Being by far the tallest in the crowd Fulgar hunkered down and shot Li a gaze "dont worry about it, I would have done the same" he said with a quick smile. Then a female voice near him something about the fire lord. Fulgar turned on his heel and looked into the face of a girl "yeah, we're here to see the fire lord, can you take us to him?" Fulgar looked around uneasily "quickly."

Tsuzuki smiled back politely and shook her head, "I'm sorry, I thought that you knew where he was. I got this weird invitation from the new Fire Lord but he didn't say why. Just to show up. I'd assume he looks like the old Fire Lord but I don't know anything else. Sorry I can't be more helpful."

He looked to Li and Kurai and blushed only slightly a twinge of jealousy in his chest, at least Li wasnt 5 years too old. Turning his attention again Fulgar stated “we didn’t get an invitation, I heard there was a new fire lord so we’re gonna swear allegiance.” Seemed like a good idea at the time, this would allow him to continue Kurai and Li’s training but also continue his own. Fulgar quickly looked around and pointed to the biggest most luxurious looking building he could find “there. Let’s try that one.” Fulgar moved quickly and began mounting the stairs.

Several honor guards stopped Fulgar and his entourage at the foot of the stair and quietly lead them back into the capitol while an advisor notified the Fire-Lord of his guests arrival.

Rajin facing a wall that helped enclose everyone into this area put both of his hands on it and then began to pull himself up. Magnetism was one of the abilities earth bending granted. He climbed up about seven feet high to get a better look around and he was amazing to see how many people there really were. The he saw a small group of people walking through the center isle and leaving. Who was it, Rajin thought to himself. He looked harder trying to focus his eyes on the target and finally he realized it was the fire lord and his royal guards.
There he was not even 30 yards away. If Rajin wanted to he could attack however his common sense was telling him to wait since the entire fire nation island was gathered in this one spot.

A pillar of flame erupted several inches in front of Rajin, wide enough that he wouldn't be able to sidestep, and if he didn't stop, he'd burn his face something horrendous. From this towering inferno, the clink of metal could be heard as a figure stepped out from within the hellish structure.

The earth beneath his feet cindered, grass becoming ash, stones blackening. With the flourish of a smoking cloak, General Sanada Xio arrived on the scene. "Lord Kuzon, I will handle this pathetic assassin. Please, continue about your business and pay him no mind." Xio's hands extended out to his sides - below his hips, and began smouldering with intense heat. Obviously, he was no normal firebender, he wore armor that looked as though it belonged to a samurai rather than a mere Fire Nation guard, and from the convex influx of visible flames around him, it seemed as though he actually absorbed heat and fire.

"Peasant earthbender, this might be construed as an act of war. Your actions shall not go unpunished." With that last syllable, the pillar behind Xio dissipated, allowing for action again.

A deadly mistake in any battle, never lose sight of your opponent. Compressing the heated air around him, Xio leapt forward nearly seven feet in the air over a distance of five. He struck the uppermost portion of the wall with both feet for just a moment, and then tucked in at the waist.

His momentum and strength would see to it that he'd just toppled the wall, and his tucking motion carried him over it in a flip. The moment he was clear of the wall's edges, Rajin would find himself confronted with three moderately-powerful fireballs, arranged in a staggered pattern so that it would be difficult to dodge - leaving no time for defensive bending. Xio was fast, much too fast for a firebender wearing armor... he wasn't normal. Of course this was true, since he was born, he was shaped to be the finest weapon that the Sanada Clan had ever produced...
