When you approach the booth, the first thing you notice is the faint music coming from it, with a faint da-da-dadada-da-da -- it seems like this booth maker was really going for the carnival theme.
The booth is decorated with various white boxes, each with decals of them of famous spooky, electricity-based Halloween movies, and one even references a certain family of human movie fame. Each of these boxes has attached to them two metal hand grips, one built for the left, and one built for the right. Oddly enough, there don't seem to be any dials or switches. Wires go from the boxes down under the table, connected to...
In the middle you see a certain lightning elemental, relatively ... still for all the fidgeting he's usually doing.
Like a typical carnival game runner, he says, "Wanna prove that you're tough to your friends? Come see how long you can keep a grip on these poles!"
