The year is 20XX. Storm Riding popularity is at an all time high and everyone has taken noticed. Many have jumped on the wave and welcomed storm riding in their lives for the better. Others on the other hand despise storm riding and find that it has done a brutal hit to the culture of Japan. It honestly just depend upon who you ask, However, those who feel storm riding is bad is mainly those who are outside viewers of the Kanto Region. In Kanto, Storm Riding became so popular that milked into that the whole Region has become the International Hub for the sport and all its good and bad came with it. The Region quickly was split into sections, those of similar roads migrating together to form their own piece of the pie with the ruler of the area being the King of the road. One section of Kanto you run into an industrial complex where riders test their might and skill all in the chase towards Hardest Apostolica while in another part you will run into a more aquatic theme where new inventive landscapes and turfs have been sprung to life like an Underwater City where the Lather Queen awaits in its depths. Do to these alterations some ended up having to move out of Kanto and relocate while others stayed and adapted growing with the culture and for those businesses, becoming rich and profitable.

Not all was happy by this growth. Purists of Storm Riding hate to see what it has become. Once an underground rebellion movement where those not only can have freedom but also make a name for themselves has now turned into a Gentrification of what it once was along with Kanto. While the talent within Kanto can be respected, what they have done to storm riding makes the Purists sick. They will do anything to turn storm riding back to its original state. This started causing conflict as the outsiders (of Kanto) started coming in and challenging through the ranks of different areas. Winning doesn't cause anything to change until a king is toppled. With no regalia, that section seems to lose power and with it a hit to tourism. No one wants to see a water district of storm riders and there be no Lather Queen. With these losses came a loss of money causing Kanto to develop a special air trek force specifically designed to harass outsides of Kanto and to pursue outsiders who have won regalias and taken them outside of Kanto. They usually trump them on some type of false charges if you lucky or take the regalia back by force . In Kanto, no one cares. It part of the show. You are nothing more than a clown putting on for those around. Outside of Kanto, its normal gangfare business that's put to the side at times if it means keeping the residents of Kanto from holding such precious crowns.

A Civil War is brewing. Will you stand with the Purists to take back Storm Riding from the jaws of Gentrification. Will you stand with those of Kanto and continuing pushing the new ways of storm riding? Will you be the one to bring peace between the groups ? The choice is yours!
