"Brenley!" So he had come back.
He had seen him during that nonsense with whatever the horsemen were doing, but for all he knew that was some weird alternate dimension nonsense. This was his first real confirmation that, no, Brenley wasn't eaten or something -- though it didn't clarify where he had gone or anything like that. Had he really been ... bodysnatched or kidnapped or something? That's what it had certainly looked like, though Brenley looked okay at the moment.
He shook his head out of it, putting his focus into the game for the moment until the shocked look Brenley gave him at how it felt. Ignatius laughed. "Too much for ya'?"
He nodded to let the other know he could let go.
"But I've got some questions for you -- one moment." His attention turned to the few others who had arrived at the booth. When he was spoken to, he genially responded ... or, more likely flirtatiously... "Oh, so you are," to the white wolfos he recognized at his RA, he gave another exaggerated wink, a small, amused smirk on his face. "And my, of course it does!" he said, to he ma'am who laughed about how it got the heart pumping.
It looked like another person managed to get past the electricity, after blushing at him, of course -- something that made Ignatius grin a bit wider than normal. "Congrats! Here, take a ticket!"
After he handed the ticket to Nova, he turned back to Brenley, holding the ticket for him slightly away from him. "So where have you been?"Smerdle CONGRATULATIONS! You win a carnival ticket! To be quite honest, Wally didn't know what was going on. When the shock hit his hands, though, he yelped loudly, but held on tighter out of panic.

For some odd reason, Lock thought that being a reaper might help him withstand the pain. After all, electricity was an element, and reapers were supposed to be better with magic, right?

A few new arrivals took Ignatius' eyes off Brenley for a moment, attention focused on the electricity and the next three people to step up to his stand. Two lost, though neither spectacularly so. Playfully, Ignatius shouted, "Toughen yourselves up a bit and try again later!"
It was the boil he recognized from his dorms, the one who looked like a superhero, that actually surprised him by winning. That yelp made it sound like he was going to immediately lose, but perhaps he had the right idea! Tighter grip showed toughness. "Congratulations! Lusine eyed the metal poles before reluctantly grabbing hold of them. She yelped as the electric current shot through them, dropping the first one quickly and only managing to hold on to the other for a little while longer. She rubbed her smarting hand against her pants leg. That was not her idea of fun.

Humming to himself, he moved towards the other booths to see what all there was available. When he happened across one that had an elemental hooked up to wires, his eyebrows raised again and he stepped closer for a better look. Well, alright, it seemed straightforward enough. He looked down at his hands and then over towards the rods he was supposed to be grabbing, back down at his hands, back at the rods...
Noticing the music just then--he'd been distracted by the decals at first--made him give a small snort of laughter as he mulled his next course of action over in his mind. Eh, well, why not? Once it was his turn, he squared his shoulders and stepped forward. One hand on each rod, he steeled himself and glanced towards the elemental sitting there.
Ow... Ow. Ow. Ow. He did notice that one hand felt the electricity much sooner than the other, and much more prominently, and he hissed a little in discomfort as he glanced down at it before pulling it away. Was it damp? Had there been some splashback from the other booth? He hadn't thought so, and even then, it would have dried, but... Oww... He stared at that hand in some puzzlement, not really realising at first that he'd left his other hand on the rod. When that hand began to finally register pain, however, he snorted in surprise and yanked it off, shaking it out a bit as his skin tingled.
Flexing his fingers, he stepped forward, claimed his prize, nodded distractedly in thanks to the lightning elemental running the booth, and moved on to see what else there was.

Said elemental watched a few more people come and go. One decided that this was distinctly not something she felt like doing and jumped away, rubbing her hand against her leg. Ignatius offered an apologetic shrug and a genial grin along with a "Try again later!"
The second arrival, though, a reaper, seemed to be capable of handling it just long enough to pass the threshold for a win. The fact that he was baffled by his one hand and still holding on with the other even after the threshold passed made Ignatius snort, and he actually pondered prying the other hand off before the reaper did so himself. Happily, he placed a ticket in that hand.

Rhiannon wasn't sure what she was supposed to be doing at this booth, but she held on to the metal poles anyway. Of course, the shock of the electric current came as a surprise, and after holding on for what felt like forever, she dropped them. But for what it was worth, the ghoul thought she did pretty well.

Uh, wow something had to be wrong with Shiki's head for him to head back here again, or maybe he was just so distracted watching his foxfire bouncing on his shoulder to realize where he was.
As the metal bars were pressed into his hands it dawned on him. Oh no...
He managed to hold on for a short time before dropping both of the metal rods and whimpering. Owww.... what was wrong with him, seriously? He backed away before he could stupidly touch those things again.

While the mechanics of this booth were simple to follow, Sludge still found it hard to complete the objectives. The electric shocks he received through his claws made him grit his teeth, and at one point he let go of one rod as it was beginning to hurt to much.
He was still able to hold on long enough with the other to win.

Ignatius squinted at the first arrival to the booth, Lurks. Was that ... a famine horseman? He had heard how emaciated and bony they had looked before, but it was hard to believe until he saw it. He supposed that wasn't very conducive to being able to tolerate electricity...
The following vampire had trouble with it too, but then another reaper came by and nearly smashed it -- some of the reapers were doing very well; was it familiarity with the magic? Happily, he pulled a ticket off the string of tickets he had and handed it off to Rhiannon, a "Congratulations!" following with a chipper smile.
The one who had run away crying a little while ago had returned to try again. Good! He was trying to show his toughness. Once again, unfortunately, he didn't do well, and whimpered and let go again. Ah well. One day, he would be tough enough!
That drippy demon, though, seemed to know what he was doing. He was never able to hold on long enough for the top prize, but he had always been able to hold on long enough to get a ticket. Lori wasn't too sure about this booth at first, but she kept coming back to it throughout the day out of curiosity. You know what the say, curiosity killed the succubus...!
