Wicka glanced around at the other students looking. Well he should try and find a different figure. The first had turned into a spider... lets hope the next would turn out to be a bit better.
He glanced and saw marc had found one in a window... He moved to the other window and found a figurine. He hesitated and then grasped it in his hand. He closed his eyes waiting to see if something would happen.

[1st roll fake, and now 2nd roll fake]
After that last disappointment Selina searched a bit more carefully. She checked around the fences, in the stables them selves but couldn't find any of the figurines. She sat down for a moment to think about where to look next when her hand brushed against something hidden behind her chosen seat of a small hay square. The Ravenclaw girl looked behind her to see a figurine but again when she picked it up it it cackled but this time turned into a pumpkin.

Kenny was weary about picking up any more statues... the other statue he had picked up had exploded. He didn't want to repeat that mistake. HE placed his hands in his pockets and looked at Wicka. He was holding a snake... it seemed that the majority were tricks... not treats... He should have known. As he walked around the building he came across one statue in the middle of the path. Raising his eye brow kenny kicked the thing and when nothing happened he reached down to pick it up. "Cool...I got 1"

Marc:1 Kenny:1 Wicka:0
Marc pocketed the statue he had already picked up. Well... That was good... He was off to a good start... but he sighed. Now where to look. He saw an ax leaning against the hut. That looked as good a place to look. Walking over he glanced behind the ax and frowned... Nothing... Ok so... Maybe...Glancing around the base of the house he saw one.
Scooping it up he was about to just put it in his pocket but he fetl a painful pinch on his finger. Glancing down he stared. The blasted thing had bit him. When he stared at it... it winked and then promptly disappeared. Marc rubbed his eyes and shook his head.
That was weird.

[figurines as of these rolls: Matty - 0, Rory - 1, Damien - 1]
After finding the dud, Matty continued to to look around the animal pen in full belief that he would find one of the real figurines in the hay. He continued rooting around, digging through the straw. He pulled up a handful of hay and his eyes widened when he saw a crude, little figurine. He picked it up in hopes that it was one of the ones that he needed. As soon it was in his hand, it turned into a bat a flew away over his head before disintegrating. He pouted as he watched the bat disintegrate before finally moving on from the animal pen.
After finding his first statue, Rory decided to step up a bit and search harder. He was desperate to find them all so he could get that invisibility cloak. As a Gryffindor boy walked passed him, he made his way into the animal pen. Deciding that they would probably be closer to the edges, he walked along there. There was a stray leaf that was perched on top of something. He looked under the leaf but didn't see anything that would be causing the leaf to sit like it was. He smirked and brushed the leaf away before picking up the invisible statue. As soon as his hand touched it, it turned opaque before exploding into a burst of orange and red confetti. he sneered and tried to brush it out of his hair before continuing on his search.
Damien decided to make his way to the gate keeper's house, where quite a few of the other students were still searching. He looked around the small garden area and walked the perimeter, using his feet to kick things around a bit. His foot made contact with something and it sprayed neon orange silly string up at him. He tried to duck but the string managed to get on him and in his hair anyway. He shook his head and continued walking around the outside of the house, peeling off bits of neon string as he went.

Savannah wasn't about to give up her search and looked at the grass for any indents that could say something was there. She found one and reached down for it. But there was nothing there, someone must have already picked up whatever had been there.

Alois felt very confident as he continued his seqrch. He knew that thiwps time it wouldn't be so easy to find the second figurine but knew he would eventually find one. He pulled out his wand out, ready to try things like the others were doing. He headed in then direction of one of the animal pens finding that some people had succeeded in finding some around there. Lifting his wand, Alois started up the water spell and directed it in front of him.
Finding nothing there, he repositioned his stance and directed it behind one of the animals. Again, Alois found nothing. He sighed, feeling frustration running up his spine. Trying a third time, he redirected the water spell and used it at the bottom of the pen's gate.
He had finally found one! He rushed over to it but cautiously poked iy with his wand. Finding it still, he slowly picked it up. Knowing this school, the jinxes or pranks it held were probably activated by having them picked up by hands or something. He held it at arms length and waited for something to happen.

Marcelyn growled as she saw others pocketing or holding their newly found figurines. She wanted to find one soon or she would just keep getting aggravated. She pulled out her wand and stomped over to a large pile of wood near the gameskeeper's place of stay. Reciting the water down spell, Marcelyn lifted her wand, making sure to avood the wood. She knew that wood wouldn't catch fire very well it were wet from her many camping experiences when she was younger.
When something caught her eye, she brushed away some tqll grass to find a barely visible figurine. She silently prayed that it would be the real thing. She grabbed it with one hand and crossed the fingers of her other for good luck. She didn't wqnt to experience another makeover.

First Dice for Dorian, 2nd for Francis Dorian: RD 1=0, RD 2=0, RD3= 0
Dorian rubbed his head and peered around. It looked like there were a few successful finds going on around him. He was a bit perturbed that he hadn't found one yet. He wasn't going to give up just yet though. The game wasn't over yet.
Had the professor even said how many were hidden? Dorian tried to remember what Professor Foster had said. "They had to hid enough for someone to find at least five or more." Dorian figured looking around at all the kids.
Dorian trudged along the small garden patch and felt his foot brush against something. "Could it be?" he asked himself and leaned down and brushed away the demiguise fur and then picked up the object for a better look. Addition: The statue started spewing smoke almost immediately, causing Dorian to toss it away. He backed away with a disgruntled look on his face. The last smoke one had also been a stink bomb, but this one thankfully wasn't. "Well that's real nice." Dorian murmured.
Francis: RD 1=0, RD 2=0, RD3=0
Francis trudged back onto the field, rather annoyed that he had had an asthma attack as a result of the dratted stink bomb that had gone off in his hand. You'd think the teachers who booby trapped them would have thought that there could have been a problem with making it do that. Unfortunately now he was behind everyone else.
"Well it can't be helped." Francis said to himself as he wheezed.
It had taken the doctor at least half an hour to figure something out to help relieve his asthma. It was really too bad that magic couldn't just cure it. One day Francis hoped someone would discover something that would get rid of his asthma all together.
He had just entered the grounds around the keeper's house when he tripped on something on the ground and fell onto his hands and knees. "Bloody hell!" Francis exclaimed and sat back on his legs and wiped off his hands on his pants. Both of his knees felt raw from where they had contacted the ground and he knew that they were probably pretty badly skinned. "Just what I need now." Francis said with a wince as he got to his feet. He made his way back to where he had tripped and found the offending statue, now visible to the eye.
When he got close he could see that it had more than likely rolled or been hid in the end of a log and someone must have dislodged it or knocked it out when they had all run by earlier. He hesitated before he finally reached out to grab it. "Please don't be a nasty dud." He murmured. Addition Francis cried out in disgust when the statue suddenly became a pile of beetles in his hand and tried to shake them off. "AUGH!" He cried and danced around suddenly getting the strange sensation that bugs were crawling all over him. "Get em off, get em off!"

First Roll for Jane, 2nd for Siobahn
Jane: RD 1:1, RD 2: 0, RD 3: 1 2 Finds total
Jane was rather pleased with her success rate so far, though that last one being a dud had annoyed her. Still it was more than likely she'd end up with a few more before the event was over. She had walked around the front of the game keeper's house and had been peering around when someone bumped into her from behind.
Jane twisted her head around and glared at the short hufflepuff girl with a frown. Jane was only perhaps an inch taller than this girl, but she used it to her advantage. She eyed the girl severely until the hufflepuff stuttered badly and then said she'd go in a different direction, which happened to be far away from her.
"Good riddance." Jane muttered under her breath. The other girl had stank of a muggle born or so Jane imagined. She really had no clue if she was or not, but could find out if need be.
Jane's attention went back to the windowsill which she had been eyeing before she had been bumped into. She had thought she saw a glimmer of something. She stroded over and reached out to see if she could feel anything there.
Her hand and her mind rejoiced when she felt the cool stony surface under it. She moved her hand up to pull of the demiguise fur; which she shoved into her left pocket and then picked up the stone statue and waited to see if it was a dud. Two minutes passed and nothing happened much to her relief.
"Two found." She said with a creepy smirk.
Siobahn: RD 1:1, RD 2: 0, RD 3: 1 2 Finds total Siobahn was still rather annoyed that some slytherin kid had swooped in to grab a statue she had gotten the demiguise hair off of with one of her water spells. She had wanted to confront him but had decided that it wouldn't be worth it. She had just wandered away from him so he couldn't swoop in to grab the next one she found.
She nearly tripped on some irregular rocks on the game keeper's pathway as she crossed it but managed to grab onto a girl that had stopped in front of her. "Oh, sorry about that. Those rocks are rather treacherous." She said.
Siobahn's heart jumped in her chest when she saw the Slytherin house colors on the other's cloak. "I'll go over this way." She said shuddering and pointed off in a different direction far away from the other girl.
Siobahn walked over to an errant pile of stones near the walkway and glanced over it. It looked as though the game keeper might be getting ready to build a stone wall or some sort of stone structure sometime soon. She picked her way through the loose rocks and used her wand to shoot water spells over them. She was rather happy when her spell revealed yet another stone statue after about ten minutes of searching. She placed it back on the pile of rocks and stepped back for a moment. She waited, shifting from one foot to the other for a few minutes to make sure it wasn't a dud. When nothing happened she picked it up and put it into her cloak's pocket.
"Well two is a good start." She said in a happy sing songy voice.

[figurines as of these rolls: Matty - 0, Rory - 2, Damien - 2]
After moving on from the animal pen, Matty decided to look around the gate keeper's house just in case there was one left that the other students had over looked. He got down on his hands and knees to look through the bushes. He reached his hand in and used the other to delicately move the branches out of the way. As he moved one branch, he saw a small figurine of a bat staring at him. He grinned from ear to ear and picked up the bat figurine quickly. As soon as he picked it up, the statue turned into a fake bat and fell into a rubbery limp, dangling from his hand. It may not be what he needed it but it was still cool. He pocketed the fake bat and kept crawling around the area.
Rory continued to search through the animal pen, not quite ready to give up just yet. The prize was beginning to become important to him as he could see more and more uses for the cloak. He scowled at the piles of hay that were around him and used the Wingardium Leviousa spell to lift one up out of the way. Not seeing anything, he decided to get down on his knees as he remembered that they probably wouldn't see the real things. He ran his left hand over the ground; his right still grasping his wand. When he felt something hard brush against his fingers, he grabbed it and stood up, lowering the hay pile back down. Rory peeled the tiny cloak off and prepared himself for the worst. When nothing bad happened, he looked down to see an opaque statue in his hand. He smirked as he pocketed it and moved on.
Damien was still pulling silly string from his hair as he continued walking around the house. He stopped for a moment to peel an extremely large piece out of his hair. He tossed the neon string to the side and noticed that it stuck to something. He bent down and cautiously grabbed whatever the string stuck to. He peeled back the cloak and waited to see what would happen to him now. When nothing happened, he shrugged and pocketed the figurine.
