For once Amaya was late to the Monument but for a good reason. She woke up when the sun peaked out of the clouds and stared at herself in the mirror. Three months has passed since she opened up to her teammates and she found that maybe a change would help her progress and what she has overcome. She stared at her clothes and her hair and found that she shouldn't be hiding the scars that she has. She should embrace it as it is a symbol of living. She picked up her scissors and started cutting her hair to where she want it and then she went to her closet and found some clothes that she kept and put them on. Now standing in the mirror an hour later, she was satisfied with the person she saw. Her blue eyes sparkled with hope, her hair was short and have little knots on her head, and her clothes were that of a bright color. She smiled not caring that everyone can now see the X scar between her breast and left the house. Her scars no longer bother her as both her legs and arms were covered with them. Her hearing was still sharp as ever since she used her hearing most of her life but for once she used her eyes to see the world and the beauty that it held. Walking the usual path, she closed her eyes and continued walking until she picked up someone. Usually she was the only on on the Monument but looks like today someone else was here. Walking up further she saw a familiar face, "Renzo, hi."

Renzo turned as he heard a familiar voice. It was Amaya, sporting a new look and seem to be having a good day today. Upon seeing her he smiled. "Amaya, morning. Love the new look." He said as he turned from her back towards the village, taking in the view once more. "Can you believe it? We made Chunin! We are one step close to getting to were we need to go!" He said with a laugh. It was no secret that Renzo was over excited but he figured that it was better to live it up now seeing how they were going to get harder missions.

Waving to him, she walked over and stood by him as they both looked at the village. "Thanks. I like the new look too. Makes me feel better and new." Amaya closed her eyes, as she felt the vibrations in the ground and then reopen her eyes. "I know right. Super excited that we made Chunin but of course we must continued to train as there is a high expectation on our squad. I may not be a Senju but we Kihane are just as close." Amaya was happy about making rank and she was wondering what type of mission they will be going on now that they ranked up. She was sure it would be harder then the one they went on but she couldn't help but feel happy. She couldn't wait to show of her new skills. "I wonder what Sensei and Mr. Hyuga been up too?"

After his mission he had decided it was time for him to find his squad mates and possibly figure out where they stand in terms of moral. He didn't want to bring them down so he decided to simply shower them with positive energy and a good time. Maybe even a sparing match if they were up to it. He used his byakugan from the Hokage's office to pinpoint where his squad mates were and made his way to them without much of a hassle. Due to his status, he was to be familiar with all areas of the village as a mandatory requirement.
"It seems as though I found you two already. It's nice to see the both of you after a few months."
The familiar voice would say with a smile on his face. Mikoto had a cheeky grin painted across his lips before finally giving both of them a hug. Mikoto seemed to grow much more mature than expected but still had that teen feel to him. This was the result of the amount of missions he went on that required him to go into battle especially the last mission he did that required him to remove the enemy from close to the village. He was getting more secretive with the people of the village on his missions due to the fact that some of them were considered classified.
"A-Amaya? You look pretty nice. I like the new look." He stated before tapping her shoulder with his fist. "And Renzo... I can tell you've grown more powerful. I am proud. Sensei isn't around is he?" He asked.

Renzo turned to see the third member of the squad arrive, Mikoto. He was smiling, happy to see the two. Renzo returned the smile and waved. "Mikoto, how's it be-" He was about to say before the taller Hyuuga hugged him. It caught Renzo off guard but it was welcomed all the same. Mikoto spoke and also complimented Amaya on her new look, then spoke to Renzo. Saying how he could see how much stronger he had gotten. "Heh, yea stronger is the only choice we have in this world seeing how its not going to get any easier for us. That being said," He started as he turned completely away from the village and turned his two teammates. "You definitely got stronger as well, not to mention your performance at the exams. It was pretty damn flawless! Now it just makes me want to test my abilities against you." Renzo finished with a chuckle. "But no, it's just been me and Amaya so far, but you can be sure when he comes around the first thing he'll do is mess up my hair." Renzo looked around when finished his statement. Whenever Naka Showed, messing up the young Uchiha's hair was literally the first thing on his todo list.

Amaya chuckled at Renzo when he asked for a spar but what caught her off guard was opening up a little more. Indeed she had got comfortable to open up a bit but she still had more getting over. Like touching except when there is a spar or fighting. To long of a touch bother her unless its an enemy then it doesn't bother her since they want to harm or kill her. Amaya was about to suggest a spar instead of a talk since she wanted to train some more. She still felt useless in the group and she wanted to learn more about offenses instead of defenses. She closed her eyes for a brief second until she picked up someone approaching them, but before she could say anything, she heard a familiar voice. "Hello Mr. Hyuga." Amaya returned the hug but stiffen a little then proceeded to smile as Mikoto commented on her new look. "Thanks, I like it too. I am glad to see everyone is doing well since ranking up. Three months felt like a long time since I seen any of you. I haven't seen Sensei lately, is everything alright? We haven't even went on a mission yet either which baffles me since he always pushed missions are way."

His face looked a little more determined than it was when he was in the chunin exams. Like Renzo said, his performance in the chunin exams was flawless and almost seemed easy as he went through it. He helped carry his team to victory and now he was a leader of the team. His eyes looked to the boy who took him up for the spar. Of course there were many secrets that Mikoto had kept hidden from his squadron, even his sensei had no idea the things that Mikoto had on him. Of course these things were considered bad but to Mikoto, they were only tools for his goals.
"Alright, how about we get that spar going then? Afterwards I must get my training with Shihou Sensei done."
Mikoto had jumped back just a little bit and got into position for his sparring match with Renzo. He had exhaled slowly to get right into the zone for his battle. The air around him shift almost like a trademark feeling when seeing Mikoto fight. A full concentration that the boy had when it came to fighting. The air still felt like being locked in a cage with a wild beast but it seemed to mellow out the longer you fought Mikoto.
"I hope you're ready Renzo. I'd take this battle seriously if I were you... I may accidentally injure you completely. Amaya, if this gets out of hand then let me know okay?" Mikoto warned.

Renzo chuckled. "Worrisome?" he questioned, "Fighting someone who is stronger than you make you better. So fighting you is a win-win for me." Watched as Mikoto fall into his fighting position. The air had turned heavy as the tension raised. Renzo seen this many times before from his teammate. But now as Renzo faced Mikoto's wild instinct, it only made the Uchiha smile. "You also have to remember something Mikoto," He started as he fell into his fighting stance as well. His eyes shifted, turning crimson as he activated his Sharingan. "Your not the only powerhouse on this time." Renzo's smile never left his face and he was ready to finally spar against his team. Judging on how he fared he would then know what it is he would next have to work on.

"That's not what I meant my friend. I meant it in a way that I may accidentally injure you greatly by accident. Your Sharingan is no match for my Byakugan. I've seen all possibilities of the Sharingan with Master Shihou. Even the stage after. I have created something to stop her from using that power on me again."
His words were almost monotone like and even dark in a way. His face entered its focused emotionless stage like he entered the zone of some sort. His hands moved to a single sign which created a single shadow clone to completely fool the sharingan due to it not being able to completely distinguish between the two people standing there.
"Shadow Clone Jutsu." Mikoto stated as the smoke cleared and the two switched positions and one of them ran towards Renzo. The one that ran towards Renzo was the original Mikoto and the other clone stayed in place in the normal gentle fist style of combat. The clone then moved into a position to create another hand seal as the original Mikoto finally got close to Renzo. The symbol was for a technique called clone explosion and if Renzo didn't stop the clone soon it would seem like that Mikoto would explode right in his face and cause large amounts of damage.

Renzo nodded at Mikoto's words, "Ah I see. Well we won't know 'til we try huh?" He said as he noted the seals being made for the shadow clone jutsu. Renzo had never seen it before so he did not know what to expect. When the clone appeared, Renzo could not tell them apart. Hmm they have the same chakra levels. He noted before they switched places and one of them rushed him.
Renzo watched his friends' movements as he got close, glancing quickly at the clone as the original Mikoto closed the distance(Of course, Renzo doesn't know its the real Mikoto). Renzo stepped forward getting closer to Mikoto and attempted to leap off of his, using the him as a springboard to get in the air. In the air between the two Mikoto's, Renzo quickly formed seals at the peak of his jump. "Fire Release: Phoenix Sage Fire Technique!" He said taking a deep breath and then released multiple shots of fire towards Mikoto and his clone, at least 8 for each. At the same time, Renzo took out 16 shuriken and threw them, concealing them within in the flames as they headed towards there target.
He had was descending from the air he waited for Mikoto's next move. Renzo was sure

His face remained calm and cool as the boy grew closer and closer to the Uchiha. He began to make his body seem a little bigger as an act to him exploding. However, he had a plan for this. The attack grew near but the clone jumped over the attack and towards Renzo and right when it grew close and Renzo continued his descend into the ground the clone smiled at him. The original Mikoto had weaved a few hand signs to create a jutsu that would house an explosion of an A class level jutsu right in the face of the young Uchiha.
"Great Clone Explosion."
Mikoto had stated as the clone exploded at nearly point blank to Renzo. If he wasn't to get out of the way in time, the blast would cause a good amount of damage to the boy. However, to make sure Renzo didn't get away Mikoto had decided to activate his Byakugan and cement any further confrontations. Based on their training together, Mikoto knew that Renzo lacked the ability of close combat, where as Mikoto was nearly unstoppable in hand to hand combat. The eyes of the Hyuuga watched as he awaited Renzo to enter the zone of his Eight Trigrams.

Renzo turned as the clone closed in on him. He was able to see its chakra start to spike and on the surface the clone started to shift and grow. It was here Renzo knew that the clone was going to blow. He had thought that by attack both he'd would have been able to stop Mikoto's attack short. Renzo smiled and got close to the clone and, whie using his chakra control, he added chakra to his legs to kicked off of it to try and at least gain some distance away from it. The clone exploded in the air and Renzo could be seen thrown violently from the smoke, arms covering his face. He hit the ground hards, sliding across the rock as he slowed to a halt. Renzo grit his teeth as he started to get up. He was lucky to make it out of point blank range but he still took much of the damage.
Renzo looked up towards Mikoto, breathing heavily. The Hyuuga was in his Eight trigrams stance, ready to end this spar it would seem. Renzo smiled again. So this is the difference in the twos power? Renzo chuckled as he finally stood upright and pulled out seven kunai. Renzo Leaned forward and started to sprint as fast as he could go. He was risking it but he thought he give it a shot. As he ran towards Mikoto, He started to throw the Kunai at him, one after the other as he closed the distance. When Renzo got close enough, he formed some quick seals. And then used Fire Release: Veil Technique. He clapped his hands together and a white hot flash came from them. At close range it would briefly blind an opponent, and since Mikoto was using his Byakugan, Renzo had hoped to at least blind him a bit. Renzo then stopped short in front of MIkoto and formed another set of seals, this time wind formed around his forearms. Though he was not as good at Taijutsu, Renzo just need to hit Mikoto once and hopefully while he was recovering from the flash, he would be able to. He went for a wind fueled uppercut to send Mikoto up in the air.

His eyes never deceived him not even for a second as the boy pulled out the Kunai and threw them at Mikoto. His blade hilt had been used to block all attacks but in that time the boy had come close to Mikoto which was more or less a grave mistake for him in the first place. The flash penetrated the eyes of the Hyuuga but this next attack wouldn't be good enough to stop Mikoto from attacking. His eyes remained closed but the brief moment that Renzo had had come to an end. As his fist met the chin on Mikoto, it would be blocked by a thin layer of chakra. This chakra was the cause of the now rotating chakra that started to exit the body. He then used his eight trigrams palm rotation on the young Uchiha from even closer than point blank range, making it harder for the boy to dodge the attack.
