What alot of people do not understand, is that they only tap persons of interest. They aren't tapping everyone's phone and listening in on you haveing hot, steamy phone sex. Or talking about going to the movies. Etc etc. I don't see the problem in this, because I know I would not be a person of interest, and therefore would not be tapped.

Well it's really that...it's more of a floodgate type of thing that has everyone worried...

I find this wire tapping inane, not because it's an invasion of privacy but because it's relatively easy to get the proper paperwork to do these legitimately - in fact, individuals who wish to wire tap with the secret service or the FBI can file the paperwork up to 72 hours afterwords.
So they're not only invading our privacy and breaking the law doing so, they're breaking laws that could easily be rectified.
Sad.

Unless you're a person of interest and calling some terrorist training camp, they're not going to waste their time on you.
