"Thanks," Sigal blushed at the compliment.
When she heard the voice, Sigal rolled back over, so she could look over at who was coming. The voice was kind of familiar, but she couldn't remember just who...
And then it took her a moment to recognize her, with all the new mods.
"Aunt Rina!" she shouted, finally recognizing her.
"Hey, Aunt Rina, come join us!"

Rina walked over to the pair, taking note of all the new modifications her niece had gotten.
She looked at the ribbon wrapped around Sigal's ankle a bit curiously: it seemed Sigal was trying to make all of her modifications match her fur colors, which the blue ribbon did not do. But then she noticed the surface piercings on the other vixen's neck, and how it would match her. She wondered why, but did not ask.
Instead, she merely greeted the pair with a simple: "Hello," once she was close enough to speak in a normal tone.

Hearing Sigal's reaction to the stranger made Ame feel much more at ease. Thinking back, Ame recalled Sigal breifly metioning Rina as a wonderer.
Ame oberved Rina and all of her modifications.
"Hi." Ame said greeting her.

Sigal didn't think Aunt Rina knew about her and Ame. Unless Aunt Rina had spoken to Daddy before coming here?
Well, either way, she was supposed to introduce them, and hope Aunt Rina didn't mind that she and Ame were both girls.
"Ame, this is my Aunt Rina. Aunt Rina, this is my mate, Ame." She tried to not look worried. She bet she was failing, though.
She wondered if she would ever stop worrying about what others thought about her and Ame.

"Hello, Ame. A pleasure to meet you." So. Brother had a mate, and now one of her nieces. She wondered if Twilight had a mate as well. It seemed most were eager to jump into life long commitments.
Although her niece and Ame seemed to be doing very well. And same with brother and his mate.
Perhaps they were not being too hasty, but she was being too slow.
Still, though, she had found no one she could claim that she loved, and she would not try to claim otherwise, to be like all of the others.

"Its a pleasure to meet you too Miss Rina." Ame said smiling. Great. She was doing it again. No matter how much she tried, Ame just couldn't be unformal with Sigal's family. It was Mr. Ari and Miss Rina. Rolling her eyes at herself, Ame smiled at Sigal to give her some reassurance.

Sigal smiled back, and nuzzled her mate. Aunt Rina seemed to be pretty okay with her and Ame, which was cool.
Although, Aunt Rina probably knew about Daddy and...the other Lunarie elder (Kazuki? Maybe? What was his name?) before she did, so she guessed Aunt Rina had gotten used to things like...this.
"So what've you been doing?" Sigal wondered just what sorts of cool places her aunt had gone.

Rina smiled at Ame.
"Just Rina is fine."
The formality was nice, though. She liked the respect it implied.
"I have been doing much, and not so much. Simply, I have been wandering. Exactly what I have done on my wanderings is a far longer tale, though."
Rina settled down by the pair, and curled her tail around herself in a comfortable position. She noticed Sigal staring at the scars.
"There is no interesting tale to these. I merely let my guard down, while I was in the territory of a starving mountain lion."

Ame smiled sheepishly. She knew that was comeing but still. It would be a hard habit to break. Just like calling Ari, Ari. Oh well.
Ame nuzzled Sigal back and wrapped her tail up in her mates before listing to Rina speak. She looked at the scars on Rina's tail that she was refering to. Wow. She had escaped a mountian lion?
(Not the mountian lion thing again xd ))

"Wow. You still escaped a mountain lion, though! That's pretty amazing!" Sigal wasn't sure if she could. According to everything Rendo said, mountain lions sounded pretty nasty. So she was glad she was away from Lunarie with the mountains, where Rendo said mountain lions lived.
She looked at the tattoos on her aunt's ear, leg, face, and tail.
"Are any of those tribe tattoos?" Sigal didn't think so, but there were so many new tribes now, she couldn't keep track of any of them.

"Not truly. You simply need to give them one good kick, and then run faster." She certainly had not killed it. She hard barely hurt it: only enough to allow her to escape. It would have been a waste of her energy to fight further with the starved and desperate creature.
"No, none of them are." Rina wondered at the question: surely brother had been teaching Sigal about the six tribes? So why, then, would her niece need to ask such a thing?

Ame had also been observing the tattoos and wondering if any of them belonged to a tribe. She knew very little of the tribes.

Now she kind of wondered why her aunt had gotten those tattoos. But it would be kind of rude to ask. Daddy said tattoos were personal things, and she shouldn't ask why someone had one--just wait and see if they told.
Sigal really did want to ask, though.

"Rendo...He is from Lunarie, is he not?" Rina saw Sigal nod, and confirm what she suspected.
She knew little about the the members of brother's tribe--yet the name had been familiar. Rendo must be one of the older members, then.
"They are not so tough, truly. All you must do is catch it by surprise once, and then run." She doubted her niece was foolish enough to try to take on a mountain lion. To simply escape from one with nothing more than scars was more than good enough for Rina.

Ame thought for a moment before finally deciding to ask about M- Rina's tattoos.
"Do your tattoos have any meaning? Or do you have them just to look pretty?" Ame had picked out her tattoo because she liked the design and colors and wanted to know if things were the same with Rina or if she had stories behind hers.
