Tanasha There are consequences, and if you don't abide by the consequences then you get banned. A mage would be rather hesitant to go on a killing spree downtown if it meant that he would completely lose his ability to do magic when he was caught. If he chooses to act as if his restraints do nothing, then we declare that he accidently oblitterated his soul and ban him. thats kinda tyranical...but if you did that, then the mods couldn't really ban him for it...

Thats why the GMT is always at your service, to prevent the gundam raids.
A senate would be good. But to keep one person from gaining too much power, how about for every member in the senate, that person controlls only one guild? I have my GMT and I have no need to create another guild in this forum. As well as the fact of A.S.D.F. it would make it kind of non-plausable for me to be in two guilds at once. I could maybe open up a shop in times of low crime inside my guild on another thread perhaps. Such as selling seized items or mechs like police auctions. But that wouldn't give me any more power as a senate member.

BTW, I also heared the rumor about purchasing equipment and the like thats why I mentioned Funds...but we will have to wait to see this come true or not

That's one of the reasons why you can donate to the guild. 3nodding Really??...well thnks for clearing that, now we definitely need somebody who take care of funds 3nodding so why dont we vote to decide if it will be senate or a council in the first place, after we can work deeper on the structure for the option we choose

Random answers:
I'm not worried about people guild-whoring to get more power. It doesn't matter if you lead one guild or a thousand, you still can only get one seat and one vote. The idea is that people run as a civilian, guild, or millitary/GPD senator, and from there the three groups vote for who they like best. Each group gets a certain number of seats based on the percentage of the population they represent.

I believe she was talking about banning them from this guild rather than Gaia 3nodding Which brings me onto another point... is this going to be a public guild to allow people to come along and RP even though they aren't actual members or is it going to be something that you have to join to RP, i.e. private? If it's the former then as far as I know you can't ban people that aren't members of your guild, unless things are going to change later on. And the navy to which I was refering was the one begun by the kope... is that right?

Not that I can think of, although affiliation would be nice. well you better wait for Eileen, the GG is still on its most basic stage so the sig will take a long time to be made... considering that sigs dont take priotity over organization...but I bet Eileen will have you ASDF sig soon
