. Spreading it's location, diluting what it used to be.
We hold on to the memory of how everything was, but when oldbies we know are still around come back, we get defensive, in the same way we do when a new kid comes in.
There will be no talk of moving. At all. 1919 is 1919, there is no other. At this point, I don't care if I sound like an elitist b***h. I'm tired, I want my home back. I am sick of the pricks and bitches thinking they can come in and ******** my day up. I'm sick of the petty OOC drama s**t. There will always be drama but damn. The beast has turned in on it's self hasn't it? How can we expect to to deal with outsiders when we can't even get along with all of the insiders? The People who left and are slowly returning...who says they were even gone at all?
Yuki, stop being a little b***h. You are a new kid. You aren't 'known' like some people like Plush or Murk or any of them are. That's no one's fault but your own. Don't you turn on people because we aren't all "HOMG WANNA PLAY CARS WITH US!1!one!11!1"I agree with Twisted. I think we need to talk to the people who are directly trying to "invade" 1919 and settle this. And we can possibly stop this from continuing by respecting random people who just enter the town. If they do not reply to you with respect, ignore them. : D Exactly. We cannot beat them down with words. All we can do is try to respect them. It's likely they're all decent human beings. Not monsters like we make them out to be.

We still can go ahead and argue, but I do not like the act of insulting another reg or anyone we consider to be an 'outsider.' Yes, some are annoying as hell, but we need to pull through this with patience and full understand of 'the plan.'
Now this will probably bring up a arguement, but please DO NOT INSULT. It's about Peachy, we talked to her and tried to make her understand, took EVERY measure to try and get her to leave but she just won't out.
Now, personally I will admit she is done with the whole spamming thing but i still see her start up huge s**t in 1919. Does anyone think the idea of finding her a new group of friends ourselves will get her out of there? -_- A place that works a lot?

We need balance. A very easy plan to enforce, a very simple plan to mess up. This is hard, because it only takes one person assumed to be a reg of 1919 to make people think we haven't changed.

When it comes down to it, Yuki had absolutely no respect for the regs, going as far as making another 'meeting' in Rons because he wasn't considered part of the group? Lovely.
In the end, you say I am breaking down foundations? The last thing we need is another Ark, upset because we don't include him and taking out on the whole of 1919.
After everything I've done for 1919, the areas' I've traveled because of a topic, the people I've became acquaintances because of someones pissy mood I will NOT take s**t from someone close to a month or less old thinking they can call me names because Gods forbid we haven't given them a special hat and pin.

I think we all quickly forget that at one point, everyone was new to 1919. When it started there wasn't really such a strict ranking system, 1919 doesn't and never has needed organized leadership, and lower divisions and such - just people who care about the community and want to make it a nice place. 1919 was never perfect, but it wasn't quite this...HOSTILE.
With that said, those that are aspiring to become regulars need to respect the older regs just as much as the regs (old and new) need to respect the newvomers there's no need for hostility. : / Hey if you don't want to get torched then put yours away first.

If they do not reply to you with respect, ignore them. : D If we respect them too much though and are too welcoming, they'll see that they can just hang around and make themselves at home. Now then, read this fully before calling me a b***h or anything, but soon over time 1919 will be too crowded with 'regs' probably resulting in the first few generations fleeing.
Also, I know each and every reg represents the group, and it's not us who really needs changing.. it's just our actions in which we deal with things that need changing.

Peachy is an ant when you look at the big picture. We can find her new friends, or... Hey, what about that "Adopt-A-Newb" thing? WE CAN HIRE A MENTOR FOR HER AS A PRESENT.

He has good intentions, TTT, I can see it. Even I would probably be angry had I been left out of something, but I would have accepted it with grace.
And...sorry to say, but what you have just wrote has only told me again that status has played far too much a part in 1919.

Hmm, well, it's kind of hard because there are regulars that do come and don't listen to what everyone wants and presents drama and unwelcomingzzzzez to incomers. How do we deal with that? Not everyone will listen, especially people who call themselves regs and aren't really regs.
Rereading this, it makes it seem that I'm only speaking highly of the regs. I know that there are nice irregs, it's just that regs know how 1919 works, and how it's been working. :t2h:
