Faust, Guardian Cat

The great puff of Faust was silent on Thraen's shoulder initially, but it did not preclude his being there. Once the transcended Chronos knight chose to speak to Thraen with a whimsical comment on the activity, a clawless fluffy paw swung out to tap the redhead's face. "Shut yo' mouth," he cat chided him. "Don't got no patience for wise asses..."

Afterward he looked to the side of Thraen's face. "Friendly fire already goin' down thanks to Chuckles over here. Sheeit, can't this dude just give an introduction and get his s**t over with? I ain't good at stadnin' around. There's people to awaken." Faust huffed plaintively.

Spacewatch, Comet, Tiny Smol

Her excuse that night had been she needed to go visit Anne-Marie from down the road because she'd left her books there and she'd PROMISED to watch AT LEAST an hour of clasic SNL with her. AT LEAST.

Her parents couldn't say no to SNL. If they did they were godless heathens. It was classic SNL too. Full of the wonder that was lost of really old actor cameos and bad 90s jokes.

Thankfully, Spacewatch's parents were not heathens and had told her to call for a pick up later. Anne-Marie already had her cover too. Anne-Marie thought she was out trying to smooch Kevin the junior at the high school. Something was up in the jiggy jive that was the city's patient 'weird things o clock' meter and Spacewatch was on it like butter on toast.

AKA was on it like it was likely to fall off and you would just sigh because it was inevitable.

When she arrived she did sigh.
Because she may have been 14 but she wasn't stupid.

This person was clearly a cult leader due to the weird feelin' and the cloak.
There was a reason TV tropes existed and she was not about this cult life.
She'd been called to a gosh darn super weirdo cult meeting and was missing prime classic SNL skits for.

Spacewatch's life was so hard.

Aegir, Super of Silence

A free night rarely meant 'free' for Colin..instead it meant patrol, it meant Aegir. But when he transformed, he found himself drawn to not only an aura the likes of nothing he'd known before, but also that of a rapidly increasing pool of Order auras around that unknown.

The curly haired super made his way carefully forward, noting those he knew and those he did not alike - this couldn't be good and one never knew where one might find a powerful ally - or new friend.

Thyrmr was near to Thraen, Faust, and Scholomance, so Aegir came to join them with an expression of concerned interest, reaching out to touch Thyrmr's shoulder as he shifted to get a better look at the cloaked figure. Castor stood with all the bluster he'd ever shown and while Aegir nodded to each, he didn't wave - this was not a time for levity or social greetings. He didn't know Celsus or the once-Wolframite, but he could see their station and respected the experience and fortitude that came with such things.

Friendly fire was entirely possible, with the way some of those gathered already looked - admittedly, the situation was alarming. It had been an almost irresistible pull for him even without his natural curiousity and penchant for flinging himself bodily at whatever stood in his way...how would the newer guard react?

Scholomance Squire of Saturn

Instinctively, Scholomance took a step back upon hearing that unique auras had a history of danger. "Then why are we crowding around this guy like a gaggle of gawking gentleman at a strip club?" Scholomance wasn't keen on encountering murder or maiming, two of the most prominent dangers that came to mind at Thraen's explanation. "I'm not interested in getting murdered just yet."

Yet the figure manifested no movement yet to indicate murderous magic, or even an offensive stance. Instead he, or she, looked curled in on themselves and minimized to the rest of the world. An aura broadcast, and yet huddled away as if displeased with the attention. Scholomance knew not what to make of it. Was it baiting, then? Or was this person as hopelessly enslaved to their aura as the rest of Order that gathered here? "It's only Order here, interestingly. Maybe Chaos is a little late to the party, but what if only Order's arrival is intentional? Do you think this person just wants to nuke the factions here, Thraen?" Though, he supposed, danger encompassed less directly violent means, too.

There was, perhaps, more nervousness had in recognizing only Order auras here. Perhaps Chaos would've disrupted the calm entirely, but an accumulation of both would've assuaged his nerves more effectively. "Hopefully your other knight friends here have some idea."

Gevaudan, Ganymede Knight

He listened intently as best he could and what he was hearing and what little they knew was not keeping his heart from racing. This felt bad.

"So we are all gathering here for some strange person that is THAT powerful and no one knows why?" He glanced back to the figure on the hill. "This doesn't feel ri –"

ACHOO!

The knight covered his mouth, eyes suddenly watering before he looked up and over as the cat he hadn't noticed before.

Oh great.

He stepped back, and even took another step at the cats horrible manners. It would have been cute otherwise, but as it was –

A-Choo! Eyes watering, he decided to wave his hands vaguely at the group in some poor attempt at excusing himself and took a few more steps back, wiping his eyes as he walked and in turn, being a bit blind now from it.

Sailor Skoll, Senshi of the Pack

Skoll's dealing with strange supernatural powers that be was woefully small. Yes, she'd awoken to two giant youma creature things attacking her and her brother, but otherwise the senshi - who still was having trouble with that concept - generally just made sure her pack was safe and her territory was free of stupid people. That aside, something this curious, this potentionally dangerous, caught her attention and she prowled the city until she found it.

And a lot of other senshi and powered individuals.

She'd been aware there were a number of them. Hard to ignore the internal radar when out patrolling, but she didn't expect this many. Or the different types. She eyed one, a young man with wings (Castor) and whistled to herself. Well that was inpressive. She eyed the others gathered, assessing potential combat experience. Seemed to range from hobbyests to seasoned fighters.

Handy, she guessed.

Skoll circled the group casually, unsure of what to make of the Cloaked Figure. Better to hang back and see what happens than charge right ahead here.

---

Chibi Sailor Iduna, Senshi of Apples

She generally didn't get curious about weird power signatures. Iduna kept to her small patrol area, was in bed before two in the morning, and never strayed from that routine less her mother figure out what was going on.

Today clearly wasn't one to be following her routine. Not when she felt others around said weird cosmic feeling. Other people. She didn't really do much with other senshi, or those knight people. Again, Iduna, twelve year old I'm terrified of my mother's wrath Iduna, didn't do much with senshidom to begin with.

She crept up on the gathering, one hand fisted in her skirt and the other in her bow, hesitant. Iduna was not a particularly tiny child, but these were adults, and most adults either wanted to yell or ignore her presence. The chibi senshi wandered over to a guy with giant wings, kind of sort of stood under them. For protection's sake.

Of course.

Harmonia, Super of Harmony

The tug was something she had never experienced before. Not to mention that whatever it was had a very unusual feeling to it. It wasn't exactly Order but it wasn't Chaos either. Whatever it was it was powerful and that almost kept the young senshi from heading out to find the cause. In fact, if the pull hadn't been so strong she would have ignored it.

Instead, Harmonia arrived upon the scene to find quite a large gathering of people, the source of the strange aura was amongst them. Interesting.

Green eyes scanned the gathering crowd for familiar faces. Not many stood out to her, but a certain black furred feline perched upon someone's shoulder caught her attention. She hesitated a moment before moving towards Faust and the senshi he was perched upon.

"Faust." She murmured quietly her eyes moving from him to the odd being. "What's going on?"

She looked at the senshi Faust was sitting on unsure if now would be an appropriate time for an introduction but at the same time feeling odd just talking to Faust. She shifted on her feet in her uncertainty.

Celsus Knight of Chronos

His eyes, darkened beneath by black shadows that made his freckled face seem gaunter, more hollow, moved silently sideways to rest on Thraen. Celsus gave a slow shake of his head, exhaling a breath that was visible in the chill air around them.

"Nothing like this, no," he answered quietly. "It's not a signature familiar to me, doesn't resemble anything that I can recall."

As if you could ever help, anyway, said a whisper in his head, mocking, and Celsus flinched slightly, the color rising in his cheeks. Something soft tapped his face, and he glanced sideways, brows drawing together as he regarded the cat with a mixture of curiosity and shame and resisting a very strong urge to ask if he could pet said cat.

Celsus opened his mouth to respond, but what came instead was a half-hearted, weak smile that was half directed at the cat, and half directed at the unfamiliar Saturn knight and the Ganymede knight on Thraen's other side. It fell away after a moment, Celsus returning his gaze to the figure on the hill once more.

"He's right, though; it seems only Order so far, which could either be a very good sign or a very bad one."

Eternal Senshi

Ganymede didn't know how to answer Valhalla's question. She wasn't sure what she was feeling, and therefore had no idea how she could possibly articulate it. She settled for looking at him helplessly while uttering a quiet, “I don't... know.”

She didn't take her eyes off of the figure for long. She took in their appearance, focused on their aura in the hopes of determining the level of their power. There was nothing overtly threatening about them, but the inexplicable energy signature was worrying. Who could they be? Where could they have come from? What did they want?

She gave a start when Europa came up beside her. With so many Order auras gathered about, it was nearly impossible to feel the draw of an Eternal signature in her direction. Ganymede blinked owlishly, thrown by her teammate's arrival. It had been such a long time.

“Europa,” Ganymede said, but the short statement was obvious. There was no mistaking the fuku. Europa's familiar face was a welcomed one.

Ganymede flushed when she was congratulated, as she always did when her Princess form was brought to attention. It felt weird to her to receive such praise from someone she'd always felt was the better Senshi. Europa was the first Senshi to ever take any sort of interest in her, the first to show her concern and compassion and extend to her a guiding hand. Second to Val, there was no more comforting presence to have at her side.

“It's... it's been so long, I...”

She was at a loss for words, unsure how to explain what had happened to her when she was still so uncertain about the entire affair. Eventually she settled for something that had nothing to do with the power level, or the dress, or the crown.

“It's good to see you,” she said. Her nerves settled somewhat, and she managed a smile. She made a determined effort not to scrounge around for memories of the last time they'd been together. She'd only feel guilty for letting so much time go by, for not keeping in touch.

“Of all the weird things that happen in this city,” she said, shifting her focus again to the mysterious figure, “this is... different. I don't know how to describe what they feel like. There isn't anything particularly wrong about them except that they feel like... something else. Something not... normal.”

[ OOC note: Please only quote me if your characters are actually reacting to and/or near mine! I'm currently dealing with some RL stuff so mass quoting is throwing me off! Thanks~ ]

Cassiopeia, Senshi of Wonder

By the time Cassiopeia got the message from Lysithea, she'd already been en route to the source of the disturbance. Her curiosity got the best of her without question, but to know the Super Senshi was also there was a relief. Good. Someone to linger by while... whatever this was went down.

And someone to badger with questions....

The strange aura sent shivers down her spine, and by the time she finally approached Lysithea, the questions burned in her throat that she forced down. Partially because other people were-had already asked them. Partially because she'd seen Lysithea's message mention Adria.

Moment Cassiopeia spotted Adria, her joy had almost been enough to distract her from the strange figure in the robes. Almost. "Adria!" Her voice was kept to a whisper once she got close enough, grinning with barely restrained delight to see him again. "Omigosh I've been looking for you-! I wanted to tell--" She bit her lip, realizing this wasn't the place for gushing and gleeing but... "Um... alleyway, street light... you told me about saving the city from monsters? I wasn't awakened then but um... I obviously am now." Hoping that was enough to jog his memory of who she was, she moved in close to the two she knew and directed her eyes to the large gathering.

"So um... what's going on? Who is that..?"

Themiscyra, Squire of Mars

If it hadn't been for the strange occurrence the other night, she probably wouldn't have been powered again that night. Themiscyra was only a slightly more common occurrence again in the city, still brittle and bitter from her confrontation with the Code piece. Still unsure of her place in this blasted war.

But that night... she'd been out again, dusting youma, trying to keep tabs around. Looking for old faces. The... summon of sorts had most certainly caught her attention. As had the additional bursts of energy from other signatures. Strong senshi. Hella strong senshi.

Note her extreme surprise to realize one was a very, very familiar blonde. Standing by a very, very familiar brunette she'd not seen in a while. Themiscyra kept her mouth shut, eyeing the strange figure as she moved over to Valhalla and Ganymede, along with another Eternal (Europa) Themiscyra wasn't familiar with. She stood by the Knight specifically, frowning a bit as she'd approached. He... felt... off to her. She couldn't put her finger on it but...

Themiscyra flicked on a smile, giving a slight bow at the waste to Ganymede, the smile a bit playful despite the situation. "Diamonds look damn good on you." Flicking her gaze back to the figure though, she moved next to Valhalla with a deeper frown, facing the source of everyone's main attention. "I'll badger you later, Princess. And you, Boy Scout," she murmured to Valhalla, briefly glancing at him. "Cuz it definitely feels like you got into hellamount of trouble again." And didn't tell her a damn thing.

Well. At least the current situation prevented her from yelling at him about it. She'd also at least accept she... hadn't exactly been keeping Chris up to date on her life, either. Two-way street and all that....

Aue, Senshi of Lemons

This sucked. Not only had he discovered there were real-life talking space cats - that could hack, damn it - he'd also discovered he was some magical ******** guardian of whatever the hell and was supposed to gad about protecting the innocent or some s**t. It had been suggested he read the "primer" using the magical phone the cat had shat out of space. Which he did...laughing the whole time and wondering just how this had become his life.

Biased goddamned bullshit...I don't need this in my life--

And yet, he found himself using that stupid yellow stick Ash had foisted on him from time to time. Like now, which was when the real fun started.

Pasi didn't like being compelled to do anything, but as Aue, he was compelled right on towards what was a growing crowd of costumed dorks. Oh my god it's like an anime convention. I'm in hell. I died and this is my punishment for being born. Two of the ******** had wings - like, not the weird little a**-mounted wings, but flat out ******** wings, like that was normal. "******** my life..." Aue drug his heels but came a little closer, avoiding touching any other dressed up magical monkey with the care one might use handling the Ebola virus bare handed.

When the royal spoke this time, it was like a completely different person. Phact almost wanted to face palm. Was really one of their so called leaders? No wonder she didn't have much hope...

The only hope she had for him was when her eyes caught a white fluff ball below: Arthur. She worried for the cat's sake about him being so close to the unknown but, if he must, Castor better watch over him.

"Stand strong Sabine. There is no use in letting worry and fear get to us. " She whispered, eyes finally going back to the young woman. "We make silly choices in moments of fear. For now, watch and learn. You can see groups forming. People who know one another...people who have known one another...Some seem unsure and very much on edge." She motioned towards the group with a senshi she had known once: Tharen.

"Others stand on the edges, not ready to make a move unless required. We were all pulled her for a reason. Clearly, a reason none of us know..."

This time her eyes landed directly on the back of the clocked figure. "Save one." She closed them for a moment and the opened once more. "And all we can do is wait until he or she wishes for us to know..."

Mont Blonc, Squire of Saturn

To say he was here begrudgingly was something of a massive understatement. It was only his sheer desire to keep pushing forward, to keep being there for the people that mattered, that bought Mont Blonc out of hiding tonight... and he was visibly pale, nervous, glancing to and fro as he arrived on the scene, his shoulders hunched and his hair hanging in his face. If someone spoke too loudly, he glanced in their direction without missing a beat - and his gaze kept trailing back to the cloaked figure, his chest tight and icy from nerves.

Too many people.

Too much danger.

Too much had already happened.

Some of his tension eased away though when he began to see the people that kept him going - Aegir, Thrymr, and Scholomance among them - Celsus there too - and he made a beeline for them. Thrymr was who he reached first, and he felt both relieved and guilty as he placed a quivering hand on his friend's shoulder, making motions to give a greeting. But instead his lips flapped rather helplessly as nothing came.

------------------------

Super Sailor Eurydike, Senshi of Salt

He'd already been patrolling - so when a freak beacon went off, well, hey. Some habits died hard and all, and impulse kind of won out over reason. Seemed like it wasn't just him this time though, so hey, cool. Eurydike rubbed his hands almost greedily together as he sauntered up - and when he saw a shock of blond hair from a dude that probably would've been labeled an Amazon if he was a chick coupled with a dark furred cat, well, hey.

"Butterfly!" he barked warmly in greeting as he sauntered over. "An' my favorite fluffball too! What's - " He caught sight of Celsus and paled automatically, a rush of shame flooding his face. But he'd already ******** committed, so - like he was going to go back on it because of that ********. " - goin' on?"

Castor Page Aptera

Finally she had arrived, and it was easy to see that she may guess right that the others she saw here were also drawn to this location by a strange but strong pull. It was here she hoped to find some answers. Initially, the thought that she considered first was attempting to stay hidden. However, it puzzled her, but she then felt struck by a feeling of absurdity at the thought. Further looking a bit more closely at the gathering, she thought now that they seemed magical as well and more formidable, more experienced at being, well, magical.

She walked as calmly as she hoped she was managing through the crowd surrounding a cloaked figure, hoping she was blending in to some extent. Sights and sounds seemed to swirl inside and overwhelm her mind, however it was one word that got her attention next: Castor.

She attempted to pull off a subtle shift of her gaze to the sound that caught her interest for whatever reason her head was not wrapping around. And her eyes widened slightly. Did her ears deceive her or was that spoken by a cat? Dark wings drew her gaze next, wings that belonged to a man with locks of hair that were a frosty white. And when she caught herself staring, she moved her gaze to the cloaked figure again. What was this pull she was feeling? And if she received answers, would they make any sense?

((Please quote me if you're interacting/talking to my characters!))

Slievenamon, Page of Neptune

Slievenamon was... still new to all of this powered-up business going around Destiny City. She hadn't known there was others like her, so when she followed the odd tugging at the back of her mind (that she once thought would be assuaged with the playing of the song she knew), there was a bit of culture shock. Actually, no, there was a frickton of it. Seeing so many people in such gaudy attire about a cloaked figure could only mean one thing: Cult activity.

Is this what was going on?

Cult activity?

Were they going be looking for virgin sacrifices? Because she sure wasn't one. No siree. No way, no how. She could get off scot free that way if they asked, but otherwise, the freshly flown from the nest page had no idea what was going on. That didn't mean she wasn't wiling to learn, though. Her mouth formed into a squiggle on her face. Who to talk to, though? Who'd even give her the time of day with so many people (if you could even call them that, Slieve was still weary not think there was a hive-mind ideology going on here) here?

So, as gently as she could, she said (though more along the lines of whispered), "D-does anyone know what's going on here?"

Sailor Cadmus, Chibi Senshi of Cranberries

Unlike the jittery redhead who he passed without batting an eyelash, Cadmus was a little more fed-up with the tugging within him. Sure, he was only a chibi and wasn't strong as all of the other power signatures bombarding him head left and right, but he could jump farther and run faster than all of them. Ha! his mind thought as he marched around looking for answers. I can still top all of you that way! But now, I have something else on my mind. What the heck is going on here? There are so many senshi and knights and other people! Is this, like, a convention? It sure is loud one.

The chatterbug in him wanted to partake in all of the fun, but he hadn't seen a face he recognized yet. Instead, with gloved hands balled into fists, he continued to follow the tugging and poke his head near and beneath people to see if they were the source of the call. Eventually, he tired of this one-sided game of hide-and-seek and would wait for them to reveal themselves instead. That didn't stop him from talking though. And loud.

"Could someone please explain to me what's going on here?" he cried aloud, hoping his voice trumped the talking of others. "I could totally be doing something better, what's going on? I've been following this pulling sensation for days!"
