Caleb paid no attention to the late Captain's or their names. It would be better to meet them again with a better impression than showing up late to their first Captain's meeting. Though he did listen to Jermaine, and then Yui with a nod. "I think that works well Commander. I even agree with Yui, keep him here and send Daymare." He smirked and gave the Captain of Squad 7 a sideways glance before returning to the Jermaine. "I believe he could be a nice asset to the team going to the world of the living." [Technique: ]
Upon hearing her name being spoken by the Captain Commander, Seikō-Taichō straightened her posture even more if that were possible. However, when he made his threat about reprimanding them for any future tardiness on their part, the young woman could not help, but to chuckle in response. To pass off the inappropriate reaction as nothing, she covered her mouth with her fingers and nodded simply in the man’s direction. The laugh had traveled to her eyes so there was a glint in them even as she was agreeing to potential life-threatening punishment from her boss. Her fingers held their place until her chest stopped heaving with the silent laughter. That took a few minutes, during which she listened intently to what was being said by those around her. Apparently, there has been the detection of high spiritual pressure in the World of the Living and of all things; her superiors assumed that it was the Ouken. Being who she was, the term was not foreign to her in the slightest. She had come across it many times while reading for fun in the Hashimoto Library. What irked her about the notion that it had been found was that finding it would not be their most pressing concern. That honor would be held by the person who was able to find the artifact in the first place. Seikō’s fingers slipped off her lips as worry began to etch its self onto her facial features. To distract herself from thoughts about the strength of such a being, the youthful female hugged herself at the waist and tried to concentrate on the words coming out of her Commander’s mouth. For one thing, she agreed wholeheartedly with his refusal to comply with the Central 46’s orders about sending all of them away from home. That would leave the Sereitei as defenseless as a new born babe. Naturally, such ideas carried her straight back to who could be so powerful as to locate and uncover the Ouken. It was blowing her mind almost literally. Her hands tightened their grip on her sides. She was not looking at anyone or anything in particular as her pupils darted from side to side. The plan to send a few Captains to investigate seemed to be a good one until it was mentioned that she may be a part of that team. This grabbed her attention so much so that her gaze lifted to meet the Captain Commander’s face immediately. While she adored investigation and finding the truth, that was a hobby and as a Taichō, she had actual responsibilities now. Then she realized that one of those was to obey orders. Seikō released herself, but started to bite down her upper lip simultaneously. She did not get nervous often so it showed when she did. If she did not say something soon, her perspiration would become quite detectable soon enough. Unfortunately, as soon as she was about to open her mouth, the Ichibantai-Fukutaichō proposed his reason for refusal. She waited for him to finish with a tapping foot. Again, her mouth opened only to close in the next second as Materson-Taichō shared his approval of the Commander’s plan as well as his agreement with the Yui-Fukutaichō’s suggestion.
Seizing the next available moment to speak, the inexperienced Taichō blurted out loudly, “I want to go and more than likely, I will. However, we have to consider the power of someone capable to locate plus uncover an artifact such as the Ouken.” Now that she had gotten her first concern out of the way, her previously pained expression loosened its hold on her face and she relaxed visibly. “Plus, are we even positive that it is the Ouken?” As soon as the question left her lips, Seikō realized that just maybe that is why the Commander was sending out only a handful of his first class Shinigami to investigate the situation. It was bothering, though, that if it were the Ouken, what would happen once they found it? Would they find the person who had uncovered it as well? Taking her time to walk the others through her various concerns, the young woman continued steadily, “As for Yui-san’s request to stay back here, what is the dispatched group supposed to do if a lift of the power seals is required? Again, if it is the Ouken, think about who could have located it in the first place!” By now, she was breathing very hard and the crazed look had returned to her eyes. Fully aware of how she must be appearing to this group of strangers, Seikō fought every urge to allow a single tear and swallowed noticeably as she forced herself to calm down. She placed her arms around herself again and took short, deep breaths. “Listen, if there is a group of us going into the World of the Living, I volunteer willingly to help in finding out exactly what is happening over there. I do not think that we should make any assumptions about what or whom we will find.” She took another breath. “Surely, there are other high-powered objects regarding our world. By chance, Captain Commander, have there been any leads about the exact position of the detected spike in reiatsu?” If anything, she would ask the man privately, if her mother could oversee their stealth operation. With someone of her caliber nearby, the whole situation seemed almost manageable in Seikō’s eyes. Of course, making such a request could translate into that she lacked confidence in her own abilities and skills. She had trained under one of the most lethal and famous former members of the Onmitsukidō. When you thought about it, she had to have received her knack for investigation from one of her parents and her father was into construction. Shaking her head literally to rid herself of the train of thought, Seikō let go of herself for the second time in that short space of time and awaited the opinions of the others. Hopefully, someone else saw the potential pitfalls of this entire plan.

SpacerYui smiled at Caleb to show his gratitude. Noticing the 4th Division Captain's sudden change in stance, and her words, Yui decided maybe it was better to add in some of the more obvious knowledge about the Ouken. Of course, the most complicated parts was unknown to him and just about everyone else in Soul Society. "The Ouken's existence is highly distinguishable, it's pure power can be recognised by even mere Gillians," he explained. As for the location, he knew, but he didn't want anyone else to know that so he stayed quiet. Spacer
As time pass with each Captain's comments, the newest captain of Squad 4 and 10 has arrived. Khairan saw their faces, once, in the test, and was told that their name was Hashimoto Seiko and Yuki Caelum. Both are females, and it is good to have female captains in the team, other than the previous Airisa. When the Captain-Commander read out the Squad, Khairan was not surprised to not hear his own squad. Well, it is good to have the new Captain to engage in battle, no, to engage in REAL battle for a change. But is he taking things for granted? The newest Captains has yet to engage in real battles, and who knows what might happen to them? Truthfully speaking, Khairan wouldn't want to see another Captain leave the Gotei 13, not like Airisa. When Caleb and Seiko said to send Daymare, Khairan did not disagree, he was rather pleased with it, but he was not in the mood to convince, so he kept it silence. When Seiko questioned about tons of things, it was good for a new Captain like her to take cautious, but most likely, it's not needed. Yui answered her question about the Ouken. When she stops, and Yui answered about the Ouken, Khairan was finally able to speak up. He ignored the question from Seiko, since he didn't have the intention to even reply. "Captain, I assume that your choice has been made, so I won't give any opinion upon it. But...", Khairan started, knowing that the more they speak, it will be futile for the Captain to understand, Captain's words are final. "If there were anything to happen to the new Captains, that won't be pretty. I strongly suggest that YOU yourself should go. You have been concern about the Ouken for quite some time now, wouldn't it be better if you were to see and witness it yourself? With so many Captain left here, I doubt that there will be any of the trouble.", Khairan had once again speak up, rare for him to. He kept in silence, and awaits for the Captain's words.

Zatoichi Misawa - The Misawa Clan's Youngest Warrior The Blind Swordmaster
Like most members of the Misawa clan Zatoichi was eager to get into the action. Still he wasn't as blood thirsty as his fellow clansmen of his age.He listened to the commanders orders carefully. When he finished, some in the room began to respond, but the one that most caught his attention was the 11th Division captain. Zatoichi was still very prideful and confident in his ability, of course he knew of the Ouken, of its power and purpose. Still he wondered why the Captain felt something might happen to those new to the group. "I...agree with the 11th Division Captain, if it is indeed the Ouken then perhaps the Captain Commander should see to the matter personally, however I would urge that very captain to understand that while I may be new to a captains position and while I may still be fairly new to existence when compared to himself, I am not new to battle...as is the reason for my captaincy." Whether or not it was Khairan's intention to disrespect Zatoichi, Zatoichi took it that way only because he seemed to limit possible danger to simply the new captains, as if perhaps the captains who'd been here for a while couldn't possible be taken down. Still it was not Zatoichi's intention to disrespect Khairan either, only to make his point. Perhaps unnecessary, maybe even completely unnecessary, but Zatoichi was a member of the Misawa clan, their confidence in their ability is unwavering. At any rate no matter how he felt, this did seem to be the most agreeable plan so far.
╔═════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════╗ Deborah smirked as Captain Masterson recommended him as a replacement for Yui, he didn't mind being sent to the world of the living to retrieve the Ouken. "Yeah I wouldn't mind going instead of your lieutenant Commander but only if no one else would like to go" he replied facing facing Jermaine. Deborah didn't care who went and who stayed as long as the team would be successful and he believed himself aswell as everyone present as capable. ╚═════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════╝ Active Techniques
The young Commander thought about Yui. Sending him would be a good idea since he was the Commander's Lieutenant, but he was so loyal to the young Commander that he would die protecting him. When Caleb agreed with Yui to not send him to the World of the Living, Jermaine nodded his head. "Alright Yui. You can stay. As for Daymare..." The young teen stopped to think about sending Daymare, he was a good choice.
He sat and listened to Seiko, Khairan, Zatoichi and Daymare discuss what they thought about his order. Jermaine would go himself, but he was going to be back up. Even though he was the Captain-Commander of the Soul Society and could handle the situation himself, the Gotei 13 would not be able to function without him. .
"Like my Lieutenant said, we know it's the Ouken. A sealing team is on stand-by, but I would not recommend sealing it away. I might have to storage it somewhere stay where it couldn't be bothered with." said Jermaine, turning to Khairan and continuing, "I wouldn't have made them Captains if I knew they were not Captain material. All of us have been through a lot to get here and we all have extensively-trained ourselves. Plus I'm sending them for specific reasons. If anything goes wrong or happens, the second team will be sent to the World of the Living as well." He then turned to Daymare and nodded. This meant the Captains of Divisions 2, 4, 7, 10 and 11 were being sent. That was his final order and would not be changed.

Caleb smirked and nodded as Jermaine explained his final decision. He figured it would work out well, and while he would have liked to be a part of the team to discover the Ouken, he knew it would work out a lot better if he was on the same team as Jermaine. [Technique: ]
Khairan smirks upon his Captain's words, wise for a young man like him. He steps back, and remain silent, just in case the Captain has anything to add. Gazing around, Khairan would realize that Kazuma hasn't talk for a while now, something is bothering him, most likely it is. But either way, is good to keep the place quiet, so each of the Captain can have a peaceful mind.
As Kazuma heard the Captains orders he simply listened "hmm, 2,4,7,10 and 11, well I guess, I'll just kick back and do some paper work" Kazuma thought to himself. "Well those were the captain-commander's orders can't refute them" Kazuma continued in thought seeing as the situation seemed to be well under control without him.

Spacer"Thanks," Yui smiled when the Commander agreed. It would be the best for both of them. Yui merely nodded in acknowledgement to Jermaine's next words. There was nothing to say other but to keep an eye out. Yui knew that it was very likely that the group sent to find the Ouken would be unsuccessful, the location where it was first detected was near impossible to get to, unless the gatekeeper allowed you through. It appears that the rest of them will be needed much sooner than expected. Spacer

Caleb figured the meeting was over now and turned to head to Jermaine's seat. "I imagine the meeting is over yes? Could we have a word Jermaine?" It was true that he probably shouldn't be using the Commander's first name in front of the others, but most knew of their history together. [Technique: ]
Jermaine stood up from his chair and looked at the Captains. "Yes, the meeting is over. Everyone is dismissed." said the young Commander, then turning to Caleb, "Sure in private?"
