Body: Mostly white, but has a faint swirling shiny rainbow within that has flecks of gold in it. She has one marking on her hip that is a faint glowing gold color, a celtic crescent moon like her father, except hers is facing the opposite direction(points facing left, angled left...mirrored reflection I guess and about the same size)
Face: Has light elegant make-up done CC'ly style and colors up to you. I would like a slight expression edit to give her a kinder look, however you feel will best do this. Eye color- Swirly and shiny yellow and blue
Mane: Color- Medium purple with maybe some blue accenting, under tones(no highlights)(actual shade up to you), Style-length is past her knees and actual style is slightly curled, very soft curls almost loose ringlets and she has her bangs pinned back behind one ear and it's held by a lotus flower of many colors.
Tail: long braid like dad's, almost touches the ground and medium purple
Hooves/Fetlocks: each hoof I would like to be a different shiny color...use the same ref of the jewels given for the eyes. And the Fetlocks I would like to be longer, shorter then an Angeni, but longer then normal

*the flower in her hair mentioned above-Each petal a different sparkly color...you can reference the gems or just be rainbow either a regular rainbow tones, pastel, or rainbow along a certain color like rainbows of nothing but blue...or just blue, purple, and pink...I just want the petals sparkly like they're sprinkled with pixy dust xD), *she also has a thin gold chain necklace around her neck that has one white wing that hangs above her chest(not a choker, but doesn't hang right over her heart)...not too big or small...a good size..almost looks like a real wing, style of wing CC
*Have an all lace somewhat see-through butterfly mask over her face. Would be rainbow either pastel rainbow or something to match the lotus in her hair and would be sparkly maybe with some small sparkly gems if possible or just shiny all over. Style of butterfly and everything is up to you and for the Lace just not a tight lace, you can see through the lace, but this is also CC. (would like a version of her with and w/o the mask please)

Face: The sclera of his eyes are black and the eyes themselves are narrowed like the Usdia Quilin eyes. The coloration of the eyes glows softly. A large smile plays at his lips, bemused and easy-going.

Mane: Long and black, his hair drags toward the ground in a long braid. There is also a long braid that drapes from the right side of his body, over his back. (See Ref)

Tail: I would like the tail to be longer and wrapping around toward the front of the body if possible, more masculine and the hair on the tail long.

Hooves/Fetlocks: Fluffy fetlocks if possible.

Hanging across her chest and shoulders is a bow and on her back front leg there is a quiver of arrows (Bow and arrows picture), on the inside of her right back leg a knife is strapped on. Also on her left front leg around her ankle is an orange string with one white pearl hanging from it.
I would also like for there to be a Mockingjay bird flying behind her wings looking her, and another perched on the top of the cert looking down at her. Reference image of the Mockingjay is the best picture to look at to get a look at the bird.

Custom Items: Armor. Full body would be amazzziiiinnggg and I'd adore you so much, but it's not necessary. I want atleast the armor to cover her legs though. I'll flood you with references of what the armor looks like, buuut I want it to be a different color than the references~
For the armor color, I'd like it to be dark red with gray stripes.. Look at refs to see how stripes go? 8;D

For color references, I took some pictures. ._.; They're kinda iffy on quality, but refer to this for the base color. If you're trying to figure out what's going on with the gray stripes, it was me just messing around with it to show the true color, and then the same color at 60% opacity, which is usually what I do when I color her.

Body: Color palette similar to the sparkle werewolf (see ref) gaia item. I would like the main body color to be dark blue (almost black) and the markings in a mix of the other colors. The individual markings can be different colors, or they can gradient like the item (or a mix)!

Markings I definitely want: under belly and under neck are colorful. Any amount of your choice of markings. I would like them to be heavier towards the end of the legs, and toward her back side. With a harder brush style. Non-natural markings preferred

Face: maybe similar to timbiras face but without the second line closer to her eyes? you can add to or change this as you see fit. And Smoky navy eye make up. Two different eye colors, both bright.
Mane: bangs like these
The rest of the hair, starting from the bangs and going back should look poofy/big and brushed back. The best reference I have is like this. Feel free to make it messier than that.
Color should match the body, with highlights in all kinds of colors.
Tail: Match the mane (no bangs of course) poofy, and longg
Hooves/Fetlocks: If possible, the longer Usidia fetlocks
