Dec 30th. The aftermath

Reivan
Isaac lay in the snow for a long time, blood dripping slowly from his wounds. He wasn't a fast healer.

When he finally awoke, he found he was alone -as if he expected any less after what was uncovered last night. He was sure even Soul had deserted him already. At least nobody else had turned up to finish off the job.

His head still swam and ached unbareably. It wouldn't have surprised him if it were split wide open, and his brains lay sprawled out in the snow above. He tried to think about what actually happened last night, but it just wouldn't happen. He remembered their mental battle, Lera tearing down the walls to his mind, and after the last one he could remember flying back but.. not hitting the ground, and nothing of Lera's attack on his body. Although he knew it must have been her doing.
The next thing he knew was he lay here, his leg and shoulder shredded, head pounding, and.. as he attempted to sit up slightly, he realised he could barely move still. He flopped about a bit like a beached whale before giving up, pitiful whines silenced by the howling winds.

After staring into the nothingness for a while, he drifted off once more.

Sayuri_Nitta
Silva stretched, sliding quietly out of the den so as not to wake Notoka. Now was the time to see if she could locate Isaac; she had to hear from him herself in his own words that he had killed the old seer. A small part of her still couldnt believe that he could do something so..wicked. She stepped forwards, scenting the air. There was still a heavy scent of blood and it was so mixed with the deer kill from the night before that she couldnt tell if it was Isaac that she was smelling. She headed off in the direction anyway, her paws leaving pits in the drifting snow piles.

Reivan
Isaac spoke muffled words as he lay unconcious still, nothing comprehendable, but the tone was frustrated and desparate. He was lost in his own mind, unable to awake again. Snow had built up all around him, almost covering his body and wisps of powder snow would swirl around lightly every time he exhaled from his nose.

Sayuri_Nitta
Silva's ears flickered as the heard the yip of a youngster, and she stopped, sniffing a little. She could smell Lera, the one called Haku, and she grinned at that - looked like they had sorted their problems out, and the youngster whose name she didnt know. She padded on, intent on finding Isaac. Now she could smell his blood only, it described a line before her sensitve nose and she quickened her pace, finally coming across his hiding place. She gasped audibly - had Lera done this?

She padded closer, tentatively touching him with an outstretched paw.
Isaac? she said, her voice quiet.

Reivan
A voice drifted through his ears, soft but cautious it was. Definately not Lera or Notoka. Oh good.. After a delay in which he struggled with his body to cooperate even the slightest, he managed to open his eyes a fraction. They peered dazedly at the wolf standing over him. Specks of blood covered his face, his nose especially bloody. He wondered briefly who the wolf was, before coughing involuntarily into the snow.

Sayuri_Nitta
She flinched at the sight of him. Well if she wanted to hear his words she would have to help him first. She sighed, and hoped Notoka didnt wander this way in the next while as she started to wash him, prying away clumps of hardening blood with her teeth.

Reivan
Isaac squinted his eyes, brow furrowed. "Srr.." he attempted, "Sr... Soul?"
He knew it couldn't be Silva.. The figure above him slowly came into focus and he was able to process the face. Oh god, it is.. He instinctively tried to pull away, thinking Notoka must be somewhere close. And whether Lera had told him what she'd found out or not, he did not want to see Notoka in this state.

Sayuri_Nitta
Where are you going? she said, putting a paw on him.
Notoka isnt here she said, guessing at the reason for him trying to retreat.

shia-san
Soul quickly awoke. her eyes wide as she saw the state Isaac was in. blood spuring about him. she shook. 'Isaac....wha....What happened!' she layed besides him, licking at his head gently. she then looked up. remembering Lera and Isaac in some what of a 'Battle' but none were attacking. but then after that, she blanked out. fallen over and passed out or something. she whined as she looked to Silva. 'Silva.' she said with a slow whine 'What happened? do you know!' she quickly tried to stand, but felt the need to stay down towards isaac. her nose was flareing. the scent of blood. lera's...and isaacs was being smelt. she stood now, staying near Isaac's back. 'Silva...wheres Lera..' she said this with a mornful tone. her ears pricked now, her tail curling upwards.

Sayuri_Nitta
I dont know - I dont know much, but what I've been told. I think Lera did this - she said...that Isaac killed the old Seer. she lapsed into quiet again, watching Isaac sleep.

(( im saying he's asleep for now heh - im sure Reivan wont mind >< ))

shia-san
Soul looked to Silva. 'it....it can't be...' she spoke slowly, her eyes beginning to once more fall apoun Isaac's features. 'why would he have a reason to kill the seer!?' her maw opened quickly as she looked shocked. 'it just can't be...' she quickly stood, her head shaking in anger. 'i can't belive...but....no....it can't be.' she looked to silva with longing eyes once more. 'can it?' her head drooped as she quickly moved towards isaac's ear, licking at it gently, then nuzzling his nose. 'isaac.' she spoke slowly. 'i....i will be back....' she then looked to Silva. 'will you help me get him into the den?' her nose flared. she hopped Silva would, leaving Isaac out here was the worst thing possible right now. he could be killed. she looked to isaac once more, her tail twitching. now pondering. she would, after getting him into the den, go looking for Lera...she needed to know the truth....she couldn't stand to not know....

Sayuri_Nitta
I dont know what to think. I cant see Lera doing this unless she had a very good reason too. she sighed, a long sound.
I dont know Soul...I'm not sure if moving him would be a good idea. We could make things worse for him.

shia-san
Soul looked to Silva and nodded. if lera did this to him, why would she be asking Silva? she quickly sat back down, her eyes full of sadness, very clear. her ears flattened once more. 'i...i need to know what happened.' her tail curled quickly. 'why....she must have a good reason...' her nose began to flare. 'she must...' her fur stood on end now thinking of what may have happened. she rose. her nose pointed towards the sky, her ears flicking back as she quickly took a smell of the air, breathing gently. she knew that dragging Isaac might hurt him, but...what if something comes and attacks. she highly doubted it, but what if? she shook it off. she lowered her head, and crouched down towards Isaac. 'If you'd like...' she spoke slowly. 'you may go....' she looked up to her, smiling slightly. 'or you can stay. to see if he's fine when he awakens.' her ears were flattened back now as she nudged his head slowly. 'i dont mind you staying. but if you have another place to go...then i'm fine here.' she licked at his head and then stood again and looked to silva. waiting for an answer.

Reivan
Isaac blinked his eyes open once more as another wolf who'd appeared next to Silva went to stand. He choked as he realised who it was. If she hadn't left him already, it appeared she was about to.
He fought to extended a paw out to her. "D.. Don't, Don't.. Do.." He pause, face pained for a second. "Don't go.." he croaked, eyes on hers.

His head no longer hurt so much, and he could make small movements without too much hassle. His leg had seized up however and he felt terribly weak, like he could have slept forever. Unfortunately for him, this wasn't an option. His mouth was bone dry and his stomach gurgled obnoxiously. He also needed to get cleaned up before anything became infected. Nevermind how many hitlists he must have earned a place on by now.. He was sure the owners of said lists would happily slay him in his sleep, just as he had done to Lewain.

His memory had returned regarding what had happened after the mental battle with Lera, and he cringed thinking about it. He didn't dare look at his knee or shoulder.

shia-san
Souls eyes widdened as she sat back down near isaac. her ears flattened as she licked at his head with care. 'Come, we need to get you cleaned.' she whimpered as her head rose and her tail swayed slightly. Souls ears pricked as she could hear his stomache gurgle and she let out a low wuff. 'i need to get you food Isaac.' she tried to shuvle her nose into the snow and under him to try and lift him from his stomache. 'But with you in this much pain...i dont want you to get killed....but not eating will surely be the death of you.' she whimpered as her paws gripped the frozen ground.

Soul had forgotten what Silva had said. she had forgotten what had happened, ,why he was hurt, all she knew was that she needed to get him food, water, and cleansed. she wasn't about to loose him. no matter what he was being 'Charged' with. no matter if he killed another, his life was more important then some dead wolves who had died many a months ago(?)

Zero Dream
Aoiko had felt a little restless, so he decided wandering around the woods might calm him down. And well, DAMN, the females around the pack where damn distracting at the moment.

Trying to shove that thought at the back of his mind, he walked along, destination unknown, bit keeping note that he had to stay close, or else he wouldn't be back before they started to wonder where he had gone.

Zero Dream
Aoiko decided to eventually stop, yawning a little and laying in the snow, minding his own buisness...

But then something caught his attention at the corner of his field of vision.

...Soul ?

shia-san
Soul's mind was clouded with questions, fogging her eyes, mind from acctually thinking properly. she suddenly stopped though. a familar scent hitting her nose. 'Aoiko...' she wuffed towards him, were ever he was, and then continued tring to get Isaac up. 'come on you big lug, help me!' she whined as she continued to try and get Isaac to at least attempt to walk with her towards the river.

Zero Dream
Aoiko's ears turned into her direction, and it was THEN that he noticed Isaac.

"...Oh, god..."

He got up, and rushed.

"What happened, mom ?"

shia-san
Soul let Isaac's head down gently as she licked it, then looked to Aoiko. 'i'm...not fully sure, but i think it was a seer.' she thought of Lera, not in a hateing way, just...thought. then looked to isaac once more. 'All i know is that i need to get him cleaned. he'll get infected soon if not, and he's hungry....he needs food. she was so blinded with isaac that she did'nt relize Aoiko's growth. she paused. 'Aoiko....You've grown!!!' she barked as she licked at him quickly not forgetting Isaac's condition. she yipped as she looked at him. 'Your a beautiful wolf Aoiko, you know that right. and i'll love you forever.' she smiled in her canine way as she licked at him once more. 'now we need to get Isaac to the river. but, i dont wish to hurt him.' she whined as she looked at his scars. 'Aoiko. i need you to get fish.' she said plainly.' down by the river. its not to far from here. just go that way straight, you'll find it' she pointed to the back of her, which would be north, as though he didn't know where to go. 'and bring them here. if he can't move, i'll end up carring him, but he needs food now. the river might be frozen. but you should be able to at least get into the water, and fish some out. lets hope they are still around' she barked to him, in an order, then lapped at his ears. 'Hurry now, bring as many as you can carry, then see if you can go back for more.' she knew he was older, and now capable of handling himself alone on a fishing hunt.

Zero Dream
Aoiko simpely nodded, understanding the gravity of the situation as he compeled, dashing down to the river. Whoever this wolf was had to be extremely important for her... And to be true, he had not completely noticed his own growth either, it was must less starting than pup to teen had been,

He arrived to the river, breaking off the ice with a paw and catching fishes as the swam, less careful now that they tought the wolf could not catch them.

shia-san
Soul watched as Aoiko ran off and she began to lay near isaac, her nose nuzzling into his fur, warm...she smiled, although he was in pain, she continued to nuzzle him, reassureing him that it will be fine.

Reivan
Isaac simply watched Soul as she moved and told this 'Aoiko' to fetch food, silently grateful towards them both.
Now wasn't the time to talk about what had happened though. There was just one thing she did need to know, 'We need to leave here..' He hadn't really thought about how she'd react to hearing his voice in her head for the first time, he just hoped she would understand.

He leaned his weight into Soul as she attempted to push him up, getting his feet under him to support himself. His knee joint was swollen and locked up however, the cartilage had been crushed in Lera's jaws and lodged between the bones. She had done a good job at mangling his leg.
Three healthy limbs could have been dealt with easy enough, the fact that his shoulder had also been torn up meant he couldn't walk without being in a great amount of pain, since it would be impossible not to put weight on both forelegs.

Isaac discovered this as soon as he attempted to stand. Yelping in pain, he couldn't help but retract this paw from the ground. Left with only two still planted, he quickly lost balance and toppled over into the snow again.
"Rrr, I must but.. I can't.." he whined, looking up at Soul once more.

shia-san
Souls eyes widdened as she looked to him. 'you...you...' she let out a yelp as she heard him speak, yet his lips didn't move a muscle. but she got the messege. she watched him lean on her, then fall to the ground, yelping in pain. she whimpered. 'Isaac. we will get to the pack lands in due time.' she, again, moved under him, lifting his body atop of her head, then rolling him back onto her back. she then manuvered him so that he was laying stomache to her spine, legs dangling to the sides. her back was arching downwards. she rolled her head back, howling towards Aoiko. 'come my boy, we leave now. bring the fish you've caught and come'

Reivan
"Soul..." he whined, about to protest to her carrying him, but deciding against it. "..I love you." he announced quietly after a pause, as his eyes slowly closed and he lay his head against the female's neck.

shia-san
Soul was about to argue with him, when he stopped. and said thoughs last words. IF a wolf could only blush, she would be. she felt flushed, light headed as he said thoughs words, and she almost fell over, but caught herself. she spoke quickly after. 'Isaac....I'm so glad you do.' a smile plastered across her features as she rolled her head back once more, letting out a howl. while feeling VERY much in love.

Jan 13th. A place to call home

shia-san
Souls body moved, tring gently to drag Isaac on her back. her boy, Aoiko, was right by her side. she continued to trudge fowards, her paws deep in the snow. 'we....We made it' she let out a bark as she watched Isaac with an eye.

her tail swayed side to side as she spoted the pack. she let out a yelp of happiness. 'Home!' she quickly fell to the ground though. her eyes slanted with fatigue. she lay, panting slightly. Isaac had slid off her her back and lay besides her in the snow. she was tired, and Isaac was quite a weight to carry so far. but she did it. she let out another bark as she looked to Aoiko. her ears flicking about as she rolled over to see Isaac nose to nose. she let out a silent yelp. he looked so peaceful unconsious. no emotion. he did'nt look worried, scared, happy...peaceful. she nuzzled his neck fur, then licked at his nose. 'hurry. and wake. i want you to meet the pack.' and with that she stood, lifting him once more and trudged fowards towards the alpha's. 'I love you Isaac..i'll do anything....for you' she whispered to herself as she looked to Aoiko. 'COME AOIKO! lets go introduce Isaac' she knew Aoiko knew little of Isaac, but he could at least stand with her, if anything happened he would be there...by her side.....

shia-san
soul let out a snicker. 'Forgot, tis mating season, which means...each wolf that's pregnant needs attention' she let out a loving laugh as she crawled her way towards Selia and Devvyl. 'I just heard. Congratulation's. To the both of you' she said with a grin, as she laid Isaac to the side. 'I...I have a new comer...His name....is Isaac.' she paused, peering down towards him 'I'm hopeing you'll....allow him into our...your pack.' her grin fadded as she feared the worst.

Nikui
Selia smirked at Devvyl, and would yip at him, before moving to sit down beside him. As Sould approached, obviously back from her journey back to their old home, she tilted her head to stare at the newcomer.."Of course it's okay, is he alright?" She questioned automatically...he looked familiar somehow. blinking, she'd smile to Soul, "You might want to get him to a den to rest...it's too cold out here for him."

shia-san
Soul leaped upwards. her tail began to wag quickly as she yipped towards Selia 'Thank you Selia. Dev' with that she nodded and looked to Isaac. 'He....he got into a fight.' she said simply 'Let us hope he's fine' she then snatched at his neck fur and dragged him towards a den. Calling towards Aoiko.

She spoke towards him, yelling slightly 'Aoiko, I'll make Isaac a den near ours. And we'll sleep in there. You will sleep in the one you dug till Isaac heals. or atleast awakens.' she smiled and let Isaac fall near Aoiko's den and began to rapidly dig into the snow, creating a hole.

((^^ Always good to have a new-commer eh! XD!))

Reivan
Isaac lifted his head from the snow, slowly opening his eyes to see Soul near him, and some new faces around. "We're here?" he questioned slowly, brow furrowed.

He felt like he'd slept for a lifetime. Although he supposed it made up for a lifetime of only a few hours sleep each night, if at all. As lazy as he was, he hated sleep. Or more specifically, the images that plagued him when he did so. Although he didn't make a big deal of it anymore, it was still a regular thing, and he'd learnt to avoid it by simply sleeping as little as possible while using as little energy as possible during the day.

The rest had done him good though. Feeling a lot better and not wanting her to think him pathetic or useless, he forced himself to sit up slightly. The gashes to his shoulder had closed up well enough not to open again as he did so, but he still couldn't put much weight on his back leg. Perhaps it would never heal fully, as the crushed cartilage couldn't be regrown.

((Even if it's Isaac....? XD))

shia-san
((Soul: Even if its Isaac! icon_wink.gif ))

Soul's eyes were blinded by snow as she continued to dig. her paws starting to feel the cold. she stopped for a moment. Her ears pricking upwards. 'Isaac?' she shook her head, licking at her dry nose then looked towards him. A soft smile formed onto her features. 'Glad your awake.' she moved her way towards him, licking gently...lovingly at his nose. She then sniffed at his leg and then whined. 'What...What happened here!' she said with a GASP!

Reivan
Isaac grinned slightly "So am I." he said, nuzzling against her cheek. God, he was so glad she was with him.
He looked down at his knee, whining softly. "I don't know, but it hurts. She.. she um.." he paused, "Soul... What do you know of what happened?"
Not having had a chance to talk properly, he knew they needed to.

shia-san
Soul smiled as she watched him nuzzle her. she then listened to him. her tail wagging slightly. 'I...Not much...all i know..is i awoke..seeing Lera, and you in a mind lock, i wasn't sure what was going on. only that you where getting hurt. . . but i guess...i fell over...passed out? not sure. i just know that i couldn't stop her. if i could i would have.' she paused. 'Isaac....Why...Why did she...attack you?
she let out a growl as these words came out.

Daimyn
He walked outside the den for some fresh air, leaving his mate asleep inside, as his thoughts were directed to other issues.

The appearance of the brown-and-navy wolf named Isaac troubled him. He hadn't done anything to make the alpha distrust him, but he was... odd. The way he acted, the way he didn't act. It made Devvyl wary of him, which was confusing him even more... and the alpha wanted to be able to control things. He wanted to be able to promise the safety of every single member of his pack, his family, including the newcomer. He didn't like not knowing what would come around the next riverbend, so to speak.

Reivan
Isaac shifted slightly and came to rest his head on Soul's neck, looking out towards the snow as he spoke.
"Honestly, Soul? I.. don't know what got into her.. You know what a short temper she has, and.. when she realised i was a Seer, she snapped.. Somehow she got it into her head that i.. killed some other Seer, that one they went to talk to that time. Lera, she's not all there.. She may seem fine most of the time, but.. she just went crazy. You saw what she did.. I.. I was sure she was going to kill me.. I was so scared, Soul.."
Well, it wasn't a complete lie.. But he knew no one would understand why he had done it, he would just be cast out, no questions asked. And that wouldn't do at all..

Isaac nuzzled into the female's thick fur, whining softly.
"You know.. I'd never do anything like she accused me of, right Soul?" he asked, eyes on hers now.

shia-san
Soul listened. Her tail curling about her body slightly. She paid close attention to every word he said. She then picked up on the last few sentences.

The hairs on her neck rose as she realised that Lera had attacked him because she thought he killed another wolf. Her stomache began to churn. SHE knew he didn't kill another....right? she knew...in her mind...but...she....

She nodded, comforting him. 'Of coarse Isaac. I know you didn't kill anyone.' She moved so she could lick his cheek.

She then decided it was right to change topic's. 'Hehe, Selia and some others are pregnant and will soon have pups. I for one can't wait to see how they turn out. New members to the pack are always welcomed.' her golden eyes peered towards Isaac with a sharp, cheeky grin.

shia-san
Soul smiled to Isaac, then looked over her shoulder. 'Selia!' she screeched as she gently moved away from Isaac quickly 'Come, if you can, let us see Selia's puppies!!!' and she ran towards them. She slowed her pace as she reached the den. Her tail wagging wildly. she sat, looking to both parents, then spoke. 'Congrats to you both. Selia they are beautiful' She then looked to Isaac to come as well.

Reivan
"Love you, Soul." Isaac said, smiling warmly at her statement of faith in him.

"..Puppies?" he questioned, getting to his feet carefully (Three of them, anyway.) and beginning to hop after Soul, realising as he did so, that he didn't remember having met this Selia before.

He moved next to Soul and gave her a quick nuzzle before turning to the Alpha pair, ducking his head respectfully. As he did so, he instinctively and silently absorbed any readily available information.
He remembered meeting the male briefly before, and he sensed there was a strong bond between the two. They'd been through a lot together.. The image of a brown, masked male kept popping up. And this was her newborn litter, all with their own tiny fragile minds, mostly focused on milk and warmth from their parents..
There his trail of thought halted suddenly, his head tilted as he kept his eyes on the two in front of him, but his mind now regarded the female he stood next to.
Soul- do they know.. i'm a Seer..?
His voice a cautious whisper in her head. He was genuinely worried about anyone else knowing, thinking of what happened when Lera had discovered the fact.

shia-san
Soul smiled towards Isaac. Her tail wagging wildly as Isaac's words came out. She then felt him nuzzle into her fur, and she licked at his head gently, then peered to Selia once more. 'Yes...puppies. New members to the pack.' she let out a wuff as she sat there watching the pup's squirm and wiggle towards their mother. She then heard his next question and shook her head. Saying 'No'. She could feel how he didn't want any other to know of his 'Secret.'

She looked towards the puppies, then towards Isaac. 'You need food?' she spoke in a low tone while tring to move away from Dev, Selia, and the puppies. She stood slightly, her hackles rising slightly. 'I'll go find you something if you do' She began to turn, her body now heading towards their den once more. Her head helping Isaac up so he can follow.

A soft smile formed on her features as she helped him. 'I love you Isaac.'

Daimyn
Devvyl chuckled a bit. That wasn't exactly what Devvyl had meant; he'd meant that he'd have liked to know that his mate was going into labor. But he let it pass, giving the pups... his pups... a lick before nuzzling his mate and resting his head on his paws, content to simply watch his new family.

But new scents were approaching all too quickly. Instinct settled in, and though his eyes saw the fox-colored Soul, his brain registered a threat. He lifted his lips a bit, and when the navy-and-brown male showed up, Devvyl barked out a barely-audible warning. Isaac made him wary; something about his eyes wasn't right. And the funny feeling in his head wasn't right either. He shook his head vigorously, trying to get the strange feeling to begone, and resumed his eye-lock with the three wolves at the entrance to their den.

((Sorry guys, Devvyl's going a bit ballistic. Bear with him, I promise he won't end up tearing out anyone's throat... yet. wink ))

Nikui
She would look up at the sight of Soul and Issac...this male she didn't know, yet he somehow seemed familiar in a sense that he was like someone else she used to know...eyeing them warily, she gave a light smile when they both showed their respects...knowing that this male was no threat to them, she would nuzzle her pups, nosing them closer to her body for warmth. "Hello, Soul," she called up from the den, resting her head on her mate's back to get a good look at the two at the entrance.

"Whose your friend?" She questioned in a soft tone, her own instincts having kicked in...but she was placed half over the pups, so there was no way for anyone to grab them. She smiled to Issac, canting her head and waiting for a reply.

shia-san
Souls eyes shook as Dev bared his teeth. Her tail curled slightly under as she let out a whimper and skittered backwards into Isaac. This was the time she needed to fear. Her ears flattened against her skull, her heart racing.

She quickly calmed as Selia spoke to her. Her tail rose slightly with ease as she eyed Dev. Respecting his wishes, she stayed FAR from Selia and himself, just far enough so she could speak to Selia, but away from Dev's bite.

'Hello Selia. Dev...' She nodded to both of them, then peered to the pups. Such a...wonder bunch...So timid, fragile...she smiled.

'This is Isaac. You met him briefly...or atleast saw him.' She nodded and nuzzled against him, tring to stay away from Dev. She could see that Selia was protecting her pups, and Dev was as well. It suddenly hit her why they where acting as they were. ((Took a while eh! XD))

Souls eyes peered towards Aoiko, and she let out a short whimper of happiness. She parted gently from Isaac, making sure he didn't make any false moves, or fall over, then she moved towards Aoiko, licking at his head. 'Dont get to close. Stay your distance, its a parents instict to attack if movement is fast.' She let out a giggle sound as she continued to lick at him, then she moved towards Isaac once more, her nose flareing slightly. 'Let us go to the den ((Now XD!)) We'll introduce each other there.' She smiled and lead both Isaac and Aoiko towards the den, if they followed that is. 'Your pups are beautiful Selia...' she yelled back as she continued out towards the dens safety.
((I totalleh understand! crying What a devoted father *clings to dev and Selia* ))

Daimyn
Devvyl said nothing, but curled up closer around his mate protectively. No wolf, packmate or not, would dare attack his family. At this moment, his brain was running on pure instinct. There was no room for rational thought.

Grumpily, he laid his head down on his paws, his glittering yellow eyes gazing upon his packmates near the mouth of the den.

May 13th. Settling in

shia-san
Soul, licking at her black nose, grinned slightly to the flustered look upon Elphie's features. She then looked away, laying her head back onto the dirt covered ground, and letting out a long needed sigh. Her golden eyes closing slightly from exhaustion. She thumped her tail on the ground slightly as she continued her wait for Isaac and Aoiko.

Reivan
Isaac emerged from the den Soul had dug them, slightly stiff but well rested. He yawned widely, stretching his front paws out infront of him, before straightening up again and shaking his coat briskly.

He spotted Soul laying in the dirt, his features raised and he began hobbling towards her. He'd developed a promenant limp/hop, being that he couldn't put weight on one leg, the knee damaged beyond repair. The limp would lessen eventually, gaining a rhythm as if he were walking with four good legs, but for now his forelegs weren't strong enough.

Still, he seemed unphased, coming up behind Soul his head tilted in recognition as he reguarded Elphie, then nodded briefly in a 'Hey, how d'you do.' kind of gesture.
Moving closer to Soul he peered over her with a lazy grin. "Hey there, gorgeous. You been out here long?" He bent to lick at her cheek then flopped down next to her.

Tweek
A shiver tickled the small of Elphie's back as she registered Neka's comfortable expression out of the corner of her eye. So...did that mean...?

The beta(in insanely sexy linearted form--Holy CRAP! heart ) turned and flashed her canines in a smile. "Ah-It's noth--my throat." She said by way of a jumbled explanation. A quick excuse, but her mind quickly hooked onto the fact that it was a valid one. "I'm parched after our travels." She huffed, dipping her head as the blue and tan wolf gave her a nod.

...And then her head snapped back up, registering the fact that it was -Isaac-. The strange male had probed her once before. She wasn't sure if she liked the wolf, and was sure that she didn't wan't him snooping around the pack. She was about to voice a question when he sauntered over to Soul, licking her friend as only a mate would.. Elphie's jaw dropped. She struggled to regain composure, snapping her teeth together perhaps a little to hard.

Neka nodded slightly, then glanced to the blue and tan wolf curiously, his nostrils flaring at the somewhat familiar scent. Hmm...well, seemed he was busy with Soul, so the brown wolf decided to leave them be and turned instead to regard Elphie.

"Why dun yeh go get yehself ah drink then," he quipped with a grin. "Ehm not goin' anywhere."

shia-san
Soul arched her neck back on the ground. Looking up to the male. Grinning slightly, she stumbled up to a sitting position, and licked at Isaac's muzzle. 'Just long enough' she laughed and moved a bit closer to him, craning her neck, she nuzzled into Isaac's neck fur and let out a gurgle sound. She then flicked her ears back and looked to his leg. 'Are you alright?' she let out a whimper as she looked at him hopefully.

Soul could just see Elphie's jaw snap up. She turned her head slightly, and then gulped down. She forgot that Elphie HADN'T known of Isaac and herselfs 'Relationship.' She let out a sigh, and then turned her attention back to Isaac, if Elphie truely wanted to know, she'd come over and ask...wouldn't she?

Reivan
Isaac's eyes were bright as he looked upon the female, jaw slightly ajar and tongue just poking out from between pointed fangs.
"Perfect." he said with a smile, obviously in rather a good mood. Life Was quite perfect at the moment, not having to hide, or run, or lie.. very much. It was a pleasant change.

His smile only faltered slightly at Soul's concern, obviously reguarding his leg, but he didn't want her worrying.
"I'm fine.. It's just a little difficult is all." He licked at her neck fur gently. "I'm afraid i might be a bit of a burden to the pack though.. Not being able to hunt and all." Secretly however, he'd revel in that fact.. He had, afterall, always hated hunting. That wouldn't have been a very selfless statement to make though of course.

Isaac looked up too at Elphie's reaction to him, also staying silent, but unable to resist shooting her a quick grin, his head still close to Soul's neck. Eyes then drifting to the brown wolf next to her, Isaac's head tilted sharply. Any sign of a grin faded from his features and he appeared to simply stare at the wolf, nostrils flaired slightly. Notoka's brother?! his mind spluttered.

Tweek
A drink it was, then. The brown wolf gave Neka a lopsided grin, still a little off from her surprise at Isaac and Soul. She crouched momentarily, almost in a playbow, her eyes meeting Neka's golden gaze in a quick smile, before promptly bounding off to the side. She took a couple more leaps towards the creek, decelerating as she neared.

(( My dog does that to me all the time. Before he runs off somewhere he has to jump at me, like to tell me he's going. xD ))

Elphie nosed at the thawed edge of the stream, a silver ribbon of flowing water that crept around the ice still frozen towards the middle. She drank quickly, more for the sake of following her own words than to satisfy any real thirst, but the water was refreshing. So. That Isaac wolf was with the pack now. Soul trusted him, apparently. Elphie wasn't so sure, but Isaac seemed lame. He wouldn't be able to cause any trouble, would he? Still.. that one memorable time Elphie had met the wolf he had seemed.. capable of doing things without the use of his body. But that was absurd. Who had ever heard of a wolf like that?

She trotted back towards Neka and the rest of the group. Her caution towards Isaac did not put much of a damper on her good mood. "I'm back," She wuffed to Neka, with more than a hint of a smirk.

She caught sight of the cocky grin the other male shot her and a wave of uneasiness washed over her. She pushed her instincts down momentarily, being polite, though admittedly more for Soul's sake. "Isaac--" Her tone was muddled, but it quickly transitioned to a lighter, if not a little forced, one. "How long ago did you join our pack?" Her lips twitched up in a nervous smile that strengthened a little when she looked at Soul.

shia-san
Soul smiled to Isaac. Looking into his deep eyes that held many secrets. Most she didn't want to hear, but some...tweaked her curiosity. Yet she didn't think much on that, and began to move her tail back and forth against the dirt ground.

As he spoke to her, she felt a heavy burden being placed upon her. She must hunt for his food, and get him things he needed. She had to. Her ears flicked back a bit, feeling overwhelmed, but moved forwards once more as Elphie approached. Something didn't seem right...She looked...uncomfortable.

Soul looked to Elphie questionably, yet didn’t speak. Only did she listen to her friends words. As the question came up on how long he’d been about, she looked up at Isaac, then to Elphie, who seemed to be here, speaking to Isaac, out of common courtesy. She flicked her ears back, cranking open her jaw, and allowed her tongue to loll from her maw.

JadeEye
Neka dropped to his belly in the grass and yawned, jaw clicking as it snapped back together. Isaac was giving a blithe smile before he picked idly at the fur between his pawpads.

As Elphie trotted back into view, he barked at her and let his tail drag across the ground in a quick wag. He'd have gotten up, but his back was bothering him enough to make him take advantage of some downtime. He listened quietly to conversation that didn't really involve him, glancing from speaker to speaker but lingering longer on the brown femme as she spoke.

Reivan
Isaac regained his composure with a blink, eyes flicking away from Neka as Elphie addressed him, giving her an attentive head tilt.
"How long?" He repeated, pausing for a moment, "Haven't exactly been counting, but a good many moons ago now. Only thanks to Soul, of course.. I just about owe her my life." He said softly, eyes on the ground as he did so, then sliding up to the female as he gave her a quick nuzzle.

"We arrived in time to see Selia's newborn pups though." he stated, brow raising slightly as he spoke. "But i gather you've been away some time? Been picking up males, eh?" He added with a light smirk, glancing over to Neka only briefly this time.

shia-san
Giving Isaac's muzzle a quick lick, she looked to Elphie and flattened her ears. She could feel a bit of tension still building up with the group. Which never eased her thoughts about Isaac, and his past. Her eyes fell upon the blue male's figure and she could only smile as he spoke. She looked up briefly to the sky, and then back to Isaac. He was...so humorous.

'Elphie doesn't need to pick them up, they follow her tail like those pesky flies' flashing a toothy grin to Elphie, she wagged her tail and yipped playfully.

Tweek
Her ears twitched forward as Neka gave a welcoming bark and she jolted her muzzle towards him with a high pitched rumble in her throat as if to n** at him playfully, though on the ground he was obviously out of range, and safe XD. Perhaps these hints of puppyish affection were a little out of place on Elphie, but befriending Neka had been a good thing to wind down her internal spring a bit. She welcomed the oppurtunity the carefree male presented.

But then, as Isaac spoke, Elphie cringed internally. Unwittingly(or WAS it? :X), the wolf seemed to hit on every major insecurity the female had, bringing up a well of regret. Had Elphie really been away that long? The pack had been large when she'd left... She hadn't put them in danger.. and she couldn't have stayed around while she still posessed feelings for Devvyl.. it was too painful, not to mention dangerous for the pack's growing spirits. But despite the justifications the female tried to give herself, the fact remained. She had left her family. For too long. And the fact that her best friend had had her first litter without Elphie to help watch over the little ones stung like a nest of wasps. The fact that this strange, curt wolf who knew too much had seen those tiny, delicately perfect puppy bodies was yet another blow.

Hit totally off guard the female blanched under her pelt. "I was--" She struggled for an excuse but none came. As Isaac added his last comment Elphie didn't even bother to answer, her emerald eyes dropping to the ground. Now she remembered why she didn't like being with this wolf.

Soul's breezy comment lightened the female's mood, but just barely. She was grateful for the interruption. "Hardly," She responded to her fox colored friend weakly.

JadeEye
Neka managed a look of mock-severity, a solemn rumble sounding in his chest at Soul's remark. "'ey now," he drawled, flashing his canines in what was meant to be a very non-threatening manner. "Eh like ta think ehm ah little better than a bunch o'bugs." He hardly looked offended, understanding Soul's attempt to cheer his friend up. To Elphie, he gave a sympathetic whine as he sat up with only a little effort.

"Yeh'll see tha' litter soon, eh would guess. Pups ah nothing to be jealous ov'r...ehm sure yeh'll get along with 'em just the same as if yeh saw them the mornin' of 'em bein' born."

Still, he looked as apologetic as he felt. The male felt somewhat guilty at slowing Elphie's return to her "family" and took the female's distraught nature in on himself. Maybe he should have let her come back alone.

No.

Even then he knew that he probably wouldn't have let her do that unless he was left unaware of her disappearance. Then he'd have felt the abandonment so keenly that perhaps he'd have never moved from his favored tree and wasted away as had been his original plan before meeting Elphie the first night. She was all the family he had left, or so he figured. Notoka had pretty much rejected his brotherly affections even if it meant the alpha was left to reign over a little dirt heap and nothing more.

Reivan
Isaac's features were passive as he watched the impact of his words, the brown female struggle with herself and her words. Doubt. Oh ho, That's what he loved to see.. That triumphant feeling one gets when winning Anything for the first time. Except this never got old..

The male peered knowingly at Soul for a second, I think she likes me.. A lopsided smile on his face, only for the fact that he had silently made his point with blatant sarcasm.

Truthfully, Isaac was capable of getting along with other wolves fine.. Only thing is, it would be a lie. Having to control his probing remarks and cocky grins would drive him.. Slightly nuttier than usual. As it was, he had to pretend to care about the answers to the mundane questions he asked and small talk he made, while already knowing the answers. Life would be unbareably dull if he couldn't amuse himself with antagonizing other wolves. Afterall, if he didn't busy himself with that, who knows what kind of trouble he'd be up to.

As Isaac listened to the other two wolves attempting to cheer up the Beta, he found the sympathy and guilt that ran through that brown male's mind sickening. Even Soul, at times, Isaac found overwhelmingly.. Nice. He still couldn't understand what his own mate had ever found endearing about him. How could another creature see good in him that he himself was blind to?
Isaac sat silent a moment, pondering this.
...Perhaps it was all a facade? Perhaps she was even more brilliant at masking her emotions than he liked to think He was?!
Paranoia suddenly gripping him, Isaac frantically swept Soul's mind for some sign of deceit.. and upon finding not even a trace, he would collapse at the female's feet, nose in her fur, blurting out in a relieved whisper, "God, I love you." At that moment, ignorant to anything in the world but her.

((Crazy foo.))

shia-san
Soul simply smiled to Elphie and Neka. He seemed worthy of her friend's love. Well...if she truely loved him, which seemed to be true. Her tail wagged across the ground once more as she fiddled with her paws. She looked to Isaac, and with the look he gave her, she could only smile...A sheepish, uneasy smile that caused her to move closer towards him. Sticking her head under his, and pushing her shoulder against his chest, in a protective manner. She might have taken this look the wrong way, but no matter what the real reason to this glance was, she still had the right to make loving gestures to her mate...it was natural...right? Her ear's flicked up as she watched Isaac's movements.

Something tingled within' her, yet just barely. She thought only of it as a sudden chilling spaz attack she had every now and then. Random they were. She blinked a few times, then quickly turned in shock as Isaac fell to her forepaws, and placing his nose into her fur, he lay. She cocked a brow slightly, and then smiled. Only hearing mumbles come from her mates maw, she bent forward and licked at the males forehead. placeing her moist nose to his, and then bending back up to face the others. She could only think of one thing...I'm so glad your here...I love you so much.

It seemed she was the only content one at the moment. With a toothy grin that spread from ear to ear, she sat. Eye's, golden, stareing into the empty wooded area, then back to Elphie, Neka, and her love, Isaac. The others...seemed to have many things running through their minds. She could almost see it in their expressions...but what...why would they think...no, look this way...only when her mate...Isaac...was about. Disreguarding this for the moment, she broke the uneasy silence with a yap. 'So...You and Elphie...are together?' pointing her viberant face towards Neka, she spoke with a slight stammer in her tone. Herer ears cocked slightly, as if she was clueless as to what the answer could be. Yet she knew. It was obvious. But, it was also the only way she'd be able to crack the uncomfortable silence.

(And then gushy stuff between Elphie and Neka continues.. XD

June 20th. A moment to be savage

Reivan
Isaac had wanted to get away from the pack for a while. He was in a bad mood for some reason, possibly because his leg was being particularly irritating, and the 'happy families' vibe about the place had begun to get to him. He decided he'd take a quick trip back to his old home, and pray to the Gods that Notoka, or anyone else who had a grudge with him, wasn't around. It was good excersise too, flopping around lazily all day couldn't be healthy.

He'd finally limped his way back to his old cave, familiar smells and memories flooding his senses. So many new wolves had passed by, the never-ending stream of homeless pups gravitating towards this area. That was always an interesting fact about this place, at least.

Cautiously, Isaac edged toward the cave entrance and poked his head round the rocks, eyes adjusting to the darkness slowly.

Dagi
There was a stirr of leaves and branches on the forest floor as an animal moved across them. It slinked carefully across, little black nose twitching about and looking for a meal. Suddenly, the animal stopped, it's orange pelt now a bit more apparant through the foliage. The little fox's head canted to the side, ears perked up and alert. It seemed that something had entered his newly found scavanging grounds. He had taken a particular liking to this area over the months. Many different wolves passed through he constantly, always leading him to a kill of theirs or leaving one behind that he would devour immediately. The fox took a sniff, determining that yet another wolf had made his way to the place. A sly grin appeared on the critter's face as he trotted slowly out of the woods and to the cave where a limping wolf had started his way into the cave, perhaps this new wolf would bring a meal along with him.

His white tipped tail wiggled about as he closed in on the wolf, not saying a word. He wasn't really trying to be sneaky, but whenever he tried talking to a wolf they looked at him like he was crazy. He had just decided to live with the fact that they were dumb and couldn't speak fox if they had tried to.

Reivan
Isaac moved into the cave, sniffing about as he went along. It seemed various small creatures had been in here at some point since he'd moved out. "Stupid squatters." Isaac grumbled. Apparently he still thought of this place as his home.

He reached the small patch of dead grass in the corner where he used to sleep as a pup, about to plop onto the ground for a nap after his journey, when, his head tilted slowly. Something was behind him? His jaw hung open slightly, body tense with fear for just a moment, his mind quickly probing the creature's. A fox. It's just a bloody fox. He thought with light relief.

"What d'You want?" he spat, not turning round, a slight growl escaping his throat as he did so. He reeally wasn't in the mood for some dirty fox disturbing him.

Dagi
The little fox had been busy sniffing around near Issac as he inspected the cave. This wolf was new alright, he hadn't smelled him around before, at least not since he had been here. He had slept in the cave a few times, he supposed it was abandoned, then again, so did all the other animals that took refuge in it. The orange fox lowered himself to the ground a bit as he snuck in closer, sniffing at the heels of the wolf and inspecting his injured leg.

The wolf's attitude had suddenly changed, the fox sensed fear that quickly faded in the air. He skittered back a few steps as the wolf barked something and gave him a growl. Well that wasn't to polite at all. The fox mumbled something, snapping back at the wolf but not expecting an answer,

"Calm down wolf, I ain' gunna hurt you. You're taking my spot though!"

Reivan
Isaac pivotted clumbsily, turning to stare the fox squarely in the eyes. This time he spoke without moving his lips, his voice sounding in the creatures mind.
Your spot? A filthy rodent like you's been sleeping in My cave? And.. He caught a scent near the grassy bed, breathing in deeply. ..you marked my BED? he snarled, eyes quite wild.

The fox had done a good job of angering the wolf, no matter how unintentionally. And angering a madwolf can't be a good thing, especially when he was already Begging for something, preferably smaller than him, to take his bad mood out on.

Isaac lowered his head, eyes fixed on the smug face infront of him, and, forgetting himself for a moment, lunged at the orange creature.
Fortunately for the fox, his leg quickly gave way, the wolf yelping and ending up ploughing nose-first into the dusty floor before he'd even reached him.

Dagi
As the wolf turned to face him, the little fox shrunk back, his eyes as wide as quarters. He was more surprised than scared, had this wolf actually understood him? His eyes brightened for a bit but then became muddled with confusion as there was a voice in his head. It seemed to be coming from this rather miffed wolf but its lips weren't moving. Whatever was happening was clearly beyond him. He moved to the side a bit, his aqua eyes eyeing the oddly marked wolf carefully. Instead of slinking off like a good fox would, this one didn't seem to grasp the message and he glared at the wolf,

"It's your own fault for leaving it you old gimp!"

His eyes broke away from the wolf, there was something eerie about the other's yellow eyes. The fox sure didn't expect to be nearly attacked that was for sure! With a yip he curled his tail between his legs and skittered to the side as the wolfs' jaws neared him. Thankfully the wolf was much too injured to move fast or swiftly enough to catch the little fox and there was a slight satisfaction for the little fox as the wolf made a face plant into the dirt. Served him right.

"You oughta be more careful ol' gimp"

Reivan
"Gyarr!" Nobody would know whether the odd noise was made out of pain, from the dirt in his mouth, or whether the wolf was Trying to sound like a pirate, but that's what came out.
Isaac took a minute in an attempt to calm himself there on the ground, the dust swirling around the floor with each huff from his nose. He eventually picked himself up off the ground, dirt covering his belly, but not entirely noticable because of his, well.. dirt-coloured underside. The wolf shook himself off as best he could and sat back with a short sigh, nostrils flaring as he looked upon the fox, lip twitching every so often, obviously still quite pissed.

Suddenly he gave the animal a short grin, most likely because he was imagining himself clawing at the creature's face.
You don't know how damn lucky you are, sitting here, in a little cave like this, with a wolf like me. If only. he'd brightened up a bit, it seemed. Well, that was bright for Isaac anyways.

Dagi
The little fox had backed away from the fallen giant a bit and now sat calmly a foot or so away from him, eyeing the wolf he had dubbed in his own mind as 'old gimp'. The wolf was in a rather demeaning position for his noble race, it made the orange critter grin with great amusement. That goofy grin quickly faded as the wolf lumbered up and shook himself. He tried his best not to make eye contact with the wolf, not really wanting to make him more angry; the fox had grown particularly fond of this spot and was hoping not to get chased out too soon. His head canted to the side once more as the wolfs' voice re-entered his head. He gave a strange shrug and a smile,

"I dunno about lucky, you smell pretty bad. The others at least smell better"

The fox was still a young one, he had grown out of puphood a few months ago but he was still young at heart... He hadn't gained any manners in his growth either.

Reivan
That stupid grin.. Isaac glared at the fox, his head tilting slowly.
Wipe that smile off your face, you little s**t. Unless you'd like to meet friends more able than i, but no less willing to do that for you.

He bared his teeth and shook his head from side to side quickly, like a wolf throttling a rabbit to death in his jaws. He then licked his chops greedily, eyes bright as his own crazy grin clung to his muzzle.

Fox meat.. You wouldn't know how that smells, would you?

The wolf's tongue played about his teeth, as his jaw hung open.

I'll tell ya, smells good but tastes even better. Deeelicious... Oh yes.

Dagi
The little fox seemed unmoved by the wolfs' insults, boy, his mother sure didn't teach that old wolf any manners either. His blue eyes narrowed, sending a glare at the gimp. He didn't scare him! Perhaps the little fox was too brave for his own good but it had gotten him this far and perhaps it would continue to get him by. He shook his head gravely, taking the wolf's question rather seriously. He had eaten a plethora of different foods like beetles, mice, rabbits, deer, birds, what have you, but fox for one had never been on the menu. To tell the truth, this little one had never encountered another fox since he had left his little family.

"I guess I'll have to take your word for it Gimpy... Say, what's your name anyways, I'm Conroy"

Orange little Conroy rose his head proudly as he introduced himself to the less than friendly canine, he was quite proud of his name.

Reivan
This fox was plucky, that's for sure. Or maybe he was just a fool. Isaac's eyes narrowed in disgust as the critter introduced himself.

You'll be Lunch one day, that's for sure. But if it matters one bit, m'name's Isaac.

Isaac smiled smugly then as the fox's thoughts wafted freely into his own mind. His 'voice' seemed cheery once more.

When'd you leave that little family of yours anyway? ..Just wondering if it coensides with when i first tasted the delicacy that is fox meat, is all.

He shrugged innocently. Isaac enjoyed the fact that he could be creeping the young fox out. And if he was really as unphased as he seemed, the navy wolf wondered briefly if perhaps he should think higher of the little thing.

Dagi
Pish posh, he wouldn't let anyone eat him if he could help it. Conroy puffed his chest, he was rather quick, both physically and mentally, plus he was quite thin, not too much fox meat to enjoy. Shame. He grinned meekly and nodded, acknowledging the strange wolf and making an effort to remember him for a later date if needed. Isaac's question had startled him a bit, he hadn't said anything about leaving had he? Perhaps he did...

"How did yo-- Well I was little and I ran off I suppose, they were gone when I got back. It was nice being on my own I think"

Conroy's mind seemed to jump around quite a bit, never lingering on one subject for too long.

Reivan
Oh yes. Remember that name. Remember it for when i'm standing triumphantly over your dying body. Hopefully i can keep you alive for a bit while i'm tucking into your guts and you're all delusional and still like "Hi, i'm Conroy!" He gave a cheesy grin in an imitation of the stupid fox. That would just be so much FUN. He shook his head slightly, wrinkling his nose up with an odd, mock-excitable look on his face.

Well, if it's any consolation they Were extremely tasty. ...You seem happy enough though.

He tilted his head slightly, he seemed to ponder something a moment.

You know, you're alright really, kid. Tough little bugger. I like that. Keep this place warm for me 'til i return, alright?

With that, the wolf lifted himself from the floor and trotted as best he could out the cave and down to the river.

Dagi
Conroy lifted a paw, a rather disgusted and confused look on his maw. His eyes narrowed, he was quite sure that wouldn't happen if he was being eaten by this wolf, he knew his name already, no need for introductions all over again; 'specially when they aren't really needed. His fluffly orange headd turned, it didn't sound like too much fun though, not at all.

"Well I don't think us foxes and wolves find the same things fun, but whatever suits you Isaac"

Conroy wasn't too quick to determine whether one was serious or sarcastic, he usually took all comments in a rather serious manner. His next comment scared him a bit, this Isaac character had eaten his parents? Couldn't have been... He shook his head, shaking the thought from his head and looking back to Isaac. He tilted his head a little, the wolf seemed to have a change of heart. Conroy smiled at him and nodded,

"Sure, sure, see you around Mister"

He watched the wolf limp away for a while before retreating into the cave to settle down for a nice long nap.

June 30th. A little chat with death

Kochikens
In the middle of no where in particular, most likely the common grounds, and most likely in the forest, there was a rather large oak tree. This tree just happened to go above the tops of all other trees in the area, and below it there was a small patch of grass. For no other trees could grow, the life was blocked out by the shade and lack of sunlight from the massive oak trees branches. This, however, made the perfect resting grounds and the perfect place to store his precious things for the wolf named Reicher. The white wolf that bore the face of death itself was partially asleep and partially gnawing off the muscles of a doe skull while dipping his thin purple tongue inside of the crevices to extract any brain matter or remaining tissue. The adolescent was quite happy to be so comfortable as he streched himself out. Rarely was he so happy to just be alone. He longed to be along so much, to be away from the relentless annoyances of having his followers around, or even Sashta.

But he did have preperations to make. His only female confidant had agreed to his brilliant plan of gathering up more forces then he already had and starting a group that would bow to his greatness and understand, truely understand his magnificence. This would finally satisfy the headaches that made him pain so much. The excrutiating hurt that flared up in his head when he tried to recall past happenings, perhaps this would please his psyche. He supposed that his massive brain was too big for his average wolf size skull, and even in his creation, he hadn't thought to of given himself a larger head to accomodate for his brilliance. What a pity. It didn't stop him from achieving his perfection, though. Nothing could stop him from that, and he wouldn't let anyone or anything stop him from carrying out his plans to add to his already 3 wolf strong followers.

Reivan
A short way from the white wolf's tree full of treasures, an older wolf awoke from a lengthy nap inside his beloved cave and proceeded to roll about on his back lazily a while, stretching his lanky limbs. The wolf peered at the ceiling in the darkness, the sun's rays only glimpsing into the cave entrance, tongue lolling from his jaw. He paused for a moment as he remembered his little meeting the night before, and his new toy, the snake-wolf. Breifly checking up on Aboki, Isaac would reach for his mind, only to find little activity other than a strange, short-lived dream involving dancing chipmonks.

He gave a short brow-quirk as he lifted himself from the dusty floor and began hopping stiffly from his cave. As he left his old home once more, he reminded himself that he'd intended to return to the packlands today. Isaac grumbled slightly, as he thought of all the little things which had prompted his absence from the area, his mood only lightening as the thought of being with his mate again entered his little brain. He didn't think he'd ever understand her genuinely loving tolerance of him, but he wasn't one to complain.

Isaac's musing halted and he looked up from the ground as the very top of a grand tree came into view, though he didn't seem to notice the young wolf underneath it and so dropped his head again lazily, continuing to hobble forward.
But of course, he Had seen the oddly marked wolf, and was already processing his thoughts and brief past with glee.

Kochikens
The wolf had been off in his own world of thoughts, for he was probably one of the most over-analzying calculating and morally-lacking wolf to ever live. And one of those calculations was now watching the approaching wolf like a hawk, taking account of his every move, every breath, and every direction in which his eyes moved. Reichers tail coiled around his furry mass as he raised his head from it's lowered position, staring down his nose at the newcomer. It would appear that he didn't even know he was there, but that was impossible! His radiance had to of been noticed, there was no other possibility.

And then he noticed how he lowered his head, and a smug grin coated the wolves face. Oh, so did he know he was there. What a marvelous way to show ones respect for an immortal! It was obvious, wasn't it? He wasn't an arrogant being, oh nono. It was so obvious that even this wolf knew he should show him respect! Placing the skull down on the ground and curling his paw around it, he watched ever more closely.

Reivan
Isaac's eyes snapped back up to the wolf as he drew closer, taking in his skull-like face markings and posture with quizzical intrigue. Isaac couldn't help grinning as he eavesdropped on the wolf's sporadic line of thought.
An immortal? Isaac looked on him soberly a moment, brow furrowed, before his grin crept back once more, his brow left quirked. Crazy b*****d. sprung to Isaac's mind as the wolf placed down the skull he seemed to have been cleaning with his tongue.

Isaac could play along for a bit though. "Oh how obvious it is." he spoke slowly as he came to a halt infront of the other wolf, looking death in the eye, a trace of a smirk still clinging to his muzzle.
"Of course a being like you deserves nothing but respect. I wouldn't trust a wolf too stupid to realise this." With this he bowed his head toward the ground, bending one knee, the other paw outstretched in a kneel.

Kochikens
To say that Reicher was delighted was an understatement. If there was one thing he loved above all others, it was being recognized. He doubted that even Sashta truely understood how omnipotent he was! But this, this strange wolf did. Pupiless eyes scanned the mostly black wolf infront of him, bone pierced ears perking up on his head. Now, what to say? He could not dissapoint! Not that he needed to put any effort into anything, what a silly idea. The wolf cast off his mindset momentarily, tapping his claws which were still crusted with the blood of another wolf on the hard bone.

"Who disturbs me?" He spoke to the lesser being, puffing up his chest while he was at it to exude a greater presence. He had enjoyed being alone and working on his collection of bones, afterall, and even if this wolf was showing graditude without him even needing to beat it into him as he had others... He was still being disturbed.

Isaac's tongue protruded from his muzzle slightly as he watched, and soaked up the other wolf's reaction.

"I apologise for this disturbance, great one. If it is a name you're wanting, you can call me.. Malachi. Meaning," as Isaac had recently learned that Reicher loved things to have meaning, "Messenger of the Gods." He bowed his head once more.

One of the things Isaac himself loved most of all was acting like something he wasn't, and watching others wholeheartedly believe his carefully constructed lies. To almost every wolf he'd met he had either shown a different side of himself, or, if nothing trueful fit, a completely new, and mostly false side. For no other wolf but this one had he granted a wholey new name however, and even Isaac wondered what his mind had planned for the words that flowed from his own lips.

Kochikens
"Pleasant to see that someone recognizes my greatness with such ease, Malachi." He mused outloud. He didn't even consider the idea that he might of been lieing, for you would have to be a fool to lie to an immortal such as himself. Not even only of his slaves would dare such a thing. Well, maybe the youngest, but that one was a stupid fool and he intended to marr and maim him till he understood respect. And the meaning of his name, Messenger of the Gods? How horribly appropriate. But it didn't occur to him that it was staged, it just seemed like it fit.

The wolf had decided he liked this other immensely already. Obedience and disrespect was something which was lacking in most wolves these days. Perhaps his new marvelous idea of the beginings of a grouping of his followers would be able to remedy this. The edge of his maw turned up in a grin, perhaps he would finally be able to rival those damned packs. Those damned annoying packs, with meatsacks like Hige. Perhaps this wolf be be of aid to such a thing as well....

Reivan
"Well, it isn't at all hard to miss." Isaac purred as he sat back. "And, what would i call you? 'O Great one' is just so formal.."

He grinned lightly as the white wolf's thoughts filtered into his mind. Ambitious little creature.. Isaac thought a moment. Why, he could be incredibly useful.
"Any fool can tell you're destined to do great things. You'll make a powerful leader and a terrible enemy. You could rival, and even destroy any pack you wished eventually." Isaac licked his maw lazily. "If you play it right." He cocked his head to one side, keeping his eyes on the younger wolf.

Kochikens
"Reicher..." The wolf said, ever so slowly. There was some odd feeling in the pit of his stomach, as if it wqas trying to warn him something was up. Something was horribly wrong with this picture. Maybe it was the only remaining sanity in him, lodged down in some deep pit of his little brain trying to warn him. It was quickly crushed, though, and replaced with a bit of paranoia. Just how did this wolf seem to know how to say everything he wanted him too? It was almost a bit too convientent. As if he could read minds! Hah! What rubbish, he had only ever known one being with that po-

A great pain ached him in his head, causing him to visibly flinch and dislodge him from his course of thought. What were they talking about? "It is my meaning, afterall, Malachi. I have already assembled 3 to serve under me, and another at my side. I cannot see being foiled at this point."

Reivan
Isaac simply peered at the white wolf now as he became suspicious, knowing he hadn't exactly been subtle, but for some reason he wasn't overly worried about this. His eyes narrowed as Reicher's trail of thought edged ever so slowly towards the truth, before.. Isaac also suddenly flinched just as the wolf did. Well, that was odd. Isaac blinked, his mind having been wrapped around the other wolf's, he felt the pain as Reicher did. He shook it off as the wolf spoke again though.

"..Wow, impressive." he bobbed his head. "Although, most packs are quite a bit bigger than that. And at least one of those 3 must be young, no?" Isaac smiled shortly at the other's certainty of himself.

Kochikens
Reicher twitched his nose and looked down to the wolf he knew as Malachi, his pupiless eyes scrutinizing him. "Well, we are getting rid of one the young ones in exchange for a female to accompany my ally, Sashta. Besides...." The wolf paused, his mind passing over his thoughts of thata annoying little t**t Diego. How he hated that little snivelling b*****d, but loved to torture him and to see the blood pour from the little beast. A twinge of a smirk played across the Alphas maw, "I hated the one i'm getting rid of. I already spared his life due to the mercy of Sashta once. This will be beautiful, though, everyone will see my vision. I will make them see my vision of united beings under me, only then will they truely understand." An unintentional giggle of glee came through his voice, simply speaking about it made him giddy!

July 26th. Reunion with the other half

shia-san
crack as lazily an eye opened, peering out into the deserted world. The sun hadn't yet lifted high into the sky to call it daylight, but instead cast the array of colors across its mass. The black of night still lurking out of reach from the suns grasp making the area shine with a murky green. In the distance, only fog and moisture could be seen, nothing more. The shadow's of tree's slowly disappeared as the eye looked on past them, and deeper into the darkness of the woods.

Paws fumbled to stand. The head ached with pain. Stomach churned. The wolf gathered her weight onto all fours and stood there for a moment, attempting to shake off the morning fatigue without moving. Looking out groggily to the pack lands, she couldn't help but feel a sense of loneliness. The area was filled with scents...each one following a simple pattern. Female...male....female...male. It was amazing how many pairs lived within the pack. Looking back to the den she had made for herself and Isaac, she drooped further. The passion ((if any)) Isaac and Soul once had, the little lovin' she used to receive seemed lost. Well, almost. She hadn't heard from the crazy male in a while...which frankly worried her.

She did realize of coarse that he DID need his space. He needed time to himself...but she was never sure what he could be doing out there. Knowing his flirty ways, he could have bred with twenty other females...but maybe she was thinking to low of him. He said he loved her...she hoped these words weren't said because it was a spur of the moment thing.

A foot step rang out into the open, the only sound that traveled so far in the silence. Fur bristled with a hint of rage. She was unsure of coarse, as to why she was feeling just so spiteful. As if someone had just taking her piece of meat. Lowering her head to the earth, she could feel the dew from the grass gradually gather upon her nose, bothered by this, she lifted her head and shook it off, then slowed her walk. She didn't want to run off, or go to far and get tired, she just wanted to take a brisk trot out into the woods.

--Being alone in the silence never felt so good.

Reivan
((Side note: This RP be After Isaac's unfinished chat with Reicher, time skip while Kochiface is away >D ))

Isaac was also on the move this morning, on his way back to the packlands at last. The lanky-framed male practically trotted through the woods, a bounce to his step and a small brown rabbit swinging limply from his jaws.

He felt he'd had his fair share of fun for one trip, especially one he'd originally only planned to last a day or so. His missus probably wouldn't be too thrilled about that.. Still, Isaac was feeling damn chuffed with himself. He'd managed to provide for his mate, even with his bad leg. So.. maybe it had involved stealing a pup's first kill, but that was neither here nor there. Soul couldn't stay mad at him while he had a nice fresh piece of meat for her.

The fox colored female soon crossed his path a little way off and he caught a flash of her coat. "Sow..?" he grunted, then attempted to yell at her through the rabbit's thick fur as she continued walking. "Sow!"

He hopped after her excitedly, swiftly quashing the silence.

shia-san
As the female attempted to continue her brisk walk in silence, her gaze soon fell upon the blue male whom had been ?Missing? for quite some time. Keeping her distance for a few moments, allowing her to turn about and make sure it was actually her mate, she gave a cross glare towards him, and shifted her weight slightly. With out a doubt, the female was pissed.

Lifting her head, and drawing her front paws together to give her a higher position in stature, she peered to the male, her glare continuously keeping its strength as her feelings attempted to push its way up onto the surface. Her tail fell limp under her slightly, simply swaying between her thighs as her maw opened. A sense of disappointment filled her voice as the words came out in frenzy, ?Isaac.? She started off, the glare calming, allowing a half smile to form on her maw. ?Where have you been??? There was a silence between her announcing his name in question, and addressing the question in general, showing verbally her hesitation/worry.

While she stood, her paws separated now, allowing her to grab a firm hold of the ground and inhale deeply. The moist nose took in many scents. Ones of who she did not know?.Her weight shifted once more. Instead of the expected leap of worry, the females maw wrinkled slightly and her eyes narrowed in question once more. Awaiting Isaac?s response, she waved her tail about, worry beginning to conceal itself in the ?time of the month? rage.

(( -wink- Souls not "Mad" per-say. Just confused/worried/upset for he left her for so long, and returned with scents of others. She expected his alone time to be him?being alone. (:;;; ))

Reivan
Isaac halted in his tracks as his mate turned to glare at him, the excitement sliding from his face. He appeared a little hurt by her reaction, looking to the ground like a pup being unfairly scolded by its mother. The male continued walking forward after his pause however, and as he drew nearer, dropped the dead rabbit at the female's feet in silence.

"I thought you'd be pleased.." he spoke glumly, eyes on the small body. "I didn't mean to be gone this long though, i'm sorry love.." he looked back up at her and went to nuzzle her neck gently.

"It's just, i started to feel out of place here. You know i don't get along great with the others. I felt like i was back in my old pack.. as a pup.." he paused, "I'm not like them. But I stay because of you. You know i'd never leave you, Soul.. Right?"

The male rounded off his little babble, "I just needed a break. I went back to the freelands. I'm surprised i still fit into that little cave actually." Isaac said brightly once more.

He tilted his head cheekily at the female's suspicious glance. He was quietly thankful he hadn't met a single female while he was away. At least that was one scent he was sure his coat was free of, one less thing for her to be worried about. He returned the sniff however, as if to check she hadn't been romping with strange males while he'd been gone.

But this quick whiff of hormones went straight to the male's head. How he hadn't noticed earlier Isaac didn't question, but her fur suddenly smelled like snowdrops. Snowdrops.. juicy berries and tender meat all in a pleasant mix. His mind wondered as he peered into her eyes, tongue poking from his maw slightly. Like he'd ever want try anything with another female anyway, he had this goddess of a she-wolf all to himself.

shia-san
Pride began to swell inside the female as he dropped the rabbit at her feet. Leaning forwards a bit, she eyed him wearily, then nudged the rabbit with her nose. Yup. Its dead. after verifying this, she kept a close eye on her mate listening intently to his words.

"I am overwhelmed...." These words were mumbled, almost inaudible. Feeling the nuzzle upon her neck, she couldn?t help but melt into a smile. Lowering her head under his chin now, she attempted to push up and rub her nose against the rugged fur of his chin. A gurgling nose escaping her maw, one of sheer pleasure.

After that, the female?s emotions changed once more, reverting back the slightly angered set. An ear twitched as she took in each word to its very detailed extent. "?.Do you want to leave?this place?" She looked to him with a hurt gaze, then added in quickly. "Together??" At this moment, nothing else mattered?of coarse she thought solely on Isaac and Aoiko?s survival, but they?d live?if the trio left the pack, they could survive?yes?that they could and would, Soul wouldn?t allow it any other way. And plus, Soul never promised her adopted pup, or Isaac that they?d stay in this pack forever. Although, she would love it that way, she never spoke those words. So a change could be in order?and no one should be effected by it?.no one should.

Soul, becoming a bit flustered, looked to the side, and lowered herself onto her haunches. Lifting her left paw up to her maw so she could lick it, she nodded briefly. "?um?.yes." a sheepish grin creeping onto her features. Soul had the strongest sense that Isaac would never leave her. No matter what happened, she just hoped her feelings were right on the dot.

After a few moments, Soul could see Isaac?s gaze was focused on her. Arching her neck back a bit, and furrowing her brow, she questions his auctions. ?Isaac?um?.are you alright?? Soul quickly gathered herself onto all fours and continued to eye the male with confused/extremely curious eyes.

Reivan
Isaac peered at his mate as a flurry of different emotions danced about her, finding himself grinning happily as she smiled, and quickly shaking it off as she became angered. In the end he settled for something of a half-hearted grin, his brow slightly furrowed in confusion. You'd have thought he'd understand females a little better, being able to read minds and all.

"I don't know.. I was thinking about it. But.. i don't see us leaving here, Soul. I see something keeping us, i just don't know what it might be yet." He was of course, referring to puppies and a family. Although this was the last thing on his mind. "Plus, i know you want to stay." he nudged her softly, a slightly melancholic smile on his maw.

As Soul noticed his odd look and moved away slightly though, he seemed unable to concentrate on what she was saying properly.
"Why- uh yes. I'm.." he trailed off, tongue playing along his teeth, "I'm great. Just noticed how.. pretty.. you're looking, Soul." He spoke roughly, instinctively attempting to sound macho.

Quite suddenly he cleared his throat and looked away, head drawing up with his ears perked, eyes slightly glazed a vague premonition swept over him. He turned his attention swiftly to one side, peering intently beyond the bushes. Then he turned back to his mate, eyes wide with excitement, obviously about to say something, but getting lost in her golden eyes once again. With a blink he spoke to a patch of grass at her feet instead.
"Soul-" He whispered excitedly, "Trust me, I have to go that way. I'll be back soon, just, wait here, okay? Love you." He added in quickly before hopping off to dissapear into the undergrowth.

shia-san
It took a few moments for Soul to gather his words as he said them. Of coarse, at the end she simply smiled in embarrassment and became flustered. Something was holding them back...something. Yet on top of being embarrassed, she too felt a sense of happiness, glee. He was speaking, obviously, about the pups...a family. He must be comfortable with the fact that she may be expecting. Shifting her weight slightly, she fell to her stomach and continued to keep her gaze locked on her mate.

"Ah...I see." She chuckled with her words as her tongue slide from her muzzles enclosure and ran up the males maw, then inched closer towards him. He always made her feel at ease...no matter what he may be thinking, nor what he may have done in the past. Leaning forwards once more, the female attempted to nuzzle the males neck again, yet her movements were stopped as he jerked his view else were. Arching back and wrinkling her nose, she huffed, then spoke, Giving off an "Oh no you didn't" sort of gaze. "Isaac--" Her word were cut short as he spoke to her quickly, almost as if in a rush.

He had to leave...again. Not pleased with this fact, she lowered her neck, emitting a low murmuring sound, then nodded slightly. Where else could she go, it was to early to visit any other friends back at the free lands, and she was feeling a bit on the lazy side. Moaning in frustration, she drew her body up, balancing her weight onto her haunches, and watched her mate run off. This was obviously important to him.

She'd wait.

July 28th. And the lame could again walk

Quinny-chan
Wriggling on his back in the lush underbrush, Sol-Lun's legs flopped in the air and a pleased moan escaped his lips. "Oooo... oooohh... ahhh... that's it. That's the spot." He continued to wriggle, the itch that had been elluding him all day, finally getting a well deserved scratch.

Sighing in satisfaction, Sol-Lun looked up to the sky and watched the puffy, white clouds drift lazily by.

Shall I move them faster for you?

Chuckling, Sol-Lun stretched and said, "Don't bother yourself. Even the Wind deserves a break once in a while."

Reivan
Once more, Isaac had wondered away from the pack, not so long after he'd been scolded for doing so the first time. Although this time he hadn't gone so far, and he would make sure he was back before nightfall. Odd as it was for Isaac, Soul was someone he hated to see upset.

As a Seer, he was never particularly good at sensing future events, seemed he had more talent at drawing a wolf's past from peering into his soul. Today however, he had sensed something good would come from travelling this way. This excited him greatly, seeing as he had a hard time recalling the last good thing that had come about.

Eyes wide with anticipation, Isaac travelled slowly through the woods, peering about for any sign of the forseen 'good thing'. Eventually he stumbled upon another wolf, white with red markings and bird feathers adorning his face. He lay on the ground and seemed to be talking to himself, or the Wind apparently.. The blue male quirked a brow, and hopped forwards carefully. This strange wolf could be that good thing.. Isaac thought it unlikely, but he still wasn't going to take a chance.

"It does?" he questioned simply, halting a little way from the other male and planting his behind on the grass, a blue tail curled about his gimpy leg.

Quinny-chan
Sol-Lun flipped to his paws, hunkered down and not sure whether to run or fight. It was not often that he was caught unawares, especially since he had formed his new relationship with the Wind.

He eyed the newcommer warily, his whole body tense. "Indeed... Can I help you?

Careful, Brother. There is much power in this one. It's almost as if he can hear me too...

Reivan
Isaac kept still as the wolf got to his feet, aiming to neither scare him away nor start a fight. Looking the other in the eye for a moment, his brows raised slightly as he did so. How interesting..
The Seer then spoke slowly, "I gather you have.. Shaman abilites?"

His head tilted sharply as swore he felt the Wind itself warning the white wolf, yet he heard no words. Ruffled slightly by this, Isaac's brows furrowed.

Quinny-chan
Sol-Lun slowly straightened his legs, meeting the blue wolf's stare. Training his face to stillness, his chest tightened as the male named him true. He had told no one.

Sol-Lun tried to control his suspicion, but it oozed out his mouth in the form of a question, "Who are you?"

He is in your head with me, Brother. I think he may be one of the Fabled...

Sol-Lun had no idea what the Wind meant by that, but he could feel the male sifting through his thoughts. It was not a comforting feeling.

Reivan
Isaac had never met a Shaman before, he'd only ever heard of them. He remembered, as a pup, Notoka telling him that a Shaman could help with his nightmares. Of course, he'd since realised they weren't simply nightmares but that they stemmed from his Seer powers. They weren't particularly helpful, but who knew what effect someone messing with those visions would have on the rest of his powers, which, as Isaac suddenly realised, he couldn't live without.

The Seer smiled briefly as the other wolf seemed to freeze momentarily. The Shaman almost reminded Isaac of himself. Apparenly it wasn't uncommon for gifted wolves to hide their powers.

"My name is Isaac. You have no reason to fear me." the male spoke with a solid tone. "I only wish to learn of your abilities. Who is that speaking to you?" he asked quietly.

Quinny-chan
Continuing to watch the strange wolf, Sol-Lun relaxed slightly. He knew the other was wounded, was itching to help him, but he waas still unsure as to how much he wanted to divulge.

"You wouldn't believe me if I told you..." and then, after a moment, "How did you hurt your leg?"

I think he is safe, Brother. His power lies another way from yours, but I can feel it.

Reivan
Isaac flashed a quick grin as both the Shaman and his curious adviser seemed to relax. "Try me." he prompted. "As i said, i'm intrigued.."

"My leg..?" the blue wolf's brow furrowed again. This wolf wanted to help? He could help..? Isaac bowed his head slightly, eyeing the deep bite mark wounds at his knee, wincing instinctively as he almost felt the cartilage crushing in the female's jaws once more.

But what to say? Oh that, that's nothing. Just payback for murdering an old wolf in her sleep. Yeah, that'll go down great. His eyes drifted back up to the Shaman.
"Unfortunate business with a.. sorry to be frank, slightly crazed wolf." This technically wasn't a lie, though it was up in the air as to which of the two Seers he was referring to.
"Never was a brilliant fighter.." he said casually, his head tilted slightly.

Quinny-chan
"It's just the Wind," Sol-Lun attempted to put off Issac by throwing out an off-hand comment, though the capital was evident. He wasn't quite willing to deal with ridicule again so soon after his mother's death.

"Does it hurt much?" He asked, moving around the blue male to get a closer look at his hindquarters.

Reivan
"Oh, the Wind." Isaac nodded in an equally offhand manner. "What makes you think i'd ridicule you for that?" he tilted his head. There was something the Seer wanted to ask about the death of this wolf's mother, but he thought it best to hold his tongue for the moment.

The male's nostrils flared slightly as the Shaman moved round him. Although he could tell the wolf had good intentions, Isaac was wary of allowing a stranger near such a weakness. "If i try and unbend it.." he said slowly, carefully watching the wolf.

Quinny-chan
The wind circled the blue male, caressing him, soothing him. It is ok, Brother. You can tell him. He knows already.

Sighing audibly, Sol-Lun sat and slowly met Issac's eyes. "I can fix it, if you want. I think..." Saddness momentarily filled his eyes as he thought of his mother, thought of ending her pain, ending her.

Shaking his head to clear his troubled thoughts, he waited quietly for the other's decision.

Reivan
"Perhaps it was the Wind which told me earlier too, but i knew something good would come of this meeting." Isaac raised his head to nod at the wolf. "Whatever you can do, work your magic." he grinned, eager to see whether it'd actually work.

The blue wolf looked upon the Shaman and his sadness, not having seen such for a long time. "Could you not save her?" he asked quietly after a pause, "I'm sorry, it must be painful.."

Quinny-chan
Tears filled Sol-Lun's eyes and he cried quietly for a moment in the way wolves do. "I was too late," he whispered. "But, in the end," he paused, a smile quirking the ends of his muzzle, "I did save her. I brought her peace."

Scrubbing his face on his foreleg, Sol-Lun laid down infront of Issac. "I'm sorry. I only know how to do this one way. Would you please lay down and touch your nose to mine?" He rested his head on his forepaws and waited.

Reivan
"I understand.." The Seer smiled lightly. Somehow being around this wolf kept Isaac at peace. Even with his powers he still found it hard to be completely sympathetic, but he felt no need to be malicious, despite how easy it would be.

At Sol-Lun's request the blue wolf stretched out his forepaws and lay facing the other male, his body twisted so that his bad leg lay atop the other. Isaac thought it a little odd, but he did as was asked, leaning so that they were nose to nose. "Like this..?"

Quinny-chan
"Yes, thank you. Now be still." Misty blue eyes stared into golden, trying to find the rhythm.

The wind began keening softly to the crimson wolf. Feel him., Brother. You can do this.

Swallowing his fear, supressing the images of his dying mother, Sol-Lun's eyes drooped closed and he cleared his mind, concentrating only on Issac's breath as it whispered across his muzzle.

Every so slowly, he let go of who he was, and like a puzzle piece slipping into place, their breath fell into rhythm and he was in. He is like me and yet not. There is much pain here... And there is was, the sounce of Issac's limp. He could feel the strong jaws clamping down and a slight whimper escaped his lips unawares.

You are there, Brother. All will be well. Do what you were born to do.

Tentatively, Sol-Lun reached out and caressed Issac's knee with his mind. Untangling bones and tendons that had been mangled, knitting muscles that had long since lost their usefullness. His first touch was like a feather and the rest were just as gentle, but the more he mended, the more comfortable he bacame. He could not control it.

When his eyes fluttered open, only seconds later, though he had thought it hours, he knew Issac was healed of all aches and that he would be able to walk again.

"Make sure you eat," he breathed tiredly. "Much of the energy for that came from you."

Reivan
Isaac took one last look at his knee, as if to say goodbye to the dratted wound. He then watched the Shaman for a moment before following his lead and squinting his eyes shut too. He felt the other wolf's mind clear, like water washing away ink. Was that a good thing? He was still somewhat doubtful this would work, and partly afraid of the outcome, but if it did indeed work... Oh the possibilities!

Isaac suddenly felt a tingling sensation in his leg, and it started to numb as Sol-Lun worked the knee. Which was probably a good thing. He would have likely passed out had he actually been able to feel bone regrowing in his own knee.

When the Shaman was finished, Isaac still had his eyes clamped shut, and his breathing had also become heavy. He appeared half-horrified as he opened his eyes, brow furrowed he simply stared at the other wolf for a moment. Eventually he ventured a glance over at his leg. He feared this entire thing had been in vain when he saw that it didn't look a whole lot different, and when he attempted to unlock the knee he found that although it no longer hurt, it wouldn't budge.

Isaac was about to complain when he felt the joint relax slightly and he found it was able to unfurl. His jaw opened in amasement at this and he began to laugh as he stretched out his leg like he hadn't done in so long.

The blue wolf then rolled over and got to his feet, all four of them. The newly mended knee was still quite stiff, and his other leg had built up more muscle to compensate, so he moved a little lopsidedly, but.. he could walk again.

"This.." Isaac said as he tested the leg out, nodding as the wolf told him to eat. "This is a miracle! Sol-Lun, i really do owe you." he said with a wide grin, returning to sit back down opposite the other wolf.
"Now perhaps you should work on healing yourself.." he quietly spoke after a pause, "If you can repair the physical, you can repair the emotional. If you do not heal the pain, even breathing will hurt and then you will cease to do that."

Quinny-chan
Sol-Lun lifted his head from his paws and watched Issac take his first tentative steps, a bit like a puppy new to his paws. He smiled tiredly and replaced his head onto his paws, looking up at Issac through lidded eyes. "You owe me nothing. You can not repay what I give freely."

The blue wolf's final words struck home, dug into a place Sol-Lun had kept secret and hidden for what felt like an eternity, but had in truth, been less than a year. His body melted, turned to Jello, and he was lost.

If the Wind had eyes, they were wide open now. He is of the Fabled, Brother. A.... Seeeeerrrrr It brushed the crimson wolf's ear fur with this fresh realization, not wanting to strain him after such a feat, but he needed to know. He is of a kind with you. Do not fear him. He will help you, if you let him.

The wind brought him back to himself and he looked up at Issac with a mix of great respect and great dispair. "You're a Seer? Then you must know that my particular magic doesn't work on myself." He paused, the silence pregnant with apprehension, and then offered his own vulnerability, "The Wind said you would help me, if I let you. What do you have in mind?" This was only the second time that he had named his unseen friend to another. He hoped this encounter turned out better than the last.

Reivan
Isaac looked to his paws as Sol-Lun spoke. As grateful as he was for what the Shaman had done, he was secretly glad he didn't have to make a promise he honestly doubted he'd keep.

The blue wolf stared passively into the other's eyes as his soul was battered by uncontrolled emotions. To a Seer, Sol-Lun was wounded worse than Isaac had been.

His expression didn't change as he was questioned. "I am a Seer." he echoed in reply then continued, "But i don't know a lot about your magics. That's unfortunate though. Still, I feel you are more skilled than I. I.." he paused, knowing most wolves were uncomforted by this fact. Although that usually pleased him greatly.
"..can read your thoughts, i can feel your pain, and i can see the memories which are causing it. But i cannot affect any of that. I am not the healer you are, so i do not know what i could do to help you. Does.. the Wind?"

Isaac continued to work his knee as he sat.

Quinny-chan
One corner of Sol-Lun's mouth quirked into a semblance of a sad grin. "I know. The Wind can feel you there. So can I, to an extent. I'm sorry if my saddness has caused you any discomfort. I would not wish that apon you."

But he can help you. He is helping you now, Brother. She is festering within you. He can put her to rest at last. Do not let her death be in vain.

Yawning, Sol-Lun looked to the sky, trying to understand what the Wind had just told him. "It seems to think you are helping me now. It says that only you can put her to rest..."

Reivan
The blue wolf's head tilted slightly. "I've learnt not to let the emotions of others affect me. I'm afraid i would be a broken wolf if i did.." He gave a short shrug.

"Well if it's true i suppose that's good then. But... Put her to rest?" he questioned, his tone sounding somewhat irritated, not with Sol-Lun but with this Wind. He still felt it was getting the wolf's hopes up in vain.

For a Seer, Isaac didn't have a very open-minded spiritual side. In fact he didn't have much of a spiritual side at all. He didn't understand, nor did he care how his powers worked, he only knew that they did. To him, they were a tool, an advantage over other wolves. This attitude probably limited his powers to some degree, but it wasn't going to change any time soon.

Quinny-chan
"I fear I do not know what the Wind expects of you, but it sounds insistant." Lifting his head to gaze at Issac, his eyes like liquid blue pools, he sighed. "I do not expect you to do anything. The pain is mine. You need not worry about it."

Yawning, Sol-Lun stood up warily. The healing had taken much of his energy, but like always, life marched on, whether he was ready for it or not.

He does not know, Brother. The extent of his import, his power... He has not yet realized his full potential. Do not lose track of this He. He will be needed.

Reivan
"Well, if it ever figures out how i could help, have it summon me, i will know and seek you out again. But i should make my way back to my mate now, she'll be getting worried again." He gave a slight grin, rolling his eyes as if to say 'women..'

"I can't thank you enough for what you've done though, she'll be so happy." With this Isaac lifted himself from his seat, took a moment to stabilise his leg and went to walk back the way he had come.

Just before he reached the undergrowth again he turned back to the Shaman and spoke with a sage smile. "You have a pure soul, i hope you find a way through this pain so it can shine again." And then continued, his blue form merging with the shadows of the trees.

Quinny-chan
Sol-Lun watched the blue wolf fade into the underbrush and wondered if he would ever see Issac again. There was much hidden behind that wolf's golden eyes.

Maw opening in a jaw cracking yawn, he padded off to find a place to rest.

The Wind swirled around Issac as he made his way back home. Scenting him and marking his path. There would be a time when the Brother of the Wind would need the Fabled, of that, It was certain.

August 2nd. Break out the bubbly >D

Reivan
It was a few hours before movement was again seen in the direction that Isaac had left in. A broken howl sounded out to herald his arrival, as if the song kept getting stuck in the male's throat. He had never been able to hold the note properly, but he didn't care. He was impatient for his mate to know he was coming.

Isaac's leg was still a bit stiff, and his knee didn't have full flexibility, but there was obviously a major improvement. He could walk properly again! He emerged from the bushes at a trot, slowing his pace to head for the female, containing his glee for the moment.

He stretched out infront of Soul, acting as if no miracle had just been performed. Yet a hint of a smirk he couldn't keep away played on his features, and he eyed the female cheekily, regardless of what mood she might have been in.
"Hunt with me." He spoke simply, grinning slighty. "I need the energy." he turned once more, swishing his tail in her face impatiently.

shia-san
Soul had fallen asleep a few moments after Isaac had left. Laying, in broad daylight, for a good two hours or so. Groaning softly, the female shifted her weight and rose onto her fore paws slightly, then pushed up onto all fours. Her neck hung low, as her muzzle parted into a yawn. Licking at her nose, she peered about her, slightly hesitant for she didn't remember where she was, until Isaac popped out from the forests shadows.

Soul, being tired and completely oblivious to just about everything around her, didn't notice his more fluent movement as he leaped forth, and flopped on the ground before her. Lifting one paw and arching back a bit, she blinked in curiosity. The cockeyed grin he was giving off made her wonder what was lurking in that (very sexy) mind of his, and as his words escaped his maw, her expression soon faded to a serious, worried look.

"Isaac, you're in no condition to hunt...I don't want you to get injured any more then you already are." the words flew from her lips slowly, and as she said them, they seemed so wrong. Leaning forwards and attempting to nudge his chest fur, she allowed a loving murmur to rumble in her chest.

Reivan
Silly woman.. She hasn't noticed! Isaac thought, and laughed softly as she eyed him back. Ah, forget hunting then. He didn't feel drained much any way, like Sol-Lun said he would. He felt energized if anything!

He simply grinned at her words. "If you say so..." he purred, then paused a moment, squinting his eyes. Ah, he couldn't keep it in any longer!
"Soul, look! It's a miracle" he beamed, getting to his feet and bounding over her to demonstrate his lack of injury, then pinning the female to the ground. He tilted his head as he continued to grin at her, tongue lolling from his maw.

Isaac had always been immature, no matter how he acted sometimes. But he'd been quite excitable lately, like there was something in the air which made him feel young again. Funny he only felt like that while around his mate.

shia-san
In a state of shock, the female sat still for a moment, taking in all the action. Looking to his movements, she smiled. "Isaac....how?" Rising onto all fours she paraded towards the male, before he leaped forth and pinned her to the ground.

Inhaling deeply, the female grinned, her mind sinking deep into the gutter. Soul could smell him, and for one, this "turned her on." Her intimate gaze lead forth as she felt very energetic. Pushing her hind legs up and against the males stomach, attempting to push him off, Soul twisted about to stand. She was just so glad to see him fit once more.

Batting at the males face, she grinned. He was in for a long night.

Reivan
The male grinned wildly, "Oh, that doesn't matter just now." not wanting to spoil the mood with talk of some odd Shaman and his wind. (XD!) He gave her nose a delicate lick and then spoke into her fur as he nuzzled at her neck. "I hope you agree, i think it calls for a celebration.."

Isaac's eyes widened as the female's thoughts drifted through his head. Finally, that's more like it! He smirked devilishly as he was pushed back. Feisty, aren't we?
Isaac gestured silently toward their den not far off, hoping to God that Aoiko wasn't currently occupying it. "Shall we?" he whispered close to her ear, ready to follow obediently at her heels.

shia-san
Curling her tail and wagging it a bit, the female stood and nudged the males side gently. An alluring gleam in each golden eye. "Celebration indeed." Straightening her posture, before nipping at the males ear, and dashing out towards the den.

She'd make sure they didn't waste any time...

((Aaand, fade out. >D You boys and girls know what happens next.))

August 3rd. Terrifying repercussions

Reivan
Isaac yawned, and stretched dramatically as he emerged from their den some days later. ((no they hadn't been doing it all that time stfu)) He eyed the belly of the female behind him, considering going on an early morning hunt before she woke up and wolfed the kill down like she'd been doing recently. The male, on the other hand, hadn't been left much to eat and so had lost a bit of weight himself. His mate had also become increasingly lazy, so there wasn't a whole lot of food between the two.

As he watched her sleep however, he spotted movement. The twitch of an eye and the kicking of a leg, and figured it wouldn't be long before she woke. Too late.. He sighed as he plopped to the ground outside the den, lifting his leg to pick at something stuck between his toes with his teeth.

shia-san
Soul moved about in her sleep before opening her eyes and viewing her mate. With a low groan, she maneuvered herself up onto her rump and sat, hunched over slightly. Today was obviously an off day for her. She was feeling ill, and fat. After a few seconds, of simply sitting there in silence, she flopped onto her belly, nose inches away from the males leg. Nosing it gently, she whimpered softly before speaking. "Isaac, we should get something to eat." and by we, she meant herself. The craving for just about every type of meat ran through her mind, causing her to salivate along the dirt ground she lay upon. Lifting once more onto her rump she moaned before standing and stretching out her body.

Reivan
The male squinted his eyes shut, taking a moment to calm himself before groaning desperately. "How can you still be hungry? Look at that pig belly!" he nodded towards the female's small bump, only half-sincere.

Instead of obliging and trotting off to hunt, Isaac flopped against the female, leaning his head on her plump belly. "I'm tired too, you know.. You keep kicking me in your sl--"
But the male's speech halted suddenly, before he could finish his sentance. His expression had completely frozen, mid-word, and he stared into off into the distance over Soul's shoulder. Isaac was sure he felt his heart stop beating too.

There were things growing inside the female's belly. Four tiny lifeforms. Their presence made themselves known in the Seer's mind. The only movement he made in responce to this discovery was the slow flaring of his nostrils and a slight twitch of his eye, as one expression floated through his mind. <******** no.

shia-san
"But Isaac..." She whined as the male flopped onto her belly. She felt like chewing off his leg at the moment. How could he be so in-sensitive... But before she could continue on with her thoughts, her gaze fell upon her mate. Giving him a questioning look. "Isaac, what's wrong now." She lifted her head and placed it so it was in line with the rest of her body, then released a sickening moan. Something was moving in her stomach and it wasn't last weeks stag.

Reivan
The male was speechless for quite some time, snapping his jaw closed and allowing it to drift open again, tilting his head this way, then that. His brow lowered for a second, appearing as if he were about to snarl at the female, and then quirked upward as if he was going to break down and cry.

Even when he believed he could say something, all that left his maw was a stuttering of "Yuh- Yer- Er.." while his mouth gaped like a fish. So he stopped trying and merely sat, breathing heavily through his nose, staring at that belly as if hypnotized.

Eventually Isaac sat up very slowly and looked to Soul's face, attempting to smile meekly. He felt sick too, and could feel the blood rushing from his head. "Yer having puppies by the way." he whispered through a strained throat, before flopping over backwards- out cold.

Well, that went well. Crazy foo.

shia-san
Soul looked to Isaac, then to her stomach, then back up to Isaac. Arching a brow and huffing softly, she managed to drag out a smile onto her features. Letting out sections of what seemed to be an everlasting giggle.

But yet, she re-read the words that just traveled into her ears, and watched her mate pass out in front of her. Was he joking? Was this his way to get out of hunting for her? Leaning forwards, then pushing up to stand, Soul hissed slightly towards the male, hobbling over to him and nudging him quite violently on the shoulder, then moving up towards his neck. "Isaac, what do you think this is, some sort of jo--" the female quickly fell onto her rump, then flopped to her side and began to wail with pain. Kicking her hind legs, that stiffened at times to help control the excruciating pain, Soul scrapped at the ground, attempting to take out all the horrible feelings she felt right there and then. A few seconds after, the pressure in her stomach faded, leaving her on the ground, panting wildly. Movement still occurred, but wasn't as harsh as the contraction she just had. Lifting her leg and sniffing about her lower stomach, she whined softly, then stood, moving over towards Isaac once more. Falling onto her side, and resting her head on his leg, she calmed her breaths and took in everything that was happening all at once.

"...I'm pregnant with Isaac's babies?"

Reivan
Isaac had a short lived, but wonderful dream about eggs, mostly. He was eating eggs, then one hatched. A small orange puppy emerged and started ramming violently into his shoulder. "Wudduyehwant?" he demanded blearily, blinking his eyes open to find Soul squawking in his face. The male recoiled slightly, a horror stricken look on his maw as his mate suddenly collapsed next to him in pain.

He jumped up with the intention of helping her but.. what could he do, except be glad he wasn't female? "Soul.." he whispered experimentally, attempting to calm her. As she fell to her side, he lay next to her, licking the back of her head.

The male choked slightly as she spoke. "Apparently.."
Isaac would dread these puppies. If they'd made such a nuisance of themselves before they were even born, they Had to be bad news.

shia-san
Soul, feeling the gentle touch of her mate, relaxed her body. Lifting her eyes to peer into his, she smiled. "Interesting. What comes from a splendid night is pups." she grinned evilly towards Isaac, thinking back on that night. Hmmm....so there are consequences to pleasure.

Rolling onto her stomach, her hind legs stretched back instead of pressed forwards under the knee, Soul lay. Resting her head now on her own forepaws, she crackled before speaking. "We are parents Isaac..." Flicking an ear forwards, she awaited his response. If he did what she had imagined him doing a few weeks ago ((with Elphie)) then she'd be highly disappointed.

Reivan
"Mm.. " Isaac glared mock-resentfully at his mate. "Why does it have to be that way?" he whined, much like a pup himself, rolling onto his back alongside the female.

If it was anyone but Soul that he'd impregnated, he Would have dissapeared by now. The thought of being responsible for minature Isaacs horrified him more than anything. But if he loved her, it was worth it of course. Wasn't it? He just wasn't sure how well he'd hold up against the brats their pups were bound to be.

Isaac flinched as she spoke about being parents. Oh yeah, the obligatory male commitment issues, too.
"I'm going to be a father.." he rolled the words on his tongue, wincing as if they burned his mouth. "I'm going to be a terrible father.." he corrected himself, giving a weak smile before burying his face in his paws.

shia-san
Soul chuckled softly before nudging Isaac's head, then resting her own on her forepaws. This was indeed going to be interesting. Isaac, being a father. And herself, Soul, being a mother. It wouldn't be AS hard as it will be for him to coax with the gang of pups that they will be having, because she's had experience. And Soul enjoyed pups, and always wanted some of her own...this, for the female was a miracle. Especially since she was sharing it with one she loves.

Inhaling deeply, she nodded. To be honest, she wasn't sure how Isaac would handle the birthing. She knew he would be fine with it now, they weren't around...but when the pups are born, will things change? Scratching at her nose with the rough pads of her paws, she pondered on his next comment. How well of a parent would Isaac be. Would he contribute in watching, feeding, and all around caring for the tikes...either way, she'd help him through it.

Tapping her tail on the ground, she spoke to Isaac softly. "No, Isaac....you'll be a wonderful father...we'll be together....parents together..." she smiled, and before long, was snoozing on the males shoulder contently.

This probably was the most eventful morning she'd had in months.

August 24th. The spawn was released 'pon the world, and it trembled.

shia-san
Soul protested to awake from her sleep, yet the pressure in her stomach began to increase, and her high pitched whines began to come every 5 seconds.

Oh lord, here they come.

In less then ten-minutes, Soul's hind legs were spread apart slightly, as her insides began to maneuver about. The first contraction grew stronger by the mili-second, and soon enough, her hind leg was lifted.

Holding her breath, she pushed, the pain surging through her body like a bullet in air. All directed towards her lower half. Lifting her leg a bit higher, she pushed further.

"ISACC GET THE HELL UP" She screeched before letting out a painful scream.

First a paw. This worried Soul, she didn't know if that was a good sign or bad. It hung there for a second, then Soul pushed once more. She wanted these things out. Now.

A blue head poked out, and began to wiggle, then came the rest of the body. It slid out easily after the front half had emerged from the area, and began to squeal in fear. The thin, almost plastic cover about the pups nose, mouth, and partially the rest of its body wobbled with the vibrations of the pups horrid screams.

Soul reached out, and began to instinctively lick away the at the pup. Cleansing it diligently.

The pup let out a snotty blow from its nostril, showing clearly the rest was out. Cradling the pup within her maw, Soul slid it over to her stomach, and quickly the pup was attached to a n****e.

That was the.most.painful thing Soul had ever encounter...murmuring words to Isaac, low enough so he couldn't hear, she cursed his ability to seduce, and cursed that night it happened...

Peering down to her first born, she smiled. One made it through, and if anything, that was enough for her.

Then, came another contraction...

Reivan
"Dun talk to me like tha'.." Isaac murmured vaguely in his sleep, before slowly rolling over to face the wall where he began to snore ignorantly. Somehow, most likely because he'd become accustomed to a week's worth of false alarms in the middle of the night, the male had managed to sleep through the birth of his first child.

Instead he awoke shortly afterwards, and as peaceful as Soul was not.
"Oh, you're awake already?" he spoke softly with a tired yawn. Yet as his eyes became accustomed to the dark, he noticed the tiny, and quite slimey, creature nestled in his mate's fur.
"What The- What Is- What Are You- HUH?" He spluttered, eyes wider than wide. He would never have expected the little rat to look That gross. "Is that..? WHY didn't you wake me!?" he demanded indignantly.

shia-san
Watching her mate fall over his words made her grin. He was as confused as she was in pain. That’s what she liked to see.

Fussing slightly, the female groaned in pain before yet another living thing flew from her stomach with little grace, and went sliding a few inches away from Soul's hind paws, dragging everything attached with it.

The female's eyes widened as it did this most intriguing move, but kicked back into reality as the pup began to squirm and squawk with life. Doing yet the same routine, she moved back towards the pup, a lot more then before, and began to lick at the thin covering once more. Breaking away all ties as she'd done the last.

With blue, white, and red, this pup resembled both parents together. This was obviously their child.

Allowing a chuckle to escape her maw, she peered over to the pup, and lifted it up, then plopped it down beside her stomach. The creature doing the same as its sibling and latching onto the n****e and suckling eagerly.

Soul's gaze then fell onto her mate, Isaac.

"What do you mean "Didn't wake you up" ?" She huffed, allowing a smug look to creep onto her features. "I was letting out screams and you slept through it! The only way to get your butt up is to call you something real nasty." Almost in a joking manner now, her crumpled look soon faded, as golden eyes cast a glance at their pups.

"Isaac....aren’t they beautiful?" To her, this was probably the most content she'd felt in all her life.

Till of coarse when another contraction was to come. But she expected another few moments till that one would come bursting through the now softened doors of her body.

Reivan
The male spoke calmly, having momentarily forgotten that it wasn't over yet. "Hey, what's wron-" but he was quickly silenced as he watched his mate gripped with pain, making him feel utterly useless standing there.

"What- What do i do, what do i do??" he asked her almost pleadingly, but was again stunned into silence and breathlessness by the sudden birth of this 'pup'. Isaac winced as the tiny body dropped to the den floor with a wet plop, the adult's face contorting with fearful disgust. Well THAT was about the most nauseating thing he'd ever seen, and it made him retch madly, eyes darting from the slimey ball of fur to his mate's face.

Isaac only breathed again after the poor pup had been cleaned up.

"Holy." he took a few more deep breaths, "Hell." he whispered hoarsely. "Warn me next time."

"Beautif- Beautiful." he croaked weakly, at the female's side. "But uhhh, if it's all the same to you. I think i'll sit this one out." And the male lumbered from the den for some fresh air, leaving his mate alone with the two puppies and the next on the way.

shia-san
((Soul: ahaha, tweek so funny. stare

... heart domokun

XD))

Soul growled at Isaac as yet another contraction found its way up through her stomach. She gasped for air, and clawed helplessly at the ground. He was leaving her, to go through what was one of the roughest times of her life. What a mate huh?

"ISAAC," She wailed, feeling the pressure build up like gas. "GET BACK IN HERE, I need yo-" Quickly she was cut short as the contraction lifted to its peak. Soul's legs maneuvered upwards, allowing the pup to slide right on out as the others did. Thank the lord they came out with at least some ease.

The pup fumbled about the floor, turning onto its stomach and lifting its head, as if getting ready to open its eyes. A low gagging sound escaped its tiny maw, as it attempted to call out. Soul gathered up her strength, and began to clean...again. Going through the same thing she did with the rest.

"Its...its over." She spoke out softly, almost to herself, and flopped her head back onto the earth ground. There was little movement at this point, except for the pups who pushed one another aside to reach a n****e. Soul's tongue lolled from her mouth, as she awaited for her stomach to settle completely.

Reivan
Isaac cringed as the female cried his name. He knew he should be in there right now, but.. he really didn't fancy vomitting on her. His own stomach was still unsettled by the thought of her insides along with little rat-like beasts flying out of her like that. He felt he shouldn't be affected like this, after all he hunted, maimed and ate other animals all the time. He'd drank another wolf's blood for Christ's sake...

Wait. Bad thoughts, bad thoughts. My mate's having babies! he forced himself to think happily (just incase Soul had suddenly gained his Seer abilities.)
Except this instead evolved into a muttering of "Oh God i'm screwed."

The male's ears pricked as he heard her speak finally, and he crawled back into the den to check out his spawn. "I'm glad." he sighed softly as he nuzzled his mate. What an understatement. This was worse than finding out she was pregnant!

shia-san
Feeling the gentle touch from her mate, she smiled. The den floor was a mess, and she was plopped right on it, but that didn't bother her, something else was trailing through her thoughts.

Her stomach wasn't settling. There was a quick kick of pain before something struck her hard in near her uterus. Letting out an "UH!" sound, she panicked. Was there a continuation.

Lifting her leg and arching her neck over, just between the two limbs and sniffed. Something was in there, still. She felt it, although not as hard as the others, she could feel it.

And with a quick rush of pain, she was struck with pain. Breathing in between her teeth, she screamed once more.

The thrilling pain didn't cease, it continued for a while, the thing didn't want to come it. It wiggled about within her body, probably to comfortable to be let out. Yet she wanted to rid of it. Throwing her head back, she gazed at her mate, confused eyes peering out towards his discomforting ones, before thrusting it back and pushing.

First, came a paw. Like the first pup. Not thinking much of it, she continued to push, the only thought on her mind was "Is this the last one!?"

Soon after, came a knee. Soul began to worry. This pup wasn't coming out the right way. Coaching herself not to worry, she felt another thrust of pain, and pushed further. As if she were human, she hurled her head back again, the veins in her neck beginning to throb, and pushed. Stretching her paws out as if to help the pup out. The pups body slid in more though, as she calmed slightly and took in a breath. Beginning to panic more, she pushed harder, not thinking about the possibilities of straining herself to much, and prayed the thing would get out of her.

"Help me" she cried out to Isaac, as if wanting him to pull the puppy from her body. And as she let out one more push, one more scream...the pup was out.

She threw her head back, and allowed it to rest gently on the ground. Panting wildly, she forgot about the pup for a second, before jolting back up and beginning her ritual once more. First she aimed for the nose, clearing that, then maneuvered over the body, ears, upper body, lower. While doing this, the pup only made slight movements, and they were made by Soul.

Her eyes glanced to the pups nose, no flare. Then to the mouth, not even a peep. Her eyes felt like they were swelling up with tears, and she began to hiccup with sadness. Looking over to Isaac, she whimpered.

She had failed in giving birth? ...no.....

Soul looked at the pup, nudged its side, then pressed a paw onto its back. There was a low peeping sound, then a loud squeal. That was extremely odd. Holding back what ever sadness she had, she gripped onto the pup with her canines and lead it over to her stomach were the others were. The biggest smile slapped right onto her maw.

The pup squirmed, searching for salvation, food. His first reaction was the hiccup the air in, suck it up and take the very first breath in his life, but when he came from his mom, he could see light through those closed eyelids of his, and he feared something might happen. So he stayed quiet, maybe they'd leave. His thoughts ran quickly, until they were interrupted by a huge weight being pushed onto his back. First, he peeped. dont give in! he thought, then he broke down, and began to breath, live.

The small pup, the runt of the litter, moved towards the stomach, pushed a heavy paw onto it, then began to suck on the skin.

Soul cocked her head as a tickling feeling began to run through her body. Peering down to her pups, she furrowed her brow and shook her head, nudging him over and leading him to the right place.

He began to suckle, stopped, then began once more and didn't stop from there.

Soul peered up to Isaac, whimpering softly before gesturing him over to look the newest pup over. Her ears flicking back with compassion.

At this moment, she felt more love for Isaac then she ever had before, even then, on that night there wasn't as much love as there was now. She had created creatures with him, their flesh and blood mixed with the tiny pups that drank beside them. Soul couldn't help but smile, then blush.

Leaning her head back though, she would rest her eyes for a while. Hopefully Isaac could do her the favor of watching over the pups. Right now, she was pooped.

Reivan
"What's-? No.. Wait wait, you said it was over, It's not over-over? Why'd you say it was over!? Don't say it's over if it's not over!! You know, like properly over done finished!" his voice broke as he croaked feverishly, escalating into a high-pitched yelp.

Isaac stood side on from his mate, claws gripping the ground fiercely, feeling incredibly and uncomfortably misplaced as she lay there screeching in such pain while he could do nothing to ease it. He couldn't even bring himself to move a muscle and go comfort her.

It was all going wrong.. He'd heard of mother's dying during birth, and there was definately something bad going on here. She's going to die, isn't she.. panic gripped him at the thought, his breathing erratic, And they- and she- they won't- she'll- I- I- his mind stuttered.

"Help you?" he squeaked pathetically, before helpfully collapsing to the ground in a dead faint, chin scuffing the dirt almost in slow motion as his nose slid to meet the feet of his first born pup. Who completely ignored it in favour of milk.

Only a few moments after hitting the ground, Isaac's eyes flickered open again and he looked up at his mate, who was still breathing. And there a fourth pup had appeared at her side, tiny and weak looking but suckling like the others all the same.

Isaac slowly rolled over onto his back, head near Soul's as he gently licked her nose and watched her 'rest her eyes'. She wanted him to watch over the little things? Ugh, they need watching? Well that couldn't be too difficult.. Just involved keeping his own eyes open. Like they.. were right... now. And a soft snore escaped the male's maw.

October 9th. Super Happy Family Team Go~

Encounter of the brainless kind
Reivan
Apparently the world had passed the young Rhesus by again. In fact, it hadn't just passed, it had zoomed- faster than the speed of light and with none of the fancy special effects. That tended to be a common occurence for the wolf who lacked the majority of those mildly important cells, that were found in the brain.
...Brain cells, yes lets call them that.

Rhesus would regularly slip into a walking day-dream and eventually find himself some place that was unlike anywhere he'd ever seen before. Although in fact, on many occations, it tended to be the same spot he'd mindlessly wander to every time.

This place was definately new though, there was something in the air. Something....
Oh. It was hunger, he realised. Rhesus was hungry. Mother had tought him that's what that feeling was. So he commenced straining his brain thinking what he was to do when he felt hungry. A pink tongue lolled out of his mouth as he did so, and he moved his jaw up and down in an attempt to remind himself what it was..

Screw it. Was all that came to mind. Rhesus didn't need food. Ah, food! That's what it was..

"Where.. do they keep the eats 'round here..?" careless, slightly slurred speech fell from the young wolf's mouth, and he began humming to himself while tentatively sniffing at the bark of a nearby tree.

Noyama
If not for the ability to heal, Ran surely would've bled to death by now. She'd fallen over more times than she could count (and, sure, she could only count to two, but that was beside the point). Over the smallest rocks, twigs, sometimes even her own paws.

The shaman often wondered if her brother had been right, and she was the dumbest thing to plauge the woods and possibly the entire planet. Ironicly, this was the question she pondered over when she nearly ran into Rhesus.

Taking an instinctive step back, her ears lifted in alarm, then settled back down in more calm position. The other wasn't angry. In fact, he was just...sniffing at the tree? "What are you doing?"

Reivan
Rhesus slowly peeled his eyes away from his tree, which he had began licking experimentally. For this reason, a wholey distasteful expression happened to be pasted to his face as he blinked up at the wolf who he was certain wasn't there a moment ago.

"Iyy.. aahhm.." the words were stretched oddly, as if he was stalling while he took his time figuring out the question and hense, the answer. What was he doing? ..Oh, food.
"Do you have eats for me?" he questioned brightly, peering at the other wolf with a shameless grin on his maw.

Noyama
Was this one a cannibal like Phantom? Obviously, she didn't have any food source with her. Her instincts screamed, 'Run, stupid!', but Ran being Ran paid them no mind. She did, however, tilt her head and provide a confused expression.

"Ran doesn't have any food," she answered slowly, as if there was something to the question she just wasn't getting. With a glance around, she found nothing worthy of eating. No deer, no rabbits, and she was barred from eating squirrels, anyway. "Um..."

Reivan
The cheery grin faded slowly from his maw and Rhesus simply looked at Ran blankly as if her answer had confused him thouroughly.
"....... Wha'?" he drawled ignorantly. Not a statement of disbelief, just a blunt request for her to repeat her answer. Which was followed by his brainless grin swiftly being replaced.

Rhesus would most likely never be suited to life without someone supporting him completely. And there were very few souls in the world willing to do that for him, other than his own Mother.

Noyama
...Okay.

"Ran doesn't have any food, sorry," she repeated, adding the extra word to sound more polite. It was a blessing none of her siblings were here. If they had made fun of her so much... "Ran's name is Ran, what's yours?" requested the shaman in an overly-cheerful voice.

There were times when she went looking for someone who acted 'weirder' than her, and now that she'd finally met them she wasn't quite sure how to react. "We could find food somewhere..."

Reivan
"Oh. No, I knew tha'." Rhesus nodded knowingly. "O'course you don'."
It also happened to be quite fortunate that none of Rhes's own siblings were around, or for that matter, no one any less understanding than Ran.

"Errm.." he stalled again briefly, immediately looking up at the trees as if contemplating a highly philosophical question. "Rhes-us. Rhesus. Yes." he answered semi-confidently, eyes flicking back to the wolf infront of him.

"Okay." he nodded again, smiling, before questioning painfully "Wait, do you have any food?"

Noyama
Rhesus? That was a lot harder to say than 'Ran' (which said countless times a day). "Ran will call you Ree," the shaman told him, not completely positive she could say his real name. And why bother to try? Nicknames were awesome. She'd never had any, because 'Ran' was short enough as it was.

The grey wolf had begun forward, and then the question had come. Hadn't he asked her that before? Oh, well. "No," Ran repeated, drawing out the 'o' a bit longer. "Ran and Ree will go and find some food."

Reivan
"You kno' I sometimes ge' called maggot. You c'n call me tha' if's easier?" Nothing in his tone or facial expression suggested he had any inkling as to the reason for this nickname. But it was probably one Sigrid had given him as a loving gesture.

"H'okay then. Rah.." Rhes had tried tagging on the name, but his slurring had meant the N had been lost in a lazy mumble as an attempt to round off the word.
"I like food." he stated simply, ready to follow the female to the promised eats. " 'specially lemons."

Noyama
Maggot? What was that? "No, it's okay, Ree is fine," Ran assured him, trying to mask the confusion in her voice. She'd never heard of this 'maggot' thing before, and so the idea of it being an insult was lost on her. Ree was just easier to say, so she'd stick with that.

Rah, Ran. It was almost the same. She was a bit surprised he'd managed to tinker with her name, no one else ever had. Well, except for her semi-psychotic little look-alike squirrel, but that was a completely different story.

The runt sniffed the ground for any sign of a rabbit or deer, stopping when the mention of lemons came. "Lemon...?" Now what was that? How did he know about all these things?!

The shaman came to the conclusion he must be playing dumb to hide his true genius...

Reivan
"Yes lemons." he explained. "My ma' told me stories of lemons. They're blue, like rabbits. Wait no, yellow. ..Green? I don' know. But they soun' tasty." he nodded simply.
"So are there no lemons to hunt here?" he questioned casually.

It never crossed the teen's mind that Ran didn't have to be doing this for him. He just accepted it as another part of life that he didn't quite understand, but would be grateful for if he did.

Rhesus watched the other wolf sniff the ground for some reason.
"Oh, are we doing this 'gain?" he asked slowly and began sniffing at a tree not disimilar from the first one he'd greeted.

Noyama
Blue, right. Wait, yellow. Green? Ran shook her head. As if it wasn't easy enough to confuse her. Also, the word 'lemon' just didn't sound like something she'd particularly want to eat. Not that beggers could be choosers, and having to find remains of pre-hunted prey most likely landed her in that category.

She watched him from the corner of her eye as he prodded at the tree. Whatever floats your boat, right? "Sure," the shaman agreed thoughtlessly, taking a step forward. No blood anywhere, not that she'd ever been an excellent tracker.

From the tree, a red butterfly soared down, landing on Ran's back. Used to their sudden appearences by now, she either failed to notice or just paid no attention to it. "Ran can't find anything."

Reivan
"Oh." he grunted glumly as his Ran told him that she couldn't get food (lemons or no) afterall.

"Well it's okay, I'll just get ma' to find something." He stated with a fresh smile and with little warning, he gave a call for Soul that was less of a howl than would be expected from a wolf.

Never the less, after a short delay, footfalls could be heard in the near distance, and they appeared to be getting nearer. Apparently, and unsurprisingly, Rhes's travels hadn't taken him more than a brief walk from his home. Bow down before the bold adventurer.

"Buh bye.." Rhesus grinned, gave his simple fairwell and began towards the direction of his mother's steps.

November 20th. Sadistic tendancies~
dustfeather
It was a dark and stormy night...

Or not, not particularly at any rate. It was dark (that tends to define 'night' in most places), and it was drizzling, but this wasn't any downpour...in fact, it hardly penetrated through to the wolf that trots across the lands, on the lookout for a meal. His thick fur protects him from the worst of the wet, despite the fact that there's little else to shelter him from it.

The myth that wolves can see in the dark is just that - a myth. Fortunately, the sliver of a moon offers Solaris just what he needs to see, and he also has other senses at his disposal.

He can't scent any new trails...apparantly, nobody's been here in quite some time, and that includes preybeasts. For awhile, he hits upon an old deer track, but once it becomes clear that nothing's been using it for days, he wanders off it again, disappointed.

To halt, amidst an outcropping of rugged rocks and dying trees. His muscles tense up immediately.

Someone is whispering behind him.

He swiftly turns. He thought he heard something. The omega cringes, shaking, his heart thudding in what sounds, to him, like a shout. He's too terrified to whimper, however - what if it heard him? Or worse, saw him? The lanky male freezes, unsure of what to do.

Remove
The young femme had been following the omega, she had seen him in the packlands and had wanted to know what was so "special" about him. She wasn't liked by anyone but they all picked on him and another but not her, from the way she had recently reacted with Reicher, the chances are she would not survive in this pack and be kicked out or worse, killed. She had no care for that though, not while she followed this strange wolf.

Her paws were hitting the ground softly however the softening mud beneath her paws was becoming a threat to her secrecy. She said no words but question after question plauged her mind as she followed, her dark red pelt keeping her like a shadow in the dark. She had also been lucky to find that she was upwind, he wouldn't smell her from here, that for her was somewhat lucky. Her mean eveil grin spread over her face as she lowered to the ground, he turned.

Her heart beat kept steady and she didn't blink once, her ears flat on her back. He couldn't have heard her she made no sound, its impossible to hear thoughts, maybe it was a squirrel or something, it could have been anything, it wasn't her. She couldn't be seen, not yet anyway.

dustfeather
The whispering stopped. That, if anything frightened Solaris worse than ever, for it assured him that he had not been hearing things. Perhaps it was only the wind...

Except there was no wind.

A bird suddenly flapped into existance, cawing harshly and taking up a position atop a dead tree directly overhead. Solaris's eyes follow the creature: drab gray, with lighter undercolors that are oddly muted in the faint light that creeps from behind clouds - the moon.

Oh. Only a crow, then. It looks down on Solaris with one black, beady eye, and caws again. Relaxing, the omega shakes himself, more to brush off nerves than anything. Nobody else must be around. He's just being jumpy.

"Lost something, have you, sonny?"

The wolf near about jumps out of his fur: he whirls around, wild-eyed, to spot nothing. But the voice seemed to be coming at him from above...he looked up again. The crow surveyed him with one ironic, wicked eye.

No. Surely not. Everybody knew birds couldn't talk.

Remove
What was she suppose to think? This was strange, really strange. She creeped forward a little more before stopping, her ears perked up a little so she could hear what was going on, a crow making a racket and a wolf looking stupid, this was too weird. She however stayed still once more. Her head lay on the gournd and only raised if she couldn't see what was going on. His name was Solaris wasn't it? Something like that anyway, she didn't care much about it. He was weird though, maybe that is why everyone picks on him, because he listens to crows making an awful racket!

dustfeather
He's oblivious to the proximity of one of his own kind: Solaris is simply watching the crow. It's a cocky thing, with the arrogant surity of itself as a winged beast. It hops along the branch, still studying the omega down below.

It opens it's beak to caw again - and words spill out.

"What's the matter, wolf? Never seen a crow before? Good grief, you're a slow one, aren't you?"

Solaris's brain struggles to kick in and make sense of this. He glances around, fearfully - there must be a wolf in the bushes somewhere. Birds couldn't talk. He cringes back again, but he's in a quandry: he doesn't know which direction the wolf is in.

Remove
She was just getting confused now, maybe he could hear her breathing or something. She stood up and walked closer to him, her mean smirk not on her face, instead printed a confused look. "Hey you!" She trotted upto him, still looking seriously confused. "You must have amazing hearing if you could hear me breathing. I am Shock, also in Reichers pack thing. I seen you around so kinda followed you but what are you looking for?" She was confused, truthfully, she just thought he was insane!

Reivan
Isaac had been skulking about not far from his packlands for a while. The Seer had been going through a difficult and wholey unwelcomed phase. It must have had something to do with his frustration over a certain brainless son of his, as well as his mate's lack of energy when i came to anything other than allowing their spawn to feed from her. The male had been finding it increasingly impossible to be around his other packmates without suffering under the temptation to do or say less than friendly things to them. Isaac never was particularly sociable. Of course, he still kept his demeanor, no matter how twisted up his stomach became. But he needed some kind of outlet.

In this light, the male's coat appeared an emotionless shade of black. Only when he passed from under the shade of the trees did the moon allow slivers of its rich blue tint to shimmer in the night.

As the male paced the woods, the presence of two other wolves made themselves known to him. The mind of a young, female pup opened to him like a book, and he began reading passively. As he moved closer, the thoughts of a cowed Omega begged to be heard, and the Seer felt it would only be polite to oblige. Neither of the two lives interested him particularly, but something, which it seemed the female was also keen to know about, Was different yet completely familiar about the Omega.

He.. Isaac couldn't help muttering quietly to himself, He's a.. He's going to be.. Oh bloody hell, another Seer.

dustfeather
The cloud-patterned omega starts again as something arises out of the gloom, and he shrinks back again, seemingly to present as small a target as possible.

But what comes is not particularly threatening: not even particularly large. It's a puppy, and one he's never seen before, nor smelled. As she speaks, in a quite different voice than the one he just heard, he relaxes ever so slightly, but still remains a higher level of unease than is normal, even for him. The voices are so different...she must be a good mimic, to make it sound that she was the bird. However did she manage to throw her voice like that? What kind of wolves were Reicher keeping in his pack?

Amazing hearing? Confusion dominates this conversation. "I'm sorry, miss. Nothing. I thought I heard - " He clamps his muzzle shut, ears snicking against the back of his neck. Perhaps she's just waiting for him to admit he thought he heard a bird speak, just to get him into trouble.

More whispers sound nearby, teasing on the edge of Solaris's mind. He swings around, wild-eyed. "Did you hear that?" He asks, whispered voice full of apprehension and fear.

Remove
She looked slightly confused still but was taking a liking to this wolf, he maybe a lttle strange but he was nice unlike the other wolves she had met. She did however listen carefully but heard nothing, "no, sorry, what did you hear? Please tell me, I may be bale to help!" She smiled, strange little pup she was, she rarely liked anyone or was nice but she felt a little like this omega at the moment, hated and stuff so she though making a friend, if he wanted to be wouldn't be a bad idea.

Reivan
For a while, Isaac stood in the dark, simply frowning in the other wolves' direction. One moment he had an urge to take care of the potential Seer before he grew into his talents and became a problem. Like Lewain and.. Lera. The next, he was off on a tangent about how the Omega could be useful against a certain sworn enemy.
This self conflict turned into a decision on which would be most fun, before deciding that blood on his paws so close to home probably wouldn't result in a happy mate. Or packmates. Or.. large, muscular Alpha.

Isaac cleared his throat before melting from the bushes, into the presence of the two wolves he'd tagged. Namely, behind the Omega, and with a large grin on his maw.

dustfeather
The whispers subside...

Solaris looks warily at the pup, biting back the swift retort that comes to mind. "Nothing, miss." After all, it was probably nothin, and if it wasn't...well, he'd rather just ignore it. He's certainly not going to try to explain it to a little puppy, who might or might not be a spy. He doesn't trust Reicher, and he certainly doesn't trust any of his packmates...if she even is a true packmate.

The bird gives one loud caw overhead, before flapping off. The older wolf's gaze follows it for a few brief seconds, before he looks away nervously.

And nearly jumps out of his skin again. Skittishly, he swerves around, hackles raised, his tail low between his legs in coward submission. It's a much bigger wolf than the little puppy that stands nearby, looking pleased with itself. He's never seen this one before, either. He doesn't meet the other's gaze, merely shrinks back and looks at Isaac's paws.

Remove
Shock was somewhat annoyed with not being told but shrugged it off when she heard the other, she shot round snarling a little, the small fighter that she was. She looked up at Issac and well, she thought not much of him, just another male wolf, probably not like Reicher. She was then just snarling at the thoughts of Reicher in her head.((i have to run off sorry guys.. I gotta go and see my friends.. they just got engaged squeee!))

Reivan
Isaac tilted his head quizically at the Omega's submissive pose and allowed a light smirk to play on his features.

"Nothing?" a voice questioned briefly in Solaris's head before Isaac introduced himself. "Pleasure to meet you too. My name is Malakai." As he spoke the same false name he had also given Reicher, he bent slightly so that he could stare directly into Solaris's eyes. A gaze which was unthreatening, yet soulful in a slightly unsettling way, his eyes gently searching the other wolf's thoughts and memories. He then eyed the pup rather differently, his brow lowering with a hint of a distasteful scowl, which was quickly blinked away.

"I gather you're both with Reicher's 'pack'?" the male lifted his gaze again and asked simply, aware that he probably would have just learned too much for Reicher's liking, had the Alpha himself not already told the Seer about the forming of his cult.

Mkodi
It's almost unnoticable, but Solaris's limbs turn slightly rigid. He's quite aware, despite that his gaze are fastened firmly on Isaac's feet, that the other wolf did not say the first word aloud.

Whatever's going on, he's certain he doesn't want a part in it. This wolf has powers...and is a definate threat. Best not piss him off, or better yet, not to give him any reason to remember Solaris at all.

He nervously tries to look away as the dark wolf lowers down to his level, but he's drawn into that odd gaze, and merely trembles, like a rabbit caught out in the open by a cat about to pounce. His life flashes before him: his siblings, each colored for a different time of the day; his parents, their shame and uncertainty at having four potentially cursed puppies; his eventual disappearance from the pack and the lonely months on his own; and finally his meeting with Reicher that left him timid and jumpy around his own kind.

He blinks, shaking his head. But 'Malakai' has asked a question, and automatic responses kick in, despite the shocked state of his brain. "Yes, sir. This is Shock, and I'm Solaris. Sir."

Reivan
"Shock." Isaac repeated, his voice slow and rather sinister as he moved to peer over the youngster. He was silent for a second before two words slipped from his lips.
"Run away." And as if a switch was flicked behind his eyes, Isaac's expression suddenly turned.. disturbingly jolly. His tone was as if he'd just uttered the words 'I got a pony for Christmas!'
Then as suddenly as it came, the expression disapparated. His brow lowered again, and all traces of a grin were lost from his face.

((Can we God Mode and say she scrams plz? Because IC, i really don't think she'd sit there silently while Isaac does his creepy thang, so it'll get awkward. D: ))

Isaac turned back to the remaining wolf and spoke lightly with a smile. "Stay." His head tilted to one side once more. "You will soon learn things you cannot escape or ignore, Solaris." the Seer said smoothely, circling the other male.

Without warning, a whisper sounds plainly in the Omega's mind as if it is spoken only a fraction from his ear. "I grant you three wishes. What will they be?" His question would almost be comical, especially as the Seer still held his odd smile, if the situation hadn't been so uncertain.

dustfeather
(Works for me. smile )

He flinches. It would've been better of the darker wolf had growled and snarled, or even shown any kind of violence. 'Malakai's' calm nature is reflected in its' opposite upon the young omega. He would've known how to deal with the other type: grovel, act like you really mean it, and show fear...none of which Solaris has any trouble of doing. This weighty calm unnerves him, and his eyes dart to and fro nervously as Isaac circles him.

Escape or ignore? Learn things? He's not sure he wants to learn things. He's survived so far by remaining fairly ignorant. Stupidity, which does not gain him any particular social points, leads most to believe he's completely harmless. They usually leave him alone.

This wolf can read minds...or something of the sort. He's heard of them, only he never...more than half believed the tales. He's never actually met one before.

He squeezes his eyes shut.

I just want to protect myself.

Reivan
Isaac's maw hung open slightly, his tongue playing along his canines as Solaris's thoughts drifted through his mind.

"What a selfless fellow you are." He purred sarcastically in responce to the cowering wolf's answer. A grin slid onto Isaac's face as his brow quirked slightly.

The male thought silently for a moment, looking past Solaris. "Would you like me to make that wish come true then?" he spoke in a quiet, almost sing-song manner.
"I can give you a sliver of my power for you to nurture. It doesn't make things easy, of course. But you know, you hold a wise position as it is, my friend. No one expects an Omega to have any kind of talent."

((He's such a BSer. X) ))

dustfeather

"Really?" For the first time, there's something eager in the male's voice and eyes that appears to have destroyed some of his former seemingly endless supply of cautino. The next statement of flattery seems to fly right by him: he's still grasping onto the first astoundingly generous offer.

Solaris eats up the lies without a problem, eyes moving slightly upwards, closer to Isaac's face, but still not meeting his own gaze. To have some power...even a little bit..."How would I work it?"

Reivan
Isaac showed his teeth in a grin. "It'll come to you, don't worry. Eventually you will master it, and it'll become more than just a sliver. It won't be easy, as i said. But i believe you have what it takes." He continued to purr encouragement.

"Of course, there will be consequences if you let the power go to your head." Isaac calmly placed a paw on the Omega's forehead as he spoke more darkly now. "I can take it away from you at any point. And if you begin to believe that you can turn on Me.. Well, trust me when i say you'd rather claw your own eyes out and eat them than even think it."

He let that sink in for a moment before flashing a grin once more. "Let's do this, shall we? Right. Firstly, come closer." The Seer then dipped his own head to face the ground and let his eyelids drop. He stayed silent like this for a few seconds, breathing heavily, readying himself for the show. Then, a low growl began to sound from within his throat, gradually becoming louder until eventually the male lifted his head rather dramatically and stared directly at the other wolf.

"Look me in the eye." he demanded fiercely.

dustfeather
(:snugs Remove: WB.)

The thought of betraying Isaac never occured to Solaris - well, it wouldn't occur to him, anyway, unless he met someone more powerful than the Seer that threatened him. For Solaris, it's about self-preservation, not likes and dislikes. Isaac has him, hook, line, and sinker...and it's unlikely that, in the dazed state the day-colored wolf is in, that he realizes the claws of the other closing around him.

"Reicher won't mind this, will he?" Some intelligence finally manages to peep through, clamoring to be heard. After all, Reicher's the leader of an important pack, and Solaris rather likes his head where it is. If the big wolf decided that Solaris with a sliver of Malakai's powers, things could go very badly for the omega.

But he moves foward nevertheless, almost not of his own willpower. Trembling, his gaze flicks here and there nervously, tongue flicking out to moisten dry lips, and slowly moves up his eyes to lock gazes with the darker wolf. It's hard, and he almost breaks down right there. He hasn't looked another wolf in the eye since he was a puppy.

The whispers are louder.

Reivan
"No. Probably not." Isaac stated bluntly. "I was about to say, for your own safety, i'd keep all this under your hat if i were you." he nodded briefly.

The Seer's eyes didn't flicker as the Omega met them, glaring unrelentlessly into the other's. When he was finally satisfied that the terrified being had held it long enough, Isaac growled him an order. "Now Hit me." He snarled into Solaris's face. "I want blood."

dustfeather
There's apprehension in the omega's eyes, and confusion, but he dares not defy the Seer as well.

The second statement is almost too much to ask. Hit him? Is this a test? Is he really supposed to? But there's an odd, uncompromising feeling in the back of his mind that suggests that he should be hitting the dark wolf.

He raises his paw, then drops it. Again, up and down it goes, as he considers it and then fear drives him back. Finally, he manages to 'hit' the other...but he barely grazes the other male's cheek with his claws.

He immediately cringes back, flattening towards the ground.

Reivan
Isaac's head hardly moved with the action, but then he really wasn't expecting much. In fact he was counting on the fact that Solaris was an even bigger wimp than he himself was, because he wouldn't have taken even a half-way decent blow.
The Seer raised a brow at his efforts all the same, but stayed silent in order not to break the 'mood' of the 'ritual' or whatever this was supposed to be.

It was Isaac's turn though, and he grasped the opportunity to release some real emotion. Despite the Omega's cowering stance, the male raised his paw swiftly, and unblinkingly brought it down with a good amount of weight behind it, aiming to smack his clawed paw across the side of Solaris's head. A growl tore from his maw as he did so.

After this, the Seer released a long, calming breath and dropped his lids once more. He blinked them open to eye the ground, and reguardless of what condition the Omega was now in, he spoke softly once more "It is done."
And without another word or glance back Isaac, or 'Malakai', drifted towards the trees and melted mysteriously back into the shadows once more, only to begin sniggering to himself once he was well out of earshot.
