Diana shakes her head at the green hell hound. He was cute, with that fluffy tail and all. However, he seemed to not understand what she meant by her last comment. "Well Mr. Green, What I meant was that it might be better to shut our traps so we could protect this place and those in it rather than getting ourselves distracted by talking." She told him bemused at his defensiveness as she dodges a hit from another of the shadow creatures. Then she grinned as she tucked her wings and preformed a spin, lashing her sharp pointed tail at the enemy. After attacking she looks towards the woman in the kimono. "Sorry Ms. Kimono, I wasn't meaning to cause an argument, I just fight better without all the chatter." She told her as she moved away from the creatures to ready for another attack.

With a snarl, he backhanded a shadow from his flank and bounded back to the group. Turning, he noted a female nearby that was more fatigued than the others. Somewhere inside of him, a sensation called to him to protect her.

She could hear the stitching in her bag ripping as she swung again. The poor thing was going to have to be sewn up to the nines, assuming those things hadn't eaten her sewing machine! Fuming at how much she'd have to fix, she swung again, taking out eight of the little buggies and closing the distance between her and the larger group of students.
"I'm gettin' really sick of these things." She fumed, shouldering her bag and digging through it for something less likely to be broken. Somehow she didn't imagine the shadowlings would take 'Time Out' seriously.

Damien could still feel the hairs on his neck twitching, the familiar rumble of Melas's voice in the back of his head egging him on to talk back. With the moment of retort by Junko shutting him up, and closing his slack jawed mouth in the process. "Miss Batty Mc. Batterline." he stated in a careful tone. "While I respect your right to have an opinion, Its not going to help me find out where people that are considered my family are or how they are doing. The other conversation had a point whether you grasp it or not, while this one is circling the proverbial drain." it was a bold statement, the heat of its words was dull, and quiet with the usual bite it should have muzzled. "And if you are going to call me something, Damien is fine."
as for the other Boil, the pup soon found himself stuck with the other creature, a sour expression on his own face showed the delight of this situation. but the fact that the canine was thinking about petrifaction made him laugh, a dry ironic laugh. "spoiler, petrifaction is not an easy feat to use."
He was just saying, green smoky eyes could almost roll at the notion that it was a reliable trait.

Diana was so taken aback by the name this Damien had given her she almost got hit by an attacking shadow. Dodging it at the last second, she had to grin. Arguing with this individual was quite fun all things considered and was taking her mind away from the fact that she usually didn't like this much chatter. "Well then Mr. Damien, While I love your genius when it came to naming me... I have to admit that IF I had anyone I knew and cared about here... I would probably be doing the same. Still, I don't. So therefor I do not see the need. As for My name, It is Diana, and I find our argument to be fun." she told him with amusement as she took her silver brush and attempted to hit another of the creatures as she ignored the fact that she wanted to glomp his fluffy tail. It was almost as bad as the time she had seen a kitsune's tail waving at her. She just couldn't ignore her love of fluffy things it seemed, even while in battle.
It seemed the distraction of his tail was too much as she missed the target completely. Diana glared at the hairbrush in her hand and got back into position.

Danny was on her way to the track when she found all the shadowlings in the hallway. Oh. Oh wow. So it hadn't just been her room then! They were all over the place. Clearly they were up to no good. Either that or they weren't being properly fed!
Either way, she tossed a fireball at one to see what it would do. It disappeared. Hm. Well how about that.
"ANYBODY HE-" Oh there were people here. "Uhhh anyone know what's going on?" She shook one of the shadowlings off her ankle. Pesky little things.

"We're inventing a new game." Steffani deadpanned at the newcoming fire bug, swinging her purse again and grimacing when the band of it snapped, missing the shadow by her by a mile and a half. "Jack damn it!"
She moved in closer to the group, dropping down and digging out her needle and thread. No time to do this, but no other option. It really was the only viable, long-range weapon she had on her person. "Steffani." She said to the group at large. "If we're going to fight together, might help to know who's yellin' what where, yeah?" She looked up, smiling carefully, then focused back at the quick work of sewing her bag back together.

The sarcasm was heavy and syrupy when it reached his twitchy ears, that folded and flicked unconsciously with all the noises around. The scraping of metal and thumps of objects succumbing to gravity's pull, and of course all the voices that began to overlap into one garbled mess. It was much different that the clear and precise ones in his head. "Well Diana, that will happen, in due time." damien insisted in a nonchalant tone before rolling his eyes at the fire ghoul that walked in. "If your unlucky, you might just make friends with some you don't want to be near as well." It was like a sad truth, the snots were going to learn lessons right now from Damien, gather round.
The tail was batting the little shadowlings from behind the hound, those that has no honor and tried to attack his rear. "You missed one, with the mighty brush on infinite dooms by the way."

"Danny, hello favorite cousin of mine." Andrew did not normal think of anyone as a favorite anything but right now, seeing the other flame demon was the best thing in the world. Though the little shadowlings were not hard to kill, there were just so many of them. "I have no idea, but we can just kill as many of this things as possible and I think we are on the right track." the shadowlings, he could only hope Danny didn't set everything else on fire.
He turned and stomped on one that was too close to his leg and then whacked a few more with his tail, fire quickly getting rid of the things. "Jack they just crawl out of the walls." he gurmbled and stomped another one, watching it vanish in a wave of heat.

Urg, everything was going so out of control! Maple had thought she would be so much safer leaving her room but that was totally the worst mistake ever! She should have stayed there and like hid in the closet with her mini pets or something. This was terrible and there were so many more of these shadow things everywhere, especially when she headed towards the classrooms.
The little witch whined, nearly colliding herself with Andrew(nevermind that he was throwing fireballs) to hide behind him and at the same time wondered why in Jack's name he would ask her to come to such a horrible place! "Wh-what's g-going on ~" Maple really wanted to cry. Could she hide under a desk?

Diana listened as he spoke and had to nod. He was correct, she knew eventually she would probably make some friends here. Probably some that her parents would hate too, especially with her penchant for furry and fluffy things. Still, she was glad for his comment and found herself just smiling slightly. It made her feel as if maybe she might be able to make friends after all.. That is until his comment about the mighty brush on infinite dooms.. Eye twitching she glared at him. "You know Damien.. I was just starting to like you and then you insult my hairbrush... Bad doggy. I happen to like this hairbrush.. I.. just have very bad aim." She pouted, growling slightly as a slight flush of embarrassment adorns her cheeks. She knew that most of her hits weren't hitting, but did fluffy butt have to point it out? With that thought she tucked her wings and spun her tail into the shadowlings once more, having noticed she tended to do more damage with it over her hairbrush.

Efflo furrowed his brow, between students and shadowlings the room was getting much too crowded. And not a single professor or staff member among them to help explain things, ugh, the boil heaved a sigh. He could either stay and fight or choose to flee; being the sullen and self-serving creature he was, Efflo chose flight. It was instinct after all.
The undead horse tried to back out slowly but found his path blocked by the dark little crawlers. Drat.

"Maple! You are alive!" never mind that the ran into him. He now had two people he knew in the not dead camp. Not that these were particularly hard... If Maple was a fire creature, he might have hugged her. But she wasn't, she was probably slimy from sweating... ewe. "Hey, don't hide behind me. All I can do is light things on fire." he was counting two undead in the area, how unlucky for them.

Heavy metal boots thudded down the hall, shadowlings or whatever they where found themselves kicked aside along the way. They weren't Siddie, Siddie had sent her a text pointing out she was being attacked by the same creatures. Never mind they had strange yellow eyes that glowed. Not Siddie related idneed.
When she finally arrived she slammed the door open finding a swarm of shadows attacking the other students inside the club rooms.
"So they're everywhere after all?" She turned looking about at the other students spotting Junko and Lizzy among the crowd as well as a few she didn't know. "C'mon they're tiny we can crush them easily."
As if to fail in proving her point she turned to smash her boot on a series of shadowlings only to miss entirely as they swarmed about the room like a living wave of bodies.
"Anyone see Siddie by the way? She told me to come here!"
