Planning went about and the Justice League, as usual got to work to devise a plan. Canary and Green Arrow seemed somewhat confused that the change of scenery wasn't all that new to him. "Sometimes these guys would consult my expertise on certain issues when they became relevant. That involved me making a few visits to the Watchtower every now and then." Ray wasn't always known for just his shrinking, he was still a genius, billionaire, inventor. He didn't want to touch anything too important as it was probably a little dated since the big disbandment. He paced himself from station to station looking over what needed a touch up. He wondered if he could re-apply the Watchtower's technology to what he tried to replicate on earth. Boom Tube needs a new name.. He'd think on it later, for now he looked upon his allies as they began to formulate their master plan.

The tension and excitement in the air was palpable and Mongul was savoring every single moment of it. He let the crowd cheer for just a few seconds, letting the combatants know that this moment was theirs and theirs alone. His dais pulled back further into the air, Mongul leaning over to watch them. The Man of Steel would never be able to fully appreciate how much effort Mongul had gone through, to secure a fighter like Jemm, and even more so to condition him and prepare the Saturnian for this fight. He clapped his hands together before shouting "Let the fight begun!"As the dais slid back into the command pulpit, he sat back in his throne watching for what would follow below. Dozens of floors above, new information relayed from the Sensor Arrays all the way to the bridge, bringing news of a fairly large satellite appearing seemingly out of nowhere in Earth's orbit."Lord Mongul..."One of bridge drone's voices chimed inside his ear piece" New Contact...."

So he wanted to tag along, huh? Well that was definitely interesting. Could be just bravado on his part, trying to look good or perhaps he was a genuinely good person that felt the need to contribute.But that left the question, why offer assistance with something that was way out of any normal person's league? Unless.. "You're a supe-" She was interrupted halfway through, a strange cold feeling forming inside her gut. She looked down to her feet and saw herself start to fade away. Was she being ported right now? Who in the world could be teleporting her at now of all times! It was safe to she she was shocked that someone had the tech or power to literally be pulling her from one place and having her appear somewhere else altogether.
The Starheart reacted on it's own, the fiery aura around her intensifying as the magic within her went out of it's way to try and keep her in place, but it was too late.And she simply vanished from the surface of Earth.
Only to appear a few seconds later within a large metallic box, although it was more a cylinder shape. She simply appeared in a flash, surrounded by walls and glass, and it was all just something that she was not use to. "Where am I?" She asked, looking from left to right taking in her surroundings. There were others too, some she recognized from the news others from her time with the Justice Society. She saw Green Arrow, Batman, a Lantern that she had heard of before but never met personally. And than there was the kid from Metropolis. She saw a window that showed a view of the Earth, hundreds of thousands of feet below and finally realized where she was. "The Watch Tower?" She guessed. It was the only place she could be, which meant one thing. "A new League?"

Child of the Star Heart " The Watch Tower?" She guessed. It was the only place she could be, which meant one thing. "A new League?"Julian looked up and over at the lady he had been conversing with. "The Watch Tower?" Repeating the same question she stated. What is the Watch Tower? Apparently she knew what this place was and the root meaning. He was still trying to figure out how he got brought here. The next statement that followed, was puzzling in its own mannerism. A new League? Shaking his head slowly to the sides, as he spoke towards the lady he had previously been speaking with earlier. "Pardon me, but what on earth are you talking about? What is this Watch Tower and League you speak of? I've never seen, let alone heard of this place? Or affiliation? Is this a new satellite program the government has yet to release to the public?" He wasn't trying to overload her with questions, he just felt out of place. Also worried, to the extent of someone must have seen him use his powers.

Diana was distracted more than usual, as she made her way away from the monitor she had just operated. Feeling as if the weight of the world was attempting to make a permanent residence upon her shoulders, she strolled down the marble steps leading away from the throne room. Every step felt heavy and slow, causing her to stop. Reaching up to rub gently at her temple. {{ Get a grip, D! Focus on helping with the league. Everything else, can be placed on the back burner for the time being. }} Usually a mental pep talk would help her focus better, this time however.. was very difficult. Hearing a set of foot steps making their way towards her, she removed her hand away from her temple and turned to face one of the royal palace guards.
Your highness, is everything alright?
She knew that she couldn't lie, releasing a deep sigh. "Yes, I'm alright, its nothing Artemis. I just have a lot on my mind. I've already contacted the Justice League and I am going to take my invisible plane there. Please notify all of our warriors, that they're on stand-by for assistance. I will alert you when I know of the situation." Not really giving Artemis time to respond, she turned to walk towards the twin waterfalls, that lead towards where her air plane was located. Changing attire, in the cave, she did her best to ignore the constant reminder that doom was upon the horizon. Climbing aboard her plane, by flipping several switches, as well as rotating a dial which started up the engines. Punching in the destination's coordinates, the invisible plane lifted up and away from the waterfall and homeland. Departing Themyscira in all haste, to arrive what seemed like only minutes later hovering in outer space. Punching in a few commands into the computer console, awaiting access from the Watchtower's bay doors to allow entry inside.

The arrival of the Princess of Themyscira was well paced and sooner than he expected. Another addition to their forces and one most welcomed. He could view her, almost as if she were sitting on the stars in space. Anyone who didn't know of Diana's signature invisible jet wouldn't be able to comprehend the concept at first. Batman's fingers glided along the keys as each one pressed went farther into allowing Diana to pass through the doors and into the Watchtower. He was sure he was at least allowed to authorize entry to a high ranking member of the League. "003, Wonder Woman authorized." It used to be their standard entry terms to make sure everything was logged at least vocally. The main hangar doors opened to the Watchtower allowing access to the station. Only when she was safely inside, he would shut the doors behind her.

 Seeing that she was allowed entry, she guided her aircraft inside the open bay doors slowly. Coming to a complete stop, she began powering down her airplane. The cloaking device that made her plane invisible, came visible then. Disembarking from the plane, she made her way towards the catwalk inside the hanger. It had been far too long since she had been at the Watchtower. Then again, she knew she wouldn't be the only one in this boat. Pausing slightly in step, due to hearing an electrical high pitch sound that no normal human could hear. Curious to know what exactly caused that as she used two fingers to massage just under her left eye, along her cheek bone. When the sound dissipated she strode onward.
Making her way down a slow moving, walking ramp that if she felt like it could just allow the ramp to take her to her destination. Instead she used the moving ramp to advance her footsteps. Finding that within five or so minutes, she found herself at the bird's nest in no time. Dressed in her known red, white and blue attire. Her golden lasso clasped at her side. This time though she had a dagger strapped to her left thigh, something she had not carried in quite sometime. Pausing briefly as she took a moment to scan the faces within the room. She noticed some of the veterans were present along with several new faces. Diverting her attention over to where FuriousStyles and Batman were standing, as she made her way over to where the two were located at. Wonder Woman made a statement with her presence, as she walked across the room as a warrior of some forgotten past. Her demeanor stated confidence, pride and honor to be among other similar warriors. "Greetings, I apologize for not getting here as soon as the broadcast took place. I am here now and my warriors are on standby if you require the assistance of the Amazons."

*At the moment the Watch tower's A.I. system started speaking*Attention Justice League. I have a pre-recorded message from Justice League member 0015 Mister Terrific Michael Holt! Stand by for message to be played"*An image of Mister Terrific appeared by holographic image floating in the air from many different angles and on all monitor screens* "Greetings Justice league. If you are viewing this message, then it means that I am no longer on this Earth and this message was created for the sole purpose in case that I was not here to present it in person. When we first agreed to shut down the Watch Tower after the last crisis. I was dealing with inter-dimensional Travel to other worlds or Earth's. Many of you may or may not be aware but there are currently 52 known Alternate Earth's that I have been studying and categorizing these past years. At the moment I am currently on Earth 2, which is much like our own but with significant differences and a history that followed a different path. Enough of that. Well, before i departed out Earth which I like to call Prime Earth. I made many changes to the Watch Tower, which i am sure you are now aware of. This Installation has been installed with a fully operation A.I system with I like to refer to as Justina..a play on the words of Justice. Justina has been fully aware since the watch tower was shut down.She has been in a dream-like state awaiting to be awakened. When you removed the spells and codes to re-activate her. She was awakened from her sleep state. She has many functions as an A.I. and will assist you with any and all needs.I had got the idea from the Green Lantern Corps A.I. battleship AYA interceptor..I felt this was necessary considering all of the past incidents that we as a team have experienced, and I also felt this was the best way to protect out legacy by creating an highly advanced A.I. system capable of maintaining this installation and assisting the League in case of another attack or invasion. Justina can do many many things. She can think for herself and has a vast knowledge of all alien and technological information in the known universe installed into her artificial brain. She possesses a Superior intellect courtesy of yours truly. I must say she is truly magnificent! She is also a fully operation battle station now capable of fending off the most brutal and devastating attacks. She can remain in Earth orbit, or she can move herself and travel if needed. She can go stealth if need be for protection and remain hidden from view. She can not be detected once in stealth mode and it would take a more superior technology to detect her. Which in my opinion has not been discovered yet. As I searched the many different earth's, I gathered technology from those different worlds and even glimpsed future timelines with the help of Rip Hunter who agreed with me that this was important to do to protect the legacy of the Justice League.Her power core is now powered by an unknown tech which i will not reveal at this time, but just know that she will remain operational for many centuries powered by this technology. Justina can make complicated calculations in less than a second and process information faster than most of the species in the known universe. Any questions you may have, just ask Justina and she will answer them efficiently and prompt. In her hanger I have upgraded the watch tower Javelins to be controlled by Justina if need be. The Javelins now are composed of technology not unlike Justina and are now Class A Battle ships! There are exactly 10 in the hanger at moment and located on the planet in an underground base below Holt Industries are 20 more, that are battle ready and ready to be deployed. Justina has the codes and necessary information for them to be used and activated. These new updated javelins are now composed of technology that will help the League in any offense deemed necessary to protect the planet below..I hope this will help you in time of need my team mates. I am also sorry that I can not be with you at this time, because of other dimensional duties require my attention as I travel and work with Rip Hunter. Something huge is coming, a danger we are not quite certain what it is, but the signs are all there. Beware My friends! You must know that I did all this in anticipation that there would come a time when this action would be needed. So I ask you to trust Justina, as she is incorruptible and can not be affected by viruses or any other manner of attacks that may come and any in this known universe. She is self sufficient and will protect you all. The only League members who can override a command given by her are Senior League members Only! They are the only ones who have this power. My friends and comrades, I wish you the best of luck and hope that Justina can help you in a time of great need...."

" That message was recorded some time ago and I was instructed to show you this message when my systems were reactivated. This is still the Watch Tower and is still to be referred as such, but my name is Justina and I am here to help."

Kiga had first flinched the moment the message from Mister Terrific flashed upon them all, telling them his reason of absence, the research he had done and the upgrades he had obtained. All in all fascinating, but there was something that caught his attention very quickly: the mention of 52 parallel dimensions. A long time ago, there was the one called the Hero of the Stars. . . " It was like a flash that felt like a punch to his forehead, right were his star crest laid; the memories from his home planet, the arrival to the planet he called Gaia, the legends he sprouted during his heroic deeds, the loyalty from the Queen of the lands he came to love and protect, the deities he trained and fought with, the feeling of realizing he had lost it all. He wobbled in his place, rubbing his eyes while concentrating well enough to not loose his current corporeal form. The repressed emotions came rushing back, the scars on his face looking fresher. Kiga breath deeply, trying to get quickly relaxed by doing so, looking up once more just in time to listen to Justina. "I see, so we have 52 possibilities now, hmm?" Kiga smiled wryly, attempting to regain his cool pose "How much information do we have about them? I do happen to be a sort of expert on the matter"

“I see how that matters little at this time. After all that is a decision for governments and the courts.” Luthor said turning towards Batman regarding his remarks on criminal amnesty. He started looking around for a moment, noticing the massing of reinforcements and communications between other league members. This would be the proverbial calm before the storm. Now it was time to bring in a different form of the cavalry. One that could bring more animosity than his own presence on this space station. Turning back towards the Green Mist he did give him a heads up before starting communications with Amanda Waller “Lantern, I have no idea what Waller will send this way, might I suggest as a precautionary measure, if you have a containment area it would be the best place to keep Waller’s team. Just to be safe.” Then he raised his hand out towards himself and spread the palms of his gauntlet open to activate a holographic display and opened a hailing frequency “Luthor to Waller. I can arrange transport for your team as soon as possible. However, there is something I would ask of you to take care of first, that you could benefit from potentially. I need something off my hands. In Metropolis’s Police Headquarters, Captain Cold has something literally on ice you might be interested in awaiting federal custody. Shortly after my press conference at LexCorp Tower, and this…alien decided to hijack all communications, there was an incident at LexCorp Tower. An alleged British Spy tried to break into my building, and did a fair amount of damage, but nothing that can’t be replaced. Also he gave the MPD a run for their money, and gave me a headache“He said pausing for a moment “There is no doubt he is no common thug. However, if he is what he claims to be, I’m sure with due process he could serve his sentence perhaps in Belle Reve?” He said hinting at some of Waller’s clandestine activities, vaguely. Only a select few would know what he was be talking about, namely Waller herself. That and this Drake Rayner individual could be an asset to her team potentially. “If he isn’t, I’m sure this would be an interesting topic with the British Consulate in Washington, and diplomatic relations as a whole. Either way, it would be a win-win for you. All you'd have to do is send someone to MPDHQ, to pick up the asset, and then use your prerogative“

The watchtower began to alert the rest of the league members and current visitors with an alarm, as an unidentified spacecraft appeared within the radius of its scanner. Some people thought it would be a good idea to take a look out the window but they couldn't see anything. Some even assumed that something was wrong with the Watch tower's security system. But when they took a second glance outside, they were able to notice the space ship slowly reveal itself as it deactivated its cloaking device. Inside the spaceship, ex Green Lantern Corps member Hal Jordan was getting ready to fly aboard the watch tower. His AI Darleen then spoke.
"You have been away from your friends for a long time Hal, do you believe they will welcome you back with open arms after they find out about everything that has happened with you, the Corps, Kilowog and the stealing of the Power Gauntlet? Fury looks up to you and I believe he would be highly disappointed."
Getting his things together Hal responded, "Fury is a good friend. A man who has taken many risks and chances to get the job done. I'm sure he would understand but then again, it all depends what kind of day he is having. He's always been a man full of emotions." Hal joked before opening the back door and flying out towards the entrance of the Watch Tower. Many thoughts began to come and go, his friends, his team, his family. Many things has changed since then and he knew it was only a matter of time before the whole League knows about the events that took place and that has been taking place. Landing firmly on the entrance deck, a scanner from above scanned his whole body but it didn't do anything. Hal waited a couple seconds, and for those seconds he was close to just assume that his file has been terminated. But surprisingly... "Green Lantern 003" the door opened as it made a loud air sound. "Home sweet home" Hal whispered to himself as he made his way inside.

Some people thought it would be a good idea to take a look out the window but they couldn't see anything. Some even assumed that something was wrong with the Watch tower's security system. Hal walks in and sees everyone gathered up, a smile appears on his face as he saw his old friends again after so long. Fury, Batman, Jonzz, Wonder Women, it was great to be back.
"Hey guys, I hope I'm not interrupting anything. I kinda forgot my wallet. Can't travel too far on an empty tank right?" Hal joke.
