Night out - Movie time!

A small alarm bussed.

"It's finally time," she said with a super excited voice. As she quickly jumped out of her bed and looked at her clock. 10.30. Just enough time to pick out the perfect out and head out!

The new movie Divergent had come out and she had luckily scored a ticket to the midnight showing. She had been counting down the days if not hours before she could go and see it. And finally that time had come!

She ran around her room frantically. Throwing all sorts of clothes on her bed in what would look like to anyone but her, a giant pile of clothes.

"Not this," she said throwing out a shirt from her closet as she picked up a skirt, "or this." She threw her hands up in a fit, as she started to dig through the pile. All these clothes and she still couldn't find something. This was just wrong, so wrong she thought to herself as she suddenly grabbed a dress with her left hand.

"Cute, sexy, stylish," She said with a smile. "It's Perfect!" she cheered as she quickly changed her clothes. The dress fit perfectly, and with her brown belted boots and brown leather jacket, with a cute scarf it would be just what she was looking for. If not better.

Now that the outfit was a check all she had left to do was fix her hair and put on a bit of makeup. Since no matter if she was just going out to a movie by herself. One had to always look good, since who knew who you might run into.

So as she was finishing brushing her hair, she glanced at the clock. 11.20. "Oh no I'm going to be late!" She screamed as she grabbed her backpack purse, ticket, and keys and made a fast dash for the door. She tossed her brush on bed as she ran by and quickly opened the door. She slammed it shut and raced down the street. If she wasn't fast she knew she would never make it on time.

The movie theater was only a few blocks away but to her it was a century. Since there was no way she was missing the beginning of the movie!

She was out of breath and exhausted from running by the time she reached the theater entrance. She panted and handed her ticket to the ticket person with a slight smile, and listened as she said theater 8.

She glanced at the clock once again it was 11.50. She was just on time. She could finally breath, knowing she had made it. Even if she was cutting it super close. She walked up the snack counter and got a medium soda, some buttered popcorn, and some sour gummies! Perfect movie snacks.

Then she walked towards theater 8. It was glorious to her, as she took her seat in the center of the theater. The chairs were so comfy and she awaited the previews, but most of all she looked forward to the movie.

Her movie night had only just begun, but she couldn't wait to see just what the film had in store for her.

Patrol Time - Loosing one of their own.

Mira had just left the battle. She was still caught off guard by the fact that the order had lost someone to the nega’s. It was crazy and saddening. For some reason this had all hit her one moment at a time as she walked her way home. One foot step at time and one breathe every second. Her chest heaved in and out and her eyes began to water. Why was she crying? It wasn’t her…but for some reason it had hurt her inside. She had never seen or been so close when someone had turned before. It was like nothing she had ever imagined. For someone to go good to evil that quickly, it was unimaginable. It was unforgettable, and it was something that was ingrained in her mind for what seemed like ever.

She took a deep breath and looked towards the night sky. The stars were out and here she was feeling terrible. On a night like this she should be enjoying a stroll on her way home with a smile. After that event she couldn’t even get a half smile, let alone positive thoughts. Her mind was drifting back to the battle where they tried to save their own, but all and all their attempts were for not. This time though good had failed and he had been … corrupted. A word she hoped she would never have to say. Her feet clicked against the payment as she looked down at the ground beneath her feet. Her whole body felt heavy and then she had a smile hit her nostrils. It was the sweetly goodness. It was cinnamon, sugar, apples, and more delicious smells that wafted through air around her. It was enough to let her mind waver.

Waver back to the sweets that her parents would have at her father’s bakery not too far around the ben. At that moment images of the sweets popped in her head and aloud her for at the moment to drift back to happy thoughts. Thoughts of her parents smiling as she entered the bakery, offering the freshest treat they had. Showing her the parentally love she had grown up. She knew how lucky she was even if her parents weren’t always. After all they got busy pretty quickly with their different schedules, and her school schedule wasn’t easy to work around either. It sometimes made her not sure how everything would blend together. Her patrols, her family, her school, her baking, somehow it all always came back together.

Just those thoughts of family were enough to bring her back to neutral. Just what she needed as she headed towards the back of the bakery and changed from her powered to normal. So quickly no one would ever notice. Then her hand gently reached for the doorknob and she imagined her parents smile as she entered. Just for that moment she smiled and hoped the memories today wouldn’t come back for a while. Since in all honesty she just wasn’t ready to deal with everything he had seen quite yet.

Puffski - Puff Balls.

Today was the best day of all. She gained a family of little puff balls. She dug in her pocket and found all the items they gave her as memories: a star-shaped bead, a card with an illegible signature, small paint set, thumb sock, sticker with a puffski, spinning top, and a a toothpick with a flag to an unknown country on it.

Their names: star, john Hancock, and a few others. Her family was full of 16 puffskis in all. All of them cute and fluffy and loving. The things she couldn't help but smile about. It was like this game was making her see just how fun it could be out in the world. A place she never really came very much. Especially not in a place around so many people. Unless it was on her patrol route or family bakery.

She had to admit though it was fun. It was fun having fun and getting to meet so many new friends. Like her little puffski family. They may not have been able to speak but as they sat on her arms and bounced around. She felt like they liked their little family too. Like it wasn't just her imagination.

Though in her mind she knew what she was really thinking. "Is I'd like to have a family or friends like this one day..." is the thought that floated in her mind. as she stood there smiling from ear to ear. since ever since she could remember friends and family were things that always flew past her. She Had a wonderful family and she loved them to pieces but they were always gone. And she by her lonesome and as for friends. She really didn't have any that stayed only passersby in senshi form or human form. Maybe that was how everyone was though....

They had to wait until the right kinda people came along and changed that. Maybe that was what her puffski family represented - what her future would be like. Surrounded by smiling and happy faces all around her. Through the best of times and through the worst of times - people who would be by her even when she wouldn't think they'd stay.

As she thought that she smiled and watched as her puffkski family began to go away. She kissed each of them as they left. Wishing them happy travels where ever they may go. It wasn't goodbye for she knew she would see them again some day. But more like thank you for the memories and gifts of today. A day she wrote down so she would never forget just how happy she was. As she smiled she looked up. noticing just as seeds began to scatter and the winds blew around her. Her hair flew behind her hair as she captured as many seeds as she could in her hands. To her it was their final promise that they would definitely see each other again some day. A promise to the heart and mind. A seed of wishes.

Lights So Bright!

Amigar had never had a chance to really celebrate Christmas before. Since for her family it was always one of the busiest times of the year. Their bakery was always booming with requests.

She listened as her cell phones alarm began to ring. Ringing the sound of birds early in the brisk morning - whistling and chirping to one another. That sounds meant it was time to do the thing she loved most. Bake.

Quickly she rose from her bed throwing the covers everywhere and raced to get dressed. As she finished she threw on her cupcake decorated pink apron and rand downstairs. It couldn't begin fast enough she thought as she ran. She noticed her parents were also up and headed in the same direction. To their family bakery. This time of year was so wonderful. It was the time they got to all spend together. Her and her father baked, while her mother helped with orders or drew people through the door. Which she was always good at - after all being a model was her day job.

The day seemed to fly as they baked what seemed like thousands of cookies, cakes, pies, and so many other desserts. Her face and apron had frosting all over it - but she didn't mind. It was after all what most bakers looked like after a busy day. She listened as the final bell rang and her mother flipped the sign to close.

All the oven lights and stove tops turned off. Everyone was grabbing their things for the night and heading home. She happily pounced over to her parents as they were locking up. Today was the greatest she thought thinking that was it for the night.

That was until her parents smiled and looked her - "Go get cleaned up and meet us down here." She looked at them puzzled for a moment before nodding and racing upstairs. She threw on her heart themed Christmas outfit and brushed her hair. Once her makeup and hair was finished she glided down the stairs. Her parents waiting at the bottom. They each grabbed one of her hands and walked down the sidewalk towards downtown.

Neither spoke much. Since they didn't have too. For it felt like only a brief moment before her eyes were lite with a burst of colors. It seemed like the whole town was welcoming Santa and visitors who came for Christmas.
"It's so beautiful!" she said loudly as they walked down. This was the first time they had ever done anything like this and this moment would never be forgotten. It was a moment when the lights lite up her night. A night she got to spend with both of her parents home - something that didn't happen to often.

If this Christmas could last forever she definitely wouldn't mind. It could stay as long as it liked she thought. Not even thinking about how this could all be gone tomorrow since all that mattered - was here now in each of her hands.
