Personality: As a girl who grew up in a hick town out in the middle of nowhere, Filia is driven by a need to learn and experience as much of the world as possible, regardless of whether said experiences are good or bad. She does not care about authority or logic, and makes decisions born of pure bias based on her feelings. Beyond that, she is a tactfully honest person, telling the truth even when it might be detrimental to herself or others. Her mother had left both of them when Filly was four, heading to Vegas with a man she'd been having an affair with for quite a long time, long enough for Filly to wonder if he might be her biological father. To this day, she is bitter about being abandoned by her, and wonders what would've happened if her mom had taken her with and not left her in a town full of nothing but redneck religious nuts. Either way, what happened happened, and no force in heaven or earth will ever change how she grew up. Every damn day, 12 o' clock sharp, she was at church, listening to her father preach long and hard about sins and how God would bring his wrath down upon their poor mortal souls. It sucked. It was the worst thing ever, and the only reason she didn't wind up as some brainwashed god fearing "lamb" was because she made friends with the local gravedigger, an eighty year old woman who was still going strong. The old lady was highly spiritual, and was always giving her books about ghosts and monsters, nursing Filia's love for the paranormal with a gentle guiding hand. It was a small joy in a grey, boring world, but it helped.
Filly was sixteen when her friend died. Being all alone left her crushed, but the old woman had left her everything she owned, money, her house, the houses entire contents, and ,most importantly, her massive paranormal collection. Of course, since she was a minor, it was all placed into her father's care, beyond her reach. She wouldn't have minded so much, if he didn't decide to go full zealot. He trashed everything that contradicted his doctrine, throwing all of the old woman's books and other flammable things into a large bonfire for all to see. Anything glass was bashed up until it was dust, metal and plastic were melted down into ugly clumps of junk and tossed into the fire. The destruction of something so dear to someone she had loved so much was just too much for Filly to bear, and she ran away from home that very night, taking a couple of things to pawn off and then some sentimental things to keep, then caught a ride with a lone truck driver all the way to the nearest city. Her father did his best to get her back, but to no avail- Filia was simply too slippery and too determined to get away for any of his attempts to work. He never found a trace of her, and nowadays she figures that he eventually just gave up. He always cared more about his damn church than he did about her, anyway.
From then on, she lived her life hopping from place to place, just having a tough time and building up character. Trusting people who picked her up off the sides of roads, she's been mugged and hurt more than once, but she never stopped, even after the time she got a gun pulled on her and very nearly died, which is how she got her scars. Four years of living like this has worn her down, though, and she's starting to take life at a slightly slower pace, having stuck around in New York for the past month. So far, she's really just been enjoying the sights with the last bit of money she has, and has no plans on what to do once she runs out.

► Coruscating Eminence is worn over top of standard footwear. The AT has two modes: Standby and Geared. In Standby, the inline skates are at rest behind the leg of the wearer, letting the shoe treads be on the ground. Geared is activated by kicking hard forward, then dragging back to lock the inline skates in place underneath the feet the wearer, effectively "gearing up" to ride. The is accomplished through a unique overlay bracer that is worn in addition to shoes. It has bracing around the ankles to minimize potential damage, and secures the inline skates to whatever the user is wearing. Coruscating Eminence's design is a black bracer with dark purple wheels and accents. There are 4 wheels, in lieu of only two as the standard.

-----→ Trick Pass: Moon Walk| F -------► The "Moon Walk" skill is a supplementary one, becoming usable at any point in time after learning. This AT riding skill is an advancement upon the user's reverse riding. With this ability, the rider can skillfully ride backwards with the same versatility as they do forward. The rider is only required to keep track of their rear every so often, making sure they can tell where they're going. The higher rank the rider is, the less frequent this glancing back is required. Riders of [ B Class ] and above appear to not even have to look where they're going over. Their general skills allow them to ride backwards with optimal efficiency, only needing a single look of whatever is going to be behind them to keep track of what's going on or could happen. This pertains to things such as cars, ledges, or other obstacles where the user could simply maneuver over them as if to have predicted their coming.
-----→Trick Pass: In Step: Reverse Turn Stance | F -------► The "In step" is a simple move of simply pointing the toes inwards meeting a 90"-45" degree angle placing their heels at an angle too. This positioning of the feet allows one to consistently keep themselves moving in an forward motion while the other skate causes them to veer to the left or right and perform something for a short or wide turn. This motion is a basic thing that most anyone can do but when reversing the forward motion into a backwards one reveals the full use of the In Step: Reverse Stance. The Stance causes a tight spinning turn about motion that can allow the rider to turn around abruptly to change direction fluidly out of their forward run. By slowing their motion and Turning all at once and one AT pulls back while the other pushes forward into the reversed motion. This way the rider can aim their back or front in any direction in short notice and perform attacks in this turn about fashion that may benefit from the recoiling whiplash of pulling back their forward momentum abruptly to swing their bodies about or continue to spin in place. This motion is more strong than fast and requires the rider to bend their knees slightly or rather low to adjust according to how much recoil their speed incurred. As time passes this turn about motion can fluidly work in to just about any run style the user may conceive as they progress growing more fluid as they grow in ability.
-----→Trick Pass: Spinning Wallride Overbank 1800 | F -------► Using this technique, Storm Riders rapidly propel themselves up a wall using a series of push-offs and spins to keep up momentum. This gives riders the ability to overcome walls thought impossible with a straightforward jump, and may even save them from falling.
-----→Trick Pass: Air Method to Spin That Grab Moonride | F -------► This flashy technique is used for aerial vaulting to bypass other riders in an array of acrobatic maneuvers. The arching trick begins with a diagonal jump, appearing as though the body is intended to simply go through a forward flip. Not long after gaining air does the user tilt forward and aside in a three hundred and sixty degree corkscrew. During this motion the body is constantly in an arcing path, turning and contorting in a slow and steady aerial gyroscope. Once exiting the corkscrew the user's frame is turned horizontally, upper body still winded as they turn and perform an inverted split with their legs. After this peak maneuver the user turns with their back facing the intended landing area. During the entire way down, the user performs a singular somersault, stabilizing for the backwards riding skid to a stop.
-----→Trick Pass: Spiral Spin Wallride 999 Sidewinder | F -------► This is a melee-based variation of the Spinning Wallride Overbank 1800, made for close to mid-ranged combat. The user makes use of whatever walls, ceilings, or flooring a room or space can provide for them, confusing the enemy with extremely swift wall hopping and riding maneuvers. The user will propel them self up a wall with the natural corkscrew crouch but may alter the maneuver by springing and inverting their body to continue the run along another surface without any loss of gathered momentum. This accumulates into a range of stunted, chaotic, run maneuvers that give the impression the user is highly focused on aerial and jump based attacks. Contrary to this belief, the constant change in surfaces is a sign of surface/ground based rider skill. The user can easily perform punch or kick based melee strikes but also has the option of throwing all the gathered force in their run into one volatile, unexpected, slam with the legs or entire body.
-----→Trick Pass: Super Stride IV Sonic Boom | F -------► This basic ground technique is used for evasion in a run as well as a manner of striking enemies on either side of the user with ease. The trick is usually practiced by criss crossing bottles or cans, performing rudiment 'Karaoke' styled feet transitions with the skates at top speed. The result is the ability to zig zag in short bursts to the left and right, able to veer with at least a seven foot distance between each strides beginning and end point. This allows the user to evade incoming projectiles of small size or maneuver to melee attack enemies in rapid succession. Ducking, spinning, and crouching are common variations of movements for this trick. This is a valuable asset to the rider's vocabulary, no doubt.

He have blue eyes and is often seen with a rather menacing look, if not his common yawning and lack-of-interest expressions. There are almost no scars on his body, the only scars being one on his right knee, where he fell down a slope and injured himself. He is rather muscular and harbors a fairly tough exterior.
Personality: His natural born talent in sports such as Basketball or Football gave birth to a rather cocky personality at a very young age. Naotaka is always willing to learn and was often seen honing his skills in whatever sports he participates in, he is seen as a very eager sportsman up until the point where he deemed himself undefeatable. Naotaka is known to be confident with his skills, and it is often proven true that he is in-fact monstrous whenever he plays on court, often dominating the game. Backstory: Prodigy, is what most sports critic would dub Naotaka as since a very young age. Naotaka was known to be a talented sportsman, having skills and techniques that people of his age would not be able to perform. He was first shown to have a natural talent for Basketball, able to score points and defend opponents with a tremendous amount of concentration. His eagerness in mastering sports soon bloomed and greatly expanded his field of expertise, where he easily became an ace in each of the sports he participated in. Though he sucked in academics and often skipped class, he makes it up by participating in countless competitions both in and out of school, being called as a 'Monster' whenever he was on the field. His natural ability to adapt and master the sport caught the eyes of many sport agencies and scouts, offering him contracts and opportunities to go onto the big stage where he can earn a lot of money, but he rejected them. He told them that sports was something he loved to do, and he would not want them to be part of the stress that he was already shouldering. Taking care of a sick mother and a younger sister, Naotaka had to work part-times and win competitions in order to feed the family. When the world of Air Trek came to play, Naotaka deemed it as another sport that he can easily rule over, but he was quickly proven wrong. He lacked the interest at first, but when Air Trek gotten so big in the industry, Naotaka knew he had to give it a shot. Unknown to the fact that this was no normal sport, he was easily taken down by some unknown Storm Riders, being teased as the 'Fallen Beast' since he was unable to master this sport. Height: 5'1" Weight: 100 lbs Physical Description: Yami's body is actually well toned and pretty heavily muscled. Although it is not body builder levels of muscle it is very clear she is not by any means a normal 15 year old girl.
Personality: Yami has a mostly aloof personality. She remains distant from others for the most part, and is especially cold towards people she doesn't know. She does not like interacting with people on a social level at all with anyone this includes her family. Because she rarely shows visible emotions through facial expressions she shows her emotions through actions. When upset with something or angry she becomes extremely violent willing to break bones to get her point across to the person who may have crossed her. Because of this people who do know her try to avoid her. However despite being an anti-social person she is by no means shy. She has no issues with displaying her emotions openly towards people and has little shame with most things in fact. This however is another reason people that know her are typically afraid of her as she will not hesitate to break things. It is exceptionally worse when she is riding air treks. In addition to all of this Yami DOES NOT take kindly to bullies. The only time she seems to show facial expressions is around her best friend when dealing with her best friend. Backstory: Yami is the daughter of Daisuke Valentine, blood sister of Nova Valentine, and adoptive sister of Kesshin Gaia. Yami grew up much like her older brother did being surrounded by maids and butlers and given whatever she wanted whenever she wanted it. Unlike her brother she doesn't hide who she is when she goes into public, or at all in fact because she doesn't need to. She always trained in the gym a lot more than one would expect from a girl and from a young age. She grew to be strong, much stronger than any normal child let alone female child.
Yami initially went to private school; however in the third grade an incident happened. After walking by and noticing a kid being shoved around and into the wall nearby it very much upset her. She took it upon herself to walk over and deal with it. Grabbing the the bully by the hand and squeezing it as hard as she could, actually crushing his hand, then throwing the kid through a nearby door. The kid was seriously hurt although not fatally injured, and Yami moved on. This struck fear into any kids that watched as it happened, and caused an uproar among teachers. Eventually to avoid further conflict her father pulled her out of the private school and put her into public schools.
She acted the same for the most part during her public school life. People wanted to be her friends because they knew who she was, but she didn't let anyone get close to her at all. When she got into middle school and dating became a thing around her she kept to herself even more remaining on the antisocial part of the ladder. However it didn't last as guys would flirt with her now. Mainly because she was a rich girl and they wanted an in to being famous. When this happens she generally breaks their fingers or crushes their hand to teach them not to be such tools. Most of the kids in middle school knew her by simply word of mouth. Thus no one messed with her in the least. During the final year of middle school, 8th grade. There a new guy had come into her class that looked familiar to Yami. After he heard of the rumors behind Yami and the actions she took upon people he confronted her. He told her that he thought she was cool and that he always wanted to thank her for helping him. Yami was confused until she realized he was the kid that she had saved way back in the third grade. While Yami remained mostly the same Anti Social and cold person she now had a friend that she regarded as her best friend...and basically her only friend. They have been friends since the 8th grade, and they are now in the 10th grade.
She became rather well known in that time as someone who bullies bullies, and has violent tendencies when angered. When someone messed with her best friend in a bully-ish manner she tends to break more than just fingers. She is banned from playing most of the sporty games they play in high school gym classes, thus she typically uses the school's weight room. Most of the things she uses have the Req. Co. symbol on it because she gets some things like that free from her father. She is practically a walking Req. Co. Advertisement, and she doesn't care.

Personality: He is a very faithful boy, and finds it easy to make friends with people. As loyal as he is, once he doesn't like someone, he will never like someone, making him a very extreme person. He is actually quite petty and will serve anything dished out to him right back, usually twice as bad as what was done to him. Many may not see it, but he is actually quite cunning, having the smarts to plan out anything he wants to do with the utmost care. People should take great caution around his friends because if any harm comes to them, he will make sure something bad happens to the offender, even if said harm was an accident. Despite this, he is not as full on yandere as he sounds. Maybe. Her hair is often unkempt and often seen wearing a hat as a way to compensate for her untidiness. She have no scars on her body, and she wears a long glove on her left hand. A large bracelet on her right wrist is an equipment that allows her to keep some of her tools for tuning. Her most noticeable feature is perhaps her clothing, Celeste have the tendency to wear rather light, revealing most of her body parts as she's not ashamed. She often wear short skirts and leggings, revealing part of her thighs to be seen. Her clothing is half-zipped, leaving her bottom section of the chest to the abdomen easily seen by public.
Personality: Tsundere, that is possibly the best word that could be used to describe Celeste. Celeste is a sarcastic, cynical, and prideful girl who can easily made angry or upset. Despite her tendency to be aggressive, she is actually a kind person, especially to people she trusts, such as some regular customers and Storm Riders. She is extremely loyal, as she is willing to fight to protect her loved ones even though her Road isn't exactly one that focuses on such. She is not afraid to speak her mind and is often bad-mouthed because of her somewhat rude attitude toward people and lack of social skills. Celeste often receive confessions from guys, but she turns them down quickly as she understands that being in a relationship would be hectic since she herself thinks that she is not qualified to be a girlfriend. Despite her personality, she tries her best to be nice to everyone. Backstory: Born in Los Angeles, California, Celeste Rose Mary was the second and last child of the Mary family. Rose was given to her by her beloved mother because that was the first scent her mother dwelled after she gave birth to this beautiful girl. Celeste was no poor child, no, it was the exact opposite. The Mary family is rather rich up in California, and Celeste was given natural wealth in her life. She lived a life like any other normal kids, but since the Mary family had some reputation in the business industry, Celeste knew that she will have to live up to the name. Other than schooling, Celeste spent most of her time on developing her skills in music and arts. She learned how to play various instruments such as the piano, violin, harp, guitar, and under a special request, the drums even. Celeste had always been an adrenaline junkie, she loved adventures and loved trying out new things, which was why she took a big interest in Air Tracks. The never ending rush from running onto those pipes, the adrenaline that rushes through her body when she gets chased, those were moments that Celeste will never forget when she finally got the permission to try out the Air Tracks. Her love for Air Tracks did not just stop there, she eventually got so indulged into this new sport that she became curious of its mechanics. After experimenting and tearing some Air Tracks apart to learn about it, she began teaching herself about tuning and repairing. -----→ In Step: Reverse Turn Stance l F-Rank -------► The "In step" is a simple move of simply pointing the toes inwards meeting a 90"-45" degree angle placing their heels at an angle too. This positioning of the feet allows one to consistently keep themselves moving in an forward motion while the other skate causes them to veer to the left or right and perform something for a short or wide turn. This motion is a basic thing that most anyone can do but when reversing the forward motion into a backwards one reveals the full use of the In Step: Reverse Stance. The Stance causes a tight spinning turn about motion that can allow the rider to turn around abruptly to change direction fluidly out of their forward run. By slowing their motion and Turning all at once and one AT pulls back while the other pushes forward into the reversed motion. This way the rider can aim their back or front in any direction in short notice and perform attacks in this turn about fashion that may benefit from the recoiling whiplash of pulling back their forward momentum abruptly to swing their bodies about or continue to spin in place. This motion is more strong than fast and requires the rider to bend their knees slightly or rather low to adjust according to how much recoil their speed incurred. As time passes this turn about motion can fluidly work in to just about any run style the user may conceive as they progress growing more fluid as they grow in ability.

By holding on to a pole of sorts with one hand while running one’s ATs in a vertical grind, the user spins all the way up said pole. This skill is useful for scaling up buildings that are too tall to jump or keeping up with someone who can jump much better than yourself. However, the Upper Soul is not as fast as a jump.

When used properly, the Air Line has been known to disperse techniques that use illusions to trick the mind.
-----→Spinning Wallride Overbank 1800 l F-Rank -------► Using this technique, Storm Riders rapidly propel themselves up a wall using a series of push-offs and spins to keep up momentum. This gives riders the ability to overcome walls thought impossible with a straightforward jump, and may even save them from falling.
-----→Air Method to Spin That Grab Moonride l F-Rank -------► This flashy technique is used for aerial vaulting to bypass other riders in an array of acrobatic maneuvers. The arching trick begins with a diagonal jump, appearing as though the body is intended to simply go through a forward flip. Not long after gaining air does the user tilt forward and aside in a three hundred and sixty degree corkscrew. During this motion the body is constantly in an arcing path, turning and contorting in a slow and steady aerial gyroscope. Once exiting the corkscrew the user's frame is turned horizontally, upper body still winded as they turn and perform an inverted split with their legs. After this peak maneuver the user turns with their back facing the intended landing area. During the entire way down, the user performs a singular somersault, stabilizing for the backwards riding skid to a stop.
-----→Super Stride IV Sonic Boom l F-Rank -------► This basic ground technique is used for evasion in a run as well as a manner of striking enemies on either side of the user with ease. The trick is usually practiced by criss crossing bottles or cans, performing rudiment 'Karaoke' styled feet transitions with the skates at top speed. The result is the ability to zig zag in short bursts to the left and right, able to veer with at least a seven foot distance between each strides beginning and end point. This allows the user to evade incoming projectiles of small size or maneuver to melee attack enemies in rapid succession. Ducking, spinning, and crouching are common variations of movements for this trick. This is a valuable asset to the rider's vocabulary, no doubt.
-----→Moon Walk l F-Rank -------► The "Moon Walk" skill is a supplementary one, becoming usable at any point in time after learning. This AT riding skill is an advancement upon the user's reverse riding. With this ability, the rider can skillfully ride backwards with the same versatility as they do forward. The rider is only required to keep track of their rear every so often, making sure they can tell where they're going. The higher rank the rider is, the less frequent this glancing back is required. Riders of [ B Class ] and above appear to not even have to look where they're going over. Their general skills allow them to ride backwards with optimal efficiency, only needing a single look of whatever is going to be behind them to keep track of what's going on or could happen. This pertains to things such as cars, ledges, or other obstacles where the user could simply maneuver over them as if to have predicted their coming.
