Hang on, instead of deleting people willy-nilly [[lawl]] (or as well as deleting people with 0 posts) why don't we have an activity drive? I can't think of what they're actually called but it'll do. I say we open a new topic in the main forum called "Post here to stay in the Clan" or something along those lines. Whoever doesn't post within a week gets deleted. That helps to root out the people who have posted but have stopped now. And it should apply to all members, even the crew and captains, unless they leave an absence forewarning.

Oh yeah there is one problem with your idea, that's the people who joined and they are usually the ones with 0 posts, is that if they have only showed up during the time/day that they joined then they haven't shown up since, so there's no way that anyone would know if they wanted to stay or not. So why not ban them and why they read that they were banned , most likely that they will PM someone asking why they where banned.

Ok um... any person with zero posts has joined but has not participated in the guild at all or shown up, meaning there is no way to tell if they would what to stay in the guild or not because they are never here. So if they want back in after banishment they are welcome as long as they participate.

Oh. Right, yeah. And if they decide they want to be in the guild again they should have to put a valid reason for not commenting in the activity drive in their enter form. But if they continue to not participate a second time and they get banned again they can't get back in.

My ideas are: ninja academy, village shop, hokage office, roman shack, ninjastar bucks(optional), misson output, and the rest should be placed to that hokage's liking should there be anything else?

What guild did the ideas come from because I saw another guild with the exact same ideas as you said...now I am not accusing you of stealing just in case that you thought of those ideas but guessed the exact subforms from another guild and didn't know it.
