'Metal' was the word used to describe the forged substance he just consumed. He liked it. "Metal, is forged carbon? Most Sentient societies I've come across are primitive. Advanced society is still new to Raze'k." He though about the boy's question about anything he can't eat. "Metal is pure, not like ingots. Has all the good parts of the ore. Could eat more, yes."

If Zane had to put a finger to it, he would imagine that the spatula was like a celery stick to the metallic being, and a pencil akin to a cracker. He could only imagine where all of that stuff came out in the end.
Raze'k, was the being's name, processed Zane's brain. A sliver of understanding crossed his face as he attempted to explain. "Metal is... Material composed of a particular category of elements in the periodic table. Things like aluminum, iron, gold, and silver. Carbon actually isn't a metal, heh. By the way, if most societies you've been to are primitive, then what made you?" he asked, without the most obvious answer of magic ever coming to attention within his science-oriented mind. "And I can probably find you something good. What element to you like to eat most? Carbon?" As he spoke, his eyes switched from looking at his humongous companion to panning across the rest of the cafeteria in a casual observation for other food items for Raze'k and of the room's occupants.

Outside, the wind was now more relentless, the cold more biting, and the snow more violent, than ever before. Thankfully the Academy was a welcoming shelter to all from the blizzard. As everyone carried on in their conversations, a beep sounded over the PA system, calling for attention.
"Attention staff and students. Thank you for being with us today. Our opening ceremony is about to begin in our main auditorium. If you could----woooozoom." The sound from the PA fizzled out as the lights did. Within seconds, a whirling noise could be heard in the background and emergency lighting came to life.
What was going on?

Elia listened quietly to Viktoria's explanation. It seemed quite awful to the knight that she should be sealed out of her home for disobeying one order! Aurelia nodded, laughing a little."Well, that's definitely interesting."
She looked towards the door for a moment. The wind was blowing harder, making howling noises outside. It was a nasty sound, not unlike a beast's shrieks. Elia looked up in shock at the sound of the PA. The voice seemed to echo around the cafeteria from nowhere. What the hell is that? Magic? However strange it was, she listened to it. Opening ceremony, huh? That sounds informative.Elia didn't know where the main auditorium was, but perhaps Viktoria did? The PA suddenly died out, the lights dimmed, and then the room was bathed in a red light. The knight's hand shot up to her sword and she stood, a new sound moving through the halls.
"Perhaps we should go to the auditorium to find out what's going on…"Elia said."Do you know where that it?"It was a long shot, since Viktoria was quite new to this world as well.

Sorry for the delay! I didn't realize that you had posted. >.<
The lights flicked off, and Troy took a step back after listening to the message. "What vas that?" He said, looking around in the darkness for Scott. "Scott?"
(If you want, Troy will stay here and I'll have Gavin be in the auditorium...?)

Scott just shrugged in response to Troy's question. "I don't know to be quite honest. I think I'll go to the auditorium. However, I don't know how dangerous this might be, so you should probably stay here." Scott began to walk out of the library. "If I don't see you again, then this is a farewell." He waved his right hand and exited the library, heading towards the auditorium. Once he got there, Scott found a seat in the darkest corner of the back row and sat down.
Troy shook his head. "Don't you dare tell me what to do..." He said, as Scott had left. He was about to leave himself, but decided to stay where he was. If he didn't, then he would probably end up sitting through some boring presentation of something. ________________________________________________________
Gavin was in the auditorium, sitting in the back row. She was looking at the ceiling, her arms crossed, leaning the chair back. Nobody was near her, or in the row at all, actually, until Scott was sitting in the corner. "The heck's goin' on here.." She mumbled, audible to possibly Scott.

Out of the corner of his eye, Scott caught a glance of a girl, a tough looking girl, who was the only other one in the back row. She was asking what was going on. "To be quite honest, I don't know either." Scott directed his response to the girl, hoping she heard him. "My name's Scott. What's yours?" He leaned confidently back in his chair.
Gavin turned her head to the side, looking at the back of Scott's head. Her expression looked incredibly bored. "If you knew, so would I." Gavin said, her hair falling to the floor. "Scott? Interesting name... I guess." She said, as he leaned back. She could now see the side of his head and a part of his face. "Gavin." She replied.

Scott shrugged his shoulders. "I guess that makes sense..." His voice trailed off. He now turned to face Gavin. She had an interesting name. Well, Scott assumed that Gavin was a girl. However, he could not be too sure becuase of her name. "Gavin's an interesting name for a girl." Scott waited to see how Gavin would react to being called a "girl". Based on her reaction, Scott would be sure of her gender.
Gavin frowned. "Whaddya mean an interesting name for a girl? You think that my name is strange?" She said, sitting up. "They got the names wrong on the certificate, all right? Parents thought it was funny, and decided that I was Gavin. Some parents." She said, moving closer to Scott.

Scott held up his hands. Gavin was definitely a girl. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to make you upset. Your name sounds fine. To be quite honest, I think it suits you." Scott chuckled softly. "Do you know what you were originally supposed to be named?"
I'm sorry, it's just hard for me to have one without the other, XD
Gavin crossed her arms. "How would you know if it suited me? We've only been talking for three seconds. Are you trying to say that-""Whoa whoa whoa, what're you freaking out about this time?" A voice cut off Gavin. There was now a boy sitting next to her, who looked very similar to Gavin. "Hey, how's it goin'?" He said waving at Scott. "Name's Gwen." He held out his hand for Scott to shake.

Scott held up his hands again. "Seriously Gavin, I don't mean to insult you." Scott leaned back in his chair and turned to face Gwen. He shook Gwen's hand. "Name's Scott. I'm doing pretty well. How're you doing?"
. "Metal is... Material composed of a particular category of elements in the periodic table. Things like aluminum, iron, gold, and silver. Carbon actually isn't a metal, heh. By the way, if most societies you've been to are primitive, then what made you?". "And I can probably find you something good. What element to you like to eat most? Carbon?"
"Elements. Periodic table. Intriguing. Must see this sometime. You will show me. he said with eagerness. Zane's question about what made him put him in a state of deep thought. Thinking about Archons, and the Soul Forge.
"I was made long ago, enough to see worlds born and die. Some by hands of other Archons, but not Raze'k. Raze'k is interested in societies. Archons are made in a Soul Forge. Not remember much else. It was massive, made of smooth, Magma stone." The blue faded from his eyes as if he was lost in his memories. Quickly they returned to normal and he continued, "I like Titanium ore, do you have pure titanium?"
Just then the overhead chimed in with an announcement before the power cut, and emergency lighting turned on. "That is first time I heard a societies God speak. Most just say it exists, but have no proof. Might convert now. It has power here. What is auditorium?" he ended questioningly.
