My most favorite line is when Starscream threw Megatron out Astrotrains, but here are some of my other favorites.
Can't remeber the exact line of Starscream.
From Dinobot Island part 2.
Starscream:"If you keep taking energy from the volcano you will start a chain reaction."
Megatron:"Scientific galbeegoop Starscream."
From the Hoist in a movie episode.
Starscream is sitting in the corner doing nothing didn't even go out on the mission.
Starscream-"Looks like we failed again."
Megatron-"This is your fault Starscream"
Starscream-"But I...."
Megatron goes and rips out Starscream voice box out.
From the movie
Blurr-"Decepticons, Deceticons, Deceticons, we got Decepticons at the gate, Decepticons in the air, where does that leave us? nowhere thats where."
From Beast wars.
When he is confronting Depthcharge for the first time.
Rampage:"Ill fillet you for that."
Rampage(Going insane):"Rampage(transforms to beast mode) attack!"
From Transformers Armada.
Megatron:"Prepare the hydra cannon! Squid head."
Thrust:"I wish you wouldn't call me that sir"
Megatron:"Sorry if you don't like it, Squid head."

Starscream: "Megatron, is that you?"
Galavtron: "Here's a hint"
(transforms into his alternate form and obliterates Starscream)

Gotta be when i, Optimus Prime, died. Then came back to life twice to kick more a**. Or when i did my 30min seminar on Transformers or having all my teachers call me Optimus Prime.

SLC, Optimus never fought Galvatron, he was dead before Megatron was even thrown out of Astrotrain. Optimus fought Megatron.

[He rips Jazz in half]

Minron My favorite moment was when Jazz was killed by Megatron. Jazz: You want a piece of me, Megatron?! Megatron: No, I want two! [He rips Jazz in half] one of my friends got pissed off when Megatron did that, he even gave the screen the finger when they brought in Jazz's dead body after Megatron was defeated
