Quillan mounted one of the hobby horses and wore the cowboil hat. And then he hung on for dear life. Apparently it must have worked because he found himself at the end, unharmed. "Wow!" he exclaimed, out of breath.

The creeple who failed all got a sympathetic smile and a soft pat on the shoulder, "it happens, no worries! Not everyone is an expert hobby horse handler right out of the gate - but if you work for it, nothing is impossible! "Hel!" Her grin could have jumped off her face and danced all on its own, so big was it. At the other ghoul's words, Leo puffed up, proud beyond measure. "I'm glad you like it! I figured since this was my first school event after I came back again, might as well go for it and give it everything I've got, right?" "Anyway, this kind of booth seemed the most obvious choice, considering I already had most of this stuff laying about my dorm anyhow," she made a wide hand gesture that encompassed the cowboil paraphernalia and the hobby horses that were currently not in use. "I thought about bringing some of my minis as well, give them an experience but I thought a crowded place like this might be a bit too much." Aware that she was getting a bit too excited and venturing off-topic, she grinned and asked, "and what about you, are you gonna run a booth too? Or just seeing the sights?" Anna looked at all the hobby horses eyes wide. This next booth was something new to her as well. Oh well she sighed getting ready to participate. I'm going to do my best! She looks down at the hobby horse and hat. Oh dear what has she gotten herself into.

Alicia stared at the hobby horse for a moment. She wasn't entirely sure what she was supposed to do with it. After running the course she smiled softly. That hadn't been that hard.

Lusine, who was about as graceful as an tap-dancing elephant, was amazed to find she'd completed the hobby horse course without causing a major catastrophe. As she walked away, completely satisfied with her success, she tripped over her own two feet and went sprawling.

Approaching the booth again, Addie felt the same disquiet at the first time. She should have left and come back later with a clearer head, but with pink glitter stuck to her skin and hair and a mingled result of success and failure all carried in that moment, the Nightmare decided she'd try again.
She didn't even make it out to play this time, immediately returning the items. Nope. Not yet. She'd have to find the 'comfort zone' in it another time!

Trisha drifted over. Oh hooves creatures? She smiled. "Hi! I'm Trisha." she replied back before taking the hat. It was a cowboil hat but Trisha smiled and put it on. She was a cowghoul after all! (Well apasu but details) then she took the hobby house and got ready. They were off! She went tromping about the course, relaxed and ready. She did super well, as she should have. Hooves were her specialty after all. after rounding the course she came back stopping with ease right in front of Leo. "How was that?" Quote: SN: phantompanther13 ticket and treat.

This was in fact also Danirate's first time to handle a hobby horse. Nevertheless they tackled the obstacles and apparently their teamwork was admirable.

Sludge returned to the booth to give the horse-stick thing another try. He had been doing well at the other booths, so he wanted to try and win this one too.
However his attempt to ride the horse stick proved just as good as the previous one. In that he wasn't good at all.

Hel's own grin widened, for being greeted so warmly, and for how enthusiastic Leo was about jumping back into things. She reached out and clasped the ghoul on the shoulder, squeezing her fondly. "Ah, such a good attitude! Ya! That is exactly it!" She released the ghoul and rested her hands on her hips, nodding her head. "Probably for the best, to leave the minis at home." Hel chuckled, and asked, "How is your egg?" The reaper shook her head a bit. "Nah, no time, I am afraid! Aside from mentoring, I am also the personal assistant to the head of the Trick or Treater coalition, so that keeps me busy! So I am just checking out what is happening!"

This time Sludge tried jumping about as if he was on a real living beast.
It only made him look more like a idiot then he already was.

"Doesn't get much better than that, does it?" Leo grinned, mimicking Mei by giving her friend a thumbs up. "I'll be sure to stop by soon!" __________________________________________ She was buzzing with happy energy, shifting from one foot to the other. Mostly she just wanted to do a little victory dance - Hel approved of her actions! There were no-one as awesome as the older ghoul in Leo's mind; she was a mentor and a role model, and probably the person the mare admired the most. Well. Except for her parents. But other than that, Hel was bar none! "It's good! Well, she, I think - she hatched! I was out at the time, but I got back and there was an adorable fluffy little chick chirping at my fruttens. It's so cute!" She sighed dreamily before re-focusing on the older ghoul, "that sounds awesome! Your job, I mean." She hadn't given much thought to what Hel did for a living, but it made sense that it was something both neat and with a lot of responsibility. Something important! "How are the other booths? I haven't gotten to check them out yet, but from what I've seen they all look like great fun."
