That although were different typesWe Were Meant To Be. Jayy gave a glance to the girl who came in with the small fluffy creature. She waved once more, but had her mouth full with sandwich. She chewed twice more then gulped it down. Only to snatch up a cookie and devour it followed by a slurp of water. She smiled when Tetra looked at her confused. "That's what makes you an angel. I'm starving." She laughed lightly and then finished the cookie. As if to prove her point.
Cody introduced herself and Jayy would have answered her. However she was distracted by her mentor. Gabriel put his hand on her back and she looked up curiously, a cookie just inches from her mouth. She sighed and set the cookie down. "C'mon Gabriel. You shouldn't woorrrrr..." Her word trailed off as she suddenly let her head slump forward. He was scratching a sensitive spot on her back and it felt pretty good. It made her relax and let out a heavy sigh. "I really hate you sometimes." Her voice wasn't much over a whisper.
Brave Moko introduced everyone and Jayy gave a half lidded look to Tetra and her creation. "Moko's a glorified cellular." She stated. She wasn't trying to be mean, she was just pointing it out. Obviously she hadn't really been paying attention to anything. Subconsciously she leaned back towards Gabriel and actually growled lightly. "Stop that..." She waved her hand at him without much force.

 Gabriel Matthew Gabriel gave her a small smile. His eyes, which Jayy had learned was one of the most expressive parts of his face sparkled. Within them there was a small war of ideas, one side reasonable, knowledgeable, respectful restraint with the other something that was both vulgar and not at the same time, something that rang with a primal, incessant, hind-brain desire. It was the look of a male who has learned some restraint, but still has problems with keeping the more physical, base desires, in check. With the hand he had been using to scratch her back he took the hand she was waving at him, and simply held it for a heartbeat. The action was small, but for Gabriel there was a lot of communication that happened in it. "Alright," his voice was a soft purr, with the same sort of volume as her initial response to when he had started scratching her back. He gave her hand a small squeeze before releasing it, a silent statement of support. As this happened, a small layer of warmth settled around Jayy like a mantle. It was subtle enough for her to know it was probably not an intentional thing, but more the response of internalized emotion leaking through the mask he put up. Gabriel, as an internal method of trying to keep his sanguine nature from overflowing and causing more problems, moved over to Cody. As he did so, he laid a hand on Tetra's shoulder as he moved past, a completely subconscious action that was more from the training of food service than anything else. With it came a small pulse of heat, another unintentional way of him saying I'm here, and moving past you. He gave Cody a smile that could have been an extension of his Esper ability as he reached her, infused with the warmth of welcome. "How are you doing?" he asked.

 CODY P. CALLOWAYLarge eye flickered between the individuals curious/politely. Cody was occupied by the conversations as well as the people and the data. However her companion seemed used to this. Shota, pushed his way past her arm and snuggled up on her lap after being abandoned by the white thin. Nudging her hand a few times she finally looked at him and patted his head. "Oh I'm sorry."
She waited for the thing named Moko to stop talking before holding up Shota. "This is Shota, my baby boy." He let out a pitiful mew sound and she set him back on her lap. He then contently curled up and began purring. Cody simply shrugged. Seeing everyone kinda settle down was nice. Cody was no longer worried about intruding.
Gabriel spent a moment talking with his student before make his way to come around and talk to her. Cody tried to stay focused, but as soon as she saw his smile she was able to give one of her own. "Much better now, I gave away my computer the other day. Now there isn't a single data wave in my house, just the ones that move through it now." She sounded slightly relieved at that.

Gabriel Matthew "Fewer headaches due to it?" he asked politely, holding out a hand for Shoto to sniff before he started petting the cat. He wasn't exactly sure what sort of reaction Cody had to a mass of data streams but he was sure it was not pleasant. Gabriel had been blessed, in some ways, of having already been someone who ran warm before he really started to show to his Esper ability. The only problems that he really had were when he let his emotions run rampant, which was sometimes hard to restrain. There was one time where he had gotten absolutely pissed at a customer and the manager said later that Gabriel was making the air around him waver due to the amount of heat he was unconsciously manipulating.

'CAUSE EVERYONE NEEDS A LITTLE ACCID RAIN xxx Finding myself L O S T within your A C I D x K I S S xxx Jackel sat with him and Taru was perfectly comfortable making the teen suffer a little longer. Something interesting normally happened the longer they were out together. So he figured he'd finish his coffee, then drag the other out to get some food before going back to his place. Jackel's house was filled with stolen technology. But it was technology that the teen needed to survive. So Taru didn't mind that much.
He felt the words signed into his hand and nodded. Smiling he reached up and patted the red head's hair fondly. Like one would tell a dog good boy. Taru knew how much Jackel like it when he did that. As far as he could tell, Jackel was much like a wounded puppy that had been kicked too many times. A vicious stray that was only nice to those who didn't try to cage it, but still fed it and gave it attention. Taru wasn't fond of animals, but he figured if he'd ever liked a dog it would be one like Jackel.
"I wanna pick up food. My treat." He signed into Jackel's hand and then took it into his own. He knew that Jackel would have to lead him. They had to take the back ways or else there would be way too much trouble. He didn't want them to get into a fight before they'd eaten. That would be bad. For many reasons. CODY P. CALLOWAYCody was really glad that Gabriel remembered about her headaches. She didn't know why but such small things really made her feel a ton better. It was so nice to be able to sit and talk with people. Even if she was a little spacey. Cody nodded her head, but sighed. "Yeah, it's really nice. But, whenever I close my eyes it's like all I can see are billions of colored words, numbers, and symbols flying all over. So...I haven't been sleep well." She laughed and looked at him with a bright smile. "Shota has been really annoyed at me because of it. He loves sleeping on someone, but I move around too much." As if in acknowledment that cat let out a yawn and meow, before nuzzling Gabriel's hand.

That although were different typesWe Were Meant To Be. Jayy scarfed down her food and emptied her water another two times before she finally slowed down and munched on a cookie that Cody brought. She leaned back on her hands and looked up to the sky as she listened to the conversation around her. It seemed like Cody had an interesting power, one that seemed like it did more damage to her. Cody had a lot of sympathy for her. She couldn't help it, she just felt bad for the people who got powers that messed with them more then helped anything really. Her's had almost been like that....
She shook off her thoughts when her phone made a beeping noise. She shuffled through her pocket and lifted the infernal device into eyesight. She cussed under her breath and fussed with it until she could get to the text she'd received. It was from headquarters, they'd caught sight of a low level esper...but it said it was a potential high level threat. She didn't understand ones like that.
Tapping Tetra on the shoulder she showed the message to her and then scrolled down so that Tetra would have the code to get the information she needed. Jayy then got to her feet and scarfed down the cookie. "Sorry guys, but I gotta bail out. I'll see you later Gabriel, it was nice to meet you Cody. I'll have my com. in Tetris!" With that Jayy grabbed her bag and slid her shoes on before waving to the room as she went out the door.
Jayy expended a little of her power to slick her hands as she slid down the railing and landed on her feet. As she rounded a corner she was met by another of her friends who was walking their bike while talking to a boy. "Hey Chivali, can I borrow your bike?" She didn't even have to come up with an excuse, her friend just gave her the bike and waved to her as she pedaled off. Jayy was in a hurry.

Gabriel Matthew Gabriel nodded at Jayy "Work is work," he managed to get out before she left. He, as someone who had to fund himself, understood that it could be obnoxious when it came to being around those who were not in your job. He worried about her control at times, but he also knew she'd be more than capable of kicking someone's teeth between his ears. He absently pet Shota a bit as he turned back to Cody "I've heard that a little change in temperature can help. It does for a couple people I know." like Jayy the thought popped up in the back of his mind "If you wish to have me work with a bit of heat to try and assist I'm willing to do so."

Where anything is capable Tetra sat quietly and listened to the conversation and eating her sandwich and cookies. Her attention was drawn to Cody mostly out of curiosity. She didn't know what she would do if she had to give up her computer, but the way Cody spoke of data waves reminded her of something. She have read about a similar power in the Judgement records, or perhaps she had been reading about Cody without knowing. Suddenly Jayy's phone went off and Moko's ears went strait up. Apparently they had both received a text message. Tetra smiled a little to herself as she watched Jayy fight with her cell. Her amusement was short lived as her partner jumped up and showed her the text. She quickly memorized the code before Jayy dashed out the door. Tetra was about to start setting up for a mission in Gabriel's apartment when she remembered Cody. She didn't want to cause the girl any more discomfort by basically flooding the small apartment with data. So instead she began packing up. When she had finished getting all her things back into her pack she spoke. "I apologize for our quick exit." she nodded at Gabriel before turning to Cody. "If you're having problems with data streams you could try EMP shielding your apartment a bit." Moko dug into her back pack while she was speaking and pulled out a scrap piece of paper and waved it above his head. "Moko will write down the phone number so Cody can call us!" Tetra blushed and snatched the paper and quickly wrote down the necessary information. If left to Moko the robot would be writing their life story on the small paper. When she was done she tore the paper in half and gave both Gabriel and Cody a copy, picked up her pack, let Moko climb onto her shoulder, and left with a small wave. She took the express train to Judgement HQ and powered up her work station. The multiple monitors flared to life and programs began booting. Moko perched on her desk ready to be extra support just in case. Tetra pulled some headphones over her ears and adjusted the attached microphone. "I'm online, Jack Frost." She spoke since Jayy said she'd have her com with her. Meanwhile Tetra pulled the information on the mission up with flying fingers. "What's your location?"

He'd thought that he could just wait outside the restaurant while Taru got some food for both of them. He didn't think too many people would recognize him and he thought that he could restrain himself. That's what he thought.
However a bunch of thugs had decided to try and pick a fight with him. They pushed him and one of them tried to tear off his mask. He punched that one. A fight broke loose and someone recognized him. Judgement was quickly called. Running inside the store he grabbed Taru and pulled him outside. The two of them running off. Jackel didn't have to explain, he knew that Taru would understand.
As they were running Jackel caught sight of Heimei. "Blackberry!" He shouted and waved to her for her to follow them. His rasping heady voice echoed like metal scraping on metal. Around a corner and suddenly Jackel had to push Taru out of the way. A gust of cold and a path of ice was now in front of them. A short brown haired girl stood with her hands out looking at Jackel with a glare as cold as the ice that was forming around her. "Damn..."[O H Y O U R M O U T H I S P O I S O N , Y O U R M O U T H I S W I N E]

That although were different typesWe Were Meant To Be. Jayy had followed the directions and found the area where the esper was. She ditched the bike a block away from the area. She was taking a look around. Just in time to see a fight being ended. That was when she heard her com-link go off. "I can hear you Tetris. Trans-coding coordinates." She pressed the button on her nifty watch and it sent the gps signal to Tetra. When the fight was over Jayy saw the person she was tailing and bit her lip. "Tetris, I'm gonna cut him off in the alley."
Jayy took up her position and just like she though he came running down. However he had someone in tow. She tried to freeze his feet but they dodge. "Why don't you freeze and chill with me for a while?" She extended her power towards the man in the gas mask once more. He seemed more distracted, keeping the other out of the fight. She managed to hit his arm but he wasn't slowing down.

Taru had just managed to get his food and had a hamburger hanging in his mouth when suddenly Jackel came flying in and grabbed him. As they made it around a corner he felt vibrations through the floor and moved with his friend. Another idiot from Judgement was blocking their path. He looked at the ice and then over to Jackel.
Against what people thought the only danger Jackel was, was to himself and to those who attacked him...as long as they didn't use powers. Jackel couldn't control his breathing nor could he weaponize it without killing himself faster then those around him. So Taru was the one you had to watch out for...but this little girl wasn't paying attention to him. She was taunting Jackel.
Suddenly Taru put his fingers over his lips leaving a small space between them and then whistled. It was so shrill and forceful that the sonic shock-waves it produced crashed into the walls and assaulted the girl. Fritzing out her electronics for a brief moment and threatening to shatter her eardrums. It was maybe a second before she was on the ground, and only ten more before she'd passed out. Taru motioned to Jackel and signed something to him. "We can't leave her here, should we bring her?" 'CAUSE EVERYONE NEEDS A LITTLE ACCID RAINoooEverytime I'm N E A R it seems like E C S T A S Y ooo

Where anything is capable Tetra glanced toward her right side monitor as a Jayy activated her GPS signal. An icon was now blinking that signaled her partner's current location. She acknowledged Jayy's spoken plan with a short sound. The footage from the nearby security cameras was just coming in. She saw those whom she assumed were their targets, and Jayy crossing their path. With the visuals confirmed she turned to the Judgement files. The two had been on the wrong side of Judgement several times. Their records showed many minor offenses mostly for fights. What puzzled Tetra was the markings of "Highly Dangerous". Surely if they were that dangerous the administrators wouldn't send agents of their level. About to warn Jayy about the two, she heard one of her partners trademark phrases followed shortly by a piercing whistle. Tetra threw off her headphones before much of the sonic attack could get through, but the damage was already done. Sparks were flying from her computer. Moko dove for safety while Tetra used her power to calm the rampant electricity. In the silence that came in the wake of the chaos, Tetra stared at the blackened screens with rising panic. Something had obviously happened with Jayy. Her partner was in trouble and she should be calling the administrators right now. She should be borrowing another computer from someone. That was the protocol. But there was no one else she knew in the building, and what if something else happened because she took too much time? Besides, they needed to know where Jayy was, right? Tetra could do that from here. There was just the problem of a less than working computer. Taking a deep breath she used her abilities to run a system check. Her monitors were completely burned out, but aside from some major electrical shorts the computer could be repaired. Tetra could easily work around the damage, but without a monitor she could see what she was doing. She would have to try to supercharge the computer and interface with it at the same time. She'd never done that before. While she was contemplating the possibilities Moko walked back over and put a paw on her hand. "Don't worry, we'll find Jayy. Moko will help!"Smiling Tetra nodded. "See if you can track any of Jayy's equipment. I'm going get us back on the network." Powering the computer was simple but ate at the concentration she need to interface this deep with the machine. She leaned on the systems programs to help her keep rhythm. Finally she got the security cameras back up. The scene was much as she left it except Jayy appeared unconscious and the two seemed to be figuring out what to do. Good she had time to find out ways to track Jayy, or at least places the two guys might take her partner. She just prayed she could do all that before her power got exhausted.

If it wasn't for him he'd be out of his league and a goner by now. He wouldn't go back, he refused to go back. Just the thought made him cringe in a slight amount of fear. He looked down at the girl and sighed. Taru was right though. They couldn't just leave a little girl like her out here. Jackel nodded and picked her up.
They headed back to his house, but told Heimei to go back home and stay out of sight for a while. They didn't want her getting in trouble. It was bad enough that Jackel had to drag Taru into this mess. They got outside of his home and Taru put a mask on himself and the girl. Once inside The thick gas made a small fog around the entire room. Jackel removed his mask and took a deep breath. He felt a strong relief in his lungs.
He sat down and looked at her. She was young but it seemed to him that Judgement liked to send their students after him. They knew he wasn't a huge risk, just that if they drew too much attention to him things might come to light. He sighed and looked at Taru. He signed for him to take care of her. Jackel needed to eat something.

Julius worked at the Ice Cream Parlor after his classes. He took half of them in the morning and half at night. In between those times during the day; he worked. It was an easy job and he was a pleasant soul. He could listen to his music and as long as he paid attention to the customers he never got any complaints.
It was only a bit of a surprise when he spotted two of his classmates walk in to the parlor. Maycen and Corgil were twins. They were hot, mysterious, and playful. Julius knew them from a few of his classes. He waved to them as he finished up a triple chocolate espresso sundae. The lady left him a tip with a wink. Julius flashed her his best smile and she almost melted her ice cream.
"Hey there apples! What can I get you today?" Julius called them apples because of their gold and red hair. It reminded him of delicious apples, plus their breath always smelled of apple cider in the morning. They didn't really drink coffee; from what Julius had learned at least.
