Barcel---Scarlet
65/65 --- 65/65

A flamethrower cut through the air, spiraling past the vines that held prisoners to strike down the others in its path. Seconds after the fire had charred and destroyed the writhing attackers a green and red blur soared through the gap they had left behind.
Scarlet had not intended to fight for the guilds. She was no member of them and had only the faintest knowledge regarding the entire war as it were, but it was enough to instill in the Flygon a need to protect. She'd always been the mothering type and now before her she saw young Pokemon prepared to throw their lives away for their home.
The Flygon would not sit idly by and watch.
Naturally her other half was not far behind, much to his annoyance. Barcel had been more irritable as of late due to having the shield fused to his arm and embedded with the incarnation of pure sin. Really, it would piss off anyone.
The Empoleon made no such attempt to attack aside from a single Ice Shard that cut done a vine that had been attempting to swat Scarlet from the air.
He narrowed his eyes at the noticeable white shape behind the vines and perched atop Cronus' head.
That Eevee was here, damn.

Fiorin --- Evelyn --- Alec---Chase---Atreyu
10/30 ---5/25 --- 15/25 --- 20/30 --- 45/75

Making his slow and painstaking way along the destroyed hallways, a lone Kirlia paused momentarily in his trek to gauge his position. Where was he again? Chase frowned at the thought but pressed onward regardless, hands on the wall to brace himself from the tremors that were gradually strengthening as he went on.
The second he reached the main hall he realized, too late, that the tremors were the result of an Earthquake that he was now close enough to for it to-oh god!
The ground at the Psychic's feet shattered and threw him to the side into the wall opposite where he stood, he felt pain flare up in his chest as it was crushed between him and the wall.
Arceus, where was Blight and Ace?! He had to find them...

The long Furret bounded forward as the Earthquake began, he'd seen some Ponyta kid too close for anything but disaster to fell the young Pokemon. With blinding speed he made his path to the fire type and lunged at him to throw the little horse down and out of the path of the attack.

The green cheeked Pikachu paused momentarily at the sounds of Pokemon shouting in alarm. He turned to find the vines had ensnared multiple Pokemon within their leafy grasp and he watched with a frown that was steadily turning my grim by the second. He recognized none of the Pokemon caught but one and just the one set him on edge.
'Era, right? That's her. Met her at the pool...' She'd seemed nice then, what bastards would attack Pokemon like her. There were even children captured as well.
The rodent turned back to the fight at hand with his cheeks sparking but was unable to unleash his attack before Cronus launched his own.
"Watch o-" Fiorin's warning came too slow to help and the Pikachu could only watch with eyes wide in horror as the earth broke apart and the sharp edges of the rocks began to jut upward beneath their paws. Alec was thrown to the side, but the Riolu only tumbled away and out of the attacks path for the most part. He'd be bruised but he'd live.
Fiorin on the other hand...
The Pikachu gave a gasp as a piece of the jagged stone broke directly under him, the sharpened tip slicing upward along his side. His fur was parted bright red with the blood now heavily rushing from the wound and dripping messily on the floor, too distracted with the injury to pay attention he found himself jostled and thrown across the ground as the earth continued to tremble. As the quakes of the attack died down he managed to groggily lift himself off the groun and cast his blurred gaze to where he'd last seen his team. A pile of orange and black fur pulled at his attention and he allowed a sharp cry of alarm to escape him as he forced his legs forward to carry him to the pile of fur at the other end of the hall.
"Evelyn! Evelyn! Get up, Eve! Eve!" The Growlithe gave no response to his shouts or him vigoriously shaking her shoulder. Her hat was missing, fur atop her head messily strewn about her and damp with red.
"Fiorin, is she-" Alec had made his way back to them, his sword lost in the chaos of the moment. The Riolu leaned over the Pikachu's shoulder to see the injured fire type who quickly relieved the both of them when she gave an audible growl.
"That...that hurt."
"Eve, thank Arceus you're-"
The fire type pushed herself shakily to her feet and snarled, "No time, get him before he attacks again!" A bright light began to engulf her fur as she let loose a Sunny Day to cover the field before slumping back to the ground. Unfortunately it faded with in seconds...
"Alec, I don't think either of us can really do much after that hit. You go on the offensive." said the Pikachu, clapping his paws once in a Helping Hand. At the prompt the Riolu nodded once before launching back into the fray, his fists igniting in a fire punch.
The Pikachu heaved a sigh, one paw on Evelyn's shoulder to make sure she was still breathing. The Growlithe had passed out again seconds after her Sunny Day kicked in. As he glanced up a pale blue glow fell over Evelyn and watched with wide eyes as the blood on her fur began to vanish as though by magic. Fiorin blinked in surprise at the Kirlia standing there. The Psychic was holding his ribs, eyeing the fight with apprehension. His expression left little need for words between the two Pokemon who'd never met before. So Fiorin held his tongue and waited...
Surely it had to end soon. He turned to focus his attention on maintaining his shield.

Scarlet used Flame thrower! [-16]
Barcel used Ice Shard! [-8]
Atreyu took the hit for Skittles!

Evelyn used Sunny Day! [It missed!]
Alec used Fire Punch! [-18]

.::Stark & Mako & Siegfried & Nariko::.

N/A --- 20/40 --- 35/45--- 30/40

The whole guild seemed to freeze when Eridanus appeared- after all, it was hard to forget the damage the monster had caused during his last appearance. So it wasn't entirely unexpected- nor indeed, appreciated- when the Eevee healed the Torterra of a large portion of the damage that the Guild had wrought. Then the bad news began.

The Torterra stomped its feet, sending a tremor throughout the hall that shredded the floor in its wake. It reached Mako, Sieg, and Nariko, and unceremoniously hurled them through the air, tossing them about like ragdolls. They all landed hard, Mako bearing the worst of it, considering his weakness to the attack. They all rose uncomfortably, dusting themselves off, Mako's arm hanging limply by his side. Nariko noticed, and he quickly turned away.

"I think the shoulder's dislocated... but it's not broken, I don't think. I'll be fine, just give me a--" There was a strangled grunt here, as he popped his shoulder into place with an audible snap, and he rotated it a few times, still cringing, but seeming satisfied.

"...It'll be fine. Trust me." And without another word, he turned toward the gigantic Torterra, launching a Lava Plume from his beak, which rocketed through a number of vines. Nariko decided that Mako could probably handle himself, and kept up with her Ice Beam assault, while Sieg released his pent-up energy in a Bug Buzz, screaming toward the enemy.

Stark would have shouted some means of encouragement to them, or possibly cursed out the pair in the center of the hall, but he was unable- a vine had wedged itself between his teeth, gagging him, and another had his head pinned to the wall.

I'm getting a cramp.

That bites. Want me to do something?

Yes. SHUT UP.

( Blue & GOOP & Saraph )
( N/A -- N/A -- 20/25 )

As the last of the vine that held Saraph was cut of, Blue let out a breath of relief. "Raph, you alright?" The hybrid nodded, shaking his leg. "Fine, fine, no harm done" He put his leg down, looking around. "Looks like everyone made it out alright, I'm sure we'll be fine"

Goop let out another one of his noises, a happy look on his face. Won, they won, they won! So happy, he was, that they all won! That was so easy! And- AH! NO! It was one of the evil giant green noodles! No, more than one! And it was going right towards him and the blue manlady. B-but if it was a noodle...he could eat it!

The Shellos began to tremble in Blues arms. "Huh? What wr- ACK!" she hadn't expected the sudden restraint of the vines. Goop was able to slip through, she however wasn't gifted with a boneless body. Her arms were forced to her side now, and she struggled to get free. The sudden movements spooked Saraph, who's Ponyta instinct took over now and sent him running blindly forwards. Goop jumped off of the steed now, lying on the floor with a rather frightened look.

Two vines came towards him now to take him. He let out a sound akin to a shriek, blinking as he tried to back away from them. No...no, he had to be strong! He opened his mouth, a fierce look on his face as he took both vines in his mouth. And thus, he was carried up, up and up to wherever it was the people captured were taken.

He chewed on the vines furiously. What were these noodles made of? He chewed and chewed and chewed, but they were all still one piece? "Psst. Goop" What? No, he was busy! "Goop! Goop!" The blue shemanlady would have to wait until he was done! "Goop! Heeeeelp!" That was it! He turned around, "GRRRRRRAH!" he yelled angrily before going back to his vine chewing.

Well this was just peachy. Blue stopped struggling now and he watched, Saraph was gone and the only one that was free and able to help was too busy eating to pay any mine. His chest was too constricted to use Ember or Powder Snow, and he couldn't bring his claws up to tear at the vines...this sucked royally. Roy-all-ee.

As attacks were launched here and there, Saraph was too spooked to notice. Not just the original spooking, but now he was picking up emotions here and there...fear, pain, worry, they filled his mind and clogged his senses. He was too startled to attack, the fear of others overcame him and he found himself helplessly standing in place. He didn't even notice the Earthquake the monster of a torterra had given until it was too late. The ground shook and crack, and he came tumbling down and onto his side, legs flailing in the air to try and get up.

It was hopeless. He was going to die out here. He grabbed the ends of the scarf around his neck, what a disappointment. He was letting everyone down, even little Tiggs...he hugged the scarf now, it comforted him, it made him feel better. It was then that the emotions of others began to get to him. Now, alongside the sad were the brave. Fearlessness, renewed hope, do or die attitudes. His fellow guildmates were rising up now to fight against what wanted to end him, and...well, why couldn't he rise up too?

He closed his eyes, a psychic overcoming him as he righted himself. He would only focus on the feelings of the bold now, as he stamped his hoof against the ground, small embers flying out as he ignited within a fraction of a second. A wildfire that started on the bottom and went up. He looked at the vines, eyes angry as he charged at a hoard of them. The flames on him gained a sort of spin, a wheel of fire as he slammed into the wall of vines.

They ignited, flailing around like a lizards dismembered tail before falling to the ground, burning and dying. The flames around Saraph died down, as he looked right at Cronus. Or, more importantly, Eridanus atop his head. He'd heard stories but had never had the pleasure of meeting him in person. If he was a Mightyena he would have growled in displeasure. He'd make sure he was a part of those that took him down now. For that purpose alone he would be happy to sacrifice himself for.

Ren :: Senka :: Mr. Cuddles
N/A :: 15/25 :: 15/25

"VACK!" Ren shrieked as she was grabbed by one of the vines. Senka turned, reaching out towards the vine and grabbing it. Her eyes narrowed into angry little things as she fought against it, planting her feet into the ground and pulling on the vine. Now, she might be a small little thing, but she sure was strong! Cuddles, now having been dropped on the ground, opened his happy little smile to say something.

"Drop me again you b***h, I will cut out your intestines and play jump rope with them over your grave C:"

Senka hadn't been able to hear this, however, busy trying to free her friend. Ren as well tried to fight back, as much as an armless ghost was able to. For some reason, her ability to make herself pass through solid object wasn't working on this vine, no matter how hard she tried.

"Zenka, watch ou-" too late. The ground shook and quaked, and Senka was brought down and into the large crack that formed underneath her. She shrieked, her hands slipping and letting go of the vine. Her precious, preciou grip, oh how it had failed her at the worst time. Ren was carried up and away, while Senka struggled to free herself of the crack.

After a couple of tries she was able to free herself. She pushed herself up, shakily going over and grabbing Mr. Cuddles. At first it seemed strange, but after awhile you would notice a trail of red behind her. The bottom of the back of her cloak had turned red, wiping and dragging its wearers blood. It had been a hard hit that had literally crushed her lower body, though she still found the strength to stand. She would not sit and bleed out when she knew that she still had the power to stand and fight.

She looked down at Cuddles, holding him in her right. Like a ball, like a ball...her eyes went up to the group of vines coming at her to wreck her, and she only had one response. To Pound the igglybuff into those vines. She drew her hand back, throwing the smiling little normal type at the vines. He hit them hard, knocking some back and down before letting out a cute little squeak (like a dogs toy squeak) and bouncing back and away from Senka. The hooded pokemons fingertips gained a sort of faint, dark glow, rings of darkness forming around her hand. They started out small, but began to expand, until they became three, large, definite rings that spun and rotated around each other. She pushed her hand forwards, the rings giving out a sort of thump sound as they pulsed out and at the vines, tearing them apart and shredding them to little pieces.

Senka stood absolutely still now as the vines collapsed and writhed around her. As much as she wanted to help the others, she was immobilized now. She could do nothing but watch and wait.

Zori && Kaiyou && Azra && Gary && Skye && Istas && Keiran && Celeste
55/65 && 55/65 && 45/55 && 45/55 && 45/55 && 35/55 && 45/55 && 35/55

The earthquake struck hard, shattering the growing confidence of the warriors on the floor. Zori cried out, feeling the ground give way beneath her, and she hurriedly scrambled for solid ground. Kai followed, his massive hands grabbing clumsily at the black-furred pair of companions they'd gained. Keiran, quickly grasping the seriousness of the situation, clung tightly to Celeste, only to find the pair of them thrown to safety near the edge of the room.

Keiran hit the wall hard, taking the full impact with his shoulders. He felt pain sear through his back, though he didn't cry out. His species had a natural resistance to pain. Besides that, one couldn't shout without air in their lungs.

He gripped Celeste's shoulders, shifting her off of his ribcage, and inhaled sharply, coughing as the dusty air filled his lungs. Celeste was perched shortly away, seemingly unbothered by the mess. For a moment, he was confused, until he realized that the dazed-looking Chimchar was sprawled out next to a nearby Leafeon. 'Figures, she's been on her feet five seconds, and she's already using others to her advantage.' He sighed heavily, dragging himself to his paws, and hurriedly making his way toward the two evolved Pokemon... and Celeste, though he wasn't terribly concerned about her.

"You alright?" he questioned worriedly, his teal eyes fixing on the larger male. The Swampert really was one of the biggest Pokemon he'd ever met. Still, he had a feeling that there was a lot more to the spirited Pokemon that met the eye.

"I'm fine. You... no..." His breath was ragged and somewhat angry, his eyes turning to fix on the dark silhouettes emerging from the dust. Suddenly, his eyes widened in horror, and the Swampert noticably flinched back. "Zori. It's her," he snarled under his breath, causing the Leafeon to abruptly twist and leap to her paws in response.

"Who... who are you talking about?" snapped Celeste angrily, her voice low. Her violet eyes gleamed with impatience as she smacked Keiran in the gut out of habit. He hissed furiously in response, only to have Kai step a foot pointedly between them, still glaring into the distance.

The eyes of both Epsilon members narrowed in hatred. Sadly, so did Zori's.

"Ebony." For the first time, Keiran was startled by the ferocity of the little Grass-type. Her voice was down-right venomous; a tone that he hadn't at all expected from such a slender, feminine creature. She was the captain of a first-class team, a mother, and a warrior; he realized then that perhaps it shouldn't have come as such a surprise. He was confused by the nature of her recognition, though. He'd never heard of an Ebony before, and the shifting dust in the air from the Earthquake made it difficult to sense exactly what Ebony was. He could sort of see her, and he felt her there, but the amount of darkness surrounding her was reason enough to avoid extending his consciousness near. He liked his soul intact.

- - - - -

The group scrambled out of the crack in the wall, Azra grabbing Gary roughly by the tail, and Istas leaping headfirst out of harm's way. She barreled into Skye, pushing them both against the wall, and the older female hurriedly curled around the little Pichu as pieces of the stone ceiling began to fall. Dust filled the air quickly, chunks of rock crashing viciously to the floor. The floor was cracking like brittle shale, though Skye knew it for certain to be marble. She squeezed her eyes shut, not moving from her shielding position around the tiny Pichu in her grasp.

A sudden tug on her scruff brought her back to reality, and she found herself being hurriedly dragged to her paws. Azra had Gary slung over her shoulder, and Skye reacted by nudging Istas onto her back instead. "Head to the far end of the hall! We're too close to the fighting, here!" She shouted, and Skye nodded, moving to follow. The floor was weaker there, she knew, but after an attack like that, she knew that the ground they stood on was likely no better.

Her paws skipped over the cracking floors, fighting to escape the wrath of the Earthquake. If they stayed here, she felt certain that Istas would stand little chance, and neither would they. They didn't have the strength or experience for this, and if they didn't get away from that mess... She wished they'd been able to stay away, in their team room.

'We'll get through this; we've been through far worse than the likes of this.'

- - - - -

Thrown back into the action, Zori lashed out at the nearest vine, her sharp claws unsheathed to tear a vine away from Kai's hind leg. They'd spawned more, now that the creepy white Eevee had joined his companion in battle. He seemed to just utterly enjoy their pain, for whatever reason, and she felt no qualms about trying to kill the lot of them. After all, they seemed to have none about killing them in return.

Shards of ice spewed from her jaws, swirling upward around the vines like the chilling mist of death. The winds swept through them, so cold that they burned, and only the air around the Leafeon herself seemed safe. All was not at it seemed. Within the eye of the storm, the peace was superficial. The cold so strong that the frost formed instantly along the extremities of her body, chilling her to the bone. She could feel her body temperature drop like a stone, and she roared like a wildcat as she slashed through a nearby vine.

Out of the freezing depths, the wind began to rise again, an Icy Wind stirring strongly around the emerging figure of a Swampert. His eyes glowed with the added strength of another, and his attack strengthened into a gale of its own, spiralling off into the depths of the tangled vines.

Meeting her partner's gaze, the golden-eyed Leafeon seemed to nod. In return, so did Kaiyou, his eyes darkening seriously. She raised a paw, pressing it to his forearm, and the strength of the storm intensified. Working together, they destroyed a perfect circle of vines, leaving in their wake a path of spiked and crystalline icicles. The floor was frozen solid.

The wind died away, and within moments, the secondary pair charged forward to renew the attack.

Keiran leaped in, a Copycat, ice swirling around himself as well. The frozen shards hung in the air, for just a moment. Time enough for Celeste to butt in, slicing the ice in every direction with a Fury Swipes. The strong claws of the primate flung bits of shattered ice in every direction, so cold that they felt near to diamond in solidity. With any luck, the sudden warmth of the bodies they struck would make them shatter; inside their victims.

Celeste's mouth curved into a sickening, sadistic grin at the thought. She could already imagine the cries of agony; enemy or otherwise. She liked to see her efforts put to use.

{{ Zori used Blizzard ( Ice-type ) -> [ 5 ] x 4 = 20
Kaiyou used Icy Wind ( Ice-type ) -> [ 9 ] x 4 ( + 5 from Helping Hand ) = 41
Keiran used Copycat/Icy Wind ( Ice-type ) -> [ 1 ] x 4 = 4
Celeste used Fury Swipes ( Normal-type ) -> [ 1 ] x 1 = 1

Total damage: -66

EDIT: In light of the change back to usual rules... Zori, Kaiyou, and Keiran all used Ice-type attacks, and Celeste a Normal-type. Thus, I'd say that it would be roughly... 13 damage? I'm not sure. 7 damage, if you're counting Ice-type as a normal super-effective. }}

Eros + Isis + Nephthys

15/15

Nephthys gasped as she noticed the guild start to shake, she was then very thankful she could fly as the earthquake attack just passed her harmlessly, this situation was starting to get dangerous.
Gulping a bit the Combee steeled her nerves as she let out blades of air, aiming the Air Cutter at the vines that surrounded the guild.

Nephthys didn't know what was up with that Eevee but she just didn't like how this battle was going.

Isis meanwhile was trying to struggle to get away from the vines, even though it was in vain, "I'm going to die....I just know it. I'm totally gonna die and just.....nonononononononoooo!"
Panicking the Smoochum struggled even more.

Eros meanwhile just sighed, he had quit struggling the moment he found himself unable to just phase out from the vines, "This sucks..." He muttered as he watched the continued fight against the Pokemon that was causing all of this.
Not to mention he was also trying to hold back a blush at the vines that had squeezed against his 'hair' as he struggled enough to get it free, he was still trapped of course but at least there wouldn't be any odd situations, "Stupid vines. I'm glad this isn't one of Skittle's animes....Otherwise I'd really be regretting being captured." He mused to absolutely no one in particular.

Aphrodite + Lilith + Iris "Skittles"

5/15 + 5/15 + 15 /15

Aphrodite grunted as she slammed into the wall, she couldn't really feel much pain due to being a zombie and all, sure she was a sentient zombie with emotions and stuff, but even this pain wouldn't really phase her, "Like, oh my Arceus! Are you like totally serious? that grody Eevee totally just healed the like Pokemon attacking us, ya know?" The valley girl Feebas angrily fumed to Lilith who was blasted back with her, "Like just ew! Like oh my Arceus like totally gag me with a spoon, ya know?"

Lilith meanwhile just rolled her eyes as she hissed in pain, looking through the mass of vines, they seemed to be wearing them down...hopefully they would all come out of this alright.
Looking to the Feebas near her she sighed, "Aphrodite. Your eye iz rolling on ze voor." She then frowned, "Vick it up. Vat is utterly disgusting, da?"

Aphrodite just giggled as she plopped her eye back in, "Like, sorry, ya know?" She then looked back at the vines, "How about we like totally ruin this plant life, like right?"
Lilith nodded as she got close to the Feebas, "Vatever. Let's just destroy vhis ving."

The two water types then stood side by side as Lilith shot a dart from her mouth as she used Leech Life, hoping to regain energy from any plants she'd destroy.
Aphrodite meanwhile decided to hit the mass of vines with a Dragon Pulse

Iris meanwhile gasped as he/she felt the rumbling and let out a rather frightened whinny, even he/she knew that a ground attack would hurt really badly. Little did she know how badly it would affect him/her, he/she then let out a quick burst of Fire Spin at the vines, hoping to burn some of them away.
Iris was then shoved to the side as he/she skidded and blinked, Iris then noticed that a Furret had taken the Earthquake instead.
The rainbow Ponyta whinnied again out of concern before trotting up to the Furret, "A-are you alright? I mean...umm...I'm sorry..." He/She apologized, feeling a bit conflicted now that her mama and papa were taken away by vines, he/she didn't like this one bit at all, "Th-thank you for saving me...though. Umm..." He/She finished, trailing off, hoping the Furret wasn't badly injured.

Anubis + Heimdall + Hestia

5/15 + 5/15 + 5/15

Anubis growled as he dodged the vines before jumping in the air and hitting the mass of plant life with another Blaze Kick, he then gasped as he felt the earth shaking underneath him and let out a rather uncharacteristic squeak as he was blown backwards and slammed into a wall.
Hearing a sharp crack, he grunted as he lay in a crumpled heap on the floor, s**t! He was gonna have a headache for weeks now! This just sucked!
As he slowly got back up though, he felt the pain subside as he tilted his head, what was going on? He then started to feel a pain in his chest as he started to cough, multiple times in succession, until he finally stopped. Shivering at the feeling of sudden coldness, he gasped as he noticed an oddly shaped dark splotch on the ground, "Wh-what happened?" He wondered as his mind started to feel even more pained as he fell to the ground.

Heimdall grunted as he and Hestia were thrown back into a wall as well from the Earthquake that just happened, "...Nnn....Hestia?" Heimdall started as he pulled out a book, "Get your rosary out."
The Smoochum nodded as she quickly got her precious rosary out and clasped it in between her hands/flippers, "Oh Arceus up in the holy plains..." She then started to go from bead to bead as the rosary started to glow, "Your humble servants wish to serve and protect..."
Heimdall continued, "Under holy guidance we serve to heal the wounded..." He then closed the book/bible, "In our time of need!"

The rosary and the bible then glowed as the Smoochum and Togepi both used Wish hoping to heal some of the Pokemon in the guild who were injured badly.
Only time would tell if there prayer came true.

(( Umm...since this whole one hit thing is in place...here's a refrence just in case we go back to regular.

Nephthys- x2 damage due to Air Cutter being super effective.
Lilith- x2 damage due to Leech Life being super effective...and I dunno if she gets health back so....yeah.
Aphrodite- Dragon Pulse
Skittles- x2 damage due to Fire Spin being super effective...and residual damage if that applies.
Anubis- x2 damage due to Blaze Kick being super effective.
Hestia- Used Wish to....heal some of the team mates if possible.
Heimdall- Used Wish as well to heal others if possible... ))

Due to some issues with the health system, we'll be reverting to the 1-hit-1-damage system. Basically, attacks do one, x2 for SE, x4 for double effectiveness.
Cronus's health totals will be shifted to compensate for this.

Sorry about this folks, your mass-murdering will have to wait a bit.

ASAR

ASAR floated into the hall, completely and totally unaware of the danger by all appearances.
He had orders: Give the box to the highest ranked, able individual he could find.
Though that was proving to be something of a problem; the only ranking members of any of the guilds were absent or entangled.
There was one, however. The Flygon he had been informed was Scarlet. She had been given permissions; she would do.
So, he took the only path available to him; the one he would create. The otherwise unassuming flying machine's head would begin to spin rapidly as a small ball of energy formed and pulsed until it blasted forward in a Hyper Beam that would cut a quick circle through the room and the walls beyond. At any cost, he had been told; there would be no effort spared.
A quick burst of flight took ASAR across the room and towards the Flygon, whether she was flying or standing he would follow her in an attempt to get her to the ground so the box could be given to her properly. It was a small, plain box. More than anything, it was unassuming; it was made of nothing more than thin metal with a small, easily broken or removed latch.
A note lay on top. Writing was on both sides, one large and simple and the other much smaller and much more complicated; the former was simple.
A gift from Lloyd. It's a poison powerful enough to kill anything. Use it in emergencies. - Tolin.
Underneath lay seven injectors with thick, durable needles extending from each one; four lay on top and three on the bottom.
Care had been taken in their selection, as they were large and sturdy enough to be easily manipulated by even the clumsiest of pokemon.
"Reque-ue-uesting permission to shut down."

Minerva

The only thing that kept Atra safe as he stormed the room in all recklessness was his distinct appearance; the pokemon around his mother had received a fairly short list of people that were "hands-off" and her children were among them. They wouldn't be familiar to him, however, as well they shouldn't be; they were pokemon he had never seen before. Minerva knew a great many different groups but there hadn't been the need before today. They were guards of a sort, though to call them that may be generous; they were more akin to mercenaries. In fact, they were.
A Charizard, massive by any creature's standards but normal for his kind, towered over a very stressed looking guildmaster.
"Jess says the path is clear. We're leaving."
Minerva herself, however, was much more concerned about her son who had received only a passing glance from the Charizard.
Minerva rushed towards her son and spoke both quickly and quietly in a hushed tone that betrayed her normal, calm self.
"We're leaving. Your brother should already be gone, come with us."
In the end, she was a mother first.

Sereni & Faran & Celus & Eon & Irilyss
35/55 & 25/45 & 40/50 & 30/50 & 45/55

It was heartening to see the Guild banding together in the way that they were. Everyone was doing their part to take down the abberation that was this Torterra and the success that they were achieving was commendable. Already there were hundreds of vines writhing in their death throes on the ground, brought down by the might of all the willing and able Rescue Teams. If they was what they could do when they were working together, then maybe, just maybe, they stood a chance against their enemy after all. Thus were the thoughts of Era as she looked down with worried eyes at her Team, at all the Teams. She recognized so many of them fighting down there: little Azra bravely leading a group of children away from the battle, Keiran fighting alongside Team Episilon whom the Pikachu had looked up to since day one, Scarlet flying in to the scene and joining the fight, the pair of Riolu twins who Eon had befriended one battle, Alice and her Team on the edge of the fight, and Fiorin standing at the forefront of the fight and looking back...at her?

Their eyes connected for just an instant before he turned back and Era's eyes widened in dismay as she saw what he missed. "Look out!" she called in vain, there was no hope of him hearing over all the commotion, but she couldn't help it. The Pikachu cringed within her leafy prison as she saw his side rent open by the force of the Earthquake far beneath her. No, oh Arceus no. She watched helplessly as he ignored his own wound in favor of rushing to the side of a terribly wounded Growlithe. Era made yet another attempt at struggling but it was no use, the more she fought the less room she had to move. All she could do was watch what was going on below. With an agonized look on her face Era turned her head from Fiorin and his Team to look at the others, feeling her heart sink lower and lower upon seeing each fresh injury. This was torture, nothing less. She should be down there beside them, helping them! Instead when they needed her most all she could do was sit there and watch. The Electric Type felt the weight of her Volt Globe around her neck and cursed the vine that bound her yet again. It was useless with her up here: she could have helped someone, like Eon, like Fiorin, but now it was too late. With a gloomy sigh, Era looked about to find her own Team in the mess that was below, fearful of what she might see.

As much as Era was preoccupied with those on the ground, Ethfael and Riley were more concerned with the massive creature that the Guild was fighting. Both paled slightly as they saw the white Eevee that they knew far better than either of them would have liked walk to the head of the monster and begin to heal it. Neither one of the two could do a thing and that thought was terrifying more than anything else; Ethfael was tangled in the vines and Riley was still within his Leader's grip which the plants had forced into place. As the ground below the two shook from the force of the Torterra's Earthquake, their attention was drawn to a pair of Pokemon nearby who were also caught up in the vines. One of them was chuckling, a laugh that carried far better than it should have, the other was writhing to get away from the dark laughing one which the vines had all but tied him to. Ethfael's ire was sparked by the disrespect of the smaller one and he shouted over the noise at the laughing Pokemon. "You think this is funny, do you?" The tone in the Dragon's voice was chilling, and his expression darkly unamused.

The pair of Pokemon looked over at him, the writhing one scarcely breathing and the dark one with distaste. After a moment, the one whom he'd addressed responded with a grin that held a twisted sort of joy, "Of course. Don't you?"

There was no real warning to alert the Guild Pokemon when the Earthquake was coming. One moment they were about to recommence their attack, the next their massive opponent shuddered slightly and suddenly the entire world seemed to shift beneath their feet. A rift appeared in the midst of where the Team had been standing, sending them one way or another in all manner of directions. The creature had been intending to send their lines into disarray and it succeeded.

Faran yipped in alarm as the ground below him splintered and send shards of earth into him in such a way that it knocked him off his feet. The Vulpix was shoved onto his side and a cut run from the side of his cheek to his shoulder which bled freely. The boy whimpered in pain, unable to shift himself without the cut hurting too much. It was his first battle, and he didn't have the hardened experience that all the others did. He was young and his resistance and experience were low, making him the perfect target for direct hits like the one he'd just taken. He didn't want to just lay here though, what was it Riley always said during their training lessons? No matter how much it hurts, you've got to get up and keep going. Once you're down you're in trouble. He couldn't stay here, he'd have to keep going like Riley said to. Gritting his teeth against the pain, Faran shifted so that he could prop himself up on his good paw. It'd just take a little more and then he could get up and keep going.

"Stay low," the familiar voice caused Faran's ears to p***k in surprise, and he saw Celus making his careful way over to him. "Odds are he won't do that again, now that he's got us disorganized he'll start picking us off with more direct attacks." The Ivysaur's voice was steady and sure, speaking with the experience that Faran lacked. His red eyes trailed to the young Vulpix's wound, but otherwise there was no comment on it by the Dual Type. "Get up, but crouch behind me if you can," Celus instructed the Fire Type, "I'll look out for you." The Ivysaur had been one of the least effected by the Torterra's assault from MistMelody, so he was determined to do what he could to protect the younger members of his Team. He wasn't as young as he used to be, but he had lived a good life; the others deserved as much of a chance as he'd had. The Ivysaur remained still, using Growth to revitalize himself a bit, though the effects weren't as promising as he'd have liked. So long as he was able to watch out for the wounded Vulpix who now crouched tentatively behind him, he would be satisfied.

Sereni noticed the tremor as it was happening and moved quickly to try and avoid the worst of it. It worked to some extent; she braced herself and closed her eyes upon the impact of the shrapnel that pummeled her in the side. She gasped in a thrill of pain as it drew blood, reopening some of her old scars from a fight with another crazed Pokemon that seared as painfully as the day they were burned into her skin. The Lanturn wasn't the worst off of those present though, not by a long shot. As she reopened her eyes, she looked around at the damage surrounding her and grew prepared for the worst. To do any notable damage to this creature would require a lot of power, more than she had at her disposal right now. Breathing in deeply she began to tap into her energy and began to Stockpile it for use when she could get in a good shot.

Eon didn't get the chance to prepare for the Earthquake attack, taking the full force of the ground-rending attack when it hit. He fell to the ground with a painful thud and the impact bruised the Pikachu's ribs as well as giving him a spitting headache, causing him to gasp in pain. With a moan, the Electric Type got to his feet and tried to control the dizziness that swept over him when he made any swift motions. He didn't really get the chance to recover though, for the vines had descended upon him again before he stopped seeing double. Eon made a quick Feint to the side and then attacked the plant that aimed to hit him, downing it. His mind snapped quickly back to focus as a set of three more shot towards him and, aided by Agility, he ducked and dodged between them a Headbutt to the left and a Quick Attack to the right halting two of his problems. Pausing to gasp for breath, the Pikachu kept his eye on the remaining vine from the group, ready to move at any moment to evade it. This would be so much easier if his head didn't hurt so much that he could scarcely focus.

Irilyss was the least affected of the group by the Ground Attack, rising above the ground several inches to avoid the worst of it; all that managed to hit the Gardevoir was excess debris from the original attack. Despite that being the case though, debris from an attack such as that was not as light as it would seem. The Psychic was left with a number of cuts and scratches that were fairly sizeable even though she fared better than most. Dropping back down to the ground once the attack was over, Irilyss spotted the Rattata from before viciously attacking one of the vines. She looked to be in fairly bad shape, and the Gardevoir paused for a moment in consideration before sending a Heal Pulse at the small Pokemon. She watched with satisfaction as the energy enveloped the Normal Type and began to work its magic before turning and walking in the other direction; there were other places to be and other Pokemon for her to help here. The Psychic took that moment to look up at the Torterra itself and spotted something that made her blood run cold; a black and white Eevee with crimson eyes. She'd heard Era and Ethfael speak of this Pokemon before, and she'd hoped that she would never lay eyes on him. Now that she had seen him though, it paralyzed her with horror. The aura that she felt from him was eerily similar to the twisted evil that had radiated from another black, white, and crimson creature that haunted her still.

Beatrice &&& Ailleen &&& Emily

5/15

Team Wonderland's two captains are still in the air. Beatrice suddenly began writhing to get free, or for some reason. Ailleen is useless in this post Emily sighed as the vines dispersed a smidge from the guild members attacks.

Suddenly the ground went crazy under Emily's feet. Something.... was not right. Suddenly the floor under Emily shattered throwing peices of earth at her. It actually hurt pretty bad, for most of the clumps had rocks in them. Emily was battered and slammed against the floor, where she tried to push herself up. She lunged and bit down once, twice, thrice, and then one more for good mesure with Hyper Fang

Beatrice suddenly stopped writhing. A fimiliar presence entered her body. Her eyes took on a nostalgic blue-ish glow. Well, this is an interesting development... Obsidian? Glad you remembered me. Well, this is opening up a new level of irony, I hate ghosts, yet one is in my head. Well, that is hurtful!

45/55||45/55||45/65||55/65||55/65

Finian cringed as he felt the floor beneath him shake and shatter violently. He took the attack well, maintaining his composure, though it was foremost in his mind that many in the immediate vicinity would be far less fortunate.
"Tend to some of the wounded, and hurry. I know you're able to."
Finian quickly spat out in the direction of a certain nearby Celebi who would have survived through the earthquake unscathed in all of his fluttering glory if it wasn't for a chunk of solid stone dislodging from the ceiling and taking him by surprise upside the head. Needless to say he wasn't in the best of moods as he floated there, in mid air, rubbing at the side of his face which had visible signs of damage.
"What do I care? Can't you see I-..."
"If you really had something against helping you wouldn't be here now. No, you're just looking for something to argue about. Well I don't give two flying shits because I'm not providing you with what you want. Now lend a hand to your guild as you promised to do when you joined or get the hell out."
Finian snapped, cutting off whatever that damn semi legendary was about to say. He really couldn't care less; he knew whatever was about to come out of Ein's mouth was entirely self centered anyway. The Absol normally did not allow emotions to take the best of him, but in this case he thought his actions were well deserved and needed to be done in the absence of their team leaders. He normally appeased the Celebi as much as he could when they were back in their rooms enjoying leisure time, but this was different, this situation deserved far more gravity than the joke the temporal Pokemon before him was blatantly taking it as. It was as if that rotten, little pixie opposed everything he himself stood for. He joined this guild for the sake of helping others, contributing to a community, and finding his own place in the process. All of which has been the sum of the opportunities provided to him thus far. If he were able, he would be putting his life on the line aiding some of the younger, less battle experienced Pokemon that clearly were in immediate danger right now , but it was a shame his own species prevented him in specializing in healing moves. It was also a shame that so many were unprepared for this battle and near paying the toll with their lives. Even though he wasn't able to do anything about this much, he couldn't let someone else sit idly by and let the opportunity to lend the hand pass either.
"As you wish~."
Ein responded as curtly as possible with the slightest bit of a grin. Oh how he loved riling up that Absol. With that much said he fluttered out of sight leaving the mentioned canine to wondering if he actually was going to contribute to the battle at hand or depart from the guild per request. Perhaps he had spoken too harshly but he really couldn't care in this moment. He had to focus all of his efforts on this battle. A Razor Wind from the Absol dismembering an impressive amount of vines in the immediate area from their source.
Ein, meanwhile, had come across the most peculiar Riolu he had ever seen. Though not trained well in the study, the aura radiating off of the bipedal canine was practically visible to the naked eye. How fascinating. Granted it was also notable that he was sprawled out on the ground at the moment near what seemed to be a puddle of vague bodily fluids, so it was safe to assume he was hurt also... Hmm, would be a shame to let such a specimen go in such a manner. The thought was considered and then acted through with a Recover attack aimed in the Riolu's direction. That pitiful, limp body reminded him so much of the innocence of his team leaders' when they slept. His mind wandered from there, wondering if either of them looked anything like this practically lifeless body before him at the moment, as a flow of life force and invigoration transferred from his own hands, through the air, and into Anubis.
Distanced further from the group, Kyle let out a yelp of surprise as the ground below him vibrated with vigor to the point where he was tossed from his feet after only a few seconds and subject to uncontrollable thrashing about against the unforgiving round from there. His fluffy exterior would cover the bruises sustained from such a beating being the only optimistic thought about this whole scenario as the Flareon clenched his eyes shut out of fear just wanting this onslaught to end already. The tremors finally dying down, the vulpine Pokemon wasn't even back to his feet before a gigantic, flailing vine was sent in his direction. Thinking quick to prevent any more damage to himself he proceeded to engulf his body in flames, an Overheat attack that would, in fact, save him a lot of pain but also tire him greatly after only a short period of sustained combustion.
Aidan and Nadia, meanwhile, finally found their way into the Main Hall, the epicenter for all of this ruckus. The duo were covered in verdant chunks from head to toe by this point and wreaked of stale earth. This was most certainly not a fun time for any guildian, being forced to watch the destruction of their home and community while at the same time feeling powerless against the enemy causing such problems. These thoughts did not stop the twins from contributing however; a set of combined Blaze Kicks having been utilized once before and working rather well resulting in a few vines each being reduced to singed, unmoving heaps. How they yearned for a hand each at that disgusting looking Torterra now known as the cause of all of this; patience keeping them in line for the moment though and out of harm's way.

ImitiqwertOliverqwertyChuck

Imiti was flung into the air by the sudden shockwave, where he managed to remain without hitting anything. Looking down, he saw that Oliver had grabbed onto the door-frame, while Chuck had been tossed back into the corridor. He also noticed Solaris near the ceiling, dangling by his tail at the ceiling. A volley of psychic blades was sent in that general direction, with an end result of no damage whatsoever. Which was odd, since the other vines seemed to be getting chopped perfectly well. He tried again, with the same result. Ah well. Solaris seemed to be in very little danger compared to everyone else, and if it really came to it he could always chop off Solaris's tail. The guildmaster couldn't complain in that case; it'd be that or being eaten. Imiti turned his thoughts back to the monster before him, letting loose a stream of snow into the field of vines.

When the earthquake ceased, Oliver let go of the door-frame and created two blades in his hands not of metal or aura, but of ice. The balance on these wasn't the best, but he could deal with that. He stepped over to the nearest vine, hacking at it. By the time it was down he'd lost both blades. Ah well, it wasn't like he had limited supplies or anything. With a pair of new knives he continued slashing at the vines, littering the floor with ice shards in the process.

[-6. Oliver used Ice Ball as a melee attack, I'm assuming that's alright]

Ver -- Freya -- Flor -- Alice -- Rufus
35/45 - 35/45 - 35/45 - 35/45 - 15/35

The Flareon went darting through the hall, wasting time as his temperature rose before turning his attention back toward the Elite. His maw lit with flames before releasing another Flamethrower at a nearby mass of vines mid dash before skidding to a halt and backing up carefully upon taking note of the beast reemerging; unaware of the sudden Earthquake. Ver's Flamethrower cutoff as he turned to run and attempt to get distance before the shattering earth sent him flying upwards, at which point Freya made her way back toward him, dodging around the wreckage as she removed a stray vine with a Razor Leaf. A second went onwards after the initial hit to cut away at another. With her attention halved for the moment, the Leafeon's side grazed the torn upward land, forcing her to come to a halt and wobble as Ver regained him bearings shortly before her.
Alice's eyes remained on the ground as the psychic backed up in panic before throwing her hands over her head defensively and releasing Psychic around her and Flor's surroundings, who promptly collapsed on the ground with the shaking as Alice's barrier began to take form around the duo. The attempt was quickly disrupted as the ground cracked below the duo and sent Alice back with a grunt before flipping over to her hands and knees in attempt to keep a grip on the ground. Figuring nothing was happening anytime soon, the small Gardevoir took a moment to observe her surroundings and her eyes rested on the Chu of their team as he fired himself off the ground with a glowing tail. He promptly flipped, crashing into a vine with an Iron Tail before falling back to the ground, assuming he avoided the Earthquake only to be sent flying back up due to the force, flipping violently before crashing back into the ground.
Naturally, Alice forced herself to her feet without second thought before running to her teammate, disregarding Flor's cries for her to remain down until the tremors stopped. Alice dropped to the floor at the Electric type's side, quickly checking for any conscious response. She thankfully received a blink. Smiling weakly, she scooped the Chu into her arms as a soft pink aura arose from him as Alice released a Heal Pulse as she attempted to keep herself standing, Flor only managing to get herself sitting up before the trembling began to weaken. Ver was already up, fur risen in anger before bounding off where he Quick Attacked a closeby vine, his mouth lighting with Fire at the sight of a second turning to swat at him. He latched onto it with his maw for only seconds, unable to get a grip with his claws resulting in the Fire type being flung.

Atra

((I am completely exhausted, physically and mentally. Only posting to unpost-lock Cys. All my other characters are doing whatever I don't care right now.))

Atra wasn't sure who all the Pokemon were that were in the room, but they didn't seem to be hostile so Atra ignored them, instead heading immediately for his mother. He was a bit surprised by quick words though. He had expected his mother to try to make her way out as soon as possible- she was not a fighter, and unlike a lot of people in this guild, she was smart. But Albus was gone already? She was asking Atra to leave as well?

"No, not right now. I still have Teammates in there." He answered almost absently, his thoughts never having been on leaving himself. Though he hopes that Hope has gotten Melissa out of this mess already, he knew that Melissa tended to be stubborn about these things. Zero and his family were also still in there, probably fighting. He couldn't leave them, not when he had the power to end things.

He glanced around the room at the assembled Pokemon doubtfully. He didn't know them. Leonard at least should be here. At least he knew the Salamence would fight to the death to protect Minerva.

"The entire castle is overrun by vines. A lot of it has made its way into the walls, we can't depend on the palace staying intact for much longer." Atra announced, heading his way across the room towards the large glass dome. It would be bad if the hallways collapsed while so many Pokemon, especially someone as large as a Charizard, were to fight their way through it. While the West Wing was mostly cleared, it has also suffered the greatest damage from all the teams that had made their way through combat.

He stopped at the base of the dome and snapped at the Pokemon to get back and away from the glass. A hot stream of fire lashed at the glass until it began to melt in the middle, the hole growing larger as the seconds passed. Molten glass beads that dripped down were cooled to a solid state and lowered gently to the ground via Kinesis. When finally he stopped, the hole was large enough for the Charizard to easily to walk through.

Atra stopped for a moment, gathering his strength and trying to keep his breathing normal. The task had been exerting- the room was built to withstand attack after all, including the glass- but he didn't want his mother to worry. (Too late pal)

He turned to face the Charizard.

"Fly my mom out of here. Stay low and go fast. Those of you who can fly, go as well. I will cover you until you are far enough to be safe." One Paw went to the small crystalline pendant he wore, of which only his mother would understand the significance of. The rest of the Pokemon can make their own way out, or join the battle if they had any sense of loyalty to this place. They all seemed like hardened fighters.

He knew now the power of those pendants, and he know the bearer of those pendants still feared the power of Arceus; his father had proven that. Atra won't make the same mistake twice; he'll use his gift the moment he is given a reason.

To make up for lack of fail in the HP system, we'll be trying something a little different for this post.
All characters get 30 HP. Eri does 5 damage each turn of his post. If your character's number (Listed below) is rolled, they take 5 damage.
Once you hit 30 you have the option to remove that character from the chapter. They do not have to die, unless you wish to do so for story purposes (It's entirely your choice), but Solly is on standby to teleport any fallen characters out.
-"How can he teleport, it's disabled!"
(Look, you pick. Die horribly or let the magical Espeon save you.)

'Duis comedentis'

Vine Count: 0/500

The great beast gave a bellowing roar as the attacks rained down from all sides, his vines shredded into mulch at his feet. He stomped viciously, knocking the Eevee perched on his head off and causing the normal type to start swearing in anger.
His commands, and insults, were met with silent ears as the Torterra thudded to the ground, it's massive frame giving one violent shudder before it succumbed to its various injuries.
Eridanus eyes the lifeless shell that had been his final Elite. The Eevee's red eyes flashed with fury and it turned to bare it's teeth at the guild members, including those who had been captured within the vines from the start. They were free now and he was severly outnumbered.
"Looks like I'll-" The large normal type said slowly, "-have to even the odds." He finished with his mouth snapping open and hot, white sparks sputting along the inside of his maw and swilling around his sharp teeth. With a crack like a whip the Judgement attack was let loose and it slung across the room in flashing colors towards the assembled Pokemon.
