Ariyah got up and shook the dust and grime off of her. Without thinking, she walked towards the people she sensed were near. She walked into an alley way and found two kids there. no- not kids. Maybe adults? But Ariyah didn't care what age they were. Because she knew. She knew at once these people are like her. They won't make fun of her. They won't recoil at the sight of her. These people were... Friends. That word. Ariyah hasn't used the "friends" word ever since she looked like... this. And she was happy now thatshe had some friends. "Hi. I'm Ariyah." She says with a hand stuck out.

Kain had just enough time to see the girl and be ready when she said hi.
"Oh hello. I'm Kain and this is Rei. As I was about to tell Rei here I just moved into town for a change of things really, that and my old home kicked me out," Kain says with a shrug.
He smiles a bit at the two girls.

Rei listened to the two talk and shied away from their conversation slightly. 'I wonder if she can do anything like Kain and I can?' She hadn't revealed what her curse was yet because it was too dangerous to just go around and show off willy nilly.

"Un. I honestly don't remember anything. I woke up somewhere randomly and a voice kept speaking to me in my head. I learned the voice was my mother's mother... Umm... yeah." Ariyah said. She thought of something. "Do ya'll ever get visions of something? Because I just had one..." Ariyah asked.

Kain raised an eyebrow, "um no visions but how about we get inside soon? I can smell rain on the way," Kain says as his nose twitchs a bit.

Rei knew what Ariyah was talking about, she had dreams about things of that nature. Though she was really shy and probably wouldn't say anything for the time being. Once Kain said something of rain it perked her attention, she hated the rain. "Sounds like a good idea." Rei replied and tossed her hood over her head.

(my brain is dying for something to write for this forum)
Kain looks down a bit, "um I just have a hotel room on the other side of town," he says with a shrug.
He didn't have the place yet because he didn't have much money left. This was his last night in his hotel before he had to leave or be thrown in jail for trying to skip out on paying.

Rei faced Kain and Ariyah. "We could go to my place. It's a little ways from here but that way we wouldn't have to worry on how to pay you back, Kain." She suggested to the two of them.

He smiles a white tooth smile that he really did now in these times when humans hated him and these two girls before him.

Rei was slightly nervous, in order to get to her house they would have to take the subway. She almost hated using it but it was the fastest way to travel in the city. Last week a man had bumped into her and met his end. It wasn't her fault but everything had to be executed in a cautious way to avoid killing another person. In a kind manner she gave her own small smile in return to Kain's. The entire trip would take about forty five minutes. "Should we head there now?" Rei suggested.

Rei followed behind Kain a safe couple of steps behind him. She was glad to have met people like her but still was overly cautious around them both as she was with normal humans.
