If it's possible, I haven't found a way to do it. Maybe I'm just too critical of myself.

I've got a friend who's an Energy Vampire. Although he's got little control over it as he draws energy out of anyone without meaning too. I wear a huge lump of Tiger Eye when I'm around him to block him from stealing mine. Although he has tried...the sneak.

Ghost Lantern is it possible to be a leech and not know it? Yeah it's possible. It's not like their are any signs to show you if someone is one so you could be one without knowing it.

Well supposedly, an unawakened energy leech (I still don't like that term) is almost always pulling in small amounts of energy. Of course there are those whose pull is so minute that it would be nearly unnoticable.
No one can tell you what you are or aren't though. Ultimately it is up to you to say what you are.
My psi vamp teacher told me once: "Labels are merely there to help you find others like you, but no matter how great the similarity there will always be a difference between them and you."
If you are serious about figuring out what you are, try keeping a shield up and program it to not allow energy in, or out if it makes you feel better. If after a certain amount of time you start feeling weak or tired or sick then you have your answer.
Side Note: Some people can go months without feeding, but these are rare cases. The common period is a week to a month.
If you have any questions, feel free to pm me.

If anyone knows anyways for a psi vamp to gain energy rather than taking it from others, would you be so kind as to post them here.
I have heard many people talk about how ritual energy isn't as satisfying. Seeing how rituals are out of my price range for a while because so many of them seem to use candles and altars and extraneous stuff I don't know about.
Any information would be appreciated. blaugh

You can raise energy by dancing around a bonfire, drumming, and chakra meditations, just to name a few.

I feel the most drawing of energy from nature itself sweatdrop . Don't know if that's really the same thing, but just gazing at trees, or the moon, or watching the rain makes me feel.... satisfied, like how you feel after a really good meal...

Thanks! I'll keep those in mind next time I'm about to die of well an absence of energy. xd (I couldn't find a better way to say it.)
I've heard of psy vampires that feed off of the elements before, but most attest that ritual energy and reiki energy is well... empty? I suppose a better word would be nonsustaining but only minutely more appropriate than the prior.
Personally, I've fed off of the water and wind before, but it's just not quite the same. I can't put on my finger on it, but it simply isn't.

Whoever said that about ritual energy must not have been at the right kinds of rituals.

I severely recommend against such actions. You are literally stealing their energy and taking it into yourself, exposing yourself to whatever taint or residue they may have from their dealings with people and supernatural critters (latter applies to channelers and energy-workers). Its kinda like shaking someone's bare hand-- you don't know if they've washed it on their last trip to the bathroom. sweatdrop Do you really want to think about that for more than three seconds? I don't. If you want an energy buzz, try attending a ritual. Normal rituals raise energy for their purpose... You could also try trancing techniques such as drumming, dancing, or meditating with strong incense or by burning herbs such as white sage. Burning incense, resins, herbs, and warming volatile oils in a diffuser usually help me a great deal when I need to enter a trance.

A really easy way to prevent energy leeches is to avoid them. Conscious ones usually go to atleast small lengths not to be discovered. I did that once. But the energy you get is diluted. You can't use all of it. (60-80%)
