She’s based off of the mare I used to take lessons on. The two pictures below basically show you what she looks like. The only difference is that I’d like full looking long, layered hair. (Colors are black and white like the picture. You may not be able to see it in the picture ref, but nearing her withers her mane turns white.) I’d like her mane to be reaching just above her hooves. For her bangs I’d like it to look punk and semi longish, hanging in her face a bit. Tail wise I see long and full. Like in the picture refs her tail actually starts out as white and then turns to black the rest of the way.

Description (fin/membrane/fin spine/tail colors/eye color etc): Alternate Kelpi Lines please, with the fin/wingy things XP. Also the draft body with the feathery legs please! But no roman nose!
Fins: Fins along soquilis spine, and front legs to look like cracked rock. (colored not edited). Fins on head and the winglike fins to be a dark grey (almost black) just like the color of the body. The membrane on the fins for the spine and legs to be white, with blue tribal markings (ref pics below).
Fin membrane for the head and wings to be dark blue to fade to dark blue, then finnaly white.
Tail colors: Dark grey like body, underside to be light blue. The fin colors white with blue tips.
Spikes blue on the tail.
Body: Dark Grey like in reference picture. Blue tribal markings all on its body. I like the style that they are in. The hind leg/ thigh, and the rib-like markings are my favorites so please incorporate those XP.
Now on to the stony stuff. I don't want these to be edits, just colored on to give the illusion if that is possible. The stones have symbols from both aztec and mayan cultures. My goal was to give this soquili an Atlantis feel, its just a connection to one of my friends whos leaving my life soon. Anyways.... XP, the lines were inspired from the movie atlantis, and anything random I could put together to make it atlantis-y. If you have a good ideas go ahead and incorporate them!
I do want the following thins SFX if thats possible: The blue lines, eyes, tail spikes and the tip of the kelpi's tail.
Hair: Im not sure if the alternate kelpi soquili could have hair, but if it can, can I get a white wild mane?
Also, i had no idea how to do this for my ref pic for you, but i would love to make it look like water is reflecting off of certain parts of him, where at is all up to you! your the artist!
