[ Nayyara has been traveling a lot, and is taking time to reflect as she prepares for the next leg of her journey ]
Their travels in Chibale were wrapping up, though Nayyara had convinced her mother to stay a little longer than planned. Part of that was to include some training within and outside of the isle, but the other half was to ensure they got the experience. The experience of the true Aishan ways. Zinris was wonderful in it's own way, but it was still very focused on strength, with undertones of anger. Chibale was different. It was sacred. It was the holy city. It was the birthplace of the Aishan sisterhood and where Aisha grew
Nayyara didn't get a chance to approach her true roots, not having a reason and not having any festivals. But she did sit down with a young mystic, who was just as curious about her world as she was of theirs. Nayyara didn't consider herself the advocate for the Elidae, but she was determined to speak only of the best about her life. How grand it was, how they were trained, the true purpose they lived.
Some might have been concerned they were another extremist sect, but Nayyara was determined to prove otherwise.
And so, she spent the time making friends, learning about the long and deep past, and encouraging others to go on the same journey she herself had begun.
Visit the trees, open up their mind to the differences, but take the time to see the similarities. At the end of the day, while each isle may be driven a little differently with their own goals, they still were of the same sisterhood. That's what Nayyara was steadily learning from all of her trips.
"So you truly feel that our sisterhood is one, even spread across Tendaji?" The young mystic had asked as they finished up their conversations, the matron who was escorting her gesturing for her to go. Nayyara took a risk and stepped closer, a soft smile across her cheeks.
"If only you could see. There's something that drives us that's greater than all of this. Sure, some have lost their ways, but all want to protect the sisterhood."
Leaning back, she watched as the mystic left with the elder, content with this opportunity and finally ready to move on to the next isle.
Azehra, the tree across the sea on Isle Chiume. The sister to Esena, bloomed near the same time. And the Vandrea, like a mirror they were a reflection of the Elidae. A prayer of a future for the Alkidike sisterhood and a chance for a new generation to grow strong and spread the protection of their great mother. Now that she had gotten Aisha out of the way (sorry Aisha!), Nayyara was beginning to grow nervous.
Would these sisters be as hopeful as she? Or would they be closed off, cold, hidden away from eyes. Would she even make it past the shores of Belrea? Not to mention, how disastrously dangerous would the trip be flying!? Nayyara wasn't an anxious girl, but she found a few butterflies filling her stomach. Shooing them away, both mentally and physically, the girl was determined. She'd finish this trip, and return home to be the best Aishan for her own sisterhood and the tree they swore to protect.
