Kyrian- Post 6 Kyrian took a few steps back as the other male leaped into the water. Chuckling the wind male found a nice large rock to sit on. He didn't mind getting splashed by the water. Toriu was sitting further back guarding their bags. Rukeia had appeared after doing a few rounds around the festivals, perching gently on top of the bags to watch the two males. Kyrian marveled at Mano's form. The other male was a bit awe inspiring, he slipped out his flute as he felt a small urge. The wind male seemed hesitant for a moment before a trilling melody came from where he sat. For the first time in what felt like years...Kyrian started to play. It was a little random but it flowed.

Besaji Docks: Twilight
As the sun drew low, the fisherman gathered their final catch and turned back to shore. Their slow journey would be guided by the illumination of a great fire, along with smaller ones dotting the sands. Lit by the villagers, these grills would soon be filled with cooking meat, the smell filling the air as the grand feast would begin. Len, the goddess of fishing and feasts, had blessed them with what felt like the biggest fishing catch since their freedom, and it was only just they return the favor with the biggest feast to date.
As the boats slid onto shore, everyone joined in to help carry the catch back to the settlement. No one was empty handed as they prepared to eat their fill well into the night.

Mano - Post 7 After an afternoon spent fishing and playing in the water it was soon time for them to head back so that they could join the rest of the festivities with some fish in tow. It wasn't as good as one might be able to get were they in possession of a boat but considering how close they were to the village and the festival they'd done fairly decent. Leaving the water, though a touch reluctantly, Mano smiled at Kyrian and said, "How about we bring out fish to those in charge? They can cook them up along with what the rest of the fishermen caught." Here was to hoping that if they came to this festival next year that they might have access to a boat to fish from by then. Mano lifted his trident up, resting it on his shoulder, his haul of fish hanging from it. After adjusting the weight to sit comfortably he held a hand out to the blond standing alongside, "Shall we hurry back, Honey? I don't know about you but I can smell the feast from here and it's got my stomach rumbling!"

Kyrian- Post 7 The smaller male nodded, taking the hand of his most cherished companion. "Yeah. Lets go eat!" he was excited as they headed back. Toriu trotting alongside being a good boy with keeping the bag safe. Rukeia landed on Mano's head, her small legs working out a few stray seaweed strands and a odd shell or two. She kept the shells, tossed anything else. Once that was done the Nonwada fluttered to drop the shell's in Kyrian's open hand. Landing on her master's opposite shoulder from Mano. "Seems Rukeia found us a few treasures..." Kyrian said as he marveled at the two shells. "These are pretty..."

Mano - Post 8 Turning to look over at Rukeia as the beast returned to Kyrian with some shells he couldn't help but to chuckle, "She did a good job. Just remind her not to get too close to the water, I would hate for her to get hit by a rogue wave. Since she's a moth it would wash away her dust or worse, wash her away." They needed to take good care of the moth since she wasn't from this sort of area and he wouldn't want her to get hurt because she wasn't used to Matori yet. Giving a smile he continued forward with the group, handing off the fish once they arrived at where the cooks were. Once that was done he found the lot of them a place to set their things down, tucking his pack under a chair, leaned his trident against it, then said, "Alright, now that we have a nice spot to sit down let's see about getting a whole pile of sea food to eat!" It had been far too long since he'd had a good meal made of things that were only found in Matori. It was yet another thing that he was looking forward to and he was quick to lead the way to where the food was set up, getting himself a plate before piling it high next to his Honey and various other festival goers.

Kyrian- Post 8 Kyrian smiled as he watched his two beasts settle down. Toriu laid next to the bags after Kyrian put his own bag down. As Rukeia glided to sit on top of the other seat. Kyrian turned to follow his cherished companion. Walking up to the grand feast the wind male was sorta curious about it all. He picked up a few things here and there, sometimes picking up with Mano did just out of curiosity. He chuckled at the energy of the other. Mano was a real beam of light for the wind male. As they filled their plates, Kyrian sat down and started to take a small nibble of a few things. He'd never had sea food before...most of their dishes back home were soups and traded meat. Maybe something would ring familiar to his taste-buds? A few things he didn't particularly like so he tested to see if Toriu wanted them. The Radaku greedily snapping up the new meat with gusto. Kyrian shook his head. "Glutton." he looked over to Mano. "Its interesting...I've never really had sea food before."

Mano - Post 9 Mano glanced over at Kyrian, giving him a smile, "Some of the different sorts of sea life can be an acquired taste." He said with a bit of a laugh. He set to filling his mouth with bite after bite, trying something different each time. He wanted to make sure to try a little of everything since he'd been away from home for so long. He watched as Kyrian shared his food with with the radaku, giving a little chuckle as he seemed to enjoy far, far more then Kyrian himself did. "I will try to catch some fish that I am sure you will like after the festival." He offered, thinking on various sorts of fish that Kyrian might enjoy more then the stuff he was handing off to his radaku. Giving a smile he said, "For now let's enjoy ourselves! I bet after the meal we can find some other fun things to do. Games, dancing, hanging out together under the stars. There is nothing more beautiful then seeing the starry sky reflected on the ocean... save for you of course, my Honey." He gave him a little wink before he returned to his meal.

Kyrian- Post 9 Kyrian chuckled. "I look forward to it!" he really did. Seeing Mano in his homeland really put a spring in his step. One he hadn't had in a long time. The water male was important to him. His happiness was worth the awkward taste test he knew his body was about to endure. He picked up something squishy and as soon as he bit down. The face he made was pretty comical and priceless as he spat it back out. "S-sorry....ew...." he shuddered as he smacked his lips together trying to pinpoint what exactly he had just bitten into. "That's....squishy...." he whined. As he shook his head in slight disgust the wind male took a sip of wine. He paused a moment, mixing the two flavors before just swallowing. "Wow...that was...interesting..." He poked at the squishy thing. "Not trying you again." he muttered.

Besaji: Midnight
Younglings were fast asleep in the sand, the heat of the fire and their full bellies leaving them exhausted and unable to stay up late. Parents came to collect them, tucking them in with some returning to continue to celebrate. The volume was lower, with most taking to the beach to look at the waves and up to the stars, thanking the gods for their freedom and for their fortune yet again. Most would still be up much later, waiting for the sun to rise once more before resting. Some might struggle in the morning to catch up with their routine, but all would be thankful and happy for another year of bounty and good fortune to look forward to.
