Daisuke certainly would be good at heading out for the interviews themselves the man was highly personable, and outgoing he would have no issue with that. As well he made a good point Nyx would be perfect to take the interviews into an actual article once Daisuke turned in the rough draft of them."Yes Daisuke you are free to leave I think we have a solid plan in action for this months issue." Setting the tea cup down he stood up from his seat walking over to an open panel of the wall looking out over the small garden they had in the head quaters.
"As for any Bankai training I would be happy to assist any who are looking to unlock the true powers of their zanpakuto as you all know I am among some of the few of us who have trained to unlock to the deepest secrets of are Zanpakuto Spirits."As he said this they all could feel a slight change in his spiritual pressure the lights all around them lightly dimming as Mienaimono was manifested before the. "Through both my training, and Mienaimono you will be able to if you should hold the talent for it to gain access to your Bankai under our combined tutelage." Mienaimono gave a deep bow flourishing the umbrella in hand his gaze lingering on Nyx for a bit longer then it should before he disappeared just as quickly as he made his appearance.
"Now with that in mind I do expect many a great things from you all, in your own ways you will all make this Division proud I can promise you that."Aidoneus seems to direct that more so to Nyx as well though he did indeed expect many great things from the others after all they were given their positions for a reason. "So Nyx would you care to join us for training? if you have other duties that you need to see to I perfectly understand I know many of the others seats tend to leave their paperwork on your desk."
Nyxalene would glance to Tsubaki as she spoke. Was training all this woman thought about? They weren't in a fighting division, really. Their work was more suppose to be back up and office work. Right? At least, that's what Nyx though anyway. She would take a breath and sip her tea as the others talked among themselves. It would be best for her to stay quiet for the moment. Daisuke seemed to agree with her being the one to do the actual interviews. That was good, at least. The squad knew she wasn't much of a person to actually deal with people. As he complimented her though, the dark haired woman's cheeks flared up in a light blush. "J-Just because I am good at paperwork doesn't mean I am...a stand out with my abilities." She would reply lightly.
"But...as Aidoneus just mentioned and reminded me..." Nyx would exhale in a soft manner before moving to stand and gather her things. "I do have a lot of paperwork to do...before it doesn't meet the deadline..." Which, actually, was a lie. Most everyone knew she had the paperwork done at least days in advanced and she took everyone else's work if they were having problems with it when she was finished with her own. That was just how she did things. Hopefully no one else would catch her in her lie though as she slowly started to move towards her little office.

XXXTsubaki frowned as it seemed that neither of them would be joining her for her training. Was it her? Or did they really want to do the other things. She sighed. Was she really being that unwelcoming? She was anxious to prove herself so that nobody was looking down upon her and her promotion. Perhaps her desire to train was pushing the others away. Suddenly feeling very self conscious, she inwardly sighed. While it was cool that her Captain could summon his Zanpaktou on a whim, and she was craving the ability to do that, she didn't want to make everyone hate her for wanting to achieve that. Perhaps she should put it on pause until after the work on the paper was completed. But otherwise her paperwork was caught up. She debated for several minutes, trying to decide within herself if this training was truly worth potentially ostracizing herself from the rest of the squad members. Well, if things didn't work out then she would deal with it. For now, she needed to do what she knew. She needed to train to become stronger. That is what she has always known growing up and she wasn't planning to change it now. smiling at everyone, she watched as Nyx started to make her exit. "Well I wish you the best of speed Nyx. Join if you wish and are free. Same for you Daisuke when you finish with your interviews." She smiled at him as well, trying to not make anyone hate her on her first day as lieutenant. She studied their behaviors and went over the conversation in her mind. How could she have handled it differently? Perhaps not ask about training so much. She just hated sitting idle and that's all she felt she had been doing since she had joined the Soul Society. Sure she trained in her spare time, but she was more idle than she was used to. Perhaps it was the best that the others didn't join. She would hate to accidentally harm one of them with a potentially unstable Bankai. She had a feeling that everything was going to be alright the first she released her Bankai, but it was that worry that she was wrong and it could go catastrophically wrong. She sighed a little. She just needed to relax. The more she worried the more that something might actually go wrong because she was stressing about it. Time to focus and get things in hand and ready to go.

►Daisuke saw she blushed and chuckled lightly. She was a true stand out as well as her type of fighting. Daisuke turned his attention back to the captain and smiled warmly when he said he was free to go. Daisuke loved tasks like this. He also didint join their training since he had bren no where close to their level. He could summon his zanpaktoh spirit like his captain but they dont particularly get along. Kazekurama was serious short tempered and stern. Although they do both will fight alongside each other and they both have each others back. He heard nyx talk about having paper work and he quickly walked to her and whispered." Stop lying just join them as a favor for me. I will owe ya one." He said before bowing to the captain and vice captain before grabbing his notebook and pen and heading off. [Exit post]
"Well I shall be making my way to the sparring arena, Bankai training can be quite explosive in it's results best we don't cause too much of a hassle are elements can be difficult to control at times." Folding his hands together into the folds of his Haori he regard both women for a moment his gaze lingering on Nyx for perhaps a bit longer then it should. "Still though if you really are so backed up on paper work...which I must say is rather unlike you that is fine we can work on your training another day." He gave her a deep nod turning as he started making his way towards the exit of the headquarters to make his way to the sparring arena to begin Tsubaki's Bankai training.
Nyx would look to Tsubaki before looking to Daisuke, smiling slightly. "Perhaps another time, but I really do need to get some paperwork done..." She said again, as if to really make it seem like she was behind on things. Which, to no surprise, Aidoneus seemed to pick up on. This caused her to look away from her Captain and blush harder than before. It was obvious by now she had some sort of attraction towards the man. But she still acted professional and not really speak on the matter. That would make it worse. "I just need to make sure it is all finished and such...that's...all...I don't want to miss something and end up being late with it."
She then looked up to Aidoneus once more as he turned and moved to walk off. "I....I will come around next time...." she said before turning and entering her office.
