Short IC Response: With a snear of dissatisfaction he tosseses the gold nugget onto the stone alter. "here's to wishing my brother gets away as I have. I know he enjoys being royalty more than I did, but I want him to see that there is more to life than pretty ladies and lavish jewels. . . Though Granted those are marvelous things." Laughing a little he slithers away back to his simple life.

A basket full of witch hazel blooms, freshly picked, along with a tuft of his gray fur. Short IC Response: A gentle breeze wafted across the valley as Mangekyō slowly made his way to the altar. He had heard stories from many about the rare occurrence that was the Wishing Star. Having been just a pup during its last appearance, Yō had decided against requesting anything at the time. There had been nothing he desired then, except to be with his family. As is the case with time, however, his heart began to yearn for something more than what his siblings and parents could offer. And so, he found himself journeying among wishes of old in hopes of obtaining that which he could not obtain alone.
"Hello, wishing star." Mangekyō lifted his eyes to the bright star overheard. It glimmered and sparkled in the night sky, a miracle in and of itself some would claim. "While I have not personally addressed you until now, I have seen the great wishes you have fulfilled in the past. I believe you can help me with what I seek." His eyes softened slightly as he nudged a small basket forward. In it lay some witch hazel blossoms with a tuft of gray hair adorning the top. "I am a simple Wolf with this solitary request-- please allow me a child of my own. I wish to start a family, much the same as my parents have, and pass on my knowledge. One of her beloved rasperry shaped binkies tied to some of Diavalos' fur. Short IC Response: The night was quiet and still. The air held that crisp coolness of winter's freshness as Binky crept out of her den where she'd left her mate sleeping. Looking over her shoulder, she heaved a little sigh and took her offering on to a small clear patch where she could see the star more clearly. "Little glowing ball above.. The Binky has a request.. My pet Idonea Has found much joy and Binky being much happy for her now. However something all wrong.. The Sippy and I been together long while now.. and I only hope to give him some little happiness.. His pet and mine don't live together so some times we being not see each other often... Maybe.. if you would.. You could help us have something to stay connected better? A little family all our own would be nice.. I even leave you one of my favorite things.. So perhaps you be saying yes?" Setting the offering down, she pulled her pink and white tail into her little paws and picked at it nervously. Truly she did love Diavalos.. she only wanted to see her happiness with her 'Sippy' grow further. Casting one last pleading look to the star, she crept on back to her den and her mate to settle back down for the night.

Who is Wishing?: Sorin Tell the wishing star a little about yourself: Well most say I'm equal parts hyper and at the same time calm. I like to watch those around me while curled up with a warm napping buddy. I don't mind non-flyers as I like to crawl into the manes of the large ponies and just sleep. A charm created out of braided hair from Teagan's mane tied around a few of Noxious' feathers with a golden ring at the end from their treasure hoard. Short IC Response:The mini mare was excited to see the Star appear over the lands once again. She worked extra hard to think of an offering to give. It had to be special. Because this was a special request. One that would mean so much if the Star chose to listen. So, Teagan had made Noxious help take the time to braid strands of her mane together with his feathers. Then she sorted through the treasures she found to find the perfect one to attach. Once the charm was complete, the mare had trotted off to find a place to make her offering.
"Dear Star," she said as she came to a stop. "It would mean so much if ya could consider giving me an' that featherbutt a chance to show we can be good parents. I know we can do it! And I know ya'd bless us with the best lil one ever." Her bright eyes gazed up towards the star. "Please give us a chance! I mean, I know that featherbutt is a bit of barnacle... but he means well. An' it'd mean so much to me t'give him another chance at fatherhood. " Setting her gift down gently, she nuzzled it into place before looking up at the sky once more and then grinning. Turning back, she headed back to let Noxious know she'd done it! All by herself.

A scrap of fabric from someone’s stolen kimono Short IC Response: Shouta approached the shrine again, this time in disguise. He joined the group of familiars and soquili all making wishes with a bit of kimono wrapped over his ears like a woman’s head scarf. He clutched at his chest and fumbled about like he was nervous about something, cooing every so often for effect. “Oh I only wish I had a baby of my very own!” He exclaimed in a falsetto still keeping up his mocking mannerisms. “Then my life would be complete! A precious little dragon baby that looks just like me! To cuddle and cradle… and trade for good food!” Shouta started cackling as more people started to notice him. It wasn’t until a few more hostile looking folks started approaching him that he decided to make his escape not noticing that the bit of kimono fabric had come loose from his head and settled on the shrine with all the other offerings.

Short IC Response: Kekipi was alone on this dark winter night as he dragged the carcass of an antelope along with him. He managed to get to the star altar pretty easily and laid his kill on the ground rather than on the altar itself so the blood wouldn't stain it. Clearing his throat he said, "So this is going to be kinda awkward... I am not perfectly sure I believe in magical stars and whatnot but I figured it couldn't hurt to try..." He paused thinking of his time with Aura. She was so beautiful and he was always unsure around her. "So there's this she wolf that I can't stop thinking about... She's way too good for me and I know it but I can't help but want to be with her forever... So I guess I am kinda hoping you can help me with that... Could you grant us some pups to care for that we can love and cherish?" Now he really did feel foolish but still... He nudged the freshly killed antelope towards the alter one last time before turning and fleeing the altar at top speed, ears laid back. Maybe.... Maybe was all that he needed.
