"Sure thing." Tuala assured him with a sleepy smile into his pillow, flopping face first instead of the other way around so he didn't crush his wings. They were still big and clunky.
The one wing flopped down and over to the side, landing on top of Zera due to their size. It was light and not suffocating or really painful to land but it was now a big wing blanket.

The wing's presence startled Zera at first but he broke into laughter a moment later as hands emerged to paw at them inquisitively. Soft, fuzzy... gosh, almost dusty.
"These are your wings?" He pawed and pawed them, gently, keeping his fingers at a feather-light touch so as not to inadvertently hurt something. "... they're so soft."

Tuala mumbled a sleep 'mhm' before realizing why he was being asked and blinked, but couldnt get the wing to lift up and just left it for Zera to paw at.
"Yeah, that's one of my wings. They're soft and stuff but they're a little breaky so I can't sleep on my back and I gotta be careful where I walk so I don't bump into them and crush them." he explained a bit, wiggling his wing a little so it brushed softly over Zera.

A coo left the blind boy as he pawed back at them. "They sure feel delicate." His whispers softened even further. "I'd better be careful too..."
If he couldn't see to avoid the threat of bumping into him, he'd run the risk of damaging them wouldn't he? But he was learning to sense Tuala's presence even without touching him, so maybe it wouldn't be so hard.
He kept idly petting them, taking in their texture fully from scale to vein. He had moth's wings... he wasn't sure he'd encountered a real moth yet. He sure hoped they weren't all this huge...

"I'm pretty sure you'd know if you bumped into them a bit." he assured him and hummed a bit as he settled off to sleep. Tuala did not have a particularly melodic or beautiful voice but it was soft and followed whatever tune it was.

Well, they were so big. He was right.
Tuala's humming reassured Zera even further of his presence, so combined with the presence of his massive soft wings to paw at, Zera wasn't at all far behind in falling asleep.
