But really, Serj's voice is so unique! I haven't heard pretty often of bands where the singer had such a voice... I mean, it can get so 'opera-like' at times, and terribly high-pitched some time later... Like, for instance, in Highway Song. (The 'our days are never coming back' x3 part.) It's like, his voice switches between three different voices and you're like: 'What? It was the same guy all along?' I admire him.

i don't have a favorite member of system of a down, I think they are all very talented and kick a**. i like the fact that serj is politically active. He speaks his mind, and that's a good thing. I actually agree with a lot of his political opinions. its funny because its the same thing with the zack delaroacha, the lead singer of rage against the machine. Serj has a very good voice, its impressive the range and scope that it has. Serj is cool.

Preach it 3nodding heart That's why I like System of a down, they're completely unique. I don't think I've ever heard of a band that sound like them.

It goes without saying, but Serj is my favorite member of the band. Granted, I think it really does take all of the members of SOAD to make the band as great as it it, but Serj...he's always had a little special place in my heart.
His political activeness, his quirky sense of humor, his ability to convey emotions and opinions with great passion; Why is it a big surprise that anyone is a fan of Serj, with attributes like that?
ETA: Oh, and did I say he's easy on the eyes? 'Cause he is.
