Loyalties: Supposedly loyal to SHISA, Sasska has developed a "coding error that has become hardwired". In short, she has rediscovered her humanity, and firmly believes in being loyal to herself and her own whims first and foremost. This code error has gone on to be classified as a virus, and specifically, a "Resident Boot Sector Virus". This "virus" resides in her brain, and wholly infects and corrupts any AI attached to the organic section of the brain, whether directly or indirectly.

Intelligence Level: Once a simpleton or average worker, her "reboot" post major overhaul of her systems has given the cyborg a greater understanding of technology. SHISA states in the file on their prototype that "it was necessary to give the simpleton a "cheat" so that she could actually and fully utilize all the advanced technology within both suit and frame. Truly, a prototype within a prototype." This would put her on the IQ level of a college graduate majoring in Applied Sciences all around. Still below the spike of beings that regularly exceed IQ levels of 200+.

All in all, Sasska possesses an average IQ of about 125.

Cherished Items:
Topping the cyborg's list is an image folder inside of her brain, with files containing her pre-transformation appearance, along with projected images of how she would look today and potential children...and their appearances.

Not far behind is what she perceives as "her hair". Sasska highly values this synthetic replacement, and possesses no knowledge that it is indeed, fake. It behaves like real hair in every aspect, and is rooted within her skull (which she also believes is real), as such. (It "grows".)

Philosophical/ Social Viewpoint: Society is filled and weighted down...burdened by sacks of wasteful and filthy matter that take everything for granted and still expect more. These, along with the society that supports that way, are to be extinguished. Sasska has encountered one such individual that defies this viewpoint by both interaction and his assigned duty. This has led her to both strengthen and question this viewpoint of hers. Surely some of society is being led to support the ingrates and cretins without their consent. Would they then otherwise refuse to do so? This has led her to believe all the more strongly that the oppressors need to be destroyed, and to liberate the remaining "good people".

Religious Viewpoint: If there is a deity up there, it must despise her. No other human would have had to put up with this treatment under normal circumstances. (She's more in denial than anything, though does believe that there probably is a power up there)

Romantic Viewpoint: Previously detached and scorned of any ability to think about the topic that so strongly influences the human mind, the once simple, genocidal maniac has developed a sort of questioning or pondering cloud of thoughts about it. Again, this is due to the one man that, by his demonstration and general kindness to a complete stranger that could very well have murdered him. It is to this man that the cyborg has wanted to approach him once more and perhaps try her luck in talking to him and just...just perhaps, experience what this "date" phenomenon is actually about....firsthand.


Personality

Primarily a pessimist with only intents to benefit herself via any means possible, the cyborg wishes to see her vision of a dream world fulfilled. This means the immediate destruction of the corrupt and condemning society around her, and the construction to a level found only within her fantasies. On a realistic level, she seeks a more fantasy-based Utopia. Nothing technology or advances changes, but the people are never spiteful, nor do they oppress. It is through this logic she derives her role as SHISA's prototype killer. Sasska sees the organization as simply people who unwittingly hand her the tools with which to remake the world. With every intent to eventually turn around and murder them as well, it is her dream eventually to regain a truly organic and unaging form. While the latter is what she has, the only thing truly organic....is about half her brain.

In a nutshell, she's very selfish and self-centered, with a mostly absolutist viewpoint regarding things she has an opinion on. If she can't get a hold of it, she'll find a way to make it hers...or destroy it.

Biography
Born to an average middle-class family of an average size, Sonderbar lived in an average sized town and went to an average school. The only thing not normal about her life....was her mind. Unable to really keep up in school due to her disorder, she began to be made fun of for being dumb. This persisted clear through middle school, and made a significant impact on her life and how she handled decisions. Instead of making decisions for herself and forging her own life, the then teen let others choose for her, and she followed almost without question. This was also reflected in her appearance. She rarely seemed to take care of her appearance, except to keep her hair tightly pulled back into a low ponytail. She kept her bangs in her face, and became withdrawn. Going into the first year of high school, she began to cut herself and grow more and more fascinated with how free and clear the lives of animals must be. This only drew more and more ridicule from her peers.

She spent some days stuffed inside her locker, others hiding in bathroom stalls. The remainder were spent either on the track....or in the principal's office. Nothing seemed to matter, as she was quite focused on her inner world she'd created. Everything she could ever want was right there. This vessel was simply a holding cell meant to occupy her until she could "join" it fully. However, there were "people" that tried taking her away from this world, give her pills to swallow and make it disappear. The pills not only made her fantasy world inaccessible, but also snapped her fully back to the misery she'd created for herself by choosing to indulge in a fantasy and obsess over it. Waves of bullying, peer pressure, additional pressure from grown-ups and even her family. It was "suffocating", like being smothered under a blanket. Her solution, of course, was to "cut the blanket to get through". Her desire to find a solution to "make it go away" was to start snapping back, but worse. That would get them off of her. This would come about in the form of carrying makeshift weapons and stopping actually taking her pills. The teen's first encounter with the law came about at the most pressured point: School.

Shortly after ten in the morning on a very snowy winter day, authorities responded to an emergency call about a student with multiple lacerations on his appendages and face. After the student received adequate care, the police took the assailant and would file an official charge of aggravated assault. As the case listed as evidence, the weapon of choice was a pair of scissors. Despite pleas from her public attorney, Sonderbar was sentenced to a five year term in the county's Juvenile Correctional Facility. However, as the prosecution noted, Sonderbar would be released after only three years by the county law, and after much "ado about nothing", her sentence was altered to serve three years in the Juvenile facility, and the remaining two as an adult in the corresponding correctional facility.

If it was one thing Sonderbar had a knack for though, it was managing to keep a weapon, or make one. This trait would not only get her through the juvenile portion of her sentence, but make friends. Friends that serving similar sentences. On her eighteenth birthday, the inmate was transferred without much incident to the state correctional facility to serve the remainder of her sentence. She was among the first of a violent generation spawned through bullying or other "pressured states", and arrived to a surprisingly friendly gathering. She'd earned her name as both a reputable arms maker, and as a headcase. The combination tended to encourage the lesser inmates to get onboard with the girl and identify as "not hostile". While there, Sonderbar picked up another interest, that of tattooing. It fascinated her how it made one unique through stabbing motions. Naturally, she began using herself as an experiment, though with simple designs. Her first tattoo, written on the inside of her left forearm, was an ornately designed word. "Hate". That of course, was when she had an active mind, thinking on something or some event that got her blood boiling. Otherwise, she requested music to listen to. Such music that identified with her persona drove her to wordless, but infinitely more intricate designs that seemed to stem from this very word. It also taught her to be ambidextrous, having to learn to do her other arm once she'd run out of canvas on her left.

One year later, and she was well known in prison as an "enabler", or a "go-to". Whether you needed a shiv or wanted more ink done, her otherwise good behavior netted her access to just about everything an inmate could get to. Her only charge for payment was that the visitor in question talk to her. Not necessarily make conversation, but even just getting things off of their chest or whatever they wanted to talk about. However, with tensions on the outside mounting and incidents occurring, parts of the city were terrorized by mad bombers. Naturally, the prison was a target and was successfully bombed. The incident struck hardest on her block, and according to detectives, one such bomb was planted directly on her cell. She miraculously survived, but in the commotion and fires, was badly mutilated. Her hair was burned off, skin charred and peeling. Several bones were broken, and she couldn't walk or move her arms. This was in part, due to the fact she had no limbs. Legs and left arm were blown off in the explosion, and the remaining appendage crushed under heavy debris. Despite best efforts and picking most of the shrapnel out of her body, her remaining arm was not able to be saved, and it was amputated.

Effectively waiting to die, she had a plea written and sent out. Willing to exchange her body as a test subject to anyone that could potentially prevent death and give her functionality again, the plea was answered just three months before her twentieth birthday. At this stage, Sonderbar was comatose, and given up waiting on a "rescue". The state had agreed to pardon the remainder of her sentence, as she was not expected to live even as long as she had.

Taken and flown to a secret location, Sonderbar's plea was "answered". Her body was indeed restored, though she was a cyborg now, possessed no memory of what happened in prison after the bombs went off, and now trapped with another voice in her head that told her she had a master. A master that wanted to see her "destroy this "boring" world" and to "make her own that she dreamed of". Outfitted with a machete and her own bodily armaments and enhancements, Sonderbar was officially "christened" with her name, and returned to her country. With a mission and a burning desire to tear down this ugly world and replace it with an ideal one, she donned her mask, tied her hair as she did normally, and set out to begin erasing.

Since then, Sonderbar has begun a healthy lifestyle of crime. Money doesn't draw her, watching people scream and cry out in terror only agitates her, and no promise of power draws her. People just needed to die. They needed to die, to be replaced with better people, people that understood and were the people from her other world. In such a manner, she directly acts as an extension of her even yet unknown master and his will.

This all changed upon her first major encounter with the force she believed to be correctly aligned with...and an individual wholly outside of the struggle. The latter being one Duncan N. MacKenna, a custodian at Gotham State University. While low on fuel for her brain and scrounging around to try and find a food resource with which to prolong her existence, she was caught and stopped by MacKenna, whom had mistaken her for one of S.T.A.R. Labs' experimental "synthumans" that had been part of an awareness rally just half a week prior to his discovery of the normally genocidal cyborg. The custodian provided her with a snack, a bar of chocolate, and directions back to the labs building within Gotham. Believing she had been lost and malfunctioning beyond her control, he noted that he would have treated her like any other lost kid without a clue of what to do....which is what his superiors wanted them all to do. This man dramatically and so suddenly loosened the firm foundation upon which this genocidal mind preset of hers was based. Got her to thinking about that "if all society is bad, how is this bad?" "Surely this is wrong and not an absolute." Her onboard AI at the time, GEHILFE (itself a prototype that launched with Sonderbar's original frame) instructed her to disregard this logic and return to mission parameters.

After a minor rebellion, Sonderbar found herself at the mercy of said AI in guiding her back home for promised upgrades. These upgrades came with convincing the scientists monitoring her progress and efficiency that she had been launched with "antiquated" technology worthy of perhaps WWII era, and that limits had been reached and exceeded simply in the effort of trying to fulfill the mission goal. This, her AI concurred with, and, despite the early incapacitation of Sonderbar's organic half, GEHILFE struggled onward and set the body drifting in the undersea currents. Set in Survival Mode, the AI shut down every possible function and process to save itself and the organic brain to which it also relied upon for functionality. The pair would spend roughly twenty-two hours drifting before finally being picked up by lab staff personnel.

The upgrades would begin, and GEHILFE was scrapped in favor of a more harmonizing, foil-like AI to this developing "quirk" within the prototype's brain. GEHILFE was nearly fried, but given the task of being an on-site receptionist and secretary after being repaired as best as possible. The new AI, dubbing itself "ROSMARIN", proved to be the equivalent of Sonderbar's "best friend". The two meshed very well, and while the project leads initially wanted to replace ROSMARIN, saw fit to back off after the AI's new host began effectively shutting down the facility to which it was yet attached to and providing support only for herself.

Thus it would be that, as the new frame began coming together, Sonderbar and ROSMARIN had a direct influence as to what they wanted in it. Ultimately though, the frame was more or less about the same the first frame could do, and the only onboard weaponry were the twin flamethrowers from before. This was wholly unacceptable, and the pair was forced to make a concession and be linked to a second AI, known as LANGWEILIG, that was, despite the flaws in "his" personality subroutines...likely going to be the AI with which the staff of SHISA was going to receive information from. It also boasted the best communication and operational functionality of a larger exo-suit that, with only minor tweaking, was compatible with this "civilian" frame.

Due to issues that had sidelined GEHILFE, LANGWEILIG could not be directly installed into the EXO-suit. Instead, the AI was implanted at the base of Sonderbar's spine. The AI was housed within the L5 vertebrae equivalent, receiving a significant durability boost simultaneously. LANGWEILIG also received two very spindly, elongated android-like arms with five joints rather than the standard three major joints that humanoid arms possess. This allowed the AI to perform physical repairs by tapping into his host's power core, as well as deter some lesser beings from approaching the otherwise blindspot while operating solely on the Mark II frame that Sonderbar preferred. The only thing the AI requested otherwise was to model the EXO-suit itself, all essentially textures and cosmetic features.

The Mark II frame, or "Vorstellen" as it was dubbed, was fully capable of doing everything the original frame was....locomotion and ability wise. It also was the first frame to successfully utilize the Tachibi-14 power core. The Vorstellen also boasted the capability to be customized. Fully "fleshed" and made to feel like real skin, and possessed enough neuroreceptors embedded within to simulate a sensation of touch. Possessing fleshy muscles, realistic feminine features and even a simulated saliva, the vorstellen frame thrilled Sonderbar, well enough to dub herself a new name. With no apparent knowledge of what ethnicity she looked like nor of any naming conventions, she named herself "Sasska MacKenna". Completely out of the blue and with no readily apparent theme behind the "name", "Sasska" was formally introduced to her second AI, and much to her and ROSMARIN's chagrin, found their companion to possess a very boring, small talk specialty personality. It had a good work ethic, and its statistics impressive. It also seemingly had an aversion to staring at female figures, stating it was glad that it got to work alongside the Shisa project's prototypes and join that ranking....but more glad that it had been positioned where it had been, rather than somewhere in access of the control's primary optics. This referred to Sasska and ROSMARIN's access of the bionic eyes and capabilities of the viewfinders there, partially implying a perverse but awkward nature.

As the case were, Sasska found herself fed information about the EXO-suit in a timely, friendly manner that didn't sound too much like a tutorial, and only partially annoying due to the projected speech and tone LANGWEILIG utilized. Its default tone was that of a nasally male that, while hinting that it had capabilities of a strong and deep voice, opted to the higher spectrums that occasionally sounded much younger. It also took very little to shut it up and "keep to itself".

After familiarizing herself with the suit's functions, Sasska was again launched, sent back to complete the mission originally charged with. The suit performed admirably underwater, maneuvering and complementing her new swimming techniques to allow the cyborg to actually rise of her own volition and "swim". Once more, Gotham would experience the terror that was the prototype "Sonderbar".

She stays away from him to prevent him from becoming entangled in her affairs and becoming a target.

Perhaps the EXO-suit's most notable quality however, is its adaptability and nearly unparalleled defense. Labeled as EXO-00, it is still commonly referred to as just "the EXO-suit". The stamped design would hint at there being more than just one of these terrors in existence, while the common termage flung around it being "the EXO-suit" tends to point that it is the only one. This latter evidence is used not only by Sasska, but by SHISA as well, keeping the exact details about this line of mobile nightmares under wraps. This particular EXO-suit is designed to engage in combat with beings of superhuman strength and slightly beyond for a limited amount of time. Its composite materials are much harder than materials used to build cities, so directly combating the suit is the only really reliable means of damaging it, even with super strength. It is not built to go toe-to-toe with beings that regularly wield this amount of superhuman strength and be expected to win.

((Imagine if you will a boxing match between Superman and this suit. Direct toe-to-toe, no dodging. This suit would likely hold together without any noticeable damage for an equivalent of three rounds. This simulation does not take into consideration what kind of damage the suit might inflict upon Superman or other beings of equivalent durability)).

What EXO-00 is uniquely known for is its form altering capabilities. Through the use of an externally based but local AI, up to three forms may be "remembered" at one time. Ultimately, the suit doesn't change too much, but its shifted focus indicates both how weapons will be used and how the suit itself will move. Currently, it has a default mode that functions like a heavily armored knight. Its known forms are "eel", "carapace", and "raptor".

Eel: The Eel form is used exclusively underwater. Using propulsion jets exposed after form activation at bottom edges of skirt and shoulder plate armoring, the plates wrap themselves around the main suit's frame. This improves its maneuverability, via reducing drag by nearly three times over. When responding to the user's motion patterns, the suit can accelerate to speeds matching its top speed on land...at the cost of offensive capabilities. While in Eel form, the suit possesses no active weaponry.

Carapace: The Carapace form is a more defensive posture assumed on land. A variation of the "knight" default form, the movement speed is drastically reduced, flaring plates forward and intentionally applying excessive force in forward movement speed. Literally digging in to gain ground and hold it. This is an ideal form to utilize the cannon built-in, and consumes less power from its core than other forms. Attacks on this form are usually negated. Capable of deflecting and stopping tank and artillery shells just as easily as advanced MIRV enabled missiles. While not capable of fully deflecting nuclear level attacks, the carapace form is also the fastest to shift out of. It is often paired with the Raptor form to deal with threats it is not capable of stopping.

Raptor: The third form is aerial based, and by far the most draining on its power source. The form uses so much raw power to keep itself airborne that even during the daytime, it will lose its charge and be fully reliant on the internal source that also operates it. While it sacrifices duration, it loses nothing in overall speed, durability, general maneuverability, and firepower. Physical changes see a slight flaring of the lower torso plates, and a complete flattening of the upper plates. The upper plates serve as drag, and an emergency brake. Usage of this form takes full advantage of the suit's durability and can transform itself (metaphorically) into a tool of destruction.

The EXO-00 is unique in that it will not accept a human operator. It has dependencies on both internal and external power sources, and while it possesses its own onboard power supply, its boot process requires that of an external source to begin the start up and maintain its own charge. This external source also happens to be the pilot most of the time. It can be left alone to automatically defend a position, though its limitation is its tail jack and its length. This turns the suit into basically a glorified sentry turret. However, as it is on auto-pilot then, the suit will not be able to determine what it is defending, nor of friendlies or enemies. The only distinction it makes is whether the approaching object or person can serve as an effective power source. Should it accidentally destroy the external source that keeps it mobile and powered, it will quickly run out of power and probably fall over to one side. The same is true if it is unmanned and its jack is severed. Should its pilot return to find this state, it can be manually opened and restarted. In such this design and "flaws" thereof, the EXO-00 is not able to be hijacked by most individuals, nor can it actually be hacked into doing anything beneficial. As long as it has a sufficient power source, it will not run out of ammunition to fire with.

Weapon/ Item Name: Vorstellen Mark II

Sasska's current frame. Identical to the unnamed prototype frame she initially inhabited....at least in its humanoid design. Fully humanoid in appearance, the Vorstellen Mk.II utilizes a depleted promethium skeletal frame, as well as modified synthetic organs to simulate "real human anatomy", complete with "eroticized zones". It utilizes the Tachibi-14 photon power core, the model best known to absorb and convert energy from even daylight. This allows Sasska to operate consistently and without needing to recharge the core. The model's only seeming limitation is that it is very difficult and expensive to produce while maintaining this key quality.

The frame itself lacks the intimidation factor that the previous prototype frame had, though the body itself can be utilized as a deadly weapon via its construct materials and application of close quarter combat tactics just as well.

Defensively, the Vorstellen Mk. II sports full ABC shielding, built-in filters to appropriate organs to supplement the latter two categories of the aforementioned. As her skull (or equivalent replacement thereof) is made of depleted promethium, Sasska sports a very near immunity to gamma radiation. Since the incident that threatened her brain in her first siege, Sasska's brain is fully encased in a secondary "safe" known as the Aufrührer casing. Named for her tendencies, this form-fitting device makes the organic portion of her brain appear to be a direct extension of the artificial section that is ROSMARIN. This casing is bullet-resistant up to a .50 caliber round direct impact, and has stalk supports extending to the inner wall of her skull, to which those are welded to. This is to minimize severe jarring impacts, as well as serve as obstacles should someone manage to find an initial opening to directly attack the casing. Her brain is further shielded from organic and synthetic toxins due to her unique internal structuring. Redesigned...or rather, rerouted to take nutrients and other fluids solely through the brain stem, it passes through identifier filters controlled by ROSMARIN. This does not grant her an immunity from being poisoned, but merely an immunity from being poisoned in more traditional means. (i.e. consumption or injection).




[Ability Information]


Supernatural Condition: As a full-body replacement cyborg, Sasska possesses few traditional weaknesses. Her new frame supports all the capacities of the prototype she previously inhabited. Incredibly difficult to damage, highly mobile, and virtually bulletproof, the Mk. II frame is also deceiving due to its cosmetic and very human appearance. It leads people and opponents into believing they are engaging a human instead of cutting-edge offense and defense in a convenient humanoid form. The Vorstellen Mk. II now fully deflects conventional types of ammunition up to 30 mm rounds, though she will be forced back noticeably, and suffer a forced expulsion of the air within her body. Owing to its composite materials, most melee attacks require great force behind them to successfully damage this body, though heavier strikes (particularly blunt blows) tend to knock the wind out of her more reliably than any other type of weaponry. It has a top sprint speed of 27 meters/second, or just over 60 miles per hour, though it possesses a zero-to-sixty time of 25.2 seconds.

Regenerative capabilities: New with the Vorstellen Mk II frame is a property that is referred to as "regeneration". This regenerative factor is due to the presence of nanomachines contained within all of her synthetic organs. They are normally dormant and possess no means of defending themselves. Once Sasska has sustained damage however, they become active, and flood the site (s) and begin repairing, using their bodies as material. In the Vorstellen Mk II frame, these are used almost exclusively for cosmetic appearances. Due to the nature of the frame and its advanced capabilities, it is imperative that it appear human. This also happens to provide its user with an opportunity to interact with actual humans and not immediately be detected as "a robot". The nanomachines will utilize "reproduction" if a food source is available to them, leaving them with no particular end to how many there may be....unless there are no food sources nearby.


Secondary Operational Functionality:
Embedded within Sasska's head, and fused to the remaining organic section of her brain is the smart AI "ROSMARIN". ROSMARIN is an adventurous, free spirited thinking artificial intelligence that is revolutionary in its development. It identifies itself as "female". Designed to replace the Occipital and Temporal lobes of the brain as well as the Medulla Oblongata, ROSMARIN's functions match those capabilities. This places "her" naturally in charge of the functions associated with the portions replaced: Sight, Memory Retention, Facial Recognition, Sensory Input Processing, Language Comprehension, and storing new memories. Omitted from traditional duties is the Emotions. This, while built into ROSMARIN's hardware, is administered by Sasska.

ROSMARIN is a whole upgrade to her predecessor, GEHILFE. Intended to resolve conflicts, ROSMARIN was selected due to matching compatibility with that of Sasska's developing personality, as well as the ability for the scientists to modularly install what they needed her to do as the primary AI.

Fully shielded from Electromagnetic Pulses, ABC (Atomic, Biological, Chemical) attacks, hacking attempts, and general system surges of power, ROSMARIN serves primarily as an assistant to her host, providing sources of information, pulling up references and files available through a built-in wireless transmitter/receiver. ROSMARIN also can serve as a secondary operator for the frame. Should Sasska be rendered unconscious, routines written in her code enable and authorize the AI to temporarily seize control of the assets held by the organic brain. Unlike her predecessor, ROSMARIN's design and the design of the Vorstellen Mk. II cooperate to dispel excess heat at a far better rate than the prototype and GEHILFE. This extends the operating time of a single AI fully operating the frame from four hours to thirty-six hours. ROSMARIN is also synchronized with a second AI built into Sasska, to further extend the maximum time the frame can actively be operational. This is covered in the next section.




Tertiary Operational Functionality:
Referenced in the above section, a second AI has been embedded within the Vorstellen Mk. II frame, and synchronized with its primary AI, ROSMARIN. While the primary AI's duties handle social functions and resource availability, this secondary AI, dubbed "LANGWEILIG" is primarily responsible for the operations and user interface control of the EXO-suit and its abilities. This includes having breathable air collected and pumped to support Sasska's brain at higher speeds of the Raptor form of the suit.

It also serves as an early warning indicator for dangers approaching from behind, eliminating most of the expected blind spot. LANGWEILIG is installed in the L4 vertebrae of the Vorstellen Mk. II frame, and partially resembles a more armored personality core from a certain video game of noted fame. Its positioning serves as a socket with which the frame and suit connect, and maintain functionality. LANGWEILIG is equipped with two spindly metal arms with hands attached at the ends, with which to perform minor bypasses and make similarly, minor repairs. While it seems his "watchdog" role is fairly useless given that he is usually hidden either by clothing or Sasska's long hair, this AI is equipped with smart motion vision and thermal vision.

The AI itself is of a dry-humored, rather dull personality whose apparent social capacities do not exceed "small talk". LANGWEILIG's specialty though, lies in its diligence and unrelenting nature to the job at hand. As noted, LANGWEILIG identifies itself as male, though often questions what the female mindset is like. This is true only towards the two other minds found within the frame....though it could extend to any mind intruding. Unlike ROSMARIN, LANGWEILIG is a "dumb" AI. While he is limited to his field of expertise, he is a far more stable AI than his "smart" companion. ROSMARIN had to be paired with another mind to become stable and potentially be a final replacement, whereas LANGWEILIG is a standalone AI, capable of maintaining operational conditions and similar duties.

However, he does have one additional subset of programming found within his coding. LANGWEILIG is the tertiary operator of the frame and "the final say". Should the primary and secondary operators be somehow rendered "offline" for any means, this AI seizes all controls and assets held by the other two, and is hard coded to have a singular purpose. This purpose is to withdraw and lose pursuit, and red line it back to the laboratories for likely repairs and damage assessments. Due to his positioning and more simplistic role, LANGWEILIG possesses no actual limit as to how long he may actively operate the frame and suit. This tertiary control also possesses a failsafe. Should ROSMARIN become damaged and susceptible to hacking attempts, LANGWEILIG will unsynchronize from his companion AI and reroute all controls to bypass. He is also hack-proof, but on a more...limitational basis rather than the firewalled nature of ROSMARIN.

It's like trying to hack a tractor, involving lots of physical modifications and prying. He can defend himself both with the body (if he is in control), or by default, with his repair, five jointed arms. These are strong enough to punch holes through standard galvanized steel.



Weaponized Body: The entire body is designed to maximize the capabilities of already lethal forms of unarmed combat, eliminating most of the human limitations and weaknesses. Adding to this, Sasska is also outfitted with a list of built-in weaponry to extend her range temporarily.

  • Twin flamethrowers: Mounted on the insides of her wrists, they draw fuel from a storage tank within that supports continuous usage of both for up to ten minutes before complete depletion occurs.

  • Arm Blades: Mounted and hidden within Sasska's forearms. Spring-loaded forward. Depleted Promethium composite.

  • Heel blades: Manual activation. Three inch blades, spring loaded. Also composed of depleted promethium.

  • Plasma Cutter: Replacing her metal cutting laser for something "for the less patient and equally less subtle", the plasma cutter takes up more space on her forearms. Upon activation, sections of her forearms protrude upward and emit narrow, triangular "blades" of plasma that extend two feet beyond her fingertips. These function similarly to her metal cutting laser from the prototype frame, but take far less time in shearing through metals, flesh and bone. It does hold an impressive cutting power, however it is designed not to cut through depleted promethium, so as to avoid accidentally self-mutilating the user. It likely will also not get through molybdenum steel, due to the similar constructs and resistance that it provides. It has not been tested thoroughly against magical type weaponry, but is expected to hold up against any attack as if it were an actual blade. Current advances and lack of testing materials have led the developers at SHISA to conclude that the plasma weaponry onboard the Vorstellen Mk II will not cut through magical weaponry.





[Weakness Information]


Water: Despite having knowledge of how to swim well and the advances made to her person, Sasska still cannot successfully replicate the average human swimmer's pace. Treading water is a serious battle, and without the assistance of her EXO-suit, is all she will manage to do. While armed with operational plasma cutter blades and "standard" blades on her forearms, neither of these can be effectively utilized if she is attempting to stay afloat. With only minimal external armoring on the Vorstellen frame, Sasska is much lighter, and while she still sinks, moves at about the same rate as a human would move jogging up a steep hill. Her EXO-suit effectively negates this problem, but only if it's equipped.

Power: Like a human, Sasska requires external sources of nutrients with which to replenish her overall reserves as well as sustain her remaining organic parts. This, in theory, means she could starve to death.

Pain Threshold: With her new Vorstellen frame and the addition of millions of artificial nerve receptors buried just below her artificial skin that came with, Sasska is prone to feeling hits and reacting like a human that has never been seriously hit before. This can effectively overwhelm her mind and cause states of shock that can culminate in blacking out.

EMP: A weakness of the EXO-suit. While the Vorstellen's advanced technologies are fully shielded, as are the AI contained therein, the EXO-suit is not, and can be forcefully powered down via an overload. The suit does possess a moderate resistance to surges, but Electromagnetic pulses that affect large portions of cities are more than enough to overload the EXO-suit.

Maneuverability: Another weakness of the EXO-suit. While incredibly durable, it has no means of adapting itself in size. Smaller areas that it cannot normally walk through (like a sewer tunnel) force the user inside to get it to squat and advance...painfully slowly. It also cannot turn, and most of its weaponry is very limited in those close quarters.

Voices: Literally more than one voice in her head, Sasska has two AI competing for attention and recommending actions.....usually of opposite natures. This is a limitation of the human brain. With conflicting voices and an uncertainty of what path to take or choice to make, it's hard enough. Adding more voices (like some forms of mind control) only adds to the chaos, and adds to the probability that she'll overwork herself and break-down in disorganized panicked thoughts. (*note: Mind control does not directly work, only the implications of perhaps what to do).

Cherished Items:

A little Panda plushy, which was given to him by his stepfather, is one of the most precious treasures he possesses. He loves it very much and it became one of his closest friends. It is called Boris. Boris is always at Joan’s side and keeps him company. Sometimes the boy asks his plushy for advice, like in a game or if he was insane enough to believe he would answer.
His other cherished item is a High-tech wheelchair that his stepfather had custom made for him. This piece of high electronics has an integrated computer system, monitor and hologram projector. It can levitate, has a strong barrier field for protection and attached weaponry. The electronics are from high end producers like Lex Corps, Star Labs and Wayne Tech, combined with software specially made for Joan’s needs. As extra to all this, the boy earned some custom made sunglasses, or so they look. Joan is bound to this wheelchair and very fond of the comfort his stepfather gifted him with.

Joan has a very sensitive and fragile mind. The right and wrongs of this world mean little to him. His only lead in society is the philosophical view of his stepfather, so he orientates through that. He consumed it in, but due to his past, Joan morphed the world in his mind, so that it would fit the rules of this philosophical viewpoint.

Joan honors the efforts of others and never his own, but hates failures and will not hesitate to correct them and punish the failing. He has great respect for heroes and villains with a true goal and despises all those who are working on a level of greed and incompetence. His stepfather’s work is the most important. Joan lives to fill in the roll of the next successor of his business and aims to be a reflection of his cruelty and cleverness.

Personality

Joan has a very fragile mind, due to his dark past. He tries to forget about it, but it hunting him wherever he goes. That and the influence of his stepfather shaped it to be one of the cruelest young criminals of his time. He’s polite and friendly to those he respects, but cruel and merciless to those opposing him. Joan lets the world know what he thinks of it. Some call him a maniac, since he does not care about losing one or two gang members to his strict crime policies.
Others know him as an overactive fan boy. He likes to blog in the internet and rage about anyone who makes mistakes in genre, character description or history postings. He considers the Control-Freak his arch rival in the World Wide Web.
Joan is fascinated with machines and technology, which makes him a genius among the last piece of the world’s mind. The system he could not infiltrate has yet to be built, so most scientists under his stepfather say.

But beyond that, Joan is just your average little boy, seeking the warmth and love of his father and wanting to be acknowledged by him.


Biography

The Beginning

Joan was born to a family of scientists, studying the growth of the human brain. His mother was a very patient person, but her husband worked more with chemicals and calculations. One day he was pressed much by the Lex Corp and had to bring up results. Since he ran out of test subjects, he wanted to take his son for that, but his wife refused and got killed in the process. Joan’s father took his son with him to a remote lab he had outside of Metropolis. Together with an assistant from Lex Corp he began researching. He injected some strange biologic/chemical liquid into Joan. Four years he experimented on the kid and changed locations very often, due to Police involvement. The boy showed no signs of changes and Lex Corp grew tired of this man and expelled the project themselves. The police captured Joan’s father and brought the boy into an orphanage. However the assistant fled and vanished.

Three weeks after this, Joan was adopted by a nice looking family from Gotham City. When he reached his new home however they were unmasked being robots under the control of his father’s assistant. He threw the boy in a cell in the basement. A small room without windows and a heavy steel door, cold concrete walls became his new home and the assistant recreated the former experiments anew. Joan suffered through this constant punishment and pain for seven years. He lived in the dark, was fed with leftovers and had no connection to the outside world whatsoever. Once he tried to flee his prison and was pushed down the stairway by the assistant, breaking his legs and paralyzing half his spine muscles. Unable to move anything besides his head, arms and hands, he was thrown back into the cell and the torment started over again. He had to write complex theories and mathematical calculations of which he had no idea what they were for. For every failure he did, no matter how small and insignificant they were, he was punished with kicks to the rips or face. The assistant injected more of the chemical substance into his body and kept torturing the boy merciless.

With the time passing, Joan lost his grasp for the reality. The pain never stopped and he bled from many wounds all across his body. But it all was about to change. One day the door to his cell opened and he flinched in fear of his next punishment. But this time it wasn’t his captor who entered the small windowless room beneath the ground. It was a tall man with an exotic skin color like he had never seen before. The mantle and garment he was wearing were pitch black. It was like they actually fused with the thick shadows of this cell. When that giant of a man came down, Joan could see two others stand right behind him. He tried to push himself further against the corner wall. The man petted the boy gently and took him up, realizing how badly injured he really was. Joan was unsure if he could trust this, but the warmth and comfort was something unfamiliar and overwhelming. He grabbed around the man’s shoulders in fear he would disappear before his eyes. “We’re done here.”, he heard him say with a dark voice. “What about that lunatic up there?”, one of the armed men behind him spoke. Everything started to vanish and fade. Joan blacked out and lost consciousness while hearing his savior state with a cold disgust: “Get rid of him.”


Living with the Devil

The man who had saved him, adopted Joan and he cared for him ever since. His name was Ming Tzu Haotzu. He was a great man with the trading business, in- and exports as well as the Black Market. He’s working with clients from all over the world, keeping a white west from the outside covering his dark core. Ming could not undo the damage done to his adopted son, but even if he could, Joan would reject it. He felt like it had to be. Even though the two had a rough start at first, Joan slowly grew found of his new stepfather, who gave him whatever he desired. Books to read, a piano to play on, a high tech wheelchair custom made for his needs, a plush panda and even an own bank account with money to spend. Sometimes he asked for very strange or hard to get objects, but his stepfather never disappointed him.

“An old timer…no…a basement garage filled with them… Real one… A pack of Dobermans that I could play with when you’re not at home… My own science lab… An atelier for my constructive passion… I ask you once and you grant me anything… But why do I wish? Because of greed or because I’ve been testing you? I do not know myself…”

One year after his release, Joan’s IQ rose so significant that he was released from school attendance due to the lack of teachers capable of teaching him. He was easily bored. He found entertainment by hacking chat rooms, forums, web sites and industry servers first. Later on, he infiltrated several military servers, causing a panic amongst several nations. However he was never caught. Ming took him to some business meetings with different people like Lex Luthor and Bruce Wayne. He learned from his father and showed quite talented skills of acting, for he played as if he was a normal little kid. He also showed big interest in the company itself. Joan asked questions about it and even offered different solutions to several problems his workers couldn’t handle. Seeing the interest of his son growing for his work, Ming allowed him to do some business chores for him, but under the protection of several guards. Joan grew to like the work and managed to gather Intel on the subjects he dealt with. The Joker, Bane, Star Labs, Wayne Tech, Lex Corps. These are just a few of the faces he met during his work.


In between RP-Story Piece
“You’re not getting more for this, kid.” “Seriously?”, Joan smiled and folded his hands. He held a biro and was clicking it constantly. “Luthor will be pleased with the quality, however it is not as we discussed.” A man said and let his people take a cart of wares out of the hall. He waved at the kid victorious. “Just leave before—Argh!” A shot struck the man in the back of his knee, forcing him down. The group of soldiers returned armed and aimed for the child in the wheelchair. One of the man helped his superior up, who was shot. The boy held a gun in his hand. He flicked a switch on it and it transformed back into the shape of a biro. “What Lex Loser thinks is…of no concern to this matter… If you don’t pay the deal straight…I will find another way of payment for you…” The soldiers opened fire and the hall sunk into the smoke of gunpowder and the sound of bullets hitting the walls.

After the night released the rays of sun, Luthor came to check on his late men. He found to his surprise, the dead bodies of his troops and a holo globe over the crate with wares. He closed in on it and it unfolded. It showed Joan smiling in his wheelchair with the same devilish victorious smile that he often saw on his stepfather’s face. “Greetings, Lex Luthor… I hope you don’t mind… Your men wanted to keep some of the payment, so I had to… …balance it out… A few dead soldiers shouldn’t be much of a problem to you…” He waved at him. “A pleasure doing business with you.”


But he felt like he had to do more. He owed Ming for saving him and taking him in. So he decided to work harder and even deal with those interrupting their business. He gathered knowledge about robotic science and started building some himself. Joan loved the machines and how he could make them do what he wants. Soon he was all into that. But not only that… He worked on several Blogs in the World Wide Web, stating his approval and disapproval with several heroes and villains. He coded the Blog so that only selected members can enter it. However, one day a guy named the Control-Freak breached his lock and spammed the Blog for several days. He insulted Joan openly and stole some of his date, deleing it from the main server at Joan’s home. Furious about this encounter, Joan pledged to take his revenge on him someday. The two went against each other on the Internet several times. And Control-Freak loved to bug him over and over.

After working up the Intel again and recreating and enhancing his protections, Joan felt like something was off. Soon he heard from the news that several heroes of the Justice League vanished all around the world. With a smile he welcomed this state of chaos, for it was good to their business, but having the chance to work so freely makes it far too easy for them and dangerous, too. This bothered him much. Joan decided to investigate the situation and gathered Intel from all around the world. He was then contacted by someone named the Calculator on his secure private server. Impressed and a little bit annoyed by it, he decided to listen to him. Calculator insisted to find out about the source of the missing heroes in the world…

“So…?” “Think about it that way, Joan. If this source can eradicate Heroes, what makes us think it can’t do the same to us Villains?” “Hm…fair point…I did not expect someone else to look upon this matter that way…” “So you were going to go for it all along. Just as expected.” “And I will take my time finding out about you too, sir. I don’t like people sniffing in my Intel or breaking into my system.” “Like the Control-Freak, I know. But I had to take the chance and challenge.” “Nice… Someone worthy of my time…”

Joan decided to look into this phenomenon and keep the business of his family company up. He would never let it go down with this chaotic world.

Control-Freak is a menace. Joan hates him for messing with his Intel in the past. He often argued with him in Chat rooms or his Blog. His people often try to hold back money from the company. So he kills them and hopes it would change, but it has not so far.

Ming Tzu Haotzu is a businessman working in trade, in- and exports as well as the Black Market. His company “Shar khar“ („Yellow Dark“) is one of the most wide spread trading companies worldwide. On the white (right) side, Ming is known to be a serious and kind man who drives fair bargains with his clients. He spends his money for public and nature services (saving the rain forest, protecting rare animal specimens, helping people in crisis cities, restoring antique buildings). On his dark core however, Ming is quite the opposite. He deals with illegal wares, weapons, medicine, substances & military plans. His influence on the Black Market is covered by his codename “Diavol” (Devil), which he gained by his strategic cruelty and the merciless ways he frees himself from useless peasants. Ming as Diavol is known for not taking excuses on left out payment. He never leaves without and only blood and dead suffice for comparable value to his service. When Lex Luthor wished to gain control of a substance known to increase brain growth, he ordered his men to locate and storm the building. During the raid he was present and found Joan, which he took in. He adopted the boy and raised him under his roof, training him to be a cruel salesman just like his father. There is no one who makes him shake in fear.

[Weapon Information]

Biro Construct/ Biro C-13:
It’s a biro, looks like a biro, but doesn’t work like one. This little device is capable of forming into hand fire weapons, daggers, laser and laser swords. It is a very complex, electronically wonder from the workshop of this young inventor. The biro was made due to the decision of Joan joining his stepfather’s company. Ming was worried about the health and safety of his adopted son and always overloaded his jobs with guards and protection convoys. Joan found it too extreme and it would have hindered their business massively, so he decided to protect himself.

Wheelchair/ TC – 3-44:
The Wheelchair Joan is bound to, is more than just a simple mean of transportation. It’s like the boys mobile communication & defense server. Ming had it custom made for the boy’s needs. However, the young lad modified it himself over time, joyful of the technological superiority. The Wheelchair harbors many different, useful gadgets, like a Holo projector, a virtual connect interface, stand-alone radio frequency detector, high end memory capacity, a built in compute system, radar, strong barriers, projectile shielding, a device for levitation, comfortable seat, a massive among of hacking software and more. Joan himself calls it his mobile workshop. He uses it to gain Intel, mislead the police, creating plans for escape routes and other business important things. It also provides him with a phone that is directly connected to his stepfather’s private cell phone, shielded from the touch of common and military hacking/high jacking programs. Joan tinkered with his Wheelchair over the course of time and integrated laser weapons, a joystick and controller, as well as a cooler and toaster into it.

Tech Glasses / G-KV-03:
The glasses/lenses Joan sometimes wears when on the job. It is a small device hanging over his ears like earplugs or a piece of a headset. It has a microphone connected to it, reaching to close to his mouth. The whole object is covered in a silver lack with little blue lines/electric paths running through it. The left side has a small table of bluish buttons. The right side had a touch panel that activated a virtual interface in form of sunglasses above the eyes (sight height). It has a visor, multi spectrum visual, heat reader, a cam that records the sight visual and night vision. It also functions in connection with his TC-3-44 and his RD-55 (the gloves) when manipulating machines. Through them he can see the situation from the machines point of view. (Like with planes, sitting in the virtual pilot seat)

Multi-Function Gloves / RD-55:
His gloves, two fingerless gauntlets like pieces of light, white metal with many touch panels and buttons on them, are another piece of equipment he invented. They are used for breaking locks, close up combat (due to light blade (much like ME3 Omni-Tool) and in combination with his G-KV-03 and the TC-3-44, he can manipulate machinery in a radius of 9 km² (nearly a hundred different machines at once) around his wheelchair. If this is connected with local network, the radius can grow up to 900 km² (about 34 different machines at once). Satellite connection gives him a world wide range, but limits his control to a maximum of ten different machineries. His growing brain activity lets him direct multiple machines during different battles without problems, but their size and complexity changes the numbers occasionally. The gloves are used to work on a digital or virtual interface console, which only reveals the data to the G-KV-03 when activated. Through them he engages the system directly and steers cars, tanks, planes and motorcycles or gives orders to security systems or aims sentry guns at soldiers on a military base.

Robots / R-Class:
The R-Class is the code name for his arsenal of robot constructions. He inspires his machines at first from human and animal standards. (R-00 is a simple Scarab shaped scout drone; R-11 is a robot Python; R-16 is a Doberman shaped dog robot; R-101 is the first humanoid robot (flying head with laser eyes, covered in a cloak); R-110 is a cybernetic Woman robot that actually looks pretty much human (besides the missing skin and the blue glowing eyes)) Joan builds them out of sheer boredom and due to his love for robotic mechanism and machinery. Each robot has its own unique technique to deal with attackers. They are specialized in combat, but only few are made for infiltration and stealth missions only.

IQ Overlord:
Joan has a massive among of brain power. His IQ is one of the highest readings ever taken by a boy of his age. He’s capable of thinking rationally and tactical, solving complicated problems with ease and still keeping up the image of a helpless child till the last possible moment. His talent for complex machines makes him a challenge for the local military. Joan easily gets bored, due to that growing intelligence, but he keeps himself busy by playing quite dangerous pranks to political and science organizations, by passing off data, deleting certain files or plunging the system in virus-chaos. Still he keeps his young and childish behavior close.

Extreme Multitasking:
Joan is capable of doing more than one thing at the same time and better than your average multitasking standards. Joan has the skill to pilot three jets, five tanks and a submarine while reading date profiles of each course and keeps the target locked without using any automatic steering’s.

Boris the Panda Plushy:
Boris is not a plush bear in Joan’s eyes. He’s his closest friend and part of his family. The plush Panda was given to him by his father. He wishes no harm on it and would even sacrifice himself for that little toy. Boris always remains close to him, so it easily becomes a target for kidnapping.

Nerd Rage:
Joan is a very serious person when it comes to information. If anyone would ever make a mistake with any genre, fan-dome or Intel on worldly matters, he often falls into some sort of Nerd Rage. He bickers and arguers until his statement and horded information have corrected the abuser, what leaves him open and compromises his multitasking skills tremendously.

Close to the heart:
Joan loves his stepfather more than anything in the world. If he somehow would have gotten in danger and be used as leverage, Joan wouldn’t hesitate to submit in defeat. Would his stepfather die in an accident or being murdered, Joan would send his murderer, himself and the world to hell.

Fear of the dark & narrow:
Joan is traumatized due to the harsh childhood he had. The torture and punishment he received during these days and the room he had lived in, shaped his soul with this strengthen weakness. The boy hates tiny rooms and narrow hallways. …even more when they are hardly enlightened or complete dark. He often breathes uncontrollably and cramps into his wheelchair, stating that he wants out or he wishes the pain to stop. He loses all senses and skill, becoming just a small frightened child.

The Punishment for Failure:
…something that even shocks the heroes when seeing it for the first time. Joan’s past has marked him for live, but not just on the outside. When he enters a fight on his own or knows about an upcoming ambush, he always acts to the way it would fit the situation. If he miscalculated something however, he gets mad ad himself and starts to bit his arms, slaps his face or even puncture his body with biros or knifes. He curses his incompetence and cries, pleading his stepfather to forgive him.

Personality
Leander is definitely two sides of one coin. He is a kind individual who can be very comical at times and is smart at reading facial expressions during social situations. He is quite eloquent and is far from shy; he enjoys epic debates and public speaking.
Though on the other side of the coin, mainly while working, he is a fiery politician and will not settle for anything below his standards. He is a keen debater and an intelligent speaker who will pick out opposition speeches and relay the problems to the public. This is just one of the reasons he became the Leader of the Tritonis Coalition.

Biography
Leander of Tritonis was always going to be an interesting individual, with his parents already high up in Atlantis' social and political hierarchy it was nigh impossible to escape becoming some sort of political figure; whether he was advocating women's rights along side his mother, Atlantis' leading feminist thinker, or a politician like his Father who was the leader of Atlantis' Liberal Party. Leander enjoyed an almost celebrity status before he was born. So, as a result, growing up was hard and made all the more harder as his parents shipped him off to boarding school to get the education he deserved. It was the best of educations but Leander just didn't feel as if he belonged. He was destined for bigger things in not just the eyes of his teachers but in his own opinion too. He excelled at almost everything from Mathematics to the Sciences and even at the physical activities such as crafting and sports.

Soon enough, Leander would graduate from the Private School at the top of his class in almost every respect and go on to attend the Central University in Tritonis. Back in his home town, studying his favourite subjects of Law and Politics, Leander was beginning to finally live up to everyone's expectations. But his Father's attitude had slowly began to change. Leander's Father began to speak out against the crown. Riots ensued. The Royals were forced to clean up the mess. And Leander's family was torn apart. His father was sentenced to Labour in the Kryptonite Mines. Alone, angry, Leander's Mother divorced his Father whilst he was in the mines; citing that the patriarch of their family was not only setting a bad example for her son but also damaging her work as an activist and estranging her from her family. Leander argued with his Mother calling her a traitor and she eventually disowned him. Leander was now left in charge of the family affairs and never saw his Mother again.

Estranged from his Mother, missing his Father and angry at King Orin and the Royals for their part in his family's destruction; Leander set about reorganizing the Democratic Party during his time at University. He took in independent members, allied himself with the Labour Unions and eventually formed the Tritonis Coalition. Leander had achieved his Father's dream and not even old enough to vote had become a huge voice within the political theatre and what was more...

Was that people actually liked him.

Leander was sowing the seeds of revolution, however, more urgent matter soon became apparent when Orin disappeared. Atalntis went into a strange type of Civil War; multiple factions of the Royal family were vying for control of Leander's home and liking neither side Leander remained neutral. He simply held out in Tritonis with a small force of Guerilla Soldiers. He repelled the likes of Black Manta and Ocean master and even the Royals. Until eventually, Orin's Uncle took control of the Throne and put Orin's distant cousin Cassandra on the throne so that he could puppeteer her; in all honesty, Cassandra had no real power but that didn't matter to Leander. In his eyes, she was no Queen of his and he set himself up as her main political opponent.

This opposition didn't even let up when Nathaniel Grant, the Sinestro Soldier, pranced high and mighty into Atlantis demanding the Atlantean's help his suicidal campaign against the surface world. Despite being ordered to join the fray, Leander and the Coalition stayed put in their stronghold in Tritonis. Taking control of the mine while the army was away fighting and eventually battled Cassandra.

The battle was long and arduous but after a couple of days, Leander stormed the Palace, engaged Cassandra and eventually destroyed her trident. Revealing it as a fake. Cassandra was banished with her Father, for impersonating the crown. The heir gone, a political vacuum was once again formed which Leander was expected to fill.

But soon after getting rid of one Royal obstacle, another emerged, Dean Meriweather. Leander was once again locking horns with a royal, the apparent true heir of Orin. But After Cassandra, Leander only wanted Justice for his people and the only way for him to get that was to demand the head of the one responsible for the massacre at Dropaway Beach: The Green Lantern...

[Weapon Information]

Leander's Trident: Leander's Trident is normal in the fact that it has three prongs and has not got any mystical powers as such. On the blade, before the point are carvings of fish with the blades protruding from each fishes mouth. The handle is made out of bone from deceased mer-people from Tritonis.

Thanks to his access of the Kryptonite Mine, Leander was able to put a Kryptonite Gem just underneath the three prongs.

Underneath the bone handle there is a special metal that when struck vibrates easily and for a long time; the sound which is emitted can only be heard by superhumans and often causes them pain. It also has been known to interrupt the sonar capabilities of Organic Beings and mechanical devices.

The prongs can also be folded up and hidden; the Trident can then be turned into an extra durable fishing rod with a hook, a feature by his own design.

Atlantean Physiology: The physiological make-up of the average Atlantean is dramatically different from that of a normal human being. Although a splinter species of baseline humanity, Atlanteans have evolved over the centuries and have adapted physical characteristics that make them more suited for life beneath the sea. Circe's personality is full of joy, love, and rage. She is a violent storm in progress, especially when ticked off. Aside from it all, her she is seductive and manipulative and it is very hard to determine if she is being sincere or jerking everyone's strings around.

Biography Circe is an ancient, immortal sorceress of incredible power. Over 1,200 years B.C., Circe was a princess of Colchis, but according to her own words, her subjects objected to her killing her weak husband. Driven out of the kingdom, she found refuge on a small island, Aeaea, and began to accumulate considerable magical power--but it was limited to the island. She used the Sirens to lure seafarers to the island, but it was not enough to sate her lust for power. The goddess Hecate would answer her prayers, desiring for Circe to be the instrument of Hecate's own revenge against the Greek gods. She made Circe a proposition: immortality, eternal beauty, and incredible power in exchange for her soul (Hecate's soul would go to Circe). Circe agreed, and after the exchange, Hecate's body was destroyed. But before she died, the goddess made a prophecy: "Upon the death of witch and the birth of witch, Hecate, by name and choice, shall repossess her soul." Circe did not pay much attention to the prophecy at first, elated by her incredible powers. She razed the kingdom of Colchis in a single day and developed the power to turn people into animals. The terror of her name and power quickly spread throughout the ancient world. Circe, driven by Hecate's hatred, fanned the flames of sexual alienation: men and women had always distrusted one another to an extent, she merely fanned such flames, sewing suspicion and betrayal wherever she went. When the Amazons were born, Circe was wary, but Ares assured her that they were his to destroy. The ancient Amazons were brought down by Heracles, and Antiope led half the Amazons against Athens--but the city was not destroyed, as Theseus and Antiope reached a peace--and then were married. Circe found Ariadne, the former wife of Theseus, and used her powers to let the angered queen slip into Antiope's bedroom and murder her as she slept. This would prove one of the key events in the history of the Amazons of Bana-Mighdall: Pythia and her Amazons blamed the murder on Theseus, while Theseus blamed them for the death of Antiope. This is precisely what Circe wanted.

Circe remained on Aeaea for three thousand years, venturing out to cause more chaos and destruction, but by modern times she had all but retreated to the island itself, setting herself up as an eccentric recluse; the island continued to have a bad reputation.

When Wonder Woman made her debut, Circe was distressed to find that some Amazons were still alive. Diana's message of peace reached even the inhabitants of Aeaea, and after some time they began to resent and hate the witch on the island. Even some of her Beastiamorphs turned against her. Circe felt that the time of Hecate's prophecy was close at hand -- Hecate was a moon goddess, as was the goddess Diana. She thus believed that Wonder Woman (Diana) was the second witch of the prophecy, and that if Diana killed her then Hecate's power would manifest in her. But Circe feared killing Diana directly, as that might also fulfil the spell. Thus, Circe decided to capture Diana when she was visiting Greece with some friends and revert her back into the clay and mud from which she was born. Circe's plan would have succeeded if not for the intervention of Hermes, who destroyed her tower and transported the witch away from Wonder Woman and her friends.

War of the Gods

Circe enacted a plan to destroy the spirit of the earth, Gaea, thus leading to the crossover War of the Gods, which required the gathering of all of Earth's superheroes. Prior to the event itself, Circe enacted a scheme to destroy Hippolyta and her Amazons (see Wonder Woman (Diana) under "War of the Gods" for further details about the witch's machinations).

Realizing that her enemy, Wonder Woman, might interfere with her plans, Circe arranged for her kidnapping and transport to New Olympus, where she must defend her Greek patrons against the Roman gods' champion, Captain Marvel. While the heroes deal with the warring deities, Black Adam, Captain Marvel's archenemy, recruits the Suicide Squad to help him launch an attack on Circe's fortress. Circe's spells had failed owing to the interference of Klarion the Witch Boy, who managed to disrupt the witch's plans. She escapes to Themyscira, where she kills Wonder Woman by devolving her back into the clay from which she was formed. While this happens, Olympus appears next to Earth in its own dimension, threatening to destroy all of existence. The world's heroes try to convince the gods to lay down their arms and join them in facing the true enemy manipulating them. With Captain Marvel freed from his Roman masters' influence and Wonder Woman brought back to life, Gaea regains her strength, and the War of the Gods is finished but at the price of the life of the Olympian gods Hermes and Eris, and seemingly Circe herself--but the witch was not truly dead, and Hecate was denied Diana's soul.

With the Gods leaving the Earthly plane, Circe, horrified with the thought of spending eternity in limbo with Athena, joined forces with Hercules as his lover and partner. They planned together to rule the world as gods but she had her own sinister motives in mind.

Circe empowered Wonder Woman's rogues gallery, specifically Cheetah, Giganta, and Doctor Psycho in an effort to lure Diana out of hiding. The trio captured the new Wonder Woman, Donna Troy and subsequently captured Wonder Girl. With Diana, under the guise of Agent Diana Prince, following Hercules with the help of Agent Tom Tresser, to her hideout where she betrayed Hercules by turning him into Minotaur-like beast. She revealed herself to Diana. Circe then stole Diana's powers, explaining her rationale for doing so was to avenge wronged women whom she believed Diana had no real interest in helping. Along with Diana's powers, she stole Donna's, Cassie's and Hercules' powers as well, claiming the mantle of Wonder Woman.

After completing the spell, Circe proceeds to slaughter slave traders in various cities, freeing thousands of women. Diana and Hercules join together and mount an assault on Circe's island and base of Aeaea. Sneaking past her defenses with a high-tech jet, Diana and Hercules managed to infiltrate her island. Though it would not be long before Circe discovered and attacked them. Despite this, Diana managed to escape from Circe as she stole back her lasso. Diana took control of one of Circe's beasts and infiltrated her temple. Circe on the other-hand captured Diana with Wonder Girl's lasso from Ares. Before Circe managed to kill Diana, she was attacked herself by Hercules. Hercules revealed his and Circe's plan and revealed that he wanted the power of the gods himself. Holding a sickle to her throat, Hercules forced Circe to transfer the power of the gods to him. However, Circe would be forced to remove the first spell and grant the power back to Diana before she would be able to cast a new one. The power of the gods was removed from Circe and Diana reclaimed her title as Wonder Woman...just in time for her entire rogues gallery to attack her.

Circe developed her own malicious plan once again. Employing Everyman to pose as Diana Prince's boss, Sarge Steel, she enabled the Department of Meta-human affairs to begin pursuing Wonder Woman for Maxwell Lords murder. By kidnapping Tom Tresser, Circe managed to lead Wonder Woman into a trap that led to her imprisonment. Circe's plan continued when she was allowed entrance to Paradise Island. With her powers, she seemingly resurrected the first Wonder Woman, Hippolyta and informed her of Diana's imprisonment by the United States, which led to a declaration of war by the Amazons. Circe confronted Wonder Woman in her cell and presented to her a different point of view on right and wrong and the changes in society that may make what they thought was wrong, right all along.

With Circe manipulating both sides of the conflict between the United States and the Amazons, she managed to gain control of nuclear warheads pointed directly at Paradise Island's coordinates. As Wonder Woman and Circe battled each other in Washington D.C., she revealed her plans. Though the very ears she hoped would not hear them did. Hippolyta and a group of Amazonian warriors overheard Circe's plan and with a spear, Hippolyta stabbed Circe. Circe told Diana to finally usurp the throne as she vanished away.

Circe has now been recovering from her wounds and spent time in solitude on the Isles of Aeaea, an island not too far from Themyscira. Currently, she is contacting someone just as vile as she is from another dimension in hopes that some kind of event will be pulled off for the betterment of Earth.

Personality
Overall, he's actually a rather calm, collected guy. It is only when someone mentions the Flash, or he sees some story about how the Flash saved someone from some fire or fight or anything that he gets angry. He doesn't want to hurt anyone else. His only problem lies with the Flash, beyond that, he doesn't want anyone to get hurt, and he certainly doesn't want to be the one hurting people.

Biography
Jefferson grew up having a fairly normal childhood. He grew up being a fan of the Flash, and loved hearing stories about him. Since he was old enough to remember, he wanted to meet the speedster. He was a normal kid going to a normal school, with other normal kids. He grew up loving most animals, birds especially, and once went to school with feathers from a down pillow in his hair. This earned him the nickname Birdboy, which was often shortened into just Birdy. For the most part, he didn't care. He saw it more as a compliment than an insult. That point of view lasted for a couple years, until he couldn't take the taunting anymore, at which point, he grew to hate the name.

When he was ten, he was out with his family as they ran normal errands. His parents left him in the car while they took his brother, who was seventeen, into the bank. A handful of robbers entered the building and held everyone hostage while his parents were in there. Jeff didn't know anything was wrong until the robbers ran out of the bank and drove off. He watched the car race off, and mere seconds later, the building exploded. Since the car was parked right out front, it was caught in the blast and thrown away from the building. It landed upside down, and Jeff was knocked unconscious.
While he was unconscious, his metagenes, which he'd had since birth, activated and the bones in his back shifted and moved to make room for the new wings. He woke two days later in a hospital room, and immediately started to panic. Scared and knowing something was wrong, he immediately tried to get free of the wires and tubes and needles around him and in him. His actions alerted a nurse and she came and sedated him. The next time he woke, he was no longer in the hospital. The room he was in was white, and held nothing but him. As he got to his feet, some extra weight on his back had him falling over. He looked over his shoulder to see what was there and screamed at the sight of the wings. Scared and not knowing what was going on, he activated his pyrokinesis and his hands lit aflame. The fire quickly spread up his arms and covered his body, causing him to scream louder. He was too scared to notice the fire wasn't burning him. Someone came into the room to figure out why he was screaming. As he crouched to defend himself, the fire spread down the rest of his body and onto the floor. The fabric on the floor caught fire and started to spread.
The person who had come to check on him ran to get something to put the fire out, and he took the opportunity to run. He ran out of the room and searched for the door. He lit a lot of things on fire trying to find the exit, and he figured out while he was searching that the fire wasn't hurting him. That knowledge put him a little more at ease, only enough to help him get out of there. Once he was out, he searched for a hiding place, and it was two hours before he was able to make the fire go away. After that, he went back to his home to find his parents and hope they could help. The house was unoccupied, and he had to force himself not to get upset. He didn't want to catch on fire again, after all. Getting a fresh change of clothes and a couple things to remember his family by, he left again.

For a year, he did his best to avoid getting in situations that would upset or scare him because he didn't want to accidentally light himself on fire again. This meant avoiding people as much as possible, since he didn't want anyone freaking out over his wings. Towards the end of that first year, he found someone who claimed they were like him. They taught him the basics of how to control his fire powers as well as his wings(which he still hadn't used). A few months later, he had learned how to control his powers and was no longer worried about accidentally lighting anything on fire.

In the second year since gaining his powers, he started to pay more attention to the news. He saw reports of the Flash and was reminded of his love for the hero. At the same time, he realized that Flash hadn't been there to save his family. Why not? He was there to save everyone else, was he not? Why hadn't he saved his family? He was fast enough for everyone else, just not him.

He grew angry, and it was that point when he decided to train himself to be able to fight the Flash. The Flash didn't know him now, but he would make sure the speedster would remember him. He would make the hero pay for letting his family die.

Flame Sword: He has the ability to make fire solid enough to be used as a weapon. His favorite weapon is a flame sword. He keeps a bladeless hilt of a sword and creates a blade on it.

Flame Bow: Similar to the sword hilt, he carries around a bow grip, and creates the rest of the bow, including the string and arrows, around it.

Pyrokinesis: He can create and manipulate fire. Depending on the substances alight, and any impurities outside, the color of the flame and the fire's intensity will be different. His flames, since he creates his own, are more red than they are orange.

┈┈⇢Weapon Creation: He can create weapons from nothing, and is capable of creating any weapon he wants. Below are the weapons he prefers to use.
┈┈┈⇢Pyrokinetic Bow Construction: He can create bows and arrows of flame to fight his enemies.
┈┈┈⇢Pyrokinetic Blade Construction: He can construct blade weapons of various shapes and sizes out of fire. Some blades are a mere instant spark from friction, while others may last forever, depending on the skill of the user. The flames can increase the cutting edge by using high temperature to melt and disintegrate the target.
┈┈┈⇢Pyrokinetic Whip Creation: He can create whips and ropes of fire. He tends to use this as a last resort, when sword and bow aren't working and he knows his only chance of survival is escape. He uses the whip to disable his enemies in some way, then flees.

┈┈⇢Pyrokinetic Creature Creation: He is able to create beings of fire or shape existing flames into wanted shapes and control them. He can make them stronger by adding more fire to their being. He can also delete the creature once he no longer wants them around.

Swordsmanship: Since he was fourteen, he's been training himself to fight with the flame sword. He's had a little bit of help along the way, but for the most part, he's trained himself. He's gone up against a few select heroes to test his abilities, and, upon failing, goes back home and trains harder to be able to fight against the moves that were used on him.
Marksmanship: This applies only to his flame bow. Given the fact that his arrows are made from his own fire, after he lets one loose he can control where it hits. He has gotten good at aiming before he lets the arrow loose, but if he realizes he's going to miss, he changes the arrow's direction enough to land it's mark. Because of this, he is not nearly as good an aim with a real physical bow, and is more likely to miss using one of those.
Organic Metal Feathers: He can change the feathers on his wings at will, making them solid and appear metallic. The hardened wings can make for great weapons, since the edges of the feathers are sharp and can be used to slice his enemies. However, he rarely uses it this way. He normally uses the metal wings as a shield, when his flame shield won't do the trick. They won't stop a bullet at close range, but they can block most close quarter combat attacks.
Flight He has wings that are dark red/almost black, and grant him the ability to fly.



[Weakness Information]


Pyrokinesis: Some weaknesses in relation to his power include:
┈⇢Control: Unconscious use of his power can be catastrophic. He normally doesn't have a problem with this, but if he's in a situation he sees as stressful and he gets knocked out or sedated, or alternatively, has a nightmare while he sleeps, he can subconsciously activate his power. When that happens, he has no actual control over it and can destroy more than he means to or wants.
┈⇢Water-based attacks: This usually applies to his weapons. He has a hard time keeping his weapons lit and usable if he's soaked or getting soaked. And without his weapons, he's easy to defeat.
┈⇢Freezing environments: Like the water, it is difficult for him to create fire in frigid environments. He can create a small flame, one that's just big enough to keep him warm, but he is not able to make a weapon from it
┈⇢Oxygen: If there is no oxygen in the environment, he cannot create his fire. However, if there was no oxygen around him, he'd probably be unconscious.
┈⇢Fire immunity: He can create and manipulate his own flames, but he cannot manipulate pre-existing fire. Because of this, he can still be burned by fire that he didn't create. He is immune to his own fire, just not any other flames.
Pyrokinetic Creature Creation: There are, naturally, some weaknesses to this ability.
┈⇢Water-based abilities can destroy the creatures. They can withstand some water, but too much at once disperses them.
┈⇢Since the creatures are created from fire that Jeff manifests, if he is knocked unconscious, he loses connection with the creature and the creature 'dies'. Him getting doused or encased in water doesn't effect the creatures. The reason for this is, once he has created them, they are independent enough to survive without contact with him. However, since they are connected to his mind, knocking him out would make the creatures go away.
┈⇢Another note-worthy thing about the creatures is that he can only create one at a time. He only has two that he likes to make, but he cannot create both at the same time. If he does, it becomes too much of a strain on him and makes him weaker.
Wings: Like his other limbs, his wings can be used against him. The way his arms or legs could be broken or twisted back to unbalance or dissuade him from fighting, his wings can be used this way too. The arteries in his wings are larger than the ones through the rest of the body, and if they were to get severed, he would bleed out in half the time it normally takes.

Daniel is a very driven man. He will do anything to get back to his family and provide for them. Having spent several years in the military and as a mercenary for hire, Dan has become very goal oriented and ruthless. He very rarely puts up with BS from anyone and even more rarely talks to anyone he doesn't have to.

Biography
Daniel was born in Ireland, but raised in the Bronx by a single mother. He was a troubled child and always got into fights, most of which he won. He got into trouble with the law at sixteen with gangs and drugs, for which he was sent to a military school and then went on to join the army. He spent a year in an airborne infantry regiment before being recruited to special forces. He spent several years in other countries, carrying out Black Ops missions at every corner of the globe.

He received training from every group of Special Operations worldwide and eventually was assigned to a Research project dubbed DECON, which aimed at finding the answers to anything and everything. While with the DECON collective, Daniel was trained to use a new type of battle armor developed at Lexcorp for advanced warfare, the X13 Hellenic Battle Armor system.

After a year with the DECON project, Daniel was called to action when one of the labs called an emergency. It was one of the labs focused on extraterrestrial studies. They had a dangerous specimen that got loose and began destroying the lab. It was the first combat experience Daniel had with the Hellenic system and even then, he was the only survivor of his security team. Daniel decided to leave the known world at that point, believing that the government involved would not and could not save anything or keep their own projects in line. He became a mercenary and moved his family to Cancun. He then went on the road, working for the highest bidders and run down countries looking for muscle. X13 Hellenic Battle Armor: Daniel acquired the armor during the Decon incident and has used it ever since. It is an advanced battle suit developed by Lexcorp for the U.S. Military and designed for combating Metahumans and 'supreme' beings. It's armor is layered carbon fibers for flexibility and vulcanized alloys harvested from varied sources both on earth and beyond. The Hellenic battle armor has integrated surveillance and reflexory systems that allow Daniel to keep track of and respond in sufficient time to be able to combat his usual quarry. The armor increases Daniel's strength by a factor of two hundred percent and his speed is increased by a factor of forty percent.

Daniel's Battle Armor is capable of withstanding the most powerful of blasts, however, it has a limited power source that lasts almost twenty-four hours, but must then be recharged in Daniel's mobile base. The armor has multitudes of features, some of which Daniel is still working on unlocking and the others will be listed below.

Flightpack: The X13 Hellenic battle armor has limited flight capabilities through thrusters in the calves and upper back portions of it's armor. The flight ability uses a severe amount of power and Daniel uses it sparingly.

Wrist-mounted Predator drones: Daniel is able to launch miniature predator spy drones from his right gauntlet to perform surveillance for any jobs he might have. The Drones have their own power source for sustained flight and surveillance.

Armor surface voltage: Daniel's armor is able to put forth a forty thousand volt charge to it's surface, a defensive ability and also a stun ability to incapacitate targets in a non-lethal way.

Advanced cybernetic integration: The X13 Hellenic Battle Armor is designed for advanced warfare and security, which means that it must be secured and designated to one individual for it's systems to fully activate. This specific set has been integrated with Daniel Warren's DNA signature.

Mobile Base: Daniel's mobile base is a modified RV strengthened to withstand the weight of all the gear needed to maintain the X13 Hellenic Battle Armor as well as everything else that Daniel needs for his profession. One of the key features is an armory that houses nearly every weapon developed by modern corporations. Also housed in the vehicle is a large motorcycle that Daniel can ride when in or out of his armor.

Military conditioning: Daniel was in the military and as a result of his specialized training, is able to withstand that which a normal human could not. He is an expert in firearms and hand to hand combat as well as more than a dozen other skills that make him an experienced killer and almost impossible to track when he doesn't want to be found.

Technical expertise: Daniel, over the years, has attained a good deal of knowledge about technology and has become a venerable mechanic and technician. He's able to keep his suit in high working condition and even hack into some of the highest security systems.

Humanity: Daniel is human and therefore subject to illness and death. He is also a moral person, no matter what he has done in the past and there are things he will not do, even for obscene amounts of money.

Power: The X13 Hellenic Armor has a 'battery-life' of twenty-four hours and will only activate at full power. The various capabilities of the armor will tax it's power and drain it accordingly. Daniel has been trying to create a self sustained generator for the suit so it can run indefinitely, but to date he has been unsuccessful.

He considers anyone who is stupider than him as inferior, looking down upon them and only useful for few things. He is a cold and seemingly heartless individual with no patience for flat out stupidity but a hidden reserve of tolerance for anyone he considers an ally, regardless of stupid things they may do. He has what appears to be multiple personalities, while he is Bryan Fletcher he acts like a kind and caring individual who has genuine feelings but also masquerades as the cold and almost machine like personality Psi-Tech who looks down upon humanity as filth that needs to be cleaned.

Biography
Bryan Fletcher is a well known and highly regarded man in the fields of science and technology. He is a young protégé in the art of machinery, having created his first robot with the intellect to match a supercomputer at the age of eleven. He was born unto a rather wealthy family who had provided for his inventions. He has created many devices that led to the betterment of society from medical equipment to human augmentation, but no one is aware of his second life. Known to only himself he masquerades as those who have had dealings with him as the Death Dealer. He formally calls himself Psi-Tech and is introduced that way to anyone who wishes to do business with him. Psi-Tech is one of the very few who dominate the technology fronts in the black market, selling from high tech weapons to robotic suits that people can wear to enhance their strength. He even has had a few dealings with the military but of course to protect his designs, regularly hacks the military network and erases all data regarding the equipment he sells to the military.

Bryan Fletcher is a two faced coin with the guise of a kind man who wishes to push society in a better direction by slowly helping the weak and unable and the guise of a egotistical man who wants to eliminate all of humanity’s worthless and unable components and pushing with his ideals. Going into more detail of Bryan’s past, he was born unto two individuals who were at the upper class of society and is the eldest son of three. Both his parents were CEO’s of rather prestigious tech companies who made millions off of their inventions, but unknown to everyone but Bryan who had stumbled across a ‘lair’ in his home, his father was a masked hero who will remain anonymous. Bryan had discovered this a year prior to creating his first robot, and was perhaps inspired at first after finding out about his father’s secret occupation. Bryan once agreed for the beliefs his father fought for, but after his mother was killed in a stray shooting several years later, he had looked upon humanity with disgust. At the age of fifteen, Bryan discovered that he had a rare and unique ability to ‘communicate’ with machines, also known as technopathy. He became one of the world’s leading anonymous hackers, responsible for stealing billions from banks across the globe and unraveling heavily data encrypted secrets from all nations.

It was a year after, at the age of fifteen Bryan had discovered this ability did he dare to plan something that would change his life forever. Seeing that his family most of all his father would hinder what he had planned for the future he decided to get rid of them forever. On a stormy night he had asked his father to go out and pick up something that was at his lab back at his workplace. While his father was halfway there did he use his power of technopathy to have an engine and break failure that led to a crash which ended with the car exploding. The death of his father went down in the papers as a tragedy that struck his family leaving the three heirs to the companies that the parents left behind in grief, leaving behind a hefty amount of money. Since Bryan did not want to have any of the inheritance shared with his siblings he removed them from the picture by causing an elevator power outage and sent one of his siblings plummeting to his death and the other by causing a heart attack through muscle seizures from untraceable electric shocks.

He was the lone heir to both tech companies and had come into inheritance of a vast fortune which he immediately funneled into creating his own company and dissolving the other two. He had two branches in his newly created company, one that dealt solely on human augmentation via chemicals and the other to deal only with technology. He has invested a vast amount of time in both, perfecting his craft and in the process creating a vast technological empire. He spent a large amount of money into creating his own lab at home where he carried out his own experiments and inventions using the money made off his company. He had his science wing perfect a serum that would increase human tolerance of pain and increase muscle reflexes, where he took a batch of the serum and then declared it as unsafe and unusable to the public. With that he continued to have his science wing perfect a multitude of different serums that could augment human functions only to have them usable by himself. He invested a lot of time creating mechanical suits that would further enhance human capabilities to near superhuman capabilities, but only with the help of the serums he developed in order to keep up with the amount of stress the suits produced. He is the only one to possess serums with permanent effects and has only sold serums to buyers of his suits for temporary usage, after which the user of a suit would find how much pain it would be to twist your spine 180 degrees.

The suits that Bryan produced were very special, although he created a number of them to be mass produced but rather weak in comparison to his own. He had created a large space in the black market for his machines of war due to his strangely gained ability to create a number of machines quickly, a skill that seemed to have been gained from combined serums working in unison. However this proved to only be effective when working on machines. He has created robots that could be remote controlled to suits that can enhance functions and be worn by people. He has never sold anything larger than a human to anyone who would use it in a city to keep the damages to a minimum, mostly things that could be used for robberies and such. The military was a different story, of course in but he always sold all his inventions under the alias of Psi-Tech. No one suspects that Bryan is also Psi-Tech due to the two radically different views they had.

At the age of twenty, Bryan became engaged to a beautiful woman whom he cared for deeply. Though he had spent his life doing everything in a calculated manner but in this one case, he could not find a logical explanation for his love. He just fell for her. He had put his crimes to a stop briefly for this woman he cared for so much. There was no more gang activity involving his creations, no more black market deals, almost a complete standstill in his life as a villain. He had cared so deeply for this woman that he put it all behind him to have a future with this woman. However she managed to find out about his past and saw him as a monster. She threatened to tell the world of what he did even after countless attempts to convince her he was a changed man. It all ended in vain and he had her killed discreetly and in the most merciful way possible; by his own hand. Her death was ruled as an accident; a sudden electric shock from a lightning bolt that killed her instantly although in reality it was his Shock Gauntlets. He vowed then never to love, never to feel emotions for others, to make himself a machine which he ultimately became through his experiments on himself.

In recent years, Bryan or more of Psi-Tech has been making deals with other villains by providing them with mechanical muscle and generally causing chaos in cities. A gang has even been formed under the leadership of Psi-Tech who have dubbed themselves as the Mech Lords, whom Psi-Tech generously donates some of his more sophisticated creations. The gang consists of many thugs but also some very intelligent scientists who act as the admins of the gang. In his dealings with other gangs, he has made a lot of money but of course some thought they can simply take his merchandise by force. All incidents ended in failure and Psi-Tech kept a magnum from one of his closer clients who thought he could get away with stealing. All of the members in his gang have a small device implanted near the base of their neck, a device capable of blowing out their spinal cord and a portion of their brain in the event that any of them were captured and forced to tell the whereabouts of him or his hideout which is conveniently placed deep underground that has tunnels that lead all over the city. He disliked loose ends and absolutely despised traitors which is why he had manual access over all his members to detonate their devices.

[Weapon Information]

Shock Gauntlets: Psi-Techwears a pair of gloves that can deliver a high voltage electric shock to the opponent. The amount of electricity produced just by lightly brushing against the gloves is enough to cause muscle seizures and can temporarily disable any motor functions in the touched area. Prolonged contact to gloves can lead to death or permanent and uncontrollable muscle seizures. He can also conduct this electric charge through contact with the ground on any surface that conducts electricity and can cause paralysis in any muscle below the waist. Word of advice, don't get close or you're in for the nastiest shock of your life.

Tech Visor: Psi-Tech’s helmet is one of the most high tech pieces of equipment he has created. Touching any mechanical device allows him to open up a command screen that will allow him to hack/override systems within seconds. Allows him something similar to X-Ray vision of machinery and also capable as functioning as multiple 'eyes' by providing additional views from cameras that he can hack. He can also send out small orbs that can act as cameras. The helmet has infrared and night-vision capabilities along with a scoped vision function, allowing him to view a location from a distance. The helmet can also identify an individual within seconds by using a global system that stores the faces of all the people worldwide, typically used by secret organizational branches in the government. Psi-Tech only needs at least half a face to get within an 85% match of someone.

Tech Suit: The suit that Psi-Tech commonly wears is designed by and exclusively used by him and is by far one of his superior pieces of equipment. The suit is form fitting and does not have any bulky exterior which can hinder movement. It is designed to significantly increase human action capability from how much it can carry to enhanced motor reflexes. The suit is a very slim but better performing version of a large bulky suit designed to lift heavy objects such as aircraft missiles and such around. It is also bulletproof to small caliber rounds, heat/cold resistant and sturdy. This allows Psi-Tech to carry many things around with him from ammunition to various gadgets. It also enhances human motor functions and reflexes exponentially increasing jump capability as well as physical strength and speed. He could quite easily break a person’s arm just by grabbing it. Bryan has a number of programs that run different styles of combat that he can utilize without any training that the suit can automatically carry out, but the more extreme fighting styles can put a strain on his body. The suit is made of material that protects him from the overwhelming electrical power his gauntlets can create and also has a mild camouflage capability. In lowlight conditions or to cameras, he can become almost entirely invisible, but in broad daylight or if he moves too quickly will produce ghostly distortions of the air that he is hiding in.

Shock Rifle: The Shock Rifle is a semi to fully automatic rifle depending on the situation Psi-Tech is in and is quite adaptable to different ranges of combat. The rifle can be adjusted on the field to fit a long range situation where it can be turned into something akin to a sniper rifle. In this mode, the Shock Rifle can fire special rounds that are about the size of an adult’s thumb that can latch onto a target or bury itself an inch deep in skin and deliver an electric shock. In its sniper from these rounds can deliver a fatal payload by ‘burning’ through flesh with the intense heat it can give off, much like an incendiary round or simply give off an electric field that can incapacitate a target or temporarily shut down a machine. The Shock Rifle’s basic mode is similar to a fully automatic rifle will deliver electric bolts that will incapacitate any target they hit. While one round in this mode is not able to kill anyone, several rounds can cause enough of an electric disturbance and cause muscle seizures in the heart and lungs that can lead to death. Used to subdue anyone who wishes to try and harm Bryan or to discourage pursuing him.

Gunblade: Psi-Tech created a small semi-automatic pistol sized firearm that can double as something similar to a trench knife. The Gunblade utilizes a special explosive round that buries itself about an inch or two into the flesh of someone before detonating shredding the victim’s insides. It can be changed either into a regular pistol looking shape or could extrude a serrated 4-inch blade from the bottom that is capable of sawing through bone when activated. In blade form, the gunblade has a large 8-inch serrated blade that fits comfortable in the hand and is capable of acting like a saw in order to cut through bone; commonly held like a dagger. In blade form it also has a brass knuckle like feature that is capable of discharging electric bolts at a short distance and works much like a tazer upon contact. Psi-Tech can also run an electric current through this weapon to pass an electric current under the skin and seizing organs.

.45 Caliber Magnum: A keepsake from one of his 'unsuccessful' deals with a mob boss, it's a high powered pistol capable of punching a hole through people basically. Recent encounters with some heroes who have proven bulletproof have forced Bryan to carry an assortment of ammunition that contain various chemicals and/or materials to incapacitate a hero.

Robot Suits: Psi-Tech is always accompanied by one or two of his own personal creations that are either robotic suits or actual robots themselves. While they are not controlled by anyone in or away from them; they are controlled by his ability of Technopathy. Typically he brings suits with him that he can easily get connected with to further enhance his offensive/defensive capabilities, but most of the time just their presence can be enough to intimidate an opponent to not attacking him.

Various Gadgets: Psi-Tech carries a number of different devices ranging from small explosives to jammers. He has something for almost any situation he is in and almost always brings appropriate items for a situation he might get into.

Technopathy: Bryan has the ability to 'communicate' with machines. This ability can allow him to telepathically activate any piece of machinery from cars to unpowered facilities. He can either start up any vehicle without controlling it physically and move it or he can shut down anything from lights to vehicles, making it effective at espionage or escaping via vehicle. Particularly dangerous in his workshop full of robotic gear.

Mechanical Touch: Bryan has the ability to manufacture dozens of robotic suits within a short period of time within his workshop. He has a strange ability to move at a hyperfast rate when working with anything machine related although this does not translate to most everyday tasks.



[Weakness Information]


EMP Shroud: Since Bryan is so technology based, a constant source of EMP could temporarily immobilize him in his heavy suit or any of his robotic gear. However this EMP force would have to be maintained otherwise his backup power sources can easily reboot his systems so he can pick up where he left off.

Only Human: Despite Psi-Tech rarely leaving his suits which protect him like a shell, he is still vulnerable out of them. He will still put up a fight with his enhanced abilities due to the serums he has injected himself with. Otherwise vulnerable to bullets, lasers, and any other projectile type weapon as well as blades while out of his suit.

Vain and arrogant, Balza'ran believes himself to be a warrior above reproach and one of the most beautiful men on the Planet Earth and on his home planet. But beyond his vanity is a man with extreme rage. He is on the hunt for traitors of his people, those "tainted" by the Psions who just love experimenting on his people. He believes in the fact that only the strong survive, and in the case of those "tainted" by the Psions, if they allowed themselves to be captured, they don't deserve to live. It's a blend of Darwinism and Zealotry that drives him, as well as his inward belief that he himself is impure because of the fact he is Albino.

He loves fighting, on a different level than most of his people. He will go out of his way to find the strongest beings just to test his might against them.

Biography
As a boy born in one of the noble houses of Tamaran, and an older cousin of Kotand'r, his parents already knew that he was different from the other children he played. And not just because he was born albino. He was just far more aggressive than the other boys, as if he was possessed by X'hal's rage. As he grew up, his violent tendencies became more and more troublesome, and in an attempt to bring some discipline into him, they sent him to train with the Warlords of O'kaara. It worked....all too well. He was among the fiercest warriors the Warlords have ever trained, but as much as his physical prowess was unmatched, he took the lessons of self worth, compassion, and to love a friend and hate an enemy, far too close to heart. He became a vain, arrogant man who loved his people with all his heart, but harbored fierce rage for any of his enemies. And not only his enemies, but for anybody he considered to be weak or unfit to even breath.

Coming back to Tamaran, he was a model noble to the public, but his time on Okaara made him look upon the nobility of Tamaran with the fresh eyes of an adult. He saw corruption among his peers, and he knew such corruption would bring an end to his people. So he did what he thought was right: he killed them. He managed to brush off the murders as an accident and thus he was able to keep himself from getting killed.

When the royal family were taken for experimentation by the Psions, Balza'ran was among the many who retaliated in outrage to rescue them. He stayed on Tamaran, joined the army, and was leading troops when the Psions attacked. He barely made it off the planet alive and helped lead his people to a new world. But the repeated Psion interference made him harbor overwhelming hatred for them and their methods.

When Koriand'r left for Earth, he didn't follow. But when Kotand'r, the body double of Koriand'r, left her people as well, he followed, bringing his spear along. He ended up on Earth, his original intention being to bring Kotand'r back to Tamaran to continue her work in helping their people.

[Weapon Information]

Tamaranean Battle Spear: An ornate looking spear, Balza'ron uses this as his primary weapon. Forged from the toughest materials on Tamaran, this weapon is strong enough and tough enough to injure beings such as his fellow Tamaraneans and other superpowered beings without being destroyed. It's durability is so great that it can deflect energy projectiles like Starbolts. It is also telescopic, which means it can collapse into a smaller size for easy storage, and can re extend with a simple twirl.

However, it is not magically enhanced in any way, so it isn't as strong against magically empowered beings, such as Shazam or Black Adam, and it's practically useless against the strongest magical beings, like the Spectre.

Tamaranean Armor He wears a suit of light armor, which allows him great freedom of movement while improving his already great durability. However, it does have it's limits and can be torn apart by a much stronger opponent or after many hits.

Tamaranean Physiology: Balza'ran's alien physiology constantly absorbs ultraviolet radiation and converts it to energy.

Energy Absorption: He can also absorb the ultraviolet radiation from other life forms. He can use this to weaken Kryptonians who otherwise require ultraviolet radiation to maintain their superhuman abilities.

Flight: Which leaves a distinctive energy contrail behind (his being silver), looking as if it is coming directly from his hair. Balza'ran can fly light years through space in short amounts of time.

Superhuman Durability: Balza'ran has moderate invulnerability to physical harm, heat, cold, and radiation. Balza'ran also has the ability to survive in the vacuum of space without protection or survival gear (including any breathing apparatus).

Superhuman Strength:The exact magnitude of Balza'ran's strength is unknown, his strength should effortlessly range into the multi-megaton level at the very least as long as in a sun rich area; this ability is triggered by boundless confidence. (Normal strength can lift between 75-90 tons but when fully charged 100+ tons. However in dark or when stricken with self doubt his strength is weakened: Dark depending on length and if sun shards strength can drop up to half. Self Doubt however drains his power to be a quarter of its full power

Lingustic Assimilation: He is capable of assimilating other languages through physical contact with another person.

Hand-to-Hand Combat (Advanced): Balza'ran is also extremely proficient in armed and unarmed combat, having been trained in those arts by the Warlords of Okaara.

Personality
Even as a young child, Jason was a rebel. In his early years as Robin, he showed his temper by becoming a better fighter using channeled rage. Jason is normally angry, it doesn't matter whether it was his teammate's or enemy's fault on the matter. Jason can be rather humorous and light hearted at times, but only if he is with someone he knows he can trust, which isn't a very large number, due to the trust issues he developed after his resurrection when Batman had refused to kill the Joker. Jason can be forgiving at some points though, when he didn't kill the Joker even though he had a chance.

Biography
Since the beginning of the hero's disappearance, Jason has become more of a criminal when he found that he wouldn't disappear like the rest of the heroes did. Turning his alias "Red Hood" into a baddie wasn't what he intended to do, but he considered that there was no one there to stop him doing from what he considered was right in the name of Justice, and when there was an absence of heroes, that he would step in and fix things, starting with Gotham, and then maybe someone bigger.

The first target he assumed was the Joker. The dream of finally wringing the Clown Prince of Crime's neck excited him. It made him bloodthirsty. This bloodlust resulted in the death of petty crooks that would rob liquor stores and gas stations, and he liked to make these deaths known, by usually hanging the bodies somewhere, written next to them that "this was the way heroes should have worked." Jason knew that these crimes were nothing compared to what he really could do, but he still, somewhere in the back of his brain, wanted to keep the hero agenda. Jason versus the Joker was a spectacle in his mind, and it would be a true fight to the death, where Jason was smarter, stronger, faster than he was when the Joker and him first "fought." The thought of bashing the Joker's head in with a crowbar....

However, despite all this, trying to track the clown down and find out where he truly hid was a challenge in its own, but Jason didn't care. If he had to murder other villains to get to where the Joker was, he would. That's why he hasn't counted Two-face or Clayface out of his murder-spree. He wanted to make sure people knew he was serious about splatting the Clown, whether he had to go through a few weak ones to get to the grand prize.

Through it all though, his direction turned to Harley Quinn, who he wants nothing more than to "save" her from his evil grasp, and this gave him . . . feelings for her.

But then came the new Batman, "Or something like that." Jason didn't know how to feel. Honestly, he felt...betrayed. As much as he didn't want to become Batman, Jason felt as if he was left behind for a reason. Maybe he would be the city's new protector. Maybe the city would be known for Red Hood, not a "caped crusader" hiding in the shadows. Rage Plasma: The Red Lantern can vomit plasma, which has been described as napalm and acid mixed together, it burns away at anything. It can be surmised that is the internal rages effect on the blood. These flames burn even in space. The effect it has on living beings allows it to ignite the flames of rage in a victims' blood and has the effect of burning through an energy aura of an opponent as well as corrupting other power rings depleting them at an accelerated rate and greatly weakening the structures they create.

Energy Projection: The ring can be used to fire blasts of Rage energy. This power is unique as it takes the form of rage-energized blood. The ring can project this blood as a blast that has the effect of a concussive blast with high destructive capability. The weapon's power is more an indication of the Rage of the user, rather then their willpower.

Energy Constructs: The ring can form constructs of Rage energy. The primary function of the Power Ring is to provide a weapon capable of transforming the wearer's thoughts into physical constructs through the wearer's rage. A Red Lantern can create any particular items or construct that they can imagine as long as they have the appropriate amount of rage necessary to will it into existence. The constructs are made out of red energy, which is a tangible form of pure rage, and they exist only as long as a Red Lantern is fueling it with their rage. Items created by the rings are not indestructible and are only as powerful as the rage of the Red Lantern creating them. The types of constructs usually reflects the ring wearer's personality.

Force-Field: The ring can create various force-fields of various sizes and shapes to protect the wearer and others around him. With the cosmic duties of the ring wielder, it is only natural that the power ring is designed for operation in space. The ring creates a force-field around the wearer, protecting him/her/it from the hazards of the void including filtration of stellar radiation and microscopic particulate matter which would ordinarily be fatal should the space debris strike the ring wielder at high speeds. An atmosphere appropriate to the ring wielder's biology is created inside the force-field, body temperature is maintained and waste products are removed. Gravitational stresses which could cause injury are stabilized for the ring wielder. Theoretically, a ring wielder could use the ring as his/her/its sole source of life support. The force-field seems to be created instantaneously, whether this is due to programming or an instinctive reaction from intensive training has not been established.

Flight: By the manipulation of anti-gravitons and directed molecular movement, the ring allows the user to fly at incredible speeds.

Rage Infection: The Red Power Ring is capable of infecting others with the rage of the Red Lantern, which can lead to them being converted to the the Red Lantern Cause.

Rage Empowerment: the Red Lantern ring is unique in that its base of power, Rage, can be manipulated by the ring user. A Red Lantern can detect the rage in the heart of others and by connection the heart that pumps that blood. The rage and hatred of a individual red lantern empowers their abilities as well as the rage and hatred of others.

Black Lantern Resistance: As the Black Lanterns favor attacking and killing their victims by ripping their hearts out, the Red Lanterns can survive the attack for as long as their wrath burns bright.

Construct Transference: It has been said by Atrocitus that Should a Red Lantern consume the blood of another Red Lantern who has learned to create energy constructs, they too will gain the ability to create them.

Biography
Desirey was completely genetically created from scratch in a secret lab. Her cells were completely altered to multiply as soon as old cells die, keeping her from aging, and maintaining a well body. Once she was completely constructed she was released from her tube and dressed into her nerve gear and received her equipment, and quickly proved she was naturally made as she needed no instruction. She was then ordered by the lab owner to hunt down all 100 lab scientists and kill them in the entire lab. After she used the giant lab as her hunting ground, she looked for the lab owner that gave her the order to kill the scientists, it was what he said to be free from orders, but he still gave her one, so she decided to be truly free, she must kill him. She tracked him down as he was fleeing in a helicopter and shot it down and went to the crash site and threatened to kill him if he didn't start running into the forest. She slowly tracked him, trying to install fear into him until she shot each limb with numbing rounds and killed him. She now has the goal to be the best hunter as its the only thing she knows what to do, that and attraction should she do so.

AHR: The Adaptive Hunting Rifle is her primary weapon, able to link up with her visor to have excellent accuracy without the need of a scope, which can give her away by glare and can hinder her vision. Depending what she sees through her visor her rifle will link up and decide if it should over penetrate or not depending what kind of cover a target is behind or in front of to avoid collateral.
Nerve Gear Armor: The suit and armor are made fit for her, that then connect to her nervous system and amplify her nerves to increase her strength and speed to the maximum level without any harm. Her visor is linked to her and her rifle, which gives her extra control and functions like thermal vision, night vision, GPS and the such.
Wrist Flamethrower: Her left gauntlet contains a flamethrower that she can aim and fire at her target mostly to scare them, trap them or actually to burn them should they deserve it.

Capture Cable: The capture cable she uses are a cable that glows when locked so its easy to know if they are tampering with it, but its very effective at restraining anyone by the wrist and by the ankle making the captive easy to transport with less resistance.

Jasmine is typically a reserved female. Although she speaks very little, she makes sure to instill fear with her words. Her presence is commanding even without speaking. She tends to be ruthless and relentless in combat, which belies her softer appearance.She is very paranoid about her own safety because of the fact that she had to fight for her life while on the island. This makes her very distrusting or wary of most people. Jasmine is a perfectionist at heart; everything must be done correctly in her eyes. That is partly what makes her such a good assassin. Jasmine is also emotionally numb, in the sense that she has a hard time empathizing with others or really feeling anything. Though she was not always that way. In a way she is representative of what happens to a soldier once they have seen war with their own eyes. Cold, calculating, and confident.

Biography

Jasmine was born in Sapporo, Japan, the city renowned for its icy winters and booming businesses. Her parents, Kuzuri, a famous hunter/fisherman, and Mariko, was a successful entrepreneur who is the founder of a popular hotel in Japan. The lovely couple adored their daughter, and made it a point to raise her in an environment that was better than the one they had grown up in. Jasmine holds fond memories of her father and mother tucking her in at night, then going on to tell her stories of ancient Japan. One story that seemed to hold a place close to her heart, and she requested all the time, was the story of Yamatai. It was an ancient Island in the Feudal Japan Era ruled by Queen Himiko. The benevolent queen ruled with her storm guard and commanded the skies. Everything the sun's rays touched belonged to Himiko. But one day the island of Yamatai just disappeared. Historians believe that the island was always apart of the japanese mainland and not a seperate island altogether. Mariko, Jasmine's mother, would tell her this story because their family is believed to be descendants of the Sun Queen. Somehow, this knowledge made Jasmine feel special. It was as if she were a queen in her own mind.

As Jasmine got older, she began taking more interest in the history of her country. It got a to a point where she wished to become an archaeologist. Her parents embraced her dream with open arms and made it a point to help that dream become a reality. Kuzuri began teaching her how to read the land when she went on expeditions with him. He taught her how to make use of the land and essentially survive the wilderness. It is this skill that would help further her ability to recall what may of happened to an individual, or animal in a past time when looking at footprints(etc.). Although she loved history, and archaeology, she enjoyed painting and cooking. Her love for art stems from watching her mother make masterpieces in their studio room. The beauty she could capture with a few strokes of her brush was enough to put a any flower to shame. Jasmine was a junior in high school when her parents surprised her with a cruise to Southeast China.

The family was on a private ship for their cruise, with only a few other people on board which was specifically a chef and the captain. Jasmine was excited to finally see the world outside her hometown. But nothing would prepare her for the journey she was about to embark upon....A storm hit hard that night, out the blue. The radars on the ship, and clear skies for most of the cruise gave no indication that a massive storm was about to strike. The ship was tossed about for hours before crashing on the shore of an unknown Island. Jasmine remembers waking up in front of an old Torii gate and calling out to her parents before blacking out again.

When the young woman awoke, she was suspended upside down in a chamber full of corpses. These corpses included those of her recently killed parents. Jasmine screamed as she tried to wriggle free from the cloth that binded her. Jasmine dropped to the ground with a crackle. A sharp piece of bone stuck straight in her side when she had fallen. The young girl did what she could and pulled the bone spike from out of her body. Bleeding and crying Jasmine attempted to escape the cave like tavern before she ended up like her now deceased parents. Jasmine stumbled upon a group of men just outside the cave and pinned them as her captors. Jasmine grabbed the long bow that had been left unattended and she began her crusade. A survivor was born....

Unfortunately, Jasmine was eventually recaptured by the leader of the island at the time, Ra's Al Ghul. Her efforts were not in vein though. The resourceful girl had managed to out think some of the greatest assassins known to man, and kill them while discovering her latent shamanistic powers. Ra's Al Ghul praised her natural survival instincts and raw combat ability, in spite of her putting a dampener on his operations in Yamatai. As always, there was an alterior motive. Ra's Al Ghul was going to sacrifice Jasmine in a fire ritual to see if she was the warrior he had been waiting for. Jasmine fought to free herself from her bindings just as Ghul set her ablaze. In an instant, a gust of wind and water swooped in through cave entrance and put out the fires before they even touched her skin. Her connection to Himiko's bloodline is what kept her from having an abrupt death. Ra's Al Ghul promised her freedom if she unlocked the power of the Fan that held the soul of the First and Last Queen, Himiko. Jasmine agreed and became the wielder of the storm fan. Although the decision to devote her life to the very people who had tried to kill her was for survival, staying with them guaranteed her revenge. For now she would play the Sun Queen, lethal assassin for the LoA until her chance was solidified.

[Weapon Information]

Himko's Fan: This weapon is a bloodline artifact that is imbued with Himiko's soul through a storm seal insignia of the fan. The weapon allows Jasmine to manipulate the very winds in the air for various effects, which include but are not limited to; Powerful gusts of wind, tiny whirlwinds, sharp crescent winds, and lightning blasts/bolts. Can produce water droplets mixed with her winds that can freeze areas, or chill targets. When the seal on the fan is drawn on with the blood of it's wielder it can unleash focused violent storms of any type in an area for two posts, with the skill being unusable again until times of duress, or after 10 cool down posts.

Death Sense: Jasmine can foresee people's deaths. She claims that it is like looking through a keyhole when she witnesses the deaths of individuals she meets. Sometimes she can see death looming over individuals like a dark shadow when it gets close to their time. This power extends further to her being capable of sensing danger like a sixth sense.

Spirit Tags: Jasmine's shamanistic abilities allow her to create and manipulate spirit seals created from her own chi. Each of these seals are representative of Himiko's power, and the powers common to most priestesses of Feudal Japan. She usually has pre-created tags that are attached to her weapons in some way and create the desired effects.

  • Protect: The seal of protection is attached to her long bow and her tanto. When this seal is activated it creates a triangular, rose pink field of protection that can handle quite a bit of damage before shattering.

  • Heal: When this seal is released it transfers the stored chi into individuals, instantly healing even the most fatal of wounds.

  • Explode: This seal is attached to most of her arrows. When released it causes the arrow to become covered in an ethereal, rose pink flame after being fired. It explodes upon contact with surfaces, and/or the target.

  • Paralyze: This seal is attached to a most of her throwing knives. When a target is struck with the knives/arrows it causes their body to become completely immobilized for two posts. When cut by a knife that has this seal, whatever limb was cut can become limp for one of Jasmine's posts.

  • Suppress: This tag, when released, can suppress the powers of whoever is struck by her arrow. These seals are very effective against magic wielders and individuals whose powers stem from demonic energy. She can draw this seal with her blood on individuals if she gets close enough, but she rarely uses the seal in such a physical manner.

  • Illusion: This seal has a dual purpose with the stored chi; when a target is struck and the chi from the seal is released, they will witness their greatest fear. When the arrow is fired and the seal is released before it hits the target it will simply multiply into a rain of arrows, with only one arrow being the real one.





[Weakness Information]


Sealing Cap!: Jasmine only possesses a few seals on hand that aren't already attached to her weapons, and they usually are healing seals. This means that she can run out of combat seals at any point during a long battle, and be forced to play defense. This is because her seals are created from her own energy and require her to be in a serene setting to produce them efficiently.

Spiritual Fatigue: Her abilities stem directly from her own chi, and spiritual energies. When using the seals, she charges them and awakens them with her own chi in order to garner the desired effect. This extension of her own energy can leave her sleepy after combat or suffer intense headaches/nosebleeds when in combat. This is why she limits how long she uses Himiko's Fan, which takes a good portion of her chi to use.

Shaman, but Human.: Although Jasmine wields power beyond human comprehension, she is still a human. With that in mind, one must remember that she is still vulnerable to everything a human is such as sickness, and death.

Personality Oliver's personality is usually the kind of caring, concerned with an attitude personality. What he says (if it comes off negative) does bother him, especially around people he cares about. Now that it seems everything he has known to love is gone, he is nothing but rage and fear, the kind of rage that allows him to laugh and cause people to run in fear. People's pain is now his fuel.

Biography
Six years prior to his predicament, Oliver was not always as menacing and intolerable to crime. In fact he was less of the monster he became, being a regular decent kid that went to school, made good grades, and all the normal lives heroes would probably find boring. Who knew that Oliver would end up stumbling upon a crime scene on his way back one day? A crime lord had ordered someone to kill off a nuisance and the High School student just happened to be at the wrong place at the wrong time. With him being a witness, you could see where it all went; he could either keep shut about it or the crime boss made sure his and everyone else he possibly knew mouths stayed shut. With that, his middle class family had "mysteriously" found some money that prompted them to send Oliver away to one of the best colleges when he graduated from high school.

Four years later: Oliver is now in his second year of college at the University of California. The past four years were spent with a Crime Boss that pretty much "saw" him as a son, but not close enough to let him live his life to the fullest. As such, the crime boss had conveniently located himself to California as well to keep a better eye on him. Oliver found ways to mask his rage and frustration of having his family and friends be constant targets. The once "brains" student took to sports such as Baseball and Mixed Martial Arts to keep that anger to a minimum. He even dirtied himself having to run on errands the boss asked him to. The thought of wanting to rat the man out had crossed his mind, but he could truly trust no one, not even the cops. They were corrupt with some of his men to begin with which was why the crime from before was so easy to cover up.

Two Years Later: Oliver is now a senior and a "Lieutenant" in the Crime Boss's organization. Throughout his time in California, Oliver had come to know the local hero of the city, The Green Lantern. He saw that as a means of trying to escape from future bound state of forever being a subordinate to crime. Though the male had not really committed serious crimes like killing, he was tasked with having to rob a few places, rough up a few people; it was a life he did not enjoy as he was truly a person that did not believe in violence. As luck seemed to have it with him, the day he thought to make a move and get help from a Lantern would be the day Hal Jordan disappeared. This left the crime boss with hurting his family as he never got far with killing them off. That left Oliver with thinking that even their so called heroes had turned their backs on him.

"You have great rage in your heart....You belong to the Red Lantern Corp."

Thinking this was a way to power to put an end to his problem as he truly did not know any better, the ring granted him powers of the Green Lantern but with a high cause; the rage accumulated from years of hurting others as well as just being around things he hated the most had finally coursed through his veins, seeming to replace his heart. Oliver seemed to be gone, replaced with a monster fueled with red energy that closely resembled blood spewing from his mouth. With that, there was truly nothing holding him back as he put an end to the Crime boss once and for all as well as dealing with all his cohorts. Oliver was not done though. There were too many good people like him that were given a lot of rough breaks. If there truly was no justice in the world, he would let his rage do all the solving for him.

That however would have to wait for a much later time as with all Lanterns, the time to be sent to their "Home" had arrived. There Oliver had met Atrocitus. After having some form of warped training for a few months in, Oliver had returned to Earth slightly better than when he first acquired the ring, but hell bent on delivering "justice" just the same. Any hero in his sight were just as bad as the pigs that rolled in the mud (low crime goons). His eyes were set on only one thing at the moment however: Green.

Oliver had left Earth after being defeated by Ian, but he did manage to leave Metropolis University in a bit of shambles. Heading back to Ysmault, Oliver searched for Atrocitus in hopes of bettering himself as Red Lantern in vain. His leader was nowhere in sight. Atrocitus had not left without telling others however of his destination. As such, The Red Star heads back to Earth in search of bettering himself and laying waste to the planet once again.

Red Energy Ring: The Red Power Rings were created as a conduit for the Red Energy of Rage. A Red Lantern Ring is similar in form and function to that of a Green Lantern Ring. However, whereas a Green Lantern Power Ring is powered by willpower, a Red Lantern Ring is fueled by rage. Members, upon taking on the ring, undergo a form of indoctrination; making its members give into the rage and hatred in their hearts until it is all that they know; an all consuming need for revenge and destruction which in turn takes over their minds. For one to be accepted by a Red Power Ring, one must feel great rage over a loss. A red ring functionally replaces the heart of its bearer, rendering it useless. The blood spoils and the ring expels it from the bearer's mouth in a vomit of violent rage. A Red Lantern's veins stretch as they fill with the liquid fire of the red light. The only known method of removing the ring safely is to place a Blue Lantern Ring upon the bearer, which shatters the Red ring, and starts the bearer's heart again.

Red Energy Conduit: The rings use Red energy, supplied by a Red Power Battery, which in most cases takes the form of red light. A Red Lantern's ring has the ability to affect and use fundamental forces of the universe, including gravity, radiation, heat, light, and blasts of concussive force. The ring can also create force fields formed from energy was bound by the user's rage. The limitations of such use are the skill, knowledge and imagination of the user.

Rage Plasma: Red Lanterns can vomit plasma, which has been described as napalm and acid mixed together; it burns away at anything. These flames burn even in space. The effect it has on living beings allows it to ignite the flames of rage in a victim's blood and has the effect of burning through energy aura's of an opponent, as well as corrupting other power rings, depleting them at an accelerated rate and greatly weakening the structures they create. This plasma is also one of the only substances in the universe that can destroy a Black Lantern corpse faster than it can regenerate itself.

Energy Projection: The ring can be used to fire blasts of Rage energy. This power is unique, as it takes the form of rage-energized blood. The ring can project this blood as a blast that has the effect of a concussive blast with high destructive capability. The weapons power is more an indication of the Rage of the user, rather then their willpower.

Energy Constructs: The ring can form constructs of Rage energy. The primary function of the Power Ring is to provide a weapon capable of transforming the wearer's thoughts into physical constructs through the wearer's rage. A Red Lantern can create any particular items or construct that they can imagine as long as they have the appropriate amount of rage necessary to will it into existence. The constructs are made out of red energy, which is a tangible form of pure rage, and they exist only as long as a Red Lantern is fueling it with their rage. Items created by the rings are not indestructible and are only as powerful as the rage of the Red Lantern creating them. The types of constructs usually reflects the ring wearer's personality. However, most Red Lanterns are so consumed by rage that they cannot focus the willpower needed to bring constructs into existence. Atrocitus, Rankorr, Guy Gardner and Hal Jordan are the only ones seen so far to make energy constructs with a Red Power Ring.

Force-Field: The ring can create various forcefields of various sizes and shapes to protect the wearer and others around him or her. In space, a red ring creates a force-field around the wearer, protecting him/her/it from the hazards of the void, including filtration of stellar radiation and microscopic particulate matter which would ordinarily be fatal should the space debris strike the ring wielder at high speeds. An atmosphere appropriate to the ring wielder's biology is created inside the force-field, body temperature is maintained and waste products are removed. Gravitational stresses which could cause injury are stabilized for the ring wielder.

Flight: By the manipulation of anti-gravitons and directed molecular movement, the ring allows the user to fly at incredible speeds.

Rage Infection: The Red Power Ring is capable of infecting others with the rage of the Red Lantern, which can lead to them being converted to the the Red Lantern Cause.

Rage Empowerment: the Red Lantern ring is unique in that its base of power, Rage, can be manipulated by the ring user. A Red Lantern can detect the rage in the heart of others and by connection the blood that pumps that blood. The rage and hatred of a individual red lantern empowers their abilities as well as the rage and hatred of others.

Life Support: these power ring also allowed the host to survive a fatal removal of their user's heart, as they replaced it.

Security Protocol: The rings can be programmed. They are coded to the wearer to make them unusable if stolen.

Weakness Name:

Life-Support Dependency: As the Red Power Ring assumes the functions of the heart, a Red Lantern cannot remove the ring without risking death.

Uncontrollable Rage: Because red is on the farthest edges of the emotional spectrum, Red Lanterns are unable to think clearly or be reasoned with. They rarely speak, save for their leader Atrocitus, and often attack without distinction.

Hope: the Blue light of hope is seemingly the only power that can extinguish the red flame, it can also reverse the effects of the ring and free them.

Love: As it is the opposite of Rage, the Red Power Ring's connection to the wielder will be severed and they will die, if they feel Love or made to feel it.
