Rolling for designated roller La There was a lot of interesting things on the booths. Josie and the nekos were behaving, the sibs were rather cute and he rather approved of the pair of them. Vivi and Min were cute. La shepherd the trio of children as they browsed the tables and paused, getting a small trinket ring of small broken hearts. It seemed rather fitting at the moment. Kayla was late showing up for the Hunter's Jubilee, but she was excited to get started. All the booth looked really good. The prizes in each booth where awesome as well. Stepping up to the first booth she came to she takes her turn and hoped for a very awesome prize. Maybe it will be a new item or a familiar, she hopes form foot to foot with excitement. Total Points: 13 + 12 + 7 + 3As Benedict and his new fennekin wandered about the festival, he noticed that the fennekin had wandered off somewhere. Benedict was relieved, at least the creature wasn't going to follow him home! But when he turned back around, it was there! And in it's mouth it looked like it had a... flitterat? "Oh no..." He moaned, hoping that the flitterat was perhaps dead and the fennekin had just brought it as a "present". But alas, it was not to be for Benedict as the fennekin opened it's mouth and the flitterat plopped down, took one look around, and then scurried up Benedict and onto his shoulder, firmly planting itself there. "You have got to be kidding me." He muttered to himself, trying to figure out what he was going to do with these creatures in the meantime.

Lucinda is my designated roller. Total: 20Lucinda looked up at Ursa as she squealed over a plushie like a child, rolling her eye softly at her. Honestly, she had to wonder how they were 'friends' while being such completely different people. "So it does....well, cute or not, I'd appreciate it if you acted your age while we are being seen together. Seeing you fawn over toys like a freshling is embarrassing." She slid the nezubat plushie into her pocket as she said words that seemed rather harsh. At times she appreciated Ursa's childish side but at times, like in a public setting like this, she wished she could be more serious. Lucinda was a highly successful business woman; what if business partners saw her with someone who acted like this? She stopped rather suddenly when someone danced up to her like some sort of street ballerina and handed her another one of those ring candies before twirling away. "Another one of these things? Are they trying to give me cavities or something?" Those words stung a little and made Ursa pause, blinking at her friend in surprise before her own eyes rolled at her. "Lighten up a little, Luce. There's nothing wrong with actually enjoying yourself, you know. So what if I'm being a little childish? This holiday is meant to be cutsey and lovey-dovey in silly, sweet and cheesy ways. It's supposed to be FUN, ya know?" She shook her head a bit as she walked with the plushie under her arm."I'm not trying to embarrass you or anything, you know that. I just find this holiday adorable." Ursa looked down at the flitter rat plush and sighed a bit, her mood dipping for a quick second until she saw some equally adorable kidden plushies, her smile broadening as she rushed over. "I think my new little friend here needs a best friend of their own." Indeed she found one that looked surprisingly alike to the other. It was fate.

 Reece sat on a bench and ate some of her bark, much to Neo's displeasure. That being said you cant just let a bunyip run while through a crowd of people. She sat and watched for awhile. There were a lot of couples here. Mostly people winning plushes or buying candy for their significant other. Reece had never really tried to date anyone before. Her competitive nature and "one of the guys" mentality didn't really make the most persuasive argument for girlfriend material. She wondered what she might be missing out on. It seems really nice.

Coco was looking around and hanging out when she was approached by another fennekit that seemed to like the other fennekit that had already come to stay with her, she seemed to be collecting quite a few familiars this holiday. x The hunter's jubilee. A time to celebrate and share love. All of his previous boyfriends wouldn't have bothered in showing up. It was too much of a waste of time, why go when they could do other things like going out to dinner? It was ridiculous. Thiego griped about it every year. He wanted to dance, he wanted to play the games, he wanted to do all the mushy things that couples did. It wasn't the same just going with friends. Sure, he could kiss friends, but he wasn't about to make out with them. It was different. Fortunately, this year, he had the opportunity to have a bit of fun with his boo. Thiego stepped closer to Cosmos, rubbing his face up against his arm. "Mi amor," he cooed, picking up a bouquet of roses and scrunching up his nose at the smell. Candy hearts weren't his favorite treat. "Care for a flower?" he pushed the bouquet towards Cosmos as he busied himself eyeing the other booths.

Her first booth was a wonderful success. The wonderful plant was so colorful and full of life.Now if I can just keep it alive, Kalya thought to herself. She never owned a plant before so she had no idea how to care for it. Making he say to the next booth she hoped she would do as well as she had before. "Ok you got this." She said out loud as she took aim at the balloons with the darts the man had handed her. Total points: 30 (16 + 14)

Lucinda is my designated roller. Total: 28Well crap....she had obviously upset Ursa with what she said. Lucinda suddenly felt bad and sighed a bit, rubbing her forehead between her thumb and index finger. "I know that...you aren't trying to embarrass me on purpose. I never said that you couldn't enjoy ourselves...just....tone it down a little? Please?" She lightly pleaded with the other hybrid to reign in some of her enthusiasm. If nothing else it was for the sake of her professional image and if she had a business opportunity pop up here, she didn't want to make a bad impression. It wasn't but another second later that some freshling ran up and thrust yet another one of those ring pops into her hand before dashing off in a mad giggle."Now this is just ridiculous. WHY are people seeking to give me sugar??" Ursa heard the regret and plea in Lucinda's voice, turning to look at her as she asked that she cool down on her behavior, but nicely this time. "Alright, alright. I'll try to keep it cool...but you owe me one, alright?" She smiled as she lightly teased her, half serious about owing her something....which would likely be a milkshake or something simple. Ursa was a girl of simple pleasures, really. She balked a little when she saw someone give Lucinda a third ring pop before she started snorting out laughter. "Maybe they're trying to sweeten you up because you're being such a sourpuss!" Ursa was surprised, however, when she heard little yips mixing in with her giggles. She looked down at her feet and saw a little fennekit looking up at her, tail wagging in a fluffy blur as it seemed attracted to her laughter. "Well hey there, little guy! What are you doing here?" She knelt down and held her hand out to it, pleasantly surprised when it jumped right up on her knee and started trying to lick her face. It had her laughing all over again, arms scooping up the wiggly furball. "You have to belong to someone...you're way to cute to be left alone. Wanna come with us until we find your person?" The fennekit seemed perfectly content in Ursa's arms, its tail ceaselessly wagging.

All of her walking was working up a mighty thirst, so Tesni began weaving her way through the food or drink stalls and tables to see what there was to see. A display caused her to pause mid-step. A drink originally from the Swirling Sands, eh? Huh! The bottles looked neat, though she puzzled over opening it for a moment or two before figuring it out. The sheer amount of fizz and bubbles made her laugh out of surprise. Gracious! And her first sip continued to delight her. It was mighty refreshing and very tasty! What a find! Thanking the vendor, Tesni continued her perusing.

Reece walked around looking at the different vendors. She notice a simple carnival style game with various plushes as prizes. Well, she supposed not all money could be made selling wares. At least games were usually fun? At least when they weren't rigged but the academy always frowned at fowl play at fairs. It was a basketball shooter and to the shock of the person running the booth Reece got a perfect score. It wasn't a shock to her though. Considering how many bothers she had it would be a shock if she didnt know how to shoot a hoop. However, Reece didn't want any of the toys there. She instead told the nightmare to give a free plushie to a freshling on her behalf. She knew that would make some little one happy.

Total Points: 13 + 12 + 7 + 3 + 8As Benedict and his "new" fennekin and flitterat continued to walk around the festival... well the fennekin was the only one walking. but it was continually weaving through Benedict's legs. Benedict was trying not to step on it, and the flitterat was staying firmly on his shoulder. That is, until it spotted a candy ring, and swooped down to grab it and bring it back to Benedict. Not for Benedict, but for itself. Benedict couldn't help but look a bit disgusted as the creature licked the ring.

Coco went to play a game of ring toss, she picked up rings that were shaped like cute hearts and tossed them carefully at the goal and she got three rings and won a cute plushie. She hugged the plushie to her chest and smiled, thanking the purple and green litch that was running the game booth. With her new blinking heart ring on her hand, Kalya started on her way to the next festival booth. Carefully skipping with her plant, she approaches the booth with confidence in her skills to win a new item or familiar to take home. She was having loads of fun and she had only been to two booth so far.this next booth was full of colors and awesome items. Setting her plant down she takes a ring from the table. Tossing the ring, her first attempt flies through the air. With the hope of landing a ring on a bottle. Total points: 34 (16 + 14 + 4)

Lucinda is my designated roller. Total: 37Hearing what Ursa said, calling her a sourpuss and claiming it was the reason for all of the sugary candy being thrown her way made Lucinda narrow her eye and glare at the other hybrid. Her cheeks flushed red, clearly not happy with such an accusation and the laughter coupled with it, being heavily reminded of their school days and what others would say about her. Just as she was about to say something, Ursa got distracted by a rather cute fennekit coming up to her. "Hmm...who can say if it does have an owner or not. It doesn't seem to have a collar..." She noted as she looked at the furry little thing. It seemed to happy with Ursa...maybe it was a stray? "I think you might be stuck with it." She said with a slight smirk...but that faded as she felt something try to crawl up her leg. Looking down as though she were about to scream, she paused when she saw a salamander using her shin for leverage as it tried to lick at one of the ring pops on her finger. She blinked a few times....just staring at it, not sure what to do...but then she reached down and carefully lifted it up in her other large hand. "....You're rather pretty. Do you like these?" Her voice took on a softness that she rarely heard herself as she spoke to the little creature, holding up the ring pop that held its interest and watching as it licked the treat. "So you do. How strange...." She looked at the salamander closer, noticing its floral pattern..the monochrome colors actually quite fetching. Ursa held up the fennekit in front of her as though she were going to use it as a shield....an adorable shield...but she was still giggling from behind it as she expected some sort of retaliation from her friend. When none came she got curious and looked to see Lucinda had a pretty little salamander in her hand that was enjoying one of her ring pops. "Aww, it's so cute! I think it likes you....which is kind of a surprise...but a good one!" She recovered quickly, though she did mean it. "You know, it actually makes sense that a salamander would like you; you're a lot a like. They tend to be aloof most of the time, too...but they're pretty good as pets." Just then the fennekit in her arms looked back at her and squeaked, its eyes looking more above her than anything. Ursa was about to question it when she felt something land on her head, looking up to see a brightly colored cockatriel had perched up there and was staring down at the fennekit…..then at Ursa…..then it looked at Lucinda for a moment. "Sourpuss!" It squawked towards the cyclops and Ursa couldn't help it; she snorted out another laugh.
