She smiled again and shook her head, mane dislodging itself and becoming haphazard. She sighed a sound that sounded happy none the less, shaking her coat out all the way to her tail, "Sometimes, I don't think people need to get it right away. When they are ready to know what they need to, they can remember things, and know on their own. That, adn I am sorry for waxing long winded at you, The trails in my mind get curvy, sometimes it is hard to keep up when I don't give great directions." She grinned and winked at him playfully.

"Your advice could be very useful, when in times of need." His eyes, agreeable as he nodded his head. "But I do suppose it -is- unfortunate that I don't need advice at the moment.." Feigning a look of regret and utter sad-ness. "But when I do, I'll be sure to ask you for help~"
He was a bit surprise at the grin and playfulness that she just expressed. Somehow.. He didn't think that it happened often, but than he could be wrong. An odd feeling fluttered inside of him, but he shook it off as nerves.
"Did you know that your really quite attractive when your not smirking? When your just being playful?" Relaxed, he leaned foward nearly in close contact. "It's cute actually." Giving her a compiment. He truly did think so.

K'jatu nodded, "I'll be happy to ramble on at you for as long as you have the patience for my thoughts."
But at his compliment, she blinked, almost wide eyed at him, and siddled sideways, almost like a crab, nervously, "Er..you think so?" The mare seemed rather bewildered, like no one really usually told her such things. She looked at the ground for a moment and gave a sheepish smile, "thank you?" She had no grace in accepting compliments. She probably looked quite the fool.

"Really." As he gave her a smile. Noticing the sidewards movements, He glanced at the ground before glancing up. "Relax. I don't bite." Gesturing to himself. She was nervous? He wouldn't have expected her to be.. But the bewilderment on her face and awakwardness expressed more than what K'jatu would be willing to admit.
His green eyes were filled with enjoyment and pleasure as he reflected on what just happened within the last few minutes.
"You shouldn't underestimate yourself like that K'jatu." Shaking his head. Confidence sometimes did wonders for the person.. While over/under-confidence could.. not. That was the only nice way to put it.. or at least Kail thought. "You'll hurt my feelings if you continue to doubt me." As he pretended to be hurt by her lack of confidence. but he was only joshing with her~
She really was cute.. but Kail had an idea that he shouldn't try anything for awhile. He didn't think K'jatu would react well if he went any further.

K'jatu let out a quiet giggle, very unlike her usual chuckles, it was pitched with nerves and she bore herself upright , and forced herself to look at Kail rather than at the ground. She still siddled from side to side awkwardly, but she offered him her best smile, as lopsided and nervy as it was at the moment, "Alright, I'll trust your judgement on what makes a mare attractive, considering you probably have more expertise in it than me." She chuckled, slowly slipping back into her usual cooled demeanor, although her metaphorical feathers were still ruffled, her heart skipping little beats. She was almost certain her pulse was loud enough to hear.
She took a deep breath, and continued walking, waiting to see if he would continue with her, "What is your deffinition of beauty then? Everyone has their own."

Slightly puzzled at her question.. He didn't really have an answer for her. "I suppose this is one the times where I'm totally sppechless." He wondered silently to himself. Regardless of the situation, he decided to take a chance and answer the question,
"It's not what I think makes a mare beautiful.." As he paused to think. "You don't know why your attracted to a person, or why a quality is cute.. You just do." Blowing a wisp of hair out of his eyes. He couldn't even explain why he found 'someone' attractive or cute. He just did. "I'm not a great authority on the situation.. It's only what I feel and think." He said sensibly. "Like you've said yourself.. Love is a matter of the heart." Offering her a friendly grin. "Definetly not science."
Her nervous giggles only served to arouse his interests further. In a few easy strides, he had her within his grasp almost within a few seconds. In a low voice that was practically a whisper.. 'Would you like me to show you what love is?" As he stared directly into her eyes. "I'd be more than happy to.." As he trailed off.

She nodded slightly, "Yes, I do know what you mean, no chemistry for chemistry, eh?" She smiled.
But as he approached her and spoke, a bubbling feeling of something seemed to take hold. Nervousness? She once again looked at the ground, and shifted uneasily. It wasn't that his offer wasn't tempting, but K'jatu was unused to the idea of love. Love was something that happened to other people. This attraction business was dangerous. She looked at him forlornly, torn between the urge to flee, and the urge to say yes. It was deeply confusing.
"I think... I have to go..." She stammered uneasily.

Hmm. A strange mare to remark that people shouldn''t be avoiding their problems.. But she had done so herself. "I suppose that it's only natural." he mumured. But nonetheless, He didn't like it. But he wasn't so crass that he would force himself on an unwilling victim.
So he stepped back easily, to allow her room. With a emotionless smile on his face, "I suppose you should. It's dangerous to be caught in a compromising situation, dont you think?" As he gave her a polite smile. "It would be most devastating, indeed." He did think that K'jatu was interested in him.. if only the slightest bit. But now.. He wasn't too sure.
"And.. I assume.. That I'll take my leave now as well? As it is, I should be getting back to my friend." He suggested lightly.
"Maybe we will meet again, K'jatu." Without waiting for an answer, he headed off to the path where they came from.
He felt slightly childish.. but he was also slightly annoyed too. It was better that he leave rather than continue what they had been doing. Better on the both of them, certainly. He would hurt her, if he stayed here any longer.

The mare felt suddenly childish, that perhaps in her reticence she had scorned him? She kicked herself mentally.
"Kail... Uhm, Well... I hope I see you sometime.again..." She offered a slight smile, though it probably looked pained.
She sighed deeply and turned, heading twards the beach. Great. Foot in her mouth, and humbled. The rest of the day didn't look nearly so cheery.
