Fortune telling! While the boil didn't really believe in fortune telling, he was curious what his fortune was. Plus, the booth runner seemed like an interesting person. Quillan pointed to one of the cards that were being held before him, not remotely strong enough to lift one of the huge stone tablets up himself. He was slightly alarmed about the "playing with fire" part, but then he received a huge water balloon and he was happy.Marushii hi maru I'm maxed out on tickets bu tTHANK YOU FOR THE GAME sn: yylaayl for the treat?

"Just select the card you'd like an Haruffe will read it for you." She lowered her voice, teasing, "Unless he forgets he had a card in there, like last time~"
Adelaide selected her card, looking up to the minotaur and listening to the fortune. She laughed at his question, shaking her head. "No, I'm not really flammable. I'm -- kind of made of fire in parts, even though you can't really tell right now--" But it seemed Haruffe was intent to save her from her non-existent flammability, and the Nightmare found her arms full of the single largest balloon she'd ever seen that wasn't filled with hot air. "--okay well this is impressive." Ada grinned, hefting the balloon against herself and watching it wiggle and shake, even though the force of it almost bowled her over.
"I can refill my fish bowls with this! Thanks Haruffe!" Grinning to Shiki, she bobbed her head at him in delight. "That wasn't so bad, right?"

Lock grinned at Quillan, approaching him as a friend from the side, peeking over his shoulder at what he was doing. "What's your fortune?"
He listened in as Haruffe rattled on, putting a hand over his mouth as Haruffe told Quillan of fire and terrible things. "Looks like yours wasn't so good," he said, putting his arm on the short boil's shoulder. "Too bad."

Quillan noticed a familiar "masked" *cough* face near the booth. He responded, "But hey, look at this amazing water balloon I got! It's bigger than I am!"
"You should get your fortune read, I want to know what you get!" He pushed his friend towards the tent entrance.

Shiki started at the balloon Ada had gotten and then down at the table as he heard his own fortune. He was going to die? DIE? Yelping Shiki bowed his head and folded his ears down. What bad luck can he have? At least he had someone with him when he heard the news. "Thank you... Thank you Ada.... I.. wish I didn't have to die..." He sniffled a little. "If I live... I will come back to your booth..." Tearing up Shiki sniffled and slunk away. He didn't want to die.

Lock rolled his eyes at Quillan and then turned to Haruffe. "You heard him- I guess I have to," he said in a joking tone with a gentle smile. "What's my fortune?"
"OH. HARUFFE SEE THAT YOU WILL BE TORN TO PIECES. BUT THAT OKAY! IT MEANS YOU ARE EASY TO PUT BACK TOGETHER, LIKE GIANT PUZZLE."

Excitement ran through her when she saw the fortune telling booth, rushing right over. She loved these kind of things, even if once she was told a frog would eat her favorite ring on her 12th birthday, and that hadn't happened. Okay, also, her grandmother had been the one to predict that, and everyone knew her grandmother wasn't the smartest cookie out there, or sanest.
Rushing right over, she suddenly froze when she realized how big the other was, and the huge cards. She made a faint squeaking noise as the other screeched something before flipping a card, hastily accepting a blue glowstick and carnival ticket before fleeing. Another thing to add to her list of fears: things much bigger than her.

Quillan gave Lock the biggest shrug he could muster. There really wasn't anything he could do about the fortune or to help Lock ... He set the minotaur sized water balloon next to him and while patting his shoulder, consoled him.

"Haruffe the Great," Rojo read. He eyed the tent, then the flier, then the tent again, sneaking inside as a monster boil stepped out. The calaca was silent during the minotaur's introduction, his impressive poker face in full effect. It was sometimes nice to have features that weren't expected to move for anything. Had he possessed the ability to show a great deal of emotion, he might have gotten the creature angry with an indication of the confusion and amusement he was feeling right now.
He sat down and picked a card, prepared to hear an epic prediction of his promising future. When Haruffe told him he would have many friends, Rojo silently apologized to the massive fortune teller. Of course he was going to have a lot of friends! Of course. What a validating turn of events!
Rojo pushed the mini he was handed into the crook of his elbow with the first and offered Haruffe an excited nod. "Thank you, sir! I hope your future is as bright as mine!"

Benji returns Alpinely's smile, nodding his head quietly but eagerly. His ears twitch happily at the sound of the bangbourine. "That sounds like fun!" he replies. "Perhaps I could try that next - or rather, once you've finished your break?" He eyes the large minotaur with a bit more wariness, his ears flicking back slightly, but he keeps he friendly smile on his face. Liela jumped a bit when the Minotaur suddenly jumps as well. She smiles and giggled happily. "Oh! Thank you, that was a great fortune telling" She giggled still, looking up towards him. And maybe find out if he did win a flower crown too Nova was glad he'd brought a bag with him, he hadn't thought he'd get as much stuff as he had... oh, wasn't that the ghoul from the flower crown toss? She waved again. Oh she was waving at him. He blushed a little and headed over. The purple flower crown he'd won over his white hair. He gave her a smile. "Hi!" He looked at the booth she was at. Fortune telling? "IT OKAY IF TINY FORTUNE-SEEKER CAN'T LIFT CARD," Haruffe booms, "HARUFFE WILL FLIP CARD AND REVEAL IT FOR YOU!" Nova pointed to the 'card' of choice and waited.

"Hello!" She smiled towards him. Noticing the flower crown he had on "Oh!" She pointed towards it. "So, you did win one" smiled and giggled "I won one as well" She pointed up to hers, which she was wears upon her head. "I hope you get a good one. I just had mine read" She says as she waits to see what he gets "Oh! Im sorry..." She blushed "I-im Liela by the way" Feeling a bit embarrassed about introducing herself
